    Satisfied.

    This was our first time staying at Regina Resort. Since it had been a while since our last trip to Hakone, we chose Ungaisou, which seemed promising for its Onsen. We were satisfied with the Room, cuisine, Onsen, and the staff's hospitality. Additionally, they accommodated our requests, making it a memorable experience.

    Exceptional hospitality

    I stayed for one night with the Standard Plan. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly attentive, even remembering the names of our two dogs in advance, which made us feel very welcomed from check-in. The room was exceptionally clean and well-prepared, and there was no pet odor anywhere in the accommodation; every corner was meticulously cared for. The dog run was a great feature, and perhaps because there aren’t too many rooms, we didn’t overlap with other dogs during our time there. This allowed our timid dogs to enjoy themselves comfortably. Both dinner and breakfast were absolutely delicious, making for a truly satisfying experience. Even when our dogs barked during meal service, the staff remained kind and understanding without showing any discomfort—this made us so glad we chose this accommodation. Upon departure, a male staff member who we hadn’t met since check-in guided us to our car and kindly asked if “Rita-chan” and “Juni-chan” had enjoyed their stay—it left such an impression on us! Beyond just cleanliness or delicious meals, it’s clear that the exceptional hospitality of your staff is what makes this accommodation truly special. We also received a paw print stamp as a keepsake; even then, your team treated us warmly with great care—it was deeply moving. Every single member of your team showed genuine kindness and attention to detail throughout our stay. Although it was only one night this time around, I hope to visit again for a longer stay next time. Thank you so much for all your thoughtful gestures from arrival to departure—I look forward to visiting again!

    Hospitality

    This was my first time using this accommodation. I have visited various accommodations where I could stay with my dog, but I was deeply impressed by the high level of hospitality not only for humans but also for dogs. The service is based on the idea that dogs are family, not just pets. The meals were very delicious, with thoughtful presentation and serving methods, making it a highly satisfying experience. This is an accommodation I would definitely like to visit again. While pet-friendly accommodations have increased, the exceptional service here sets it apart from others, and it's understandable why reservations can be hard to secure. For such a special trip, even with a price difference of several tens of thousands of yen, it is well worth choosing this place.

    Impressed by the IKYU site!

    Before the pandemic, I often used the IKYU site. I once questioned and criticized the way stars were rated, but I was impressed to see that the IKYU site had improved by considering more from the customer's perspective, just as they responded at that time.

    I was completely sat...

    I was completely satisfied with everything. I was a bit concerned about the lack of a large public bath, but since the open-air bath in the room was an Onsen, it was not a problem at all. We didn't have to leave our dog behind, so it became a dog-first trip. The staff who attended to us were full of hospitality spirit, making our stay pleasant. The food was delicious, the room was clean, and I would like to visit the Regina Facility again. Above all, our timid dog seemed to enjoy it, and the way he devoured the food we ordered was amazing. Thanks to you, it was a wonderful trip. Thank you for taking care of us.

    Family Trip

    My mother passed away, and my father was living alone, so we were able to go on a family trip for the first time in a while. The Hotel was very clean and felt like a hotel for pets. All the staff were dog (pet) lovers, so we were able to stay with peace of mind. Even my father, who usually doesn't express such things, seemed satisfied and mentioned wanting to visit again on the way back.

    Both dogs and humans were completely satisfied!

    In a word, it was the best Stays. From arrival to departure, the hospitality of the staff was excellent, especially their attention and kindness towards our beloved dog, which allowed us to stay with peace of mind. The amenities for our dog were abundant and very helpful, and the seasonal photo spots and paw print stamp service were delightful. The souvenirs and goods were simple yet carefully selected, showcasing great taste. The Room was thoroughly cleaned, making it very clean and comfortable to stay in. The Onsen had the perfect temperature, and we enjoyed it leisurely twice, at night and in the morning. The meals were delicious, with each ingredient being of high quality and perfectly seasoned. If there was one thing to mention, although there was free water, it would have been even better if there were paid options for alcohol or juice in the refrigerator. To all the staff, thank you very much for your warm hospitality. We are delighted to have created unforgettable memories with our beloved dog. We definitely want to stay again when we visit Hakone.

    [Thank you for your thoughtfulness]

    Thank you for your hospitality the other day. It was my first visit, but I was able to spend a relaxing time. The meal in the Room and the open-air bath were perfect. Above all, I was really happy that everyone spoke to us as we were with our dog. The paw print stamp was made into a keychain, which became a great memory. I would like to return again. Thank you very much.

    We were both very satisfied with the comfortable time and delicious meals.

    I visited with my husband and our two beloved Chihuahuas. Our dogs love baths, and the pet spa seemed very pleasant. They were also very satisfied with the dog meals. The meals were finely chopped, so even our senior Chihuahua, who is 15 years and 7 months old, ate it all up. We appreciated the service of paw print keychains and printed photos, which made for great memories. There were many delightful experiences for both our dogs and us as their owners. The delicious food and the Onsen in the room were very satisfying. In the quiet space, our dogs slept soundly and quietly in the portable playpen we brought. The staff were kind and attentive, allowing us to have a wonderful time. We would love to visit again. Thank you for your continued hospitality.
