    Great location

    I thought the location was excellent, right in front of the station. The parking attendant also guided us politely, which was appreciated. Although there should have been two elevators, they took a long time to arrive, which was a bit disappointing.

    Close to Numazu Station.

    Breakfast was delicious. I stayed here to visit the Numazu Port area. It offers good value for the price.

    I was worried becaus...

    I was worried because my car is almost 2 meters wide, but it was fine. The separate bath and toilet were a nice touch.

    Even though it’s right by the station, the quiet North Exit location and the outstanding breakfast are truly noteworthy.

    I was honestly a bit worried because the Plan left the Room assignment up to the Hotel. However, I was given the twin Room I wanted, with a great view and plenty of amenities—so I was very satisfied. The Room had tatami flooring where you take off your shoes, and it was spotless and comfortable. The green tea provided tasted wonderful when brewed properly in the teapot, and it really made me feel like I’d come to Shizuoka. Breakfast, which I had been looking forward to, exceeded my expectations. There were freshly fried horse mackerel fries, freshly grilled dried fish, and even thick slices of sashimi all lined up. The fries came with a green “Shizuoka tartar sauce” that you mix yourself—I'd love to recreate that flavor at home. The rest of the buffet was also colorful and thoughtfully prepared, and everything was delicious. The only thing to note is that since the Hotel is on the north exit side of the station, getting around to the south exit area (where many tourist spots are) requires a bit of a detour and takes some time. As it was my first time in Numazu, I assumed I could pass through inside the station and got flustered. It would have been nice if there were directions posted somewhere in the building. Even so, because it’s right by the station, I still made it comfortably to a train departing 8 minutes later after searching in the lobby. It was cloudy for both days so I couldn’t see Mt. Fuji—I’d love to stay again soon.

    Conveniently located right in front of the station.

    Although it is a multi-level facility, paid parking is available, and its location in front of the station makes it convenient to use.

    It was a very practical Room.

    I stayed in a twin Room with tatami flooring. It wasn’t a large Room, but there were many thoughtful touches throughout that made the space feel more open. The bathroom was also very clean. If I had one request, I’d be happy if there were something like a toilet mat. Breakfast was all about horse mackerel—everything was delicious! Thank you for your attentive service. This is a Hotel where you can enjoy a very comfortable stay!

    Delicious breakfast!

    I was able to spend a quiet and relaxing time! It was a Room I really liked, so I felt especially at ease. I arrived late at night with a lot of luggage, but it was easy since it’s close to the station. As always, the breakfast was lavish and the rice was delicious. Thank you—I’ll stay again.

    Close to the station

    Located very close to the station, the staff were kind and attentive. The Room was clean and well-maintained; although it was a smoking Room, there was no odor upon entering, making it comfortable to stay.

    Accommodation after one year

    Stayed here after a year, in a top-floor room with a view of Mt. Fuji. It was as comfortable as before. However, it seems the refrigerator has been replaced, but the storage capacity is too small. The staff seemed to have been renewed and now feel like professional hotel staff, providing pleasant service. Previously, I recall there being part-time female staff and a man who seemed like an izakaya manager. The breakfast venue staff were very accommodating, especially the male manager whose service was truly impressive. Thank you very much! I will use this accommodation again if I have the chance.

    It was dirty.

    If it was a Japanese-style room, it should have been clearly stated. Just mentioning "tatami" is confusing and unclear, as it could mean only part of the room has tatami. Upon entering the room, I was disappointed. Everything in the room (table, bed, chair, sink, refrigerator) was at knee height, making everything difficult to use as I had to crouch down constantly and felt like I might bump into things. It was nerve-wracking with a small child who seemed likely to bump into everything. The bathroom floor had black mold; the kettle had limescale stains; the toilet paper holder was broken; and the wallpaper was dirty. The dustiness and musty smell of mold made me wonder how long it's been since this accommodation last hosted guests—there were even hairs on the floor! It lacked cleanliness entirely. When I requested a towel for my child sharing existing bedding, I was told: "Normally there’s a fee for this but we’ll make an exception." This kind of remark is something I've never experienced in all my stays elsewhere! This being my first visit to Numazu will also be my last—I cannot recommend this hotel at all.

    The meals are delicious.

    The food is truly delicious, as everyone says. The dried fish, fried horse mackerel, sashimi, and daily side dishes were all excellent. I stayed for a Multiple Night Stay and enjoyed the meals. I stayed in a corner Room with an open atmosphere, but be careful not to forget to close the blackout roller curtains; otherwise, you might wake up early due to sunlight. The Room itself was average with a unit bath that was neither good nor bad, but it was disappointing to find a large insect in the unit bath. Also, the location near the station is convenient. I stay in Numazu every month and there are many good Hotels here, so overall this one felt average. Would it have been better if I hadn't chosen a corner Room?

    As the name suggests, it was comfortable.

    This was my first time staying here. Although the property is not new, it was very clean and I had a pleasant stay. As mentioned in the reviews, the breakfast had a wide variety of options and was delicious. I would love to stay here again.

    I have used this service several times.

    I was initially unable to secure a non-smoking room, but on the day of my stay, I was informed that a room became available and it was promptly changed for me. Thank you for your assistance. Additionally, as someone who enjoys coffee, it would be appreciated if coffee packs were provided. This time, I used the restaurant in the accommodation for lunch; however, despite checking out at 11:00 AM and lunch starting at 11:30 AM, I couldn't use the hotel parking lot. Meanwhile, a friend who came from outside could park for free. As a guest staying at the accommodation near the station and having to pay parking fees while using the restaurant felt somewhat unfair. I have always chosen this hotel whenever visiting Numazu; however, this experience was disappointing.

    It was a wonderful Hotel.

    I stayed here for a business trip. The tatami room was stress-free and very comfortable as I could walk around barefoot. Both the window and TV were large, which made me happy as well. Regarding amenities, although it was mentioned that cleansing products and face wash were not provided, they were actually available at the lobby counter, which was very convenient. Most importantly, when making the reservation, I requested a room with a separate bath and toilet if possible. While I'm not sure if my request was accommodated intentionally, I was given a room without a unit bath, which made me extremely happy. I have another business trip to Numazu coming up soon and would love to stay here again during that time. Thank you very much!

    Relaxing Hotel

    I stayed here for a business trip. The Room was designed to remove shoes before entering and had separate bath and toilet facilities, allowing for a comfortable stay. Most impressively, during breakfast, I was asked, "Would you like both fried horse mackerel and grilled horse mackerel?" I enjoyed a hearty meal that energized me for the day. I plan to stay here again on my next business trip to the area.

    When entering the room, I found the refrigerator was not powered on when I tried to store drinks. Despite knowing about guest check-ins, this lack of preparation is disappointing. There were also too few towels; a separate towel for the restroom would have been appreciated. The lighting in the bathroom was dim. In most hotels, tissues are provided in both the bathroom and bedroom, but here they were only in the bedroom, making it inconvenient to retrieve them each time from there.

    It was a clean Hotel.

    I stayed in a Single Room with breakfast included. Although I arrived later than planned, I was warmly welcomed and guided to an easily accessible parking spot. The breakfast had a wide variety of options, and the charcoal-grilled dried fish was especially delicious. The fried items were fluffy and tasty, but the tail's hard part was a bit disappointing. Still, this is a Hotel I would love to stay at again.

    The Room was small f...

    The Room was small for two people but compact and comfortable. At the end of March, both restaurants were fully booked for private use. It was good that we had pre-ordered the beef bento box. The meat was tender and very delicious. The convenience store was just a short walk from the back parking lot exit.

    Quality matches the price.

    The male staff provided polite service, but the female staff appeared unfriendly and expressionless, giving the impression of reluctance. The towels had an unpleasant odor. It would be appreciated if slippers were placed at the entrance. The humidifier filter smelled moldy.

    A Relaxing Space

    This was my second stay. As always, it’s a very clean and relaxing place. The location is extremely convenient, being right in front of the station. There are plenty of dining options nearby, so no worries about meals. Parking is also available. The staff members are all very friendly and leave a great impression. ★★★★★ The meat here is incredibly delicious—absolutely mouthwatering! I was able to take a break from my busy daily life and truly relax both body and mind. Thank you so much! I’ll definitely visit again.

    Good for business.

    It was good for business and for the price. The business hotel I stayed at last year was also good, so the business hotels in Numazu are of a high standard. The breakfast had a limited selection, but each item was delicious. However, it was a bit pricey, so I give it 4 stars.
