Stayed during my first trip to Akita. It was a room for two people, and it was spacious enough with a nice semi-open-air bath. Above all, the meals were delicious. It was a perfect place to relax, eat delicious food, enjoy the onsen, and unwind with some good drinks. Thank you for taking care of us.

    It was the best Ryokan!

This was my first time using the service, and everything, including the Room, meals, and staff's response, was excellent! I will definitely use it again!

    Enjoy to the fullest

I had the pleasure of using a Room with an open-air Onsen. It was spacious and very relaxing! The quality of the Onsen was excellent, and bathing while overlooking the Sea of Japan was exceptional and extremely satisfying. Both dinner and breakfast were very delicious, providing a wonderful time that healed both my mind and body. I definitely want to visit again! Thank you very much!

We arrived earlier than planned, so we left our luggage during the break and walked to the GAO Aquarium. When we returned from the aquarium, our luggage was already in the Room. We didn't expect to have meals in the Room, so we enjoyed a delicious meal while relaxing. Although I was a beginner with alcohol, everything was refreshing and delicious, changing my previous image of Japanese sake. There was a snowstorm along the way, but it was nice to be able to relax. Dinner was Akita Komachi rice, and breakfast was Sakiha Kome, each with a different taste, and both were delicious.

High-quality ingredients, breathtaking views, and hospitality

It was my first visit to Oga. I stayed at the Ryokan. Room: It was spacious. The open-air bath was comfortable. A spectacular view of the Sea of Japan is guaranteed. Meals: The dinner, including the kaleidoscope of 16 appetizers and steak, was rich in originality. The hatahata fish served at breakfast is said to be a rare delicacy. Staff: The hospitality was excellent, such as bringing coffee from the lobby to the room. I would like to use this place again when I visit Akita. (The Akita dog plush toys sold at the shop are recommended as souvenirs.)

    Private open-air bath

I have stayed in many rooms with private open-air baths, but this was the largest open-air bath. I am very satisfied. I was also touched by the thoughtful gesture of providing a left-handed tray for breakfast after noticing that I am left-handed during dinner. The service was excellent. I would love to stay again. Thank you for taking care of us this time.

The view from the window was fantastic.

The room was very clean and tidy, likely due to the recent renovation. The open-air bath and terrace are side by side, and the view from there with the windows fully open was unobstructed and fantastic. The design was efficient, allowing for a comfortable stay with a sense of simplicity. We chose the abalone teppanyaki course for our meal, but since the regular course also included abalone dishes, I felt that the abalone dishes from the regular course should be excluded when opting for the abalone course. However, the abalone teppanyaki was very delicious, a specialty of a ryokan near the sea. The quality of the hot spring water was excellent, and I found myself taking a bath multiple times, enjoying it thoroughly. I was able to leisurely enjoy a late summer trip.

An inn I want to visit again

The dinner with red snow crab was quite plentiful, easy to eat, and very delicious. The vegetable kaleidoscope was also colorful and very tasty. The abalone, meat, and Sakihokore rice were all delicious. The hot spring in the room was soothing, with the temperature just right (it can be adjusted), and I enjoyed it many times. If I may be greedy, I would be happier if the checkout time was at 11 o'clock so I could relax more. Also, it would be nice to have amenities for women.

The view from the room, the hot spring, and the in-room dining were wonderful.

This was my first trip to the Oga Peninsula, and my first time staying at this inn. Upon entering the room, I was moved by the stunning view. The bath in the room was also large and very lovely, and being able to enjoy it with my family while gazing at the sea was an unparalleled experience. The meals, made with local and seasonal ingredients, were delicious and beautifully presented, and I thoroughly enjoyed them. The warm hospitality from the proprietress and the staff also left a very good impression. I appreciated their attention to SDGs as well. I definitely hope to visit again.

The other day, I had the pleasure of visiting Teisui for the first time with a couple of friends who live in Tokyo. From the proprietress to the front desk staff and the staff who served our meals, everyone welcomed us with such wonderful smiles, making our stay very pleasant. The dinner was very luxurious, showcasing the head chef's skill and delicacy, and the breakfast was also delicious, with dishes that perfectly complemented the rice, all while enjoying a spectacular view. Even my wife, who usually doesn't ask for seconds, had three helpings of rice (laughs). The bath in our room was amazing, and being able to use it 24 hours a day was incredibly convenient. The morning bath with a breathtaking view was, of course, wonderful, but the beautifully lit bath at night was also elegant and exceptional. It was a one-night, two-day trip that truly helped us recover from the summer fatigue. We would love to visit again.
