    Great taste, excellent bath, comfortable Room, stunning view, and outstanding service. It was a wonderful Ryokan that makes you want to visit again!

    Stargazing & Healing Experience

    I stayed with my sister and had a wonderful experience. The shuttle service from Shinano-Omachi was very convenient and much appreciated. Upon arrival, the staff worked seamlessly together, ensuring everything went smoothly. From the 12-tatami corner room, we enjoyed a breathtaking view of the majestic river and mountains—absolutely perfect scenery. I also loved how traditional shoji screens were used instead of curtains to cover the windows; it added such charm and elegance. The meals were delicious with excellent quality and generous portions, leaving us completely satisfied. The Onsen was incredibly relaxing, leaving my skin glowing and making me feel great overall. I especially enjoyed drinking "Hasider" after bathing—it was so tasty that I regret not buying another bottle as a souvenir! Although it was cloudy during the day, stepping outside at night to see the stars revealed a stunning view of twinkling white stars—a sight you can't find in Tokyo. This trip left me feeling refreshed both physically and mentally. If given another opportunity, I would love to stay here again!

    First Father-Son Trip with My First-Grade Son

    We stayed here because my son wanted to visit a ski resort with a large bath and Pokémon. He was thrilled by the snow-viewing bath, and after checking out, he enjoyed his first experience at the ski resort. My son loved the shabu-shabu and rice. We’re light eaters, so we couldn’t finish everything—our apologies for that. He said, "Next time, let’s bring Mom too," so we hope to visit again during a season other than winter when the footbath is available to relax and unwind.

    Stay for Three Generations

    We stayed at this accommodation in Hakuba for a three-generation family ski trip. The service was excellent, including assistance with unloading luggage at the entrance, guidance to the room, and a welcome drink. The meals were delicious and plentiful, leaving us very satisfied. We would love to stay here again if we have the chance. Thank you very much!

    Excellent!

    We have stayed at most hotels in Omachi, but this Hotel has become our favorite. The meals are absolutely delicious! The quality of service from the staff is excellent! Also, the cleanliness is impeccable! I think it’s a 5-star Ryokan. We stayed here for snowboarding, but we would love to come back even outside of the snowboarding season! Thank you very much!

    It was beautiful.

    The room was very clean, but the overflow of the sink was dirty, which caught my attention.

    Descriptions of the equipment and amenities in the Room are required.

    When guided to the Room, there was no explanation about the humidifier. As a result, I noticed the humidifier and tried using it by trial and error. Additionally, there was no explanation about the TV, kotatsu, safe, tea set, or any other Room features. The guidance only extended to in front of the Room. At a minimum, given how dry indoor air can be these days, an explanation of the humidifier's presence and usage is absolutely necessary.

    A property with high hospitality

    I always pass through Omachi and wanted to stay there at least once, so I chose this property where reviews were responded to politely. Although the building is quite old, the hospitality was excellent. I made a last-minute reservation with no meals included, but I would love to stay with meals next time. The onsen temperature was just right and very pleasant, and having a sauna was fantastic! The room was very spacious. Thank you very much!

    It was good, but...

    The Room was spacious and nice, but it was disappointing that the front desk staff did not greet us at checkout.

    Communication is not reaching effectively.

    I was asked about my food preferences via email and it was confirmed at the front desk on the day. However, when it came time for the meal, the ingredient I mentioned was served... I hesitated for a while, thinking there might be a misunderstanding, but nothing happened, so I mentioned it. They said they would check, but nothing happened again, and the next morning I was told, "There are ingredients that cannot be changed on the day." So what was the point of the email...? And the confirmation at the front desk...? Even after explaining this, they reluctantly apologized. The room had a great view and was well-maintained, and I think it's a very nice property, but it felt like a missed opportunity.

    Smoke harassment

    A smoking area is located on the first floor. The moment you arrive at the Ryokan, it really smells like tobacco. Additionally, there was a large group of guests that day, and many people were in the smoking area. The smell from the smoking area spreads throughout the building, and since the large public bath is on the same floor, you have to pass through the smelly first-floor space even after taking a bath. In this day and age, many people are likely to feel uncomfortable due to smoke harassment. I hope that by the next time I visit, the Ryokan will be non-smoking or that more consideration will be given to creating an environment for non-smokers. Other than that, the hospitality, staff, service, and everything else were perfect at the Ryokan. The food, in particular, was luxurious, plentiful, delicious, and simply the best. I would love to visit again!

    I used this accommod...

    I used this accommodation on my way back from the Tateyama Kurobe Alpine Route. I had a very enjoyable time with the extensive services such as welcome drinks and foot baths, as well as delicious meals. The meals were plentiful and luxurious both at night and in the morning, and while they were delicious, I thought they could be a bit less. I was pleased with the high quality of the hairdryer and amenities.

    Omachi Onsenkyo Ryokusuitei Keisui

    Choosing this ryokan and this room was the perfect decision as I wanted a style with a bed in a Japanese-style room. The guest room had an onsen bathtub, allowing me to warm up and sleep without having to go to the large public bath before bed, and the price for this facility was very reasonable for users. The meals were delicious, and I was very satisfied with the variety and gentle seasoning of the breakfast. The staff in every department responded well, allowing me to have a pleasant stay, and I would like to use this ryokan again.
