    Clean and comfortable smart Hotel.

    I stayed here for the first time while visiting the Expo, as I was looking for a cost-effective and clean hotel. Managed by a cosmetics company, it is very clean with an interior design that appeals to women and is highly functional. The breakfast selection is also satisfying enough for male guests. The service is not excessive, providing a comfortable and efficient system, which likely attracts many repeat visitors. Its convenient location makes it suitable for business use as well.

    Close to Umeda Station

    7-8 minutes' walk from JR Umeda, Hanshin Umeda, and the airport limousine bus stop. Direct access to the hotel via the underground walkway. Despite rising accommodation costs, I was able to stay at a reasonable price. The breakfast venue and room were clean and comfortable. The only downside was that it was a bit difficult to adjust the air conditioning, and the refrigerator's cooling was slightly weak. However, breakfast was delicious, and the location is very convenient for transportation—highly satisfying overall. With Kitashinchi nearby, I also enjoyed dinner options in the area. I plan to stay here again next time!

    Satisfied with the quality at this location.

    Close to Umeda, the Hotel is clean. If staying at a Business Hotel, I would personally choose this place even if it costs a bit more. The Facility is basic but quiet and clean, which I think is especially good for women. The location is convenient as you can return easily even after drinking nearby. While there are many luxury Hotels in this area, some have outdated Facilities, making this one a better overall choice. The bathroom is standard—not bad, just average. Additionally, the staff are friendly and approachable without being overly formal, which I personally appreciate.

    The lobby and the Room were lovely. The night view from the Room was also very beautiful! Thank you. The freshly baked homemade bread for breakfast was delicious!

    It was excellent.

    I stayed with my daughter and had a pleasant experience. The location was excellent and very convenient. The room was clean, but I would deduct points as there was no body soap among the amenities. We dined at "Katsura," the Japanese restaurant within the hotel. Although it seemed fully booked that day, we were accommodated as hotel guests with a limited menu available. Despite being just the two of us, we enjoyed a small kaiseki meal that had a gentle flavor and was absolutely delicious. The staff provided excellent service, even escorting us to the elevator at the end of our meal, making it an enjoyable dining experience. Both the hotel and Katsura are places I would love to visit again!

    Hotel Elserean

    This was my first time staying here. Located in the heart of Osaka, it is conveniently close to restaurants, museums, and universities. The overall stylish atmosphere makes it especially recommended for women. The front desk staff were kind and left a positive impression. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options and was served in a spacious area with an open feel, making for a pleasant start to the day. I stayed in a Standard Twin Room, which was spacious enough for solo use. It was simple yet clean and comfortable. I have already recommended this Hotel to friends planning to visit the Osaka Expo. I look forward to staying here again in the future.

    Stayed here for the first time.

    The room amenities and facilities inside the hotel were perfectly fine, regardless of the price-performance ratio. The water pressure in the bathroom was sufficient, and I was very satisfied. However, the service and attitude of the staff at the breakfast venue were disappointing. It was truly regrettable. I have reserved again for next week. I look forward to seeing if there will be any changes.

    Beautiful Hotel

    We stayed in a twin Room with an extra bed for three people, but it felt a bit cramped. As for the meals, they looked delicious, but the flavors were somewhat bland.

    Central Osaka: Affordable, Clean, Excellent Amenities

    Underground parking available. Although I didn't make a reservation in advance, I was able to park as there was availability. A bit pricey but located in a prime area. The parking staff were very accommodating, and even though I arrived late, I could enter with peace of mind. The entrance to the parking lot can be hard to find; you need to pass the waiting taxis on the left and move forward. The facility is modern with powerful showerheads in the bath area and stylish amenities. The bed was spacious, allowing for a great night's sleep. Despite being in an entertainment district, soundproofing is excellent. Conveniently located for exploring Osaka and going out at night—great value for this central location!

    The night was too cold, and I couldn't sleep well.

    Despite requesting temperature adjustments for the central air conditioning at the front desk on the day of our stay, it was not resolved successfully. The extreme cold made it difficult to sleep well, resulting in an uncomfortable stay. This has never been an issue during previous visits—what happened this time?

    The location is excellent.

    This was my first time using this accommodation. It is conveniently accessible from JR Osaka Station and Umeda Station via an underground path, so you don't have to go outside even on rainy days. It's about a 10-minute walk, which is very convenient. The room was clean, and though small, it had a table and sofa, which was nice.

    It was excellent down to the details.

    I usually stay at foreign luxury hotels, and it had been a while since I stayed at a hotel in this price range. The cleaning was thorough, the staff's response and actions were excellent, and I was surprised by how delicious the water was. Proper items such as soap, tea, and coffee were provided, maintaining cleanliness to a level that is hard to achieve. The towels were also beautifully clean. It wasn't just by chance; it was clear that they are doing things properly through accumulated efforts. I wasn't aware of such hotels existing but was impressed. Keep up the great work. I'm cheering for you.

    We need to be more thorough in employee training.

    Except for a few excellent Japanese staff, the front desk service is extremely poor. The low level of foreign staff is particularly noticeable. Moreover, despite soliciting feedback in this manner, it is disappointing that there are no signs of incorporating customer feedback into business improvements. In particular, the shabbiness of the amenities seems to be at the lowest level among hotels of this kind. I use this Hotel every time for its excellent hardware aspects, but I feel that I cannot recommend it for its software and service aspects.

    It was convenient to reach the Hotel through the underground passage from the station. The Room was clean and comfortable, and I appreciated that the pajamas were separate. The Hotel itself had a stylish feel and seemed popular.

    Pursuit of Beauty

    I stayed with my husband and child. I realized midway through that it was a cosmetics company, but despite the reasonable price, I felt a commitment to the hairdryer, shower, shampoo, soap, and mirror. I was surprised to find two air purifiers. The breakfast venue was in an open space connected to the outside by just one door, so it was very cold. Other than that, it was conveniently connected to Umeda Station underground, and I was satisfied. Thank you.

    It was a Hotel with beautiful colors that women would like.

    I used this place to attend the Festival Hall. The Festival Hall was very close and convenient. I was pleased to hear that it is connected underground from the station, but for us coming from other regions, it was difficult to connect to Wi-Fi underground and we couldn't find our way, so we ended up coming out to the surface to find it. The Room was very bright, with beautiful colors, and was comfortable to use. It was a pity that although there was a good air purifier, it couldn't be used because the power supply was special. Amenities were provided, but it was inconvenient that there were no makeup removers, which are usually available in most Hotels. The breakfast venue was spacious, and the food was delicious. There were several types of bread, and the Costa Coffee machine and tea were organic, which made for a pleasant morning. The lobby was sparkling with Cinderella and a carriage, and the Room had a sofa and was spacious, which was very satisfying. Thank you very much.

    Quiet Hotel

    I walked from Osaka Station as it is close, but I got lost; however, I was able to reach Osaka Station from the Hotel without getting lost. It is convenient as you can also access it from underground. The Hotel is not new, but it is well-cleaned, quiet, and I had a comfortable stay. If I had to say, I was concerned about water accumulating in the soap dish and the soap dish being slippery. The breakfast had a wide variety and was delicious. My elementary school daughter also liked it, so it's a Hotel we would like to revisit.

    It was good.

    It was in a very convenient location for the concert at the Symphony Hall, which was great. The breakfast was delicious, and I was able to enjoy it quietly and leisurely. The staff were also very accommodating.

    A hotel with a strange odor

    From the moment I entered the parking lot, there was a pervasive stench reminiscent of animal carcasses, which permeated not only the first-floor restaurant but also the second-floor front desk and even the room on the 12th floor. Despite having gone through the COVID-19 pandemic, there was no hand soap, only one bar of soap per person, and one sachet of shampoo per person, indicating a lack of amenities. It was clear that the accommodation price did not match the service provided. This was my first experience with a hotel so unsuitable for accommodation. The breakfast was such that only the coffee was very good, and I don't think I would ever eat anything else there again. I realized that unless you use a hotel operated by the hotel industry, you face considerable risks. It's a lesson learned.

    I would like to stay again.

    The interior of the Hotel and the Room were to my liking as a woman! The Room lights were brighter compared to other Hotels, making it easier to do makeup. The best part was the shower in the Room. I prefer strong water pressure, and this was the best water flow and pressure I've experienced so far. (Even in luxury Hotels, sometimes the shower water pressure is weak.) The access seemed straightforward just by looking at the map, but the area around Osaka Station and Umeda Station was difficult, so I thought it would be more helpful to have photos of key points to the Hotel in the access section or a YouTube guide on how to get there.

    Suitable for women.

    The interior was clean with a white theme. The elevator arrived quickly, which was very nice. It was easy to find from Osaka Station when coming from the ground level.

    It was a beautiful Hotel.

    Previously, when I was stationed in Osaka, I arranged this Hotel for business travelers from Tokyo, and it received high praise. Therefore, for this trip with friends, I used it for my own stay for the first time. You can go directly to the basement of the Hotel from Osaka Station via the underground passage, which is especially appreciated in bad weather. Also, my friend arrived in Osaka a little late, but since the restaurant district in front of the station is nearby, it was convenient and we had no trouble finding a place for dinner. You can take a walk to the museums in Nakanoshima, and it's a perfect location for exploring the Yodoyabashi, Kitahama, and Honmachi areas. The Room is spacious, with plenty of room to open a suitcase on the floor, and there is a two-seater sofa, making it very comfortable. My friend forgot to bring basic skincare products and was troubled by the lack of them in the amenities. Since it is a Hotel of a cosmetics company, this was a bit disappointing. On the other hand, it was very nice that a small bag was prepared to take home the remaining natural solid soap. The train access to various directions is good, so I would like to use it for future visits to Osaka for concerts and other events.
