    It was my first time back in Yumura Onsen in a while, and I had a relaxing stay in a lovely Room—an Accommodation I was very satisfied with.

    All the staff were very friendly, and we had a comfortable stay. The meals were delicious, and the Onsen was excellent—this has become one of the Accommodations I can recommend. However, there were two disappointing points: first, the bathroom door didn’t close properly, so hot water leaked into the washroom and caused some trouble; second, the Nespresso machine wasn’t working well. Next time, I’d like to visit during crab season.

    Check-out Time

    Check-out at 11:00 AM instead of 10:00 AM would be appreciated. It would be better if the cleaning was more thorough.

    Thank you for the excellent service from Reservation to Accommodation. The meals were thoughtfully prepared, and I thoroughly enjoyed both dinner and breakfast. The bath was spacious and allowed for a relaxing experience. I would love to stay again.

    The Ryokan

    I accompanied three elderly individuals in their 90s. Last year, I took them to other facilities about three times, but they were not very pleased as the private open-air baths in the guest rooms did not meet expectations. However, after discovering "Yuamu" and visiting, they seemed extremely satisfied. The comfort was well-maintained without excessive service, and I would love to use this facility again. The staff were also excellent. Thank you very much!

    I had a relaxing stay.

    The renovated room was very clean and comfortable. Additionally, the semi-open-air bath in the room had free-flowing hot spring water and could be used even at night, which was greatly appreciated by elderly guests who wake up during the night. The meals were delicious, and the staff were kind. I would love to stay again if given the opportunity.

    Thoughtful Service

    The service was warm and welcoming, though not flashy. It was comfortable, and I would love to come back again. Everything, starting with the Room, was clean and well-maintained.

    Highly Satisfied

    We used this for the first time on a relaxing trip for two women. The service, food, and bath were all excellent and very satisfying. However, I gave it 4 stars because the pillow in the Room was slightly firm, making it hard to sleep soundly at night. I would like to use it again.

    I was very satisfied.

    Everything was satisfactory. The meals were especially delicious, and I could truly taste the quality of the ingredients. I did notice some dirt around the privacy screen at the bathroom sink, but everything else exceeded my expectations. I look forward to staying here again.

    I decided on Ayumu a...

    I decided on Ayumu after considering various options for about six months to plan a trip with her. Initially, we planned to go by train and bus, but opted for a car to avoid being rushed. Despite arriving just in time for check-in, the staff provided excellent service. The Room was very clean, and the private open-air bath in the Room was amazing. The large public bath was also relaxing, and I lost track of time while enjoying it. Personally, I appreciated that there was a sauna as well. Meals can sometimes be disappointing during trips, but this time the food was delicious with beautiful presentation and lovely tableware—completely satisfying! However, since I have a small appetite, I felt bad about leaving some rice at breakfast. I liked the chopsticks used during meals so much that I bought them as a souvenir before leaving. Thank you for providing such a wonderful holiday experience!

    We visited with another couple, making a group of four, and both dinner and breakfast were absolutely fantastic. The variety of dishes was impressive, the service was excellent, and we were very satisfied. We had a wonderful time amidst the full bloom of cherry blossoms.

    Highly recommended!

    The front desk staff and other staff members were very warm and courteous. They noticed it was my birthday and even prepared a gift for me upon departure. This Hotel also provides Shuttle Service to the nearest station and bus stop. The only slight disappointment was that the wifi was quite slow to connect, but that's about it. I was very satisfied with both the bath and the food.

    I was very satisfied.

    Since it was a weekday stay in January, there were only about 10 groups of guests, so I was able to spend my time very quietly and comfortably. I chose the full course of snow crab for the meal, and I was very satisfied with both the quality and quantity of the crab. The staff's high level of hospitality was also very well-maintained and pleasant. I used the largest room with a bath, and the wooden floors and walls were so beautiful and new-looking that it was very comfortable. I would like to use it again.

    Birthday celebration trip

    We decided to stay at Yumura Onsen for the first time during our birthday trip around the San'in region, and after researching in advance, we made the right choice with Yuamu, which is known for its cuisine. We were very satisfied with both dinner and breakfast, and the staff in charge kindly explained the dishes, allowing us to enjoy the sake as well. The onsen and hotel services were also excellent. I would love to see the winter scenery of Yumura Onsen.

    I was very satisfied with the meals, hot springs, and service.

    I used this place for a late summer vacation to relax. As the reviews said, both dinner and breakfast were very delicious, and both my eyes and stomach were very satisfied. The room was also well-cleaned, and the private hot spring was pleasant. The staff's response was courteous, and I would like to use it again.
