    It can't be helped.

    Since I booked a room assigned by the property, I suppose it couldn't be helped, but the room had no bathtub and no view at all...

    Thank you for your support.

    Every time, thanks to the warm welcome from the staff, I truly feel I’ve had a satisfying stay. With access to the Premium Floor, being able to switch breakfast to lunch or dinner is a service you don’t find elsewhere. I really appreciate being able to choose when to use the restaurant based on my airport arrival and flight departure times, and the restaurant staff’s attentiveness was excellent, making for a very comfortable dining experience. I look forward to staying with you again. Thank you very much.

    Dinner was delicious!

    We stayed on the Premium Floor. We changed the floor-benefit breakfast to dinner, and we were very satisfied—the portions were generous and everything tasted great. Since we usually eat a light breakfast, being able to switch it to dinner was really appreciated. The kids also had a wonderful time, enjoying the view of airplanes and the clean room. Thank you for a lovely holiday.

    This hotel is a great choice for an overnight stay before an early morning flight.

    This was my second stay. I had a flight departing at 7:00 the next morning, and while it wouldn’t have been impossible to travel from home, I chose to stay overnight so I could leave more relaxed. My room was on the same floor as the front desk so there was no need to go up or down, but the walk along the corridor was quite long. Since my wife has difficulty walking and uses crutches, it felt especially far and tiring. The room felt somewhere between a business hotel and a standard hotel. It wasn’t bad, but the size and furnishings were fairly basic; if you’re only there to sleep, it’s fine. This time I booked two rooms. Because both check-in and check-out are done via machines, handling procedures for two rooms took some time without staff assistance. It would be more convenient if manual procedures were available depending on the situation. During my previous stay, staff didn’t greet me in the morning when we passed each other, and there were no comments like “welcome back” when I returned at night, which felt a bit cold. This time was the same—perhaps that’s their policy—but it still feels somewhat impersonal. A simple “Good morning” or “Have a nice day” when heading out would make for a more pleasant start. When staying at this hotel, it’s probably best not to expect that kind of hospitality.

    Very convenient for early morning international flights.

    I usually stay at Villa Fontaine, but since I had an early-morning flight, I chose this hotel because it is close to the security checkpoint. The room felt a bit dated, but the lobby was calm and it was a very comfortable place to stay. My room had a bathtub, and aside from mold around the round metal fitting inside the tub, it was an excellent hotel overall, so I would like to stay here again.

    I didn’t have any preference for the room.

    I booked this for an overnight stay because my international flight was early in the morning. When my flight was moved to Terminal 2, I considered rebooking, but since I had reserved early and it was cheaper than other options, I kept it. Transferring buses was a bit inconvenient, but the Room was clean and the double-size bed was comfortable, so it turned out to be the right choice.

    I stayed the night b...

    I stayed the night before because I had an early departure the next morning. The front desk was quick to respond, and when I forgot something, they promptly kept it for me. Given the unique setting of being a Hotel inside the airport, it met my needs more than sufficiently. I would like to stay here again.

    The ultimate in convenience.

    Super convenient! The entrance is at the far left in front of Haneda Terminal 3, next to Counter O. You can catch an early morning flight stress-free. Recommended for those who want to work until the last minute the day before and then fly, or for anyone who wants to start their trip at a relaxed pace. The room is stylish and spotless, and the amenities are great!

    Always comfortable.

    With the recent bad weather, I feel uneasy about connecting via a nearby domestic flight, so whenever I depart on an international flight from Haneda Terminal 3, I always stay here the night before. I once stayed at Villa Fontaine, but this place feels quieter and more relaxing. Since it is located inside Terminal 3, the location is perfect. Even for early-morning departures, you can get ready without worrying about unexpected delays. There are plenty of shops in the terminal as well, so you can pick up anything you forgot. The staff respond quickly, and check-in and check-out are smooth and stress-free with the self-service machines. I will be staying again at the end of this month.

    Perfect for the night before your flight

    Stayed overnight for an early departure. Both check-in and check-out were smooth, and the Facilities were fine. I would stay again.

    Convenient direct access to the departure lobby

    It was very convenient with direct access to the departure lobby. The Room was clean, and the bathtub and shower were separate, so I could relax in a hot bath. I would like to stay again. However, I was personally disappointed that the refrigerator temperature was a bit high and there was no freezer. I couldn’t freeze ice packs for bringing refrigerated items.

    After a business tri...

    After a business trip, I usually stay at another Hotel near Haneda when I have an early morning domestic flight, but this time I chose to stay at Terminal 3 for the first time in years. It even gave me a bit of an international travel vibe, and it was fun browsing the airport bookstore, which had a different selection than bookstores in town.

    Ideal for international flights

    I stayed here to catch an international flight departing in the morning. This was my second stay, following last year. As soon as you leave the Hotel, you’re at the departure lobby, and both check-in and check-out are smooth, so it’s stress-free. The Room I used had a separate bath and toilet, which made it very convenient. I was also happy that the amenities were Decorté. Some beds don’t suit me, but at this Hotel I didn’t hurt my back at the start of my trip, and I felt reassured even for a long flight afterward. I have no complaints. I’d like to stay again.

    There was a terrible smell.

    The moment I entered the room, there was a strong foul odor reminiscent of a public restroom, and honestly it was quite shocking. The discomfort never went away during my stay, and among all the Hotels I have stayed at, this one made me particularly concerned about hygiene. I stayed here the night before leaving Haneda for an overseas business trip. On the day I returned to Japan, I developed intense itching on my arm at the airport, followed by symptoms that looked like insect bites. I explained the situation to the Hotel where I stayed during my trip and asked them to investigate; they reported that no insects were found. That made me wonder whether this Hotel stay could have been the cause. Of course, it is impossible to identify exactly where it occurred, so I am not claiming this Hotel was definitively responsible. However, even during my stay I felt something was off regarding the room’s smell and cleanliness, and combined with what happened after returning home, it left me feeling very uneasy about this stay. This is not something that can be dismissed as “it can’t be helped.” At minimum, I want you to urgently review both room odors and hygiene management. I do not want to use this place again.

    Cherish what only humans can do.

    I was looking forward to staying at this Hotel again after a long time, as it’s one of my favorites. I noticed that check-in and check-out have been switched to machines, which felt like a change in step with the times. To the staff working at the front desk: when guests walk by, could you at least look up and say a quick word? “Have a nice day,” “Thank you”—just one sentence while making eye contact is enough. We may be just one of many guests to you, but guests do notice. I saw three staff members, and they completely ignored us, which honestly surprised me.

    Is an “Omakase” Plan not allowed?

    This was my first stay on an assigned Plan. Even though I returned to Japan exhausted, the room was so small and there was no bathtub that it left me even more tired both physically and mentally.\nSo I went home early in the morning.\nI will never stay on an assigned Plan again. Deeply disappointed.

    Convenient for an overnight stay during a layover at Haneda.

    Direct access to Haneda Airport’s terminal was very convenient. I don’t plan to stay anywhere else, but I highly recommend it for an overnight stay during a connecting flight.

    Very convenient for early-morning departures from Haneda Airport.

    Due to a late arrival and an early departure the next morning, my stay was effectively about six hours, but the bed was extremely comfortable and I was able to rest well. I was also very happy that DECORTÉ amenities were provided. On the other hand, the shower setup was a bit awkward. When I tried to use it, the showerhead was facing outward, and water ended up soaking the area around the window frame. As for breakfast, considering the price, I would have appreciated a few more menu options. I also found it slightly difficult to find my way from the station to the Hotel. More signage would make it easier for first-time guests. The front desk staff were very kind, and I had a pleasant stay. Thank you very much for your hospitality.

    Relax and Unwind

    I stayed here for one night after returning from Okinawa. My flight arrived late, so I checked in later than planned, but I was able to relax until the next morning. I traveled from Terminal 2 and was able to get there smoothly by using the shuttle bus within the terminal. Next time, I’d like to stay here the night before my flight.

    Great value for money.

    I stayed alone for one night to catch a domestic flight the next day. The Facility had only the essentials with no waste, and I had no inconvenience. I was also satisfied with the good quality of the shampoo and other amenities provided in the bathroom. I woke up at night because I could hear noise from the neighboring Room, and it bothered me so much that I couldn’t sleep. In the morning, their alarm kept ringing and was also distracting. I could hear some noise from the hallway as well. The breakfast buffet had limited variety, but it was tasty. I think it offers good value for money. I would like to stay here again.

    Late at night

    Due to a ceiling leak, we had to move Rooms in the middle of the night, so our trip started with a lack of sleep.

    Thank you for choosing us whenever you travel via Haneda Airport.

    Being inside the airport, it’s very convenient and practical. During my recent stay, I had a small concern with the Room and asked the front desk to change it. They kindly accommodated my request, and I truly appreciate it. Given the location, I understand the price may be higher than other Hotel options, but I also noticed some wear and tear on the furniture. I think it could be improved with a bit more repair work. The female staff were very cheerful and pleasant. I would like to stay again. Thank you very much.

    Convenient Hotel

    Due to a typhoon, our trip was extended and we urgently looked for a Hotel near Haneda to stay at, and it was excellent. The Room was spacious, and I was happy that they also provided a separate bottled water for coffee. The breakfast tacos were delicious as well.

    Some signs of wear and tear in places.

    Compared with my previous stay, the Accommodation now feels quite worn and dated. The wooden drawer on the vanity had peeling paint left as-is, the wall artwork was still hung crooked, and the bedside lamp was also left bent or misaligned. The paper slippers looked like they were just tossed there. The carpet flooring may have felt luxurious at first, but now it seems damp and heavy. Paint that had peeled off from the bedside desk was flaking off onto the floor. The shampoo/conditioner in the bathroom were in old-style plastic bottles, which gave me an overall impression of age, poor maintenance, and a lack of responsiveness to staff feedback. It felt like it has been heavily used by many international guests. At the restaurant as well, there was little consideration in seating guidance—“Please seat yourself” would have been fine. We were seated between noisy families with children on both sides, so we couldn’t enjoy our meal and left quickly. It was disappointing compared to how it used to be. Would it have been different with another Room type?

    This was my first time staying here.

    After arriving at Haneda Airport, it was very convenient to leave my luggage at the Hotel and start exploring hands-free. The staff were also very pleasant and welcoming. Since it is directly connected to the international terminal, it really adds to the travel mood. The Room is compact but easy to use, and it’s more than enough as long as you don’t have a very large suitcase. The unit bath was also well laid out, with the toilet/sink and bathtub arranged in a practical way. The next morning I had an early first domestic flight, so I checked out quickly, but it was extremely convenient and I would like to stay again.

    Very convenient

    I stayed here before for an early-morning international flight, and this Hotel is truly convenient for using Terminal 3, so I made a Reservation as soon as I bought my airline ticket. Since I travel from Itami to Haneda and stay the night before, I wish there were a laundry room so I could wash the clothes I wore on the way and head out on my trip.

    We had a comfortable stay.

    We stayed in a premium room on the top floor and had a very comfortable stay. The restaurant staff were courteous and attentive. The automated check-in and check-out were smooth. Having a drink machine in the room made our stay even more satisfying. Thank you very much.

    Comfortable and easy to spend time in

    I stayed here for an early flight the next day, and it was a good choice. However, I felt the service from the staff at the dining area was not very good. Some staff members were noticeably careless when placing items.
