Time for Adults
I received enough care to soothe my tired body and mind after a leisurely 600km drive in my car. I am not fond of being constantly attended to, even when buying clothes. I will call if needed. There is absolutely no lack of service, even without excessive attention. Everything felt just right. That's the impression I got.

It was a bit far fro...
It was a bit far from Kyoto Station, but I was able to spend a relaxing and happy time! Next time, I would like to check in early and enjoy the Onsen more!

The bathroom was narrow and very crowded compared to the number of rooms, so it was disappointing that I couldn't relax!

Satisfied with the high-quality interior and excellent location.
When you enter the lobby, the beautiful scenery catches your eye. The interior of the entire hotel and the arrangement of the rooms are also good, making it one of my favorite stays where you can relax. The autumn Japanese garden is also beautiful, especially the reflection of the autumn leaves in the garden pond at night is wonderful. However, I wish there were a little more services available. It's a bit disappointing that even guests need to pay an entrance fee for the Japanese garden, and the coffee in the room is also charged. Of course, it is undoubtedly a high-quality hotel, and I would like to use it again.

The autumn foliage garden is wonderful.
The garden of the adjacent Shozan Resort was wonderful. It felt like a hidden gem with few people around. The night illumination was breathtaking, with the autumn leaves reflecting on the pond like a mirror. In the morning, unlike at night, the carpet of maple leaves on the moss was beautifully stunning. The room was a Japanese-Western style room with an open-air bath, newly renovated, clean, and relaxing. There was plenty of storage, such as drawers, making it a room where you'd want to stay for a long time. Dinner was chicken cuisine from Shozan Resort. It was said that the old building was relocated, giving it a nice atmosphere. The course, priced around 5000 yen, was worth the price and highly satisfying. The Onsen was gentle on my sensitive skin and warmed me up. It's rare to find an Onsen in Kyoto city, and with the great view of the mountains right in front, it's a Hotel that makes you want to visit again.

I reserved 2 rooms f...
I reserved 2 rooms for 4 adults and 1 child. I don't understand why the hotel made a reservation for 4 adults and 2 children and charged an additional fee. I am attaching the reservation voucher, so I would appreciate it if the hotel could review it and refund the overcharged amount. Also, the hotel's facilities were very good, and I would like to stay again.

Autumn in Kyoto
Impressions of a one-night stay in Kyoto Takagamine. [Positive Points] - It is quiet and nice because it is located away from the city center of Kyoto. I was able to sleep in a quiet place for the first time in a while. - I only had breakfast as I went to another restaurant for dinner, but the ingredients were good compared to other locations of Harvest. - The hotel staff's response is good. I saw some reviews saying they don't carry luggage, but it is clearly stated on the reservation screen that there is no porter service. [Points for Improvement] - It was written that tap water is drinkable, so I tried it without boiling, but it had a strange smell and was not drinkable, so I went to buy some. Even in lower-priced hotels, they usually provide mineral water for the number of guests. Overall, it was a satisfying stay. During the busy autumn leaves season, this area is calm with many locals, making it especially recommended during such times. Imamiya Shrine is also within walking distance, so I encourage you to visit. I have also reserved a stay in Karuizawa within the year, so I will be in your care again.

It was very inconven...
It was very inconvenient that dinner was not included and we had to go out. The Onsen was not very good either. The room was clean, but it was difficult to adjust the temperature of the open-air bath in the room. The breakfast buffet was good.
