The vegetable shabu-shabu at breakfast was delicious. The tofu was also excellent.

The large public bath was wonderful—I went in many times. Even after returning to my cool Room, I was sweating a lot and felt like my circulation had really improved. I drank the mineral water provided in the Room, then went back for another bath. The bed was very comfortable; while lying down and watching TV, I ended up falling asleep early and slept soundly until morning. The bed was great, but I think it was thanks to the large public bath as well. I also loved how quiet the large public bath was—no music at all. Complete silence. It was perfect and very relaxing. Breakfast—the vegetable shabu-shabu—was incredibly delicious. A staff member told me, “The tofu is delicious,” so I tried it, and it really was amazing. The ginger and green onion condiments were also excellent. Thank you for the recommendation. The salad was fresh and crisp, and the chikuzen-ni (simmered dish) was also tasty. With plenty of vegetables plus the large public bath, bed, and breakfast—these three made me feel like my body had been restored. It’s a shame YouTube can’t be watched on the TV; everything else was excellent. I also used the in-Room bathroom; although it’s a unit bath, the tub had been cleaned until it felt perfectly smooth, which made me happy. It was very comfortable to use.

    The TV remote control is...

Overall Review The meals were satisfying, and dinner while watching the sunset was wonderful. The large public bath was also good. However, I was bothered by waiters chatting among themselves. The Room was clean and nice, but it is unacceptable that the TV remote control was dirty. If that is the standard, then using the cups or kettle would feel risky. I strongly hope the Hotel pays closer attention to cleanliness. It’s a shame because everything else, including the Room, is kept so well. Good Points - It’s great that the stairs from the 30th-floor front desk down to the 29th floor where the Room is located are right next to reception - The window glass is clean, so you can enjoy a clear view - The Room is kept clean (though that may be expected) - The sunset is beautiful, and watching it during dinner is amazing Bad Points - The after-meal coffee tasted bad; overcooked/boiled-down coffee is not acceptable - The TV remote control was so dirty that I hesitated to touch it for a moment. Why was there grime-like buildup between the buttons? - Why do restaurant waiters talk loudly enough for guests to hear? It ruined what should have been a relaxing drink while watching the sunset

I’d love to stay here again.

The Room had a wonderful view from the window. Because it was close to the elevator hall, noise such as conversations in foreign languages and children crying felt loud even through the door. Even with the lights off at bedtime, light came in through gaps around the door, so I blocked it with a cushion. Although not directly related to the Hotel itself, both of the two routes from the station required passing near a smoking area, and cigarette smoke spread around on both routes, which was unpleasant. Other than that, it’s conveniently located for shopping and I had a worthwhile stay. I didn’t use the large public bath, so I can’t comment on it. Considering the accommodation fee, I feel it was reasonable overall, so I think I would stay again at some point.

Stay in Futako-Tamagawa like you live there.

This time I stayed for two nights with No Meals Included, and although I didn’t have much time to relax and enjoy the Onsen, I had a very comfortable stay. I took the Tokyu Line—just like I always did when I lived in Tokyo—to Jingu Stadium, and it was great to be able to see a movie nearby, shop as well, and still stay in a quiet residential neighborhood. The area felt safe and secure, and all of the staff were extremely courteous, which made for a truly wonderful stay in Tokyo. Next time I’d like to take things a bit more slowly and enjoy lunch on the top floor. After writing my wish on a Tanabata tanzaku strip, I headed home thinking that I would definitely stay here again next time. Thank you very much for everything!

Enjoy a relaxing moment with complimentary champagne.

Surrounded by panoramic city views and night scenery from the 28th floor, I enjoyed a truly luxurious stay. The complimentary champagne service was perfect for unwinding after work. In the morning, I took a walk since the Tama River is nearby. This was my second stay, and it was easy to find from the station and very comfortable.

    First time.

The breakfast was excellent, but the Room was small and dark, so it was a bit disappointing. I was surprised that the Room only had a shower.

    Could you please wai...

Could you please wait until guests have left before setting up for lunch? I would like to eat in peace. There were about 15 minutes left until breakfast ended, and it seemed that only one waiter was on duty and started setting up for lunch. They came to set up the table next to us—very close by—four or five times. If it had been just once, I wouldn’t have minded, but it happened so many times that I kept thinking, “Again?” Other tables still hadn’t been set. It made me feel uncomfortable. It was right at the end, but I left at 10:00. Other than that, everything was great. It became a wonderful memory!

The coffee cups were left dirty.

When I took the in-room tea/coffee cup from the drawer to use it, I noticed a dried brown stain right where you put your mouth, as if someone had drunk coffee from it. There was a similar dried brown stain on the opposite side, and even drip marks running down toward the bottom. The cup had been placed upside down and put back in the drawer as-is. Neither of the two cups appeared to have been properly washed; it was unhygienic and extremely unpleasant. (This was only on the first night; on the second night, they were clean.) I have heard that in-room dishware at Hotels can sometimes be unhygienic, but this has never happened at this Hotel before (or I may not have noticed), so I trusted it—this was far too bad. Very disappointing.

    It was great.

All staff were very helpful. Although it was a Multiple Night Stay, the housekeeping staff in particular were excellent, and we had a wonderful time. We would like to stay again.

    It was great.

The Room was equipped with a microwave and laundry facilities. The meals were also delicious. The large public bath was very pleasant to use. Please note that there is a section of about 20 meters where you may get wet in the rain on the way from the station to the Hotel.

    This was my first stay.

This was a Hotel I had always wanted to stay at, and I finally had the chance to do so. The guest rooms are on the 28th and 29th floors, with the front desk on the 30th, giving it a layout and atmosphere that felt a bit different from typical Hotels. Since it was a last-minute Reservation made the day before, only one double room was available, which showed how popular it is. One issue was that there was no mirror in the room and the lighting was quite dim, making it very inconvenient for my wife to do her makeup. She had no choice but to use the bathroom, but there was hardly any space to put toiletries or belongings there either, which also made it difficult to use. On the other hand, breakfast offered a wide variety of dishes, and everything was delicious. It made for a pleasant start to the day.

    Exceptional value for money

My daughter and I stayed here together. Hotel prices in Tokyo are high, and many Hotels make you think, “This Room for this price?” but this Hotel was reasonably priced, the Room was spacious, and the large public bath was clean and comfortably designed. The front desk staff were polite and kind, and all the housekeeping staff greeted us pleasantly. It’s a Hotel I’d like to use again on my next trip to Tokyo.

    I think it’s a good Hotel.

The view was excellent, and the large public bath was also great. If I had to say something, the TV is small. Also, it would have been better if the breakfast seating was closer to the windows, and the selection is a bit limited. But overall, I think this is a high-quality Hotel.

    We chose this Hotel ...

We chose this Hotel because it was nearby, and my elderly mother did not want to travel far. The staff provided polite and attentive service, accommodating our requests willingly. When my mother, who couldn't go to the large public bath, was using the private bath, there was a power outage for a few minutes which frightened her. The next morning as well, there was a brief power outage lasting a few seconds—does this happen often? I intended to mention it at the front desk upon checkout but forgot. It might be worth investigating further. The Room had a great view and we enjoyed our stay. Thank you for your hospitality!

    I had a relaxing stay.

I always appreciate the staff's hospitality, and once again, their attentive response to my requests made for a pleasant stay. The room with its large windows and comfortable bed, as well as the public bath, were highlights of my visit. However, I did notice a few points: 1. The bedside lamp's dimmer was too bright even at its lowest setting, leaving no choice but to turn it off completely. 2. The public bath's tub seemed constantly full without fresh water being added. 3. The parking fee felt higher compared to city Hotels in urban areas. Additionally, the restaurant’s dinner hours felt too early with last orders at 8 PM and closing at 9 PM; this led me to venture out into the cold for dinner (laughs). That said, I look forward to staying again next year! Thank you in advance!

The front desk service, room cleaning, and breakfast were all excellent! Especially the double bed (it was actually my first time using one, haha) was incredibly stable and super comfortable! Since we usually sleep in separate beds, it felt refreshing (lol).

    Convenient and comfortable Hotel.

Thank you for storing my luggage in advance and delivering it to my Room upon check-in. Recently, many Hotels provide ReFa showerheads and hair dryers, so I was a bit disappointed in that regard. I was looking forward to enjoying the view from the high floor, but unfortunately, it was more of a courtyard-style design. The direct connection to Haneda Airport and the limousine bus to Disney make it very convenient. I plan to use it again next time.

    The sofa...

During my previous visit, the Room had a long sofa that was very comfortable, but this time it was replaced with modern chairs and a table, which was disappointing. I believe having a comfortable sofa to relax on is important. On IKYU.com, the image still shows a sofa, so I think it should be updated. Despite the high price, the setup felt like that of a Business Hotel, which made me sad. The only saving grace was the beautiful view from the Room.

    It was a good Hotel.

The breakfast was delicious, the atmosphere was pleasant, and the staff were cheerful and kind. The person who guided us to the bath was also very helpful. I stayed here as a pre-visit for Tokyo Medical Center, and I would love to come back again.

    It was comfortable.

I stayed here for a girls' trip with friends. The location was convenient from the station, and the room was clean and comfortable. In addition to having a large public bath, both bath towels and face towels were provided in the bath area, allowing us to use fresh ones each time, which I found very nice. I would love to stay at this accommodation again if I have the chance.

    Breakfast Included

The fresh egg and freshly shaved, melt-in-your-mouth bonito flakes on rice were absolutely delicious. This time, the dish was personally prepared by the head chef, adding an extra sense of excitement. The vegetable shabu-shabu was so good that I had seconds, and the carefully prepared side dishes were also incredibly tasty. The Room featured a deep bathtub, which allowed me to relax during bath time instead of heading to the public bath. It had been a while since my last visit, but I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The staff members were courteous and attentive—thank you very much!

    Completely satisfied

Second stay. The first time, I could only reserve a small, suffocating room and felt exhausted, but this time, with an early reservation, everything was satisfying. A Hotel I would like to use again.

    The hotel is conveni...

The hotel is conveniently located near commercial facilities. I have stayed here several times. The rooms vary, with some offering great views and others without, but all rooms are calm and comfortable. However, as others have mentioned, there is a strong odor resembling an aging smell. Upon entering the room, I immediately used the deodorizing spray provided in the room throughout the space. The smell seems to be ingrained not only in the bedding but also in the carpet and curtains. I’ve noticed similar issues at other hotels like Tokyu Stay before, but they have since improved significantly and no longer have such odors. It might depend on the specific room or perhaps on previous guests who stayed there; it could also be an issue with the laundry service used by the hotel. As a guest seeking a pleasant stay, I hope this issue can be addressed for improvement. That said, I am satisfied with the hospitality of your staff. Additionally, it would be great if you could keep the public bath open until later hours!

    A well-balanced and lovely Hotel

The room was compact but clean, and the large floor-to-ceiling windows offered a view of the Tama River and greenery, which was a refreshing change from typical city hotels. Since there was only one chair in the room, I borrowed a folding chair from the front desk. However, I was surprised to hear the sound of trains turning on the Tokyu Oimachi Line curve. Although there wasn’t an open-air bath in the public bath area to enjoy fresh air, it was well-ventilated with small courtyard-style windows, making it comfortable to use. Clear illustrations about proper manners were displayed, which made me feel at ease (though I did notice several bath towels placed on the edge of the bathtub). It’s very convenient that new bath towels are provided without needing to bring them from your room. A water dispenser would be a great addition as well. The meals exceeded my expectations with both Japanese and Western options being delicious. The balance between ingredients' natural flavors and seasoning was excellent. Being able to access both the 30th-floor lobby and 29th-floor guest rooms via stairs is helpful when elevators are crowded (unlike other hotels where check-out times often cause elevator congestion). Unfortunately, we couldn’t access the private terrace mentioned on your hotel’s homepage due to a private party in progress during our visit in the evening—missing out on views of Shinjuku, Shibuya, and Shinagawa nightscapes was disappointing. However, we were informed that it would be accessible after breakfast next morning. When we visited later though, belt stands blocking entry made us unsure if we could go in; we ended up confirming with reception just to be sure! The approximately 200-degree panoramic view is such an outstanding feature unique compared to other accommodations—it deserves more promotion!

    A bit disappointing

This was my second stay. Overall, the Hotel was good, and I had been looking forward to breakfast again since it was delicious last time. However, it was a bit disappointing this time. Perhaps because it was a Monday, the variety of dishes was limited, and the food did not meet my expectations, which is unfortunate for such a nice Hotel. The bathwater also felt slightly lukewarm.

There is an issue with the bathroom odor.

Being on a high floor, the view was naturally stunning, and the night view was beautiful. However, this wonderful experience was diminished by the smell in the bathroom. The odor was quite bothersome, but since there is a public bath available, I rated the bath experience as 3. Here are some points of concern: ● Bathroom Odor I dealt with it by plugging the drain and filling it with water. The smell was confined to the bathroom; the room itself was fine. I couldn't bring myself to use the shower and opted for the public bath instead... ● Public Bath Washing Area The washing area in the public bath had a similar odor to that of my room's bathroom, which dampened my mood. Fortunately, it didn’t reach as far as the bathtub area, so I managed to distract myself while bathing. ● Public Bath Dressing Room It was well-maintained and clean. I appreciated that they provided Refa hair dryers. However, I only noticed from a sign after entering that towels for use in both men's and women's baths were located in a corridor between them. ● Room While cleaning seemed thorough overall, scratches on some parts of walls caught my eye occasionally—giving an impression that maintenance might not be fully up-to-date. Additionally, compared to other hotels I've stayed at before, noises such as doors opening/closing or voices from hallways were slightly louder than expected and somewhat distracting.
