There is nothing to criticize.
The hospitality of the staff was wonderful. I was impressed. Every staff member provided consistently attentive service. I heard that even during busy periods, they do not fill the rooms to capacity to ensure quality service, and I am convinced of their high standards. The children were also very happy, especially with the indoor pool. The little ones keep saying, "We want to go to Magachabaru again." We will definitely visit again. Thank you very much.

Very satisfied.
We stayed as a family of five with three children. The pool, of course, and the dining options were mostly private rooms, and even if not, they made sure we didn't overlap with other guests, so we could enjoy without any worries. Everything we ate was exquisite. The gratin exceeded our expectations by far. The barbecue was also set up meticulously, including stoves and blankets. They even played with the children, and the way the staff interacted felt genuinely heartfelt, which is the top recommendation point. We've been to Okinawa many times before, but this was by far the best. I've never written a review before, but I was so satisfied that this is my first review. I want to visit again!

I stayed for a Multi...
I stayed for a Multiple Night Stay again this year. The service was as good as ever. Thank you for adjusting the barbecue content to my preferences. I will stay again next year. Additionally, I felt it would be even better if the hairdryer had a bit more airflow and if there was mouthwash among the amenities.

I was healed.
A cottage-type Resort Hotel in the forest. The first impression at check-in was that the interior of the building felt dim and unsettling, but starting with a welcome drink, guidance to the guest room by cart, and a spacious facility with a heated pool. Both dinner and breakfast were plentiful and very delicious. It seemed that the benefits for Diamond members were forgotten, but the free drinks in the guest room were sufficient. I also liked the nuts as snacks and bought them at the service area on the highway on the way back. I would like to visit again!

Subtropical Forest Resort
I have visited Okinawa many times, and this hotel has been famous for a long time. I always wanted to visit, and finally, it has come true this time. It falls into a completely different category from other Okinawan resorts and is also different from other mountain resorts in Japan. Surrounded by dense subtropical greenery and thick-leaved forests, it feels like coming to an Asian resort, and I think it has its own unique charm. It was just the cool season, and I was relaxing on the poolside chair bed the whole time. The heated pool was also wonderful, with a higher temperature, so it was my first time entering a pool surrounded by forest trees while gazing at the starry sky at night, and it was amazing. The room was very spacious and clean, with a high-end Asian resort taste in the interior design, providing a comfort that made it seem like I could stay for many nights. The staff also felt professional, different from the friendly young staff often found in recent resort part-time jobs, and I felt a high level of hospitality and an appropriate sense of distance. All the meals at the restaurant were delicious, and although it was a bit much for us who eat small portions, the meal prices were reasonable, and we were very satisfied. I plan to revisit in the summer next time and have already made a reservation.

Visited for our 40th wedding anniversary!
I have been visiting my beloved Okinawa for over 30 years, but I only knew the sea. A few years ago, I started exploring the land as well, and this time I headed to the "northern part." I searched with the addition of "40th wedding anniversary." I decided on this place because it is a mountain hideaway with a private pool and delicious food. We were greeted by a "shrewd" hotelman, as they say in Osaka dialect, and shown to our room. I was surprised when I entered!! Two swans snuggled up on the bed and a heart-shaped balloon welcomed us, and my excitement almost went through the roof. The private pool was quite large, and despite being in the mountains, it was so clean that there wasn't a single insect or fallen leaf. The meals were heartfelt dishes that made you feel "full and energized" despite being in a stylish restaurant. With every bite, I felt strength welling up from the depths of my body. I deeply felt happiness on our 40th wedding anniversary (I hadn't noticed because I was so caught up in the moment), and I am truly grateful to all the staff who created such a time and space for us! The energy to start running again with the dream of revisiting has welled up. I definitely want to make this dream come true.

Enjoyed a time of healing and tranquility.
This time, my goal was to relax in the room, so it was truly a wonderful stay. Thanks to the heated pool, I could swim at any time of the day regardless of the weather, and floating in the pool under the starry sky, with only the sounds of night insects and birds, was the best. The service from all the staff was really lovely. Everything was well taken care of, and I had a pleasant time. When going out during the stay, they would casually offer, "Would you like us to prepare towels if you're going to the beach?" or set a bottle of water in the car, which was nice. The dinner BBQ had such an abundance of ingredients that we couldn't finish it all! It was delicious and very satisfying. The Ryukyu breakfast in the morning had such a variety of dishes that I was at a loss for where to start. Each dish was delicious, and I felt sorry for not being able to finish them all. Of course, there was a washing machine in the room, but if you ask at the front desk, they will dry and fold your clothes for you. Despite there being 11 villas, I never encountered other guests after entering the facility. It's amazing, right? It felt like a special experience as if it was just for us, haha. Since it's in the forest, you can't expect a sea view, but there's a beach a short drive away, and as someone who has visited many times, I think this kind of place is charming like a hidden retreat. It became a place I want to visit again!

Visit after 5 years, unchanged quality
I visited for the first time in five years since the pandemic. The quality of the rooms, service staff, and food remains unchanged... The room was as wonderful as it was five years ago. The food was excellent, with barbecue at night and Western-style breakfast in the morning. Despite having dietary restrictions, they were flexible and adaptable to irregular requests. I will definitely visit again next year!
