Thank you for guiding us to a spacious room on the day of our stay. Thanks to that, we were able to spend our time comfortably, but there were a few points that caught our attention overall. The main issue was with the restaurant. During dinner, perhaps because it was too empty, the staff didn’t notice us entering at all. Despite having a Reservation, they didn’t ask for our name and guided us as if we hadn’t reserved. When we mentioned that we had made a Reservation, they said they had prepared this table for us, which felt contradictory. While the food itself was delicious, considering the price, I thought it might be more cost-effective to dine in the city instead. A Service Fee was charged; however, there wasn’t even tea service during the meal—making me wonder what exactly constituted "service" here. As for breakfast, there weren’t any distinctive dishes and seemed to lack variety overall. The Room was spacious but lacked an appealing view. Although it was described as being on the ocean side, the window had wired glass and only allowed partial views of the sea from beyond the balcony. Additionally, with items like TVs blocking near-window areas inside the Room itself—it felt unrealistic to describe this as enjoying views of Onomichi Channel fully.
