  It was a good Property!

  Pet-friendly properties other than foreign-owned hotels often left much to be desired, but Belle Équipe was a highly satisfying property. I was especially delighted with the meals both in the morning and evening! I would love to use it again if I have the opportunity. Thank you to all the staff for a wonderful time.

  A luxurious holiday indulging in gourmet cuisine and relaxing in the sauna

  We were looking for a travel destination where we could relax with my sauna-loving partner and our beloved dog, and we decided to stay at this Property. The Camellia Room was very spacious and clean, equipped with dog supplies, amenities (even a sauna hat!), and a well-stocked fridge, allowing us to enjoy a comfortable stay. I was delighted with the Repronizer hairdryer, ReFa curling iron, and straightener, as well as the THREE amenities! Personally, the massage chair in the theater room was my favorite during our stay. The open-air bath and sauna attached to the Room exceeded our expectations. At night, the stars were beautifully visible, and in the morning, we could gaze at the natural mountains, providing a refreshing feeling that is hard to experience in the city. The meals were also very delicious, with colorful vegetable dips and plenty of fruits, offering not only a delightful taste but also a visually enjoyable dining experience. Unfortunately, we refrained from drinking alcohol during the meal due to our planned sauna use, but the wine menu was extensive, and I believe wine lovers would enjoy it even more. We may have caused some inconvenience as we were not very accustomed to dining with our dog, but thank you for your kind assistance. From the warm welcome to the farewell, the hospitality was exceptional, and we were able to create many memories, such as making a dog business card and taking commemorative photos in the garden, even though it was just a one-night stay. We are grateful and look forward to visiting again in a different season, as we are delighted to have found such a memorable and wonderful Property! Thank you very much for this time. We look forward to seeing you again.

  Thank you very much for choosing our Property from among the many Stays available. We were very surprised and delighted to hear how much you enjoyed your stay. Thank you. The Room you stayed in features a unique sauna system that we carefully designed. We focused on the sauna and researched various high-quality amenities to provide. THREE is not a product that can be handled anywhere; we conducted remote interviews with three people: the wholesaler, the manufacturer's sales representative, and their supervisor, to clear the narrow gate and procure these amenities. Currently, they are only available in the Camellia Room, but they are very popular with women. We have also provided two massage chairs, which have been very well received. As you mentioned, the sauna and open-air bath allow you to become one with nature. If you turn off all the lights, you can see many stars. We are delighted that you enjoyed the food as well. We taste about 2,000 bottles of wine annually at tasting events to ensure we can provide a bottle that meets your preferences. Your dog was very cute and seemed to quickly get used to the dining atmosphere. We strive to ensure that both the dog and the owner can enjoy their trip with as little stress as possible. We will continue to study and aim higher, keeping your compliments in mind. We are truly grateful for the wonderful connection we have made. Please do visit us again.   It was a wonderful space with ultimate relaxation and the finest hospitality.

  I used it for the first time with a couple of friends. As we were about to head to check-in while looking at the well-maintained large garden, the staff welcomed us with a cart. The easy check-in without carrying luggage was very much appreciated. On the terrace was the private sauna we were looking forward to this time!! It was quite impressive when we actually saw it. The large open-air bath in the guest room, which you can enter comfortably, was at the right temperature and comfortable. The spacious Room had two massage chairs and a large-screen LCD TV, and the Room's taste was wonderful. The food was delicious, and we had a blissful time. It was also nice to be able to enter the family bath without hesitation even late at night, and the spring water was smooth, making my skin smooth. During our stay, we ordered a curry rice set through Room service, and I was surprised by the authentic curry. Even though the roux was spicy, it had no peculiar taste, so I think it's easy to eat even for those who are not good with spices. We were healed and spent our time comfortably, and on the way back, we were sent to the car with our luggage by cart again. We were given souvenirs and received the best hospitality. After returning home, a surprise from the owner!! I was very moved by the heartfelt hospitality that extended even after the trip. I definitely want to go again with my friends! Thank you very much.

  Thank you very much for choosing our Property from among the many Stays available. We appreciate that you enjoyed our first hospitality service, the cart pick-up. Although the entrance is not too far, we have provided this service considering the convenience of moving with large luggage, especially if you have a dog. We sometimes receive feedback that it feels like an attraction! The sauna in the Room was a supreme relaxation experience that I, as a sauna enthusiast, devised over a long period. I am delighted that you enjoyed it. The onsen open-air bath in the guest room is spacious enough for four people to relax comfortably. The two massage chairs were also advised by our designer. The spice curry was devised and created by our staff, and I, as the chef, supervised and added some advice. The staff was very pleased that you liked it. Thank you. Please feel free to talk to the staff about the origin of the curry's name, "Ginizu." It is also perfect as a sauna meal. Thank you for appreciating the various hospitality services we have devised.   The best Stays

  I visited with two little ones at the end of the year. I immediately felt it upon arriving at the Stays. The wonderful people here run the Property with love and care for their guests. Their thoughtfulness made me feel truly comfortable and warm. The Room was tastefully decorated, and the food was excellent (I regret leaving a little at the end because I drank too much wine and it was so delicious). It's a place I want to visit again, where I feel like saying "I'm home." Thank you so much for your thoughtfulness until the very end. I will visit again.

  A wonderful auberge

  I visited Izu Kogen for the first time in about 30 years. After searching around, I decided on Belle Equipe because it allows dogs to stay and offers delicious meals. It was a wonderful auberge where I could relax and return home feeling happy. The meals were very delicious. They were visually appealing and tasted delightful, making me feel happy. The dinner included ingredients that I don't usually eat, and I enjoyed them. The morning meal started with smoothies and soup, and there was so much that I couldn't finish it all, but it was very delicious. The staff were very kind. Our dog was not used to the place and kept barking, and I thought, "We might be causing trouble," but they were gentle with our dog. The dog run we were looking forward to was spacious and well-maintained, and our dog ran around happily. At checkout, they took a photo of us on the terrace as a memento of our trip. I was delighted that the staff called our three dogs by their names. We have displayed the photo they took in our living room. On our way home, we received souvenirs to eat in the car, and after returning home, they sent us sweets. It was the first time we received such hospitality. I am grateful for the wonderful place and the staff's thoughtful gestures that made us feel happy during our stay and even after returning home.

  I absolutely love th...

  I absolutely love this Stays! I really like the calm atmosphere that blows away the fatigue of the hectic daily life. My beloved dog remembered it from our second visit, so he was able to relax and enjoy his time. The spacious dog run, including the indoor area, is impeccably clean and doesn't bother us at all. It feels a bit old, but that's part of its charm. The staff are not only kind but also attentive, which naturally brings a smile to my face. You can enjoy the Onsen in your Room and with family baths, and there's even a bath for your beloved dog. It makes their coat shiny, turning them into a beautiful dog! The food is especially excellent, and I keep coming back because I can't forget it. I would personally be happy if there were more rice and noodle dishes. Even the dog's food looks delicious, and I'm envious. I will visit again. Thank you to all the staff.

  Both people and dogs are extremely satisfied.

  All aspects of the hospitality were very polite and meticulous, and I felt that each and every detail was filled with sincerity. The room was also very comfortable, allowing us to spend our time leisurely without missing a moment of our stay. The garden was very spacious and well-maintained. Our dog usually hesitates to play at regular dog runs due to other dogs, but seeing him running around so joyfully here made me truly glad we stayed. The meals were particularly wonderful. I was amazed at how much effort was put into each dish. It made me realize that meals at general hotels or large restaurants are prepared and plated with a certain number of people in mind. Of course, the taste was also superb. There were also many thoughtful touches and considerations beyond what was listed on the site, making it a truly wonderful stay. I would love to visit again during the warmer season. Thank you very much.

  A property I want to visit again

  I visited for the first time to celebrate my dog's birthday. My dog has a timid personality and tends to bark easily, but the staff treated us kindly and celebrated with us, which was very considerate and nice. The meals were all elaborate and delicious. The dog food and treats were also very well received. We chose this place because it has an Onsen that dogs can enter, and my dog seemed to enjoy soaking in the Onsen. The private open-air bath with a jet bath was something I haven't seen elsewhere, and I personally liked it. I would like to visit again soon.

  The cuisine is impressive.

  I have visited Izu many times with my dog, but this place was the best. The purpose of this trip was "dining." Every dish was very delicious and we were very satisfied. The Onsen open-air bath was also excellent, and we could enjoy the Onsen and meals together without leaving our dog behind, which was reassuring. I was also able to see my usually non-running dog happily running around in the spacious garden here. I definitely want to visit again.

  I found an auberge in Izu where you can stay with your pet.

  This auberge in Izu Kogen was truly a hidden gem, perfect for relaxing away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The space, with its private feel accommodating only a few groups, was delightful, especially as we could enjoy it with our beloved dog. The Room and Facility were clean, and the thoughtful consideration for pets was impressive. Above all, the staff were incredibly kind, and their attentive care was evident throughout, leaving us moved by their high level of hospitality. Dinner was an authentic French course, allowing us to savor the delicate flavors of fresh local ingredients. Each dish reflected the chef's dedication, with beautiful presentation, making for a special experience. Breakfast was also hearty, healthy, and very satisfying. I would love to visit again!
