    I was satisfied, but

    The dining area was very cold, and I would appreciate it if you could at least place a heater to warm our feet. Unfortunately, we couldn't fully enjoy the wonderful food. Other than that, it's five stars.

    This is a property that makes you wonder when to visit next.

    This was my third visit to this lovely property, which is conveniently located about an hour from the Hanshin area. It had snowed for the first time in years, and I was fortunate to enjoy the open-air bath with a snowy atmosphere during my stay. The staff's service was pleasant, and even the massage chair that seemed a bit worn out last year looked clean and well-maintained, showing attention to customer needs. As always, dinner maintained its high level of taste; this time it featured decorations of demons, beans, and Otafuku for Setsubun in February, which lifted our spirits. I didn't give five stars under "Meals" because there still wasn't an option for "bread" at breakfast. It would be nice if there were a choice between bread or rice along with coffee or tea; it seems simple enough as some guests might appreciate it in the morning. When departing, my car was covered in snow; having a broom available nearby for clearing snow would have been appreciated but might be considered an extravagant request given the unusual snowfall. This is a wonderful property that I highly recommend visiting again and again.

    Enjoyment for Couples

    I was very satisfied. My wife, who is particularly picky about taste, was impressed with the food! Instead of going here and there, being able to relax nearby was very satisfying.

    I was able to relax!

    The Room was spacious enough for two people. The massage chair was new, and we used it multiple times. The open-air bath in the Room was always kept at the perfect temperature, making it very pleasant. Both dinner and breakfast were excellent in taste and presentation, leaving us very satisfied. It was also nice to have a late-night snack provided. We were very surprised to find such a place in Osaka. We would love to visit again.

    Thank you for your patronage.

    This was my first stay. I was able to relax and refresh in the radon bath. I was also satisfied with the amenities and the free drinks in the refrigerator. However, one disappointment was the tea snacks, which are one of the pleasures in the room, so it would be nice to have something like a local specialty. Also, the breakfast was cold except for the miso soup, which made my body cold. I would like the yudofu or miso soup to be served in a small pot that can be heated. Lastly, while sleeping at night, I was awakened by a noise from the ceiling that sounded like an animal walking. I don't know what moved, but I might choose a different room next time. Overall, I would like to visit again. Thank you for your hospitality.

    It is a wonderful Stays.

    I truly love this property very much, and among the various places I visit throughout the year, I stayed here twice in 2024. I always enjoy a relaxing time here, and I love it. The meals are always really delicious, which I appreciate, but this time the crab shell and sashimi were disappointing... They are usually so delicious... However, I was completely satisfied with everything else, so I will probably make a reservation again soon.

    Great satisfaction

    It was a Property I had been interested in for a long time. Although it is a Stays attached to a day-trip Onsen Facility, the accommodation building is completely separated, making it a hidden Stays once you retreat inside. I think it's perfect for quietly enjoying the hot water and meals. The shower room is also equipped with heating, so you won't feel cold even at night. The Room's open-air bath is always maintained at the right temperature, providing utmost comfort. Additionally, I was very satisfied with the attentive service. The meals were not overly seasoned, allowing the ingredients to shine. The seafood was extremely fresh, and the rice was delicious. Was it Kizumi rice? The white rice cooked in a pot in the morning was the best. The reason for deducting one star is that the threshold from the indoor corridor to the Room was splintered, so I had to be careful with my feet, the sliding door of the toilet didn't close tightly, making it difficult to lock, and the floor of the private Room for dinner was cold. Overall, it was a very satisfying stay.

    The comfort is exceptional.

    I have stayed at this property many times because I love it so much. The open-air bath's sense of openness and grandeur, the ability to watch Netflix, free drinks in the refrigerator, one free drink with meals, and even souvenirs—all these services are truly amazing. I think this is the property I have repeated the most. The staff are also very pleasant. However, for some reason, I feel a bit uncomfortable during the phone call regarding disliked ingredients every time, so I wish it could be handled via email. Some people might find it a bit off-putting that there's an additional charge of 1,000 yen for alternative dishes due to allergies. I can imagine it being difficult with many allergies or individual requests, but I love this property so much that it doesn't bother me.

    Service, Room Bath

    First, the service was excellent. The guidance to the Room and the explanation in the Room were courteous. It was the first time in a while that I didn't have any questions. The Room was spacious with two large TVs, and there were also bathrobes. The complimentary drinks were plentiful (beer, wine, etc.). The open-air bath in the Room was always at the perfect temperature and comfortable. I was satisfied with everything at this price range.

    Impressions of this time

    I have been visiting Takinoyu once or twice a year for over 10 years. This time, I brought guests from Tokyo. While I always receive stable service, the sashimi and grilled crab shell in the evening kaiseki were disappointing this time. Also, the Room Wi-Fi was weak and did not connect. I always look forward to relaxing there. I would like to visit again, so please make improvements.

    I like it and keep coming back.

    I am writing this because I like the property and have been a repeat guest, hoping for improvements. 1. I was surprised that although I stayed in a new room, the sizes of the two beds were different, with one being a single bed. 2. I think the disposable plastic glasses are too cheap for the price of the hotel. 3. The parking space is too narrow. Since this is a property with a reasonable price, I think there are guests who come with appropriate cars, but the parking space is too narrow. 3. The top of the glass in the room was dirty. Since it offers a sense of openness, it should be cleaned every time. 4. I want to drink coffee with a teacup and saucer. Using plastic makes it feel like a business hotel. 5. Using artificial sweeteners like Pal Sweet is unhealthy and outdated. It should be brown sugar. 6. There is no lock between the open-air bath and the room in the new room, which made me feel insecure about security. It's the first time I've seen a room without a lock. Although I have written various things, I will visit again because it is a nearby property where all the rooms are spacious, there is a good massage machine, and it is comfortable and relaxing.

    The Room was spacious, and the meals, including late-night snacks and souvenirs, were very satisfying. The water temperature was adjusted, making my skin smooth. I was able to relax for the first time in a while. I want to visit again!

    Satisfaction

    The service, room, bath, and meals were all very satisfactory. However, this time I stayed in the Kikyō Room, and from the window of the breakfast room on the first floor, the outdoor bath of the Kikyō Room was barely visible. (Depending on the person's position, it might be visible...) I didn't notice it at all on the first day, but during breakfast on the second day, I realized it was quite visible.
