    It was comfortable.

    It was very comfortable. The Room was spacious enough, and the bathroom facilities were sufficient. The separate bath and toilet are a big plus. I was worried it might be noisy due to the location, but there were no issues at all. I would love to stay here again next time.

    Very convenient

    I stayed here the night before an early morning flight. Checked in during the evening and had dinner at the restaurant right away. The Bolognese set was delicious. The Room had basic amenities, including a toothbrush set, which was convenient. The air purifier was appreciated. A complimentary bottle of water was also a nice touch.

    Very close to Terminal 3!

    The Hotel is very close to the terminal, so after checking in my luggage, I had breakfast at the Hotel before heading to immigration.

    The location is unbeatable!

    I stayed here again for a night before my international flight. Although I arrived slightly earlier than 3 PM, I was allowed to check in as the Room was ready, which was very convenient. The timing seemed good as the self-check-in process went smoothly without any waiting, unlike before. The Room was on a standard floor but had a great view of the aircraft parking area right in front. The bathtub was spacious, clean, and relaxing. As always, this Hotel's location is excellent and very convenient to use. However, due to this prime location, the price feels somewhat high, which slightly lowers overall satisfaction.

    I stayed here again as a pre-flight accommodation for an international flight. The hotel is extremely convenient, being adjacent to the airport and with check-in counters located just outside the hotel. As a city hotel, the rooms and bathtubs are spacious, making for a comfortable stay. Although the hotel seemed busy, it was quiet once inside the room, which was nice. Amenities were adequately provided; however, I felt that the quality of slippers had declined compared to before. If my memory serves me right, they used to provide fluffy white slippers from The Haneda brand, but this time they were thin brown ones commonly found in business hotels (apologies if I’m mistaken). One area for improvement would be the automated check-in system—it doesn’t function very well. This has been an issue during my previous stays as well; manual check-in by staff is actually faster in comparison. While guest unfamiliarity with using such systems might play a role, other hotels have much smoother automated check-in processes in place. I hope this can be improved for better efficiency. Although I accept paying extra for its prime location near the airport, I feel that the accommodation fee is quite high relative to the hotel's overall standard—this may affect satisfaction levels negatively at times. That said, while some staff interactions felt slightly scripted at times, their efforts to provide good service were evident and left a positive impression on me overall.

    Right next to Haneda Airport Terminal 3 Check-in Counter N

    I stayed here to catch a 6:30 AM flight from T1 the next morning. Since it is a hotel located inside Haneda Airport T3, I was able to reach T1 smoothly the following morning. Although I checked in at midnight and planned to order room service, there were several convenient 24-hour restaurants like Yoshinoya and ramen shops operating in Haneda Airport T3, which was very helpful.

    Only the location

    The location is excellent, with direct access from the end of the floor where the international terminal check-in counters are located. The Room was non-smoking but smelled of smoke, dimly lit, extremely simple in design, and the wallpaper was faded and worn out. It felt like a typical old Business Hotel room. However, the bathroom was not a unit bath but a separate space, which was a positive point. If you arrive at Haneda late at night and absolutely need to stay without wanting to move due to exhaustion, it is convenient; otherwise, it did not feel worth it.

    Overnight Stay Before Traveling Abroad

    I had another comfortable stay at this accommodation. As many of you reading this review may know, this hotel is directly connected to Terminal 3 and serves as a transit hotel. We always use this hotel when we have an early morning flight overseas. Returning the card key is simple with the automatic return machine, allowing for a quick checkout in just seconds without wasting any time. It also provides peace of mind as weather conditions on the day won’t affect your departure. However, with the recent increase in inbound demand, accommodation costs have risen significantly. If you search carefully, you can find business hotels around the airport for about 10,000 yen per night. The question is how much value you place on that price difference. For us, even considering the price difference, we choose this hotel for its convenience and peace of mind. This time we booked a room on the premium floor again. Breakfast is included for free in such cases; however, since it didn’t fit our departure schedule, we opted for a set menu dinner replacement from the previous evening instead. Unfortunately, this has been disappointing recently—there used to be more options available before but now there are only three set menus to choose from. Ideally, I would like them to provide vouchers equivalent to breakfast costs so guests can select what they want freely instead of being limited by fixed options. There are various à la carte dishes I’d love to try if given that flexibility! I hope they consider making improvements in this area soon. Thank you again for taking care of us during our stay!

    I stayed for one night to use an international flight. I chose a premium floor Room, but due to the rain, the windows were fogged up, and I couldn't see the expected view of planes taking off and landing.

    I stayed at the accommodation after returning from an overseas trip, arriving late at night to transfer to a domestic flight the next day. Although it was just a reservation for sleeping, the late-night check-in service was courteous, and both the room and bathroom were clean and comfortable. The next day's checkout was easy with an automated payment machine, allowing for a smooth process without taking extra time.

    Trial Stay

    I used it because I had never stayed before to catch an early morning flight. The Room is functional, but the small size is undeniable. Also, the check-in/out machine is frankly too slow to be usable. It's faster with a person, and if there are two people attending the machine, I think it would be smoother to have people handle it.

    The shower curtain is...

    I have used the property several times, but this time I stayed in a single room. From the moment I entered the room, a musty smell filled the room, and upon checking what the smell was, I found that a foul odor, like damp laundry, was coming from the shower curtain in the bathroom. It seems that the smell spread throughout the room because the glass doors of the toilet and bathroom were wide open. I understand that it may not be possible to air out the shower curtain every time, but I hope it can be addressed regularly.

    Good location

    Access is convenient thanks to Keikyu, allowing travel to all directions such as Asakusa, Yokohama, and Chiba. During the period from the end of the year to the beginning of the year, when you can't go out much due to exam studies, we hope you will use it. The atmosphere of the hotel's restaurant is nice, and since the airport never sleeps, I didn't feel much inconvenience with the 24-hour service. The room being small was challenging for a Multiple Night Stay, but aside from that, the room was clean and the view of Mount Fuji at sunset was very nice.

    Stayed the night before at Haneda.

    I stayed here for the first time before my trip to Okinawa. The price was reasonable, and there were many restaurants near the international Hotel, making it very convenient.     The cost performance is low.

    The price does not match the content of the Facility. Basically, there is no Hotel-like service. No storage for ice packs. Convenient for international flights, but nearby Hotels are better. The separately managed restaurant is not tasty. The value is 60% of the current price.

    Thank you for your hospitality. I have stayed several times, and it is very convenient because the hotel front desk and departure lobby are on the same floor. I sent my suitcase to the JAL ABC counter on the same floor, so after receiving it, I also rented WiFi and exchanged foreign currency, all on the same floor.     Although compact, the room is functional, making it easy to open a suitcase, and I really like the cleanliness and rational feel of this hotel. Recently, I haven't had the chance to have breakfast, but the restaurant is also delicious.     The next day, I was on the first flight from Haneda Airport Terminal 1, but the access to the free bus within the terminal was good, and the room had decent facilities, allowing me to relax comfortably.

    I booked this hotel to ensure I could catch my flight the next morning without any issues. When I used it a few years ago, check-in and check-out were done in person, so given the pricing, I assumed it would be the same. I was surprised to find that it had switched to machines this time. As requested at the time of booking, the room arranged for me was away from the elevator, which I greatly appreciated. The room itself was neither good nor bad. The bathtub was reasonably deep, and having pillows was a plus. However, I was surprised that there was no desk in the room. There was a round table, but it was not very suitable for working. I was also surprised by the amount of dust on the air purifier in the room. Other than that, I didn't notice any particular issues. There was enough space to open my suitcase, and overall, I think there were no major problems. This time, I used the breakfast service for the first time, but I felt the content was a bit lacking for the price. Honestly, at this price, I think it might be better to consider having breakfast elsewhere.
