    Would love to stay again.

    I stayed for two nights. The amenities were excellent, and I was very satisfied. I would love to have a Multiple Night Stay again.

    Great location, but room for improvement in meals.

    The staff was friendly, but the buffet meals were average. The dining was divided into two sessions, and we were required to choose a time, but despite the small number of guests, it felt rushed. Additionally, for dinner, there were only one or two dishes prepared on the spot, and the sushi fish slices were very thin. The seaweed served during breakfast was discolored and damp, and when my companion mentioned it to the staff during cleanup, they simply responded, "This is the type of seaweed we serve," without apologizing for the dampness. Although it is a Hotel near Huis Ten Bosch, the only advantages were the proximity, allowing access to Huis Ten Bosch from morning to night, and receiving a one-day passport for the next day. Other than that, I didn't find many benefits. The positive points were the spacious Room with a sea view and a large bathroom. However, there were no hand towels, which was inconvenient.

    Comfortable Room

    I stayed in a room overlooking the ocean view of Omura Bay and was moved by the beautiful sunrise. The room was spacious, cozy, and comfortable. Although I received guidance at the front desk, I couldn't use the onsen due to time constraints. The breakfast was delicious with a variety of Nagasaki specialties, making it an enjoyable experience. I'm glad I chose a plan that included breakfast. I had a wonderful holiday enjoying both Huis Ten Bosch and my hotel stay.

    The room offered a perfect view of the fireworks!

    We chose this accommodation for our summer stay. We hoped for a room with a view of the fireworks, and it turned out to be perfect with an amazing view! The breakfast was also delicious. However, compared to our previous stay at the Amsterdam Hotel, there were some minor cleanliness issues in the room (such as the bedside lamp table and sink), which was slightly disappointing. Overall though, it became a wonderful summer memory! Thank you very much!

    The weekend fireworks viewed from the Room window were better than expected. The Hotel Facility is old. It was a bit disappointing to find out that the Hotel does not include a free passport for the next day. The breakfast buffet system, which avoids waiting in line, was good.

    The fireworks are beautiful.

    It was my first time using this place, and the Room was spacious with a great view of the sea right in front. I thought it might be inconvenient as it’s far from the gate, but buses were running, so it wasn’t an issue. The building itself is old, and some parts were peeling off, which caught my attention. However, all the staff were kind and made my stay pleasant. It was a very hot day, but I’d like to visit again in spring or autumn next time.

    I would love to stay here again.

    As a Diamond Member benefit, my Room was upgraded to one with an ocean view. Unfortunately, it was pouring rain on the day of my stay, but the next morning was bright and sunny, offering a refreshing and uplifting view. The breakfast was also very delicious and satisfying. I didn't have time to use the facility voucher, so it went unused. It would be great if it could be used for purchasing souvenirs or similar items.

    Far from the station.

    Avoiding the Golden Week traffic, I traveled by JR, but the Hotel was far away. Being an off-site Hotel made it feel even more inconvenient.

    Used for 35th wedding anniversary

    The hotel was calm with spacious rooms, offering a great ocean view, reminiscent of a foreign hotel. The Onsen and Shuttle Service were convenient, but unfortunately, due to mechanical issues on the day, the open-air bath and flower bath were unavailable. A 2,000 yen coupon was provided by the hotel; however, as restaurants and souvenir shops were closed on weekdays, alternative options were offered instead, which was slightly disappointing. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of dishes, with local specialties being particularly delicious and satisfying. Despite the rain, we enjoyed trying rides and attractions like children again. The live music performance combined with fountains and fireworks was breathtaking. Both the nighttime illuminations in the park and the flower-filled scenery during the day were stunningly beautiful and made for wonderful memories.     Hotel in Europe

    A room furnished with furniture and decor reminiscent of a European hotel. Dim lighting and a spacious, comfortable room. Delicious breakfast. Everything was wonderful, allowing for an elegant and relaxing time. It was very unfortunate to stay only one night. This is definitely a hotel I would love to book for a Multiple Night Stay.

    The air conditioner cannot be adjusted.

    The air conditioning in the room cannot be adjusted individually due to centralized control. There is only a switch to select low, medium, or high settings, and currently, it is set to fan mode. If it gets hot, please turn the switch to high; if that’s not enough, you can use a small circulator provided in the room. For cold temperatures, turn off the switch and request an extra blanket if needed. The bedding was thin and I woke up feeling cold—it was even colder than the hallway at times. Breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of options including many Nagasaki specialties, which made this situation all the more disappointing. Even with centralized control systems in place, we hope for more flexible adjustments based on seasonal temperature changes.

    The hotel staff were...

    The hotel staff were very polite and made my stay pleasant. However, I had trouble adjusting the air conditioning in the room. The room was clean, and the amenities were good. It was unfortunate that the buffet couldn't keep up with demand as many guests gathered at once. I stayed for multiple nights and had a comfortable experience overall.

    The faucets in the bathroom and sink are disappointing.

    The room was lovely and very comfortable. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of dishes, all delicious and highly satisfying. However, the faucet in the bathroom and sink was separated into hot and cold water, making temperature adjustment inconvenient. That was the only disappointment.

    The charm of old-world Europe

    It was my first time visiting Huis Ten Bosch, and I stayed in a park view room. At night, the park lights shimmered outside the window, creating a very beautiful scene. The building's design reflected the charm of old-time Netherlands. Although there was an issue with the electric kettle, staff promptly attended to it when contacted, and overall, their service was very courteous. I also enjoyed using IKYU's Diamond benefits and was very satisfied. Thank you!

    The atmosphere of the Hotel itself was good, and I was satisfied with the delicious breakfast buffet. However, it was a bit disappointing that the Facility such as the TV and toilet were old.

    Fireworks

    The room is okay. Fireworks can be seen from the room, it's the best. During fireworks, this hotel's harbor view in Huis Ten Bosch is a must.

    Maybe my expectations were too high...

    I thought it was a high-spec hotel, so my expectations might have been too high. <Disappointing Points> - The staff who greeted us after getting off the shuttle service did not offer to help with our carry cases, which felt unfamiliar. - There were not enough outlets in the room, which was inconvenient. It would be better to have extension cables permanently available. - During the intense cold wave in February, the room's bidet was an old type, and the seat was not warm, which was startling every time I sat down. (Honestly, it's been a while since I've seen this type of bidet.) - The morning breakfast was not pre-sorted by time at the front desk, resulting in a large crowd gathering, and we ended up waiting unnecessarily for over 20 minutes in front of the breakfast venue. I feel sorry for the staff who have to manage this every day. It would be much more efficient to sort guests by time from the start. (For example, asking for preferences like 6:30~, 7:00~, 7:30~, and if full, asking them to reserve a different time...) - There are two breakfast venues, but food is only placed in one, so those assigned to the farther room have to walk quite a bit with their plates. Why not place food in each room? - We were told to check out using a machine, just inserting a card and that's it. It felt somewhat empty. Isn't this supposed to be a resort hotel, not a business hotel? <Good Points> - The breakfast was all wonderfully delicious. - The staff at the breakfast venue moved very briskly, which was pleasant to watch. - The room's bath was very large and comfortable. The aroma bath salts were good. Even recent business hotels offer excellent service, so I hope this resort hotel will welcome guests with the utmost hospitality. I believe we are paying enough for it.

    In front of you are Huis Ten Bosch and the harbor.

    I stayed for one night during my first visit to Huis Ten Bosch. The exterior is a beautiful European-style building, which made me excited even before staying. From the Room, I could see the tower of Huis Ten Bosch, and the nighttime illumination became a wonderful memory! Since the building is old, you can feel the age in the details of the Room and the water facilities. The refrigerator seems to only maintain coolness (not fully functional for chilling), so you may need to request ice as a workaround. The breakfast was absolutely fantastic! You can enjoy a variety of dishes that give a sense of Nagasaki, and both the taste and atmosphere were excellent. Perhaps due to the off-season, I was able to stay at a very affordable price. It’s a Hotel I would like to use again if I have the chance.

    The service and breakfast were wonderful!

    The staff at the Hotel and within Huis Ten Bosch were all warm and considerate, making our stay very happy. We had breakfast included, and every dish was fresh and delicious, which was impressive! The bread display was elegant and beautiful, and each detail like this made us happy. An older female staff member in charge of the bread gave us gentle advice on how to bake it while it was being baked, and I was overwhelmed with gratitude for such thoughtfulness even in the breakfast venue. It was a time that made me want to stay again! Our whole family was able to spend time with smiles, and we are grateful! Thank you for the wonderful time!

    I would like to use it again.

    Stayed for two nights during the Christmas event. It was about a 30-second walk from the bus stop at Harbor Town, making it convenient for strolling around the park. On the day of checkout, we were able to use the shuttle service to the Huis Ten Bosch entrance gate. We could use the Huis Ten Bosch Onsen for free, although there was a hot spring tax, and it was very warming. The room's bath also had bath salts, making it a pleasant experience. During busy times, the breakfast buffet could be reserved via LINE from the room, allowing us to eat without waiting.

    The location right in front of the beach is excellent.

    I chose this property because the hotel within the Huis Ten Bosch facility was fully booked. The room was too spacious for one person. The interior felt old, but I was satisfied as I could see a beautiful sunrise after breakfast. I didn't use the bus to the onsen as there were few services, but I used the herb salt provided in the bathtub. The breakfast had a wide variety and was delicious.
