    We stayed for four n...

    We stayed for four nights with breakfast included. The Room was spacious enough, and we were able to relax comfortably. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options, including some daily specials, and everything was delicious. It takes about a 10-minute walk from Osaka Station/Umeda Station, but the direct underground access is very convenient in bad weather. If I had one request, I would have liked a few more hangers. This is a Hotel we would love to stay at again.

    We were very satisfied with this Hotel.

    This was the best city Hotel I’ve stayed at so far. The Room was clean and spacious, and the dresser-style desk by the window was very convenient for the two of us traveling together. The rate was also quite reasonable—so much so that I wondered if it was really okay at this price. What impressed me most was their thorough commitment to being non-smoking. As someone who truly dislikes cigarette smoke, I really appreciated it. If you don’t like smoke, I highly recommend staying at this Hotel when visiting Osaka. I stayed here to watch a professional baseball game, and I’d like to stay again.

    Located about a 6–8 minute walk from Osaka Station; if you’re familiar with Osaka, you can apparently access it via the underground passageways. The interior has a feminine atmosphere in pink and white, as you’d expect from a Hotel operated by a cosmetics company. The building itself feels dated, but the guest rooms were cleaned relatively well. On the other hand, there were stains in the hallways, and some areas felt old. Maybe they stand out because of the pink-and-white color scheme. The space on the first floor with a grand piano serves as the breakfast venue, but details like decorative artificial flowers feel outdated—the taste is old-fashioned. As for breakfast, I found both the variety and content somewhat lacking. Given that many Business Hotels offer thoughtfully prepared breakfasts these days, I would have appreciated something more substantial. Also, since it’s run by a cosmetics company, I expected skincare items like cleansing products to be included as amenities—but they weren’t. The amenities were mini soap bars, shampoo, conditioner, toothbrushes, etc. There was no body wash—having to lather up with a small soap bar was an unnecessary waste of time. There were no bath salts either, so I went to buy some at a convenience store. Overall, while the location is convenient, I felt there is plenty of room for improvement in terms of Facility features/equipment, breakfast quality/content/variety (?), and amenities (?). It doesn’t feel like a Hotel operated by a cosmetics company at all.

    It is a good Hotel.

    This was my first stay, and the location was excellent. Compared with similar-class properties nearby, it offered outstanding value for money. The Room was simple and clean.

    This was my second stay. The Accommodation was very clean, with thorough cleaning from the front desk and hallways all the way to the Room. What disappointed me this time was that while the woman at the front desk who assisted me directly was kind, the male staff member next to her showed no reaction even when I greeted him. The cushion placed with the bed pillows had a slightly unpleasant smell. Also, when using the bathroom, there is nowhere to place clothes after taking them off, so I would appreciate some improvement.

    I’m truly moved.

    The Hotel I usually stay at on business trips to Osaka is currently being rebuilt and renovated, so I was looking for an alternative Hotel. I stayed alone in a double Room. It was a very spacious Room, and I had a lovely one on the 11th floor. The Room had a bright white feel, and the location was great—close to Kitashinchi. Breakfast was not included in the room rate, so I added it. It was buffet-style, but the breakfast itself was somewhat underwhelming... Overall, I was satisfied.

    The Room is spacious.

    It was a very clean Hotel. The cute color scheme made our stay especially exciting for a girls’ trip. The location was also great, as we could walk to Umeda. Since the underground passageways continue all the way, there was no need to worry about getting wet in the rain. However, there was only one elevator from the front desk to the entrance, so it often took quite a while. There is also an escalator, but you need to go toward the front desk side first, which was a bit inconvenient.

    Comfortable

    Conveniently located near the station with direct access from the underground mall, reasonably priced for the spacious Room. Amenities are sufficient, and comfortable pajamas (top and bottom) are provided for a pleasant stay. Thank you very much.

    Directly connected to Dojima Underground Mall, making it convenient for dining and subway transfers, offering excellent value for money. The Room is clean and spacious, providing great satisfaction. I plan to use it again for my business trips to Osaka.

    It was comfortable.

    The Room was clean and comfortable. The bath was relaxing, and there’s nothing to complain about. If I had to mention one thing, it would be that opening individual bath product packets is a bit inconvenient; bottles would be more preferable.

    Breakfast was disappointing.

    The plan included breakfast, but I was disappointed with its quality. I had Japanese cuisine, but the rice was sticky like glue, and I stopped eating after just two bites. The side dishes were also quite poor, so I ended up leaving the venue after barely touching the food and ate at another restaurant outside the hotel instead. Perhaps my expectations were too high.

    Clean Hotel

    The Hotel is a bit far from Osaka Station, but it was clean. I felt that there was thoughtful consideration for women. The bathroom facilities are standard, which reflects this rating.     A decent Hotel

    This was my first time staying at this Hotel. In conclusion, I think it is a good Hotel. The rooms and the Hotel were kept reasonably clean. However, on a personal note, I am not fond of the salty toothpaste provided.

    Quiet

    Although I couldn't make a reservation on other sites and thought it might be fully booked, the breakfast venue was not too crowded, and the room was very quiet. Even though it was just one night, I had a relaxing stay. The breakfast overall was delicious, especially the orange in syrup, which was very soft and tasty. Unfortunately, when I tried to get seconds, it was already gone. It seems you can arrive from the station without getting wet via an underground passage. I would like to stay here again during my next visit to Osaka.

    Bright and clean

    The lobby and restaurant, as expected from a business that handles cosmetics and other products for women, feature bright and beautiful interiors throughout. The Room was spacious and bright, with plenty of space beyond the bed, which was very nice. Although I had only small luggage this time, I believe a suitcase could be fully opened without any issues. The bathroom facilities were in line with the building's age.

    This was my first time using this service. The service and the room were good. However, there was hair from the previous guest on the showerhead, which was unpleasant. Additionally, there was an ammonia smell in the bathroom that made it uncomfortable.

    Perfect for rainy days.

    The shower and toilet are similar to those in a typical Business Hotel. One of the highlights was the convenience of direct access to the underground passage, which allowed easy movement around Nishi-Umeda, Umeda, and Osaka Station areas, especially since it was raining during our Osaka sightseeing.

    First-time Accommodation

    This was my first stay at the accommodation for a baseball game. Since I had made a prior reservation, I was able to park in the underground flat parking area. The parking staff were kind and provided courteous service. The location was excellent, and the front desk staff were very pleasant. The hotel interior was very clean. The room was spacious, quiet, and allowed me to relax comfortably; I was extremely satisfied with my stay. I would love to use this hotel again in the future. Thank you very much!

    We stayed for 3 nights as a couple. The Room was not particularly spacious, but the arrangement of the sofa and table was excellent, making it comfortable for morning coffee time. The bed and pillows were easy to use, allowing us to sleep well. The staff's service was very polite and pleasant. Thank you very much!
