The price was too hi...

The price was too high during the 3-day weekend, so I gave it 4 stars. I think I would be satisfied with the regular price. However, the bathroom in the Room wasn't great. Since it's outdoors, it might be unavoidable, but there were spider webs in several places and the bath net was dirty. A long piece of fabric was sticking out from under the bed, which made me wonder if they properly cleaned the Room.

We deeply apologize for the inconvenience caused regarding the outdoor bath in your Room and cleanliness issues. Particularly, we regret the presence of cobwebs, dirt on nets, and deficiencies under the bed. These are unacceptable in a space where you should have been able to relax comfortably. Our staff takes this matter seriously and will review our inspection and cleaning procedures thoroughly.
