    The price has increased because it is a good Hotel.

    I came here for the first time in a while. Previously, it was convenient as it was directly connected to Shin-Osaka Station and close to the meeting place, so I used it often. However, after COVID-19, hotel prices have increased everywhere, and especially this Hotel has become popular, causing the prices to change significantly, making it difficult to stay. The location is great, and Diamond members can use the lounge, which is excellent. I sometimes use lounges at other hotels, but this Hotel has the most variety and is the best. The draft beer bubbling up from below is very interesting and enjoyable. The parking staff are also very kind. I hope to use it again when the prices are lower.

    If you're staying at Shin-Osaka Station, it's definitely convenient!

    This is a very convenient hotel located just a 1-minute walk from the Shinkansen Central Gate at Shin-Osaka Station. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. For smokers like us, having a room where smoking is allowed is greatly appreciated. During check-in, a trainee was in charge, but both the trainee and the supervising staff were earnest and left a good impression. The response from the female staff when I called the front desk with a small question was also excellent. The bathroom is separated from the toilet by glass instead of a curtain, giving it a clean feel, but since the glass only covers half, it's quite difficult to take a shower without making a mess. If the price were a bit cheaper, I would like to stay again.
