    This is my second time.

    This was my first time having breakfast here, and I was extremely satisfied—easily one of the best breakfasts among the Hotels I’ve stayed at!! I’m happy to have found such a delicious breakfast again after a long time. The service is excellent, making it a comfortable and reassuring Hotel to stay at. It’s also conveniently close to the station, and easy to reach from the Shinkansen gates without getting lost. In Shin-Osaka, this is my go-to place from now on! Thank you again, and I look forward to staying with you next time.

    I was satisfied.

    I arrived early and planned to just check in, leave my luggage, and head out, but I was pleasantly surprised that they guided me to my Room right away as it was already available. The front desk staff seemed a bit uncomfortable with Japanese, but it wasn’t enough to cause any real communication issues. I’m not sure if it was because I was on the executive floor, but having a water dispenser in each Room was also a nice touch. The Room felt a bit small for the price, but it was perfectly fine for a solo stay. Since the bathtub partition only covers about two-thirds of the tub, I worried that water from the shower might splash out. It might be better if the shower booth and bathtub were separated. The toothbrush had a wooden handle and very soft bristles, which wasn’t really to my liking. The breakfast buffet didn’t have an especially wide selection, but you order egg dishes and drinks first and they bring them to your table, so it was great not having to line up for an omelet. Check-out was also smooth: if there’s no payment due, you can simply drop the key card into a box. That said, access from the taxi drop-off area on the 1st floor to the front desk on the 2nd floor is somewhat inconvenient and hard to find. Also, I asked them to arrange a taxi, but it wasn’t clear how long I needed to wait, so that part didn’t feel very smooth. My schedule was hectic so I didn’t use the lounge this time, but it seems well regarded and I’d like to try it next time. Overall, it was a cozy yet comfortable stay—much better than the Hotel I stayed at in Osaka right before this—and I’d like to stay again.

    We’d love to stay here again!

    Thank you very much for everything during my stay. I wasn’t sure if I would be able to make the trip due to my health, so I truly appreciated that the front desk staff asked how I was when I arrived. Although I had misunderstood the Room type when making my Reservation, you quickly changed it to the Room I had hoped for. You also carried my luggage up to the Room in advance and even turned on the air conditioning for me. I also arrived earlier than expected, but you told me that my Room was already ready and invited me in, which was a huge help because I could settle in before going out. This was my first time staying here, and I absolutely loved it—the Room was modern, stylish, and exactly my taste. The side table was also large and very convenient. Everything was perfect except that there wasn’t a separate washing area in the bathroom! My sincere thanks to all of your staff and housekeeping team. Thank you again—I really appreciated your hospitality. I would love to stay again.

    Used several times

    I’ve stayed here several times for work, but I wouldn’t choose to stay here otherwise—it’s not a Hotel I’d come to for the quality. The location is convenient, so it may be suitable for travelers or business guests.

    Unlike previous stay...

    Unlike previous stays, the Room I was assigned this time had a very strong odor. It smelled damp and moldy, and even using Febreze did not help. In the end, I was able to change Rooms, but when I called to request the change, the response was like “Ah…” which made me feel they knew it was that kind of Room but assigned it anyway. I have stayed at this Hotel many times, and this was the first time something like this happened, so it was upsetting and unpleasant. It made me reconsider staying here in the future. At Hotels of a similar class, you would at least receive a brief apology at checkout in situations like this, but there was nothing here. That also led to a loss of trust.

    Thank you for assisting us by phone after I made a mistake during the Reservation process. I also really appreciated your help when calling a taxi, especially since the elevator was under construction. Since the weather was nice, walking from the station wasn’t a hassle, but I always wish that pedestrian bridge had a roof—I've been there in the rain before. Overall, everything was excellent, but there were a few oversights: an item I requested in the morning still wasn’t in my Room when I returned at night, and there was no bath mat. These things happen—we all forget sometimes. I’ll definitely stay with you again when I visit Osaka!

    It was a comfortable Hotel.

    The staff provided service with a smile, making the experience pleasant. The Room was clean and comfortable for relaxation. Convenient for Shinkansen users, but unfortunately, it is a bit far from Osaka's central entertainment district.

    A first-class Hotel with exceptional hospitality

    A hotel with an exceptional sense of hospitality. The staff are eager to entertain you, so be sure to join in the fun. There are many ways to enjoy your stay, but the hotel's lounge is highly recommended. While it may not have an overwhelming amount of food, there are plenty of snacks to pair with drinks. Make the most of it and enjoy!

    The location was a bit hard to find.

    The location is very close to Shin-Osaka Station, but it was a bit difficult to find the right exit due to a lack of signage. The stay was comfortable. The lounge was great, and the breakfast service was excellent and satisfying.

    The lounge was very convenient to use. The tropical mixed juice at the breakfast buffet was easy to drink and delicious, with a balanced flavor that wasn't overly dominated by banana.

    The hotel offers excellent accessibility.

    Convenient access to both JR and subway. However, while many hotels near stations have good soundproofing, the noise from trains, the highway in front, and surrounding rooms was quite noticeable, possibly due to staying on a lower floor Room. During check-in, there were no staff monitoring the front area to guide guests waiting for check-in or retrieving luggage. This resulted in unnecessary waiting while holding luggage. If staffing is limited, clearer guidance with ropes or signage would be appreciated (self-check-in machines might actually be less stressful). Thanks to the IKYU Diamond benefits, I had access to the Executive Lounge. The snacks available from 5:00 PM were plentiful and sufficient as a light dinner.

    Conveniently located near the station.

    It was my first time using this accommodation to visit the Kansai Expo, and it was very convenient as it is close to the station and the shuttle bus stop. However, probably due to the Kansai Expo, the cost performance wasn't great. I guess I would need to stay here during a regular time to evaluate that aspect. The staff were all very friendly and kind, which made for a pleasant experience. Thank you very much!

    Conveniently located near the station.

    Very convenient location, just a short distance from Shin-Osaka Station. The bed was comfortable, providing great rest after a tiring day at the Expo. The breakfast buffet was also satisfying.

    Stay for Training

    For a Marriott property, it feels more like a Business Hotel. The location is good, but everything else is average. The quality is very low for the Marriott brand. Room service menu options are limited and only available via mobile order, which can be challenging for elderly guests. This should be addressed with better consideration. Additionally, restaurant menus are not provided in the Room; you need to check them on your phone, which I found inconvenient even as someone who isn't elderly but prefers analog methods. The price is high considering the overall experience! It’s very close to the station, which was convenient since I had business at this Hotel under the Marriott brand; otherwise, I wouldn’t choose to stay here. The Club Lounge was average and felt like something from a Business Hotel rather than what you'd expect from Marriott quality. Breakfast was also just okay—again comparable to a Business Hotel level—but there are some modern Business Hotels offering higher-quality meals these days. Overall, I rate this property very low for a Marriott brand hotel and would not return unless necessary for specific reasons related to its location or affiliation with Marriott.

    Stayed here again after a long time.

    Recently, this Hotel became very expensive, so I couldn't stay. However, an affordable Plan was available, so I made a Reservation immediately. As an IKYU Diamond Member, I'm happy to have access to the lounge. The variety is greater than other Hotel lounges and it's perfect for working.

    The location was convenient and close to the station, which was great. However, are the Room slippers not disposable? They seemed reused and felt dirty, which gave an unclean impression. Additionally, the black mold on the bathroom floor and the kettle also felt unhygienic, which was disappointing.

    The Room was perfect, and I had a great night's sleep. The breakfast was especially excellent, with a wide variety of delicious options and outstanding service. I highly recommend choosing the breakfast option!

    Conveniently located near the station

    First stay at this accommodation that I had been curious about for a while. I usually use a hotel where I don't have to step outside after arriving at Shin-Osaka Station for business trips, but since this was a two-day trip, I chose this place to relax in a spacious room on the second day. To get to the hotel, you do need to step outside from Shin-Osaka Station, but it's just 2-3 minutes from the McDonald's side. As long as it’s not raining, it’s no problem. The room was spacious and quiet, allowing me to sleep soundly. The chair was comfortable and made work more efficient. I enjoyed relaxing until the 1:00 PM checkout time. One thing that caught my attention was the toothbrush handle—it’s wooden and eco-friendly, which is great, but I personally didn’t like how it felt against my lips. I’d love to stay here again during my next business trip to Osaka!

    We had a comfortable stay.

    I reserved this hotel to visit the Osaka Expo. It was very convenient as it is close to the shuttle bus stop for the Expo venue, and they kindly stored my luggage. I also enjoyed using the Executive Lounge as part of the Diamond Member benefits. It would have been even better if amenities like lotion, emulsion, and cleansing products were provided. The breakfast was exceptionally delicious.

    Staying with a Baby

    We stayed here for our first trip with our 5-month-old baby after childbirth. It took just a 1-minute walk from the Shinkansen platform at Shin-Osaka Station via the connecting passage to reach the front desk. The elevators throughout made it extremely accessible even with a stroller. Despite the unfortunate rain, umbrella rentals were available, allowing us to move around without getting wet. The Room was spacious, and the baby crib we requested in advance was perfectly prepared in the Room. Bath towels for laying down were also provided, so we could let our daughter rest immediately. Although I was nervous about traveling with a baby for the first time, I felt very reassured and comfortable during our stay—thank you so much! I will definitely stay here again when visiting Osaka!

    It was a highly satisfying stay.

    Conveniently located near Shin-Osaka with excellent accessibility. Although we only used the Executive Lounge in the evening, the selection of alcohol was great. The staff at the breakfast venue were attentive and provided warm service. Thank you!

    It was the best space!

    I chose this Property again because I had a good experience before, and once again, I was reassured by the excellent service of the staff. Also, as a Diamond member on IKYU.com, there were many upgrade benefits, which made me very happy.     It is so close to Shin-Osaka Station that you could say it's directly connected. Diamond members also have access to the lounge, which I always use.

    Recommended for Shinkansen users

    Shin-Osaka Station is within a few minutes' walk. Even though it was before check-in time, I was allowed to enter the room as it was ready. It was a bit disappointing that there was no coffee maker. It seems to depend on the room. With the times, amenities are decreasing. Hairbrushes are charged.

    We had a wonderful time.

    I was able to use the club lounge with the Diamond benefits and reserved a room with a lower floor plan, but I was upgraded to the 16th floor, and the view from the room was great. There was a hand-drawn birthday card in the room, which was very touching. I had lunch at the hotel's restaurant, and since it was Shin-Osaka Station, I planned to go out for dinner somewhere, but the lounge dinner was quite filling, and I was able to relax until closing time. There were plenty of vegetables, which was nice. In the morning, I went around 10 o'clock and found yogurt, and from 10:30, there was bread, and there were also oranges and apples, so it was sufficient. Tea time was a bit lonely without cakes, but cocktail time was enjoyable with Irish cream and Kahlua. I would have been happy if there were bath salts, makeup remover, and lotion emulsion among the amenities. The wooden toothbrush absorbed the moisture in my mouth, and I once cut my lip when I started using it without wetting it, so I used the toothbrush I brought with me out of fear. The bathroom was very nice with a glass door instead of a shower curtain, but I felt it would be better if it could be fully closed rather than partially. After all, when soaking in the bathtub, I open the door to put my arm out.

    At the end of November, I used the lounge late at night and before checking out the next day with the Diamond member benefits. A young lounge staff member kindly explained everything, and they were very pleasant and attentive to other guests as well. I plan to visit Osaka at the end of January and was considering staying near my destination, but I think I will stay here again next time.

    Please indicate if green license plates are not allowed.

    Parking is not allowed for vehicles with green license plates, so I, using a private taxi, was unable to park. I wish this had been mentioned in advance, and it could have been resolved by simply stating in the terms and conditions that "no compensation will be provided for business vehicle downtime," instead of explicitly stating that they are not accepted. The ventilation fan opening on the bathroom ceiling is covered in dust, as if it has been neglected for years. The metal fittings and rubber packing on the partition glass in the bathroom are covered in an unknown grime. I have sent photos of both via Line, so please take a look.

    Stayed with three generations

    We had a wonderful stay during our trip to Osaka with my college-aged daughter, my mother in her 70s, and myself in my 40s. The hotel was perfect as a base for sightseeing, as they kindly stored our suitcases even after check-out. I had some work to do, so I used the additional workspace, which was also very convenient. If I had to mention one thing (and I really mean if I had to), it would be about the breakfast buffet. Everything was delicious, and both my mother and daughter went for seconds, but the way to order the specialty omelet was a bit unclear.

    The price has increased because it is a good Hotel.

    I came here for the first time in a while. Previously, it was convenient as it was directly connected to Shin-Osaka Station and close to the meeting place, so I used it often. However, after COVID-19, hotel prices have increased everywhere, and especially this Hotel has become popular, causing the prices to change significantly, making it difficult to stay. The location is great, and Diamond members can use the lounge, which is excellent. I sometimes use lounges at other hotels, but this Hotel has the most variety and is the best. The draft beer bubbling up from below is very interesting and enjoyable. The parking staff are also very kind. I hope to use it again when the prices are lower.
