    Perfect for the night before your flight

    Stayed overnight for an early departure. Both check-in and check-out were smooth, and the Facilities were fine. I would stay again.

    Convenient direct access to the departure lobby

    It was very convenient with direct access to the departure lobby. The Room was clean, and the bathtub and shower were separate, so I could relax in a hot bath. I would like to stay again. However, I was personally disappointed that the refrigerator temperature was a bit high and there was no freezer. I couldn’t freeze ice packs for bringing refrigerated items.

    After a business tri...

    After a business trip, I usually stay at another Hotel near Haneda when I have an early morning domestic flight, but this time I chose to stay at Terminal 3 for the first time in years. It even gave me a bit of an international travel vibe, and it was fun browsing the airport bookstore, which had a different selection than bookstores in town.

    Ideal for international flights

    I stayed here to catch an international flight departing in the morning. This was my second stay, following last year. As soon as you leave the Hotel, you’re at the departure lobby, and both check-in and check-out are smooth, so it’s stress-free. The Room I used had a separate bath and toilet, which made it very convenient. I was also happy that the amenities were Decorté. Some beds don’t suit me, but at this Hotel I didn’t hurt my back at the start of my trip, and I felt reassured even for a long flight afterward. I have no complaints. I’d like to stay again.

    There was a terrible smell.

    The moment I entered the room, there was a strong foul odor reminiscent of a public restroom, and honestly it was quite shocking. The discomfort never went away during my stay, and among all the Hotels I have stayed at, this one made me particularly concerned about hygiene. I stayed here the night before leaving Haneda for an overseas business trip. On the day I returned to Japan, I developed intense itching on my arm at the airport, followed by symptoms that looked like insect bites. I explained the situation to the Hotel where I stayed during my trip and asked them to investigate; they reported that no insects were found. That made me wonder whether this Hotel stay could have been the cause. Of course, it is impossible to identify exactly where it occurred, so I am not claiming this Hotel was definitively responsible. However, even during my stay I felt something was off regarding the room’s smell and cleanliness, and combined with what happened after returning home, it left me feeling very uneasy about this stay. This is not something that can be dismissed as “it can’t be helped.” At minimum, I want you to urgently review both room odors and hygiene management. I do not want to use this place again.

    Cherish what only humans can do.

    I was looking forward to staying at this Hotel again after a long time, as it’s one of my favorites. I noticed that check-in and check-out have been switched to machines, which felt like a change in step with the times. To the staff working at the front desk: when guests walk by, could you at least look up and say a quick word? “Have a nice day,” “Thank you”—just one sentence while making eye contact is enough. We may be just one of many guests to you, but guests do notice. I saw three staff members, and they completely ignored us, which honestly surprised me.

    Is an “Omakase” Plan not allowed?

    This was my first stay on an assigned Plan. Even though I returned to Japan exhausted, the room was so small and there was no bathtub that it left me even more tired both physically and mentally.\nSo I went home early in the morning.\nI will never stay on an assigned Plan again. Deeply disappointed.

    Convenient for an overnight stay during a layover at Haneda.

    Direct access to Haneda Airport’s terminal was very convenient. I don’t plan to stay anywhere else, but I highly recommend it for an overnight stay during a connecting flight.

    Very convenient for early-morning departures from Haneda Airport.

    Due to a late arrival and an early departure the next morning, my stay was effectively about six hours, but the bed was extremely comfortable and I was able to rest well. I was also very happy that DECORTÉ amenities were provided. On the other hand, the shower setup was a bit awkward. When I tried to use it, the showerhead was facing outward, and water ended up soaking the area around the window frame. As for breakfast, considering the price, I would have appreciated a few more menu options. I also found it slightly difficult to find my way from the station to the Hotel. More signage would make it easier for first-time guests. The front desk staff were very kind, and I had a pleasant stay. Thank you very much for your hospitality.

    Relax and Unwind

    I stayed here for one night after returning from Okinawa. My flight arrived late, so I checked in later than planned, but I was able to relax until the next morning. I traveled from Terminal 2 and was able to get there smoothly by using the shuttle bus within the terminal. Next time, I’d like to stay here the night before my flight.

    Great value for money.

    I stayed alone for one night to catch a domestic flight the next day. The Facility had only the essentials with no waste, and I had no inconvenience. I was also satisfied with the good quality of the shampoo and other amenities provided in the bathroom. I woke up at night because I could hear noise from the neighboring Room, and it bothered me so much that I couldn’t sleep. In the morning, their alarm kept ringing and was also distracting. I could hear some noise from the hallway as well. The breakfast buffet had limited variety, but it was tasty. I think it offers good value for money. I would like to stay here again.

    Due to a ceiling leak, we had to move Rooms in the middle of the night, so our trip started with a lack of sleep.

    Thank you for choosing us whenever you travel via Haneda Airport.

    Being inside the airport, it’s very convenient and practical. During my recent stay, I had a small concern with the Room and asked the front desk to change it. They kindly accommodated my request, and I truly appreciate it. Given the location, I understand the price may be higher than other Hotel options, but I also noticed some wear and tear on the furniture. I think it could be improved with a bit more repair work. The female staff were very cheerful and pleasant. I would like to stay again. Thank you very much.

    Convenient Hotel

    Due to a typhoon, our trip was extended and we urgently looked for a Hotel near Haneda to stay at, and it was excellent. The Room was spacious, and I was happy that they also provided a separate bottled water for coffee. The breakfast tacos were delicious as well.

    Some signs of wear and tear in places.

    Compared with my previous stay, the Accommodation now feels quite worn and dated. The wooden drawer on the vanity had peeling paint left as-is, the wall artwork was still hung crooked, and the bedside lamp was also left bent or misaligned. The paper slippers looked like they were just tossed there. The carpet flooring may have felt luxurious at first, but now it seems damp and heavy. Paint that had peeled off from the bedside desk was flaking off onto the floor. The shampoo/conditioner in the bathroom were in old-style plastic bottles, which gave me an overall impression of age, poor maintenance, and a lack of responsiveness to staff feedback. It felt like it has been heavily used by many international guests. At the restaurant as well, there was little consideration in seating guidance—“Please seat yourself” would have been fine. We were seated between noisy families with children on both sides, so we couldn’t enjoy our meal and left quickly. It was disappointing compared to how it used to be. Would it have been different with another Room type?

    This was my first time staying here.

    After arriving at Haneda Airport, it was very convenient to leave my luggage at the Hotel and start exploring hands-free. The staff were also very pleasant and welcoming. Since it is directly connected to the international terminal, it really adds to the travel mood. The Room is compact but easy to use, and it’s more than enough as long as you don’t have a very large suitcase. The unit bath was also well laid out, with the toilet/sink and bathtub arranged in a practical way. The next morning I had an early first domestic flight, so I checked out quickly, but it was extremely convenient and I would like to stay again.

    Very convenient

    I stayed here before for an early-morning international flight, and this Hotel is truly convenient for using Terminal 3, so I made a Reservation as soon as I bought my airline ticket. Since I travel from Itami to Haneda and stay the night before, I wish there were a laundry room so I could wash the clothes I wore on the way and head out on my trip.

    We had a comfortable stay.

    We stayed in a premium room on the top floor and had a very comfortable stay. The restaurant staff were courteous and attentive. The automated check-in and check-out were smooth. Having a drink machine in the room made our stay even more satisfying. Thank you very much.

    It was self check-in and check-out. The staff spoke to us politely, which made us feel welcome. This time, using the early-bird discount, our room was at the end of the hallway! It was very convenient. We will stay again next month. Thank you very much.

    Comfortable and easy to spend time in

    I stayed here for an early flight the next day, and it was a good choice. However, I felt the service from the staff at the dining area was not very good. Some staff members were noticeably careless when placing items.

    Won’t you inspect it?

    I stayed the night before an early-morning flight the next day. Since availability was limited, I made a Reservation for a Room on the Premium Floor. The issue came when I used the hair dryer in the Room. The airflow was very weak, and even on the highest setting it was unusable. It was an older model from 2014, so I called the front desk to ask if another hair dryer was available. They said they had never received such a complaint before and that all their hair dryers were the same model from the same year. While I wasn’t sure that was true, they replaced it anyway, and the replacement worked fine. Still, this is something routine checks should catch—especially for a floor marketed as “Premium.”

    Airplanes from the Room

    If two people stay here, when one person goes to the toilet at night, the area in front becomes bright, so I think a different Room would be better for two guests.

    Minimum required.

    The Room is quite small. Self check-in/out, and there are few staff. It feels like a bare-minimum Hotel attached to the airport, not really a place to relax. The toilet, sink, and bathtub are also surprisingly small. The robot that delivered the towels was cute.

    Perfect for an overnight stay before an international flight.

    Because my flight was in the morning, I stayed the night before. A big plus was that as soon as you step out of the Hotel, you’re already at the departure lobby. The Deluxe Twin on the 7th floor has a wide layout, so it has windows on two sides—and with a runway view, it really got me excited! The bathroom is a separate type with a washing area, which was great. There’s a built-in sofa and table by the window, so it felt like a small living space where I could relax. It was disappointing that the bedside outlet was broken and unusable, although there were outlets elsewhere. I did mention the outlet issue to the front desk at checkout.

    Overnight Stay Before International Travel

    During a previous overseas trip before the pandemic, I experienced noise in the hallway late at night due to guests with different check-in times staying on the same floor, which made it difficult to sleep. I communicated this and requested a "quiet Room," and they provided exactly that. I was able to get proper rest, making for a comfortable start to my journey. I would love to stay here again.

    Directly connected to Terminal 3

    I stayed here because I arrived late at night and had no access to return to Osaka. Check-in was done through a machine, which felt a bit impersonal. The Hotel is horizontally long, and my Room was a short walk from the elevator. Carrying a large suitcase made it slightly tiring. The next morning, I took the monorail to Terminal 2 and flew with ANA back home, but considering cost performance, other Hotels might be more convenient. I'll think carefully about my choice of Hotel next time.

    It was comfortable.

    It was very comfortable. The Room was spacious enough, and the bathroom facilities were sufficient. The separate bath and toilet are a big plus. I was worried it might be noisy due to the location, but there were no issues at all. I would love to stay here again next time.
