    Everything is wonderful.

    The service, location, Room, restaurant, and everything else were top-class—an outstanding Hotel. I have stayed at many Accommodations before, but this was the best ever. It’s a Hotel I’d like to stay at at least once.

    The unique, out-of-the-ordinary atmosphere is wonderful.

    This was my third stay. The first time, shortly after opening, I stayed with my daughter in a Room with a view of the inner dome; the second time was last year, also with my daughter, in a maisonette Room. This time I stayed with my husband in a Deluxe Room overlooking the outer round building. Every Room was comfortable and relaxing. I think the distinctive long corridors and the views are part of this Hotel’s character. With Obon holidays starting, Tokyo Station was extremely crowded, but inside the Hotel it was very quiet. Being at Tokyo Station is unbeatable for convenience, and it feels wonderfully out of the ordinary. I’ll likely stay again. This time we also enjoyed afternoon tea at Bar “Camellia.” It was unique and unlike anything else—excellent. Due to the layout, it can be hard to find your way to the elevators for reception vs. the atrium, as well as to some restaurants and bars—you may get lost. By my third visit I finally got used to it (laugh).

    It was very good.

    This was our first time staying here as a family. We often stop by Marunouchi for dining, shopping, or on the way back from trips, and this Hotel had always caught our attention. We finally managed to align our schedules and stay here. Everything felt clean, the Room was spotless, and the bath was very comfortable. Above all, there was a wide variety at breakfast, and both the Japanese and Western options were delicious. We’d like to plan our next visit as well. Thank you very much.

    I made a Reservation because I wanted breakfast (lol).

    I’d been curious about this place for a while, and this time I finally decided to stay for one night. Due to my schedule, I headed to the Hotel after work and arrived after 11:00 p.m. The staff welcomed me warmly, and I was especially happy that they offered kind words of appreciation for my day. Thank you very much. The Room I was shown was furnished with calm, tasteful pieces, and perhaps because the ceiling is high, it didn’t feel cramped at all—such a comfortable space. What surprised me most was that the TV screen displayed my name along with a welcome message! It was my first time seeing something like that. Thank you. (As someone else also mentioned,) I’d heard it’s close to the Chuo Line platform outside, so I braced myself thinking I might hear noise—but not at all. It was quiet, and I slept soundly until morning! The soundproofing is truly impressive! And then there was the breakfast buffet I’d been looking forward to most. This area also has high ceilings and felt far more spacious than you’d ever imagine from outside—like a wonderful dining hall from a certain famous wizard movie. There were also living-sofa-style seats; once you sit down, you might not want to move—it’s that relaxing. Everything tasted great; although I couldn’t try every item, I was completely satisfied! Since it was melon season, they had two kinds of melon as well. In fact, even though I arrived late, the staff kindly let me stay until the very last minute. Thank you so much for that!! I finished eating right at the last moment and it became time to check out—normally that would have been the end of it—but when speaking with someone at the counter, I mentioned that I hadn’t had time to see the exhibits about this building’s history. They kindly lent me an access card so I could enter again as a special exception!! Thanks to them, I was able to view the exhibits from the 1st through 4th floors!! Thank you again and again—I truly appreciate all your help!! Even then it still didn’t feel like enough time, so next time I stay here I'll make sure to plan with more time in mind.     A Room with a City View and a Quiet Breakfast Venue

    A One-of-a-Kind Small Luxury Hotel

    It had been a while since my last stay. I believe this is the only Hotel directly connected to the station that still feels so full of history. This time I stayed in a Maisonette Twin Room, and I was very satisfied with everything—from the layout to the spaciousness. For some reason, maisonettes are always exciting. Unfortunately, because the Maisonette Twin is treated as a suite, it is not eligible for the Diamond member room-upgrade benefit. However, the other perks—the Toraya yokan and BVLGARI bath amenities—were properly provided. Since the maisonette also came with BVLGARI bath amenities, it ended up being BVLGARI everywhere. The Room had toilets on both the lower level and the maisonette level, which was great because we could use them separately. For breakfast in the atrium, you can check crowd levels from your Room, but after 8:00 it always showed “please wait.” I decided there was no point waiting indefinitely and went down anyway; they were able to prepare a table for us after only a short wait. As always, both the variety at breakfast and the quality of each item were excellent—I’m satisfied every time. Please let me stay again next time and impress me once more.

    We had a wonderful stay!

    I had always dreamed of staying at this Hotel, so I booked a stay for my mother’s birthday. It was just as wonderful as I imagined, the signature breakfast was delicious, and the staff’s service was excellent. It became a truly special memory! I would love to stay here again!

    A View Like No Other

    If you stay at this Hotel, I strongly recommend choosing the Dome-side. Many Hotels offer cityscapes or natural views, but only this Hotel lets you watch people coming and going through a charming terminal station. It’s worth making your way down the very long corridor to get there. The Room isn’t particularly spacious, and the service is somewhat businesslike, but whenever you find yourself by the window, you’re guaranteed a view that never gets old. Breakfast is buffet-style—abundant and truly luxurious. This used to be a reasonably priced Hotel; it’s not cheap anymore, but for the Dome view and the breakfast alone, it offers more than enough value.

    Since I usually travel by plane, I had never stayed at a Hotel near Tokyo Station. This time, my family wanted to take a trip by Shinkansen, so we chose this Hotel next to Tokyo Station and stayed here for the first time. Although it was a short one-night stay, it was truly comfortable. The meal at the lobby lounge was excellent, and the breakfast buffet on the 4th floor offered a wide variety of options. Above all, the staff’s warm hospitality was outstanding—exactly what you would expect. We didn’t have much of a view from our Room this time, so if we have another chance, I’d like to make a Reservation for a different Room.

    This was my first stay.

    This was our first stay as a couple. The front desk staff were very courteous, and we never felt rushed, which was great. Since I think the front desk is an important part of a Hotel’s overall impression, we had a great start. The Room honestly isn’t large, but the layout is efficient and it feels calm and comfortable. We were on the dome side, and looking down at the station from above felt wonderfully nostalgic. The bed was narrow, but the pillows were excellent. Breakfast was a bit pricey, but I don’t think its quality or variety falls behind top-tier options. We would like to stay again next time.

    I’m glad I could stay here!

    The Tokyo Station Hotel was a place I had always wanted to stay. The staff responded flexibly and always in the way that suited me best, and the concierge kindly helped with sightseeing advice—I truly felt well taken care of. My child who traveled with me seemed to sense it too, saying, “The Hotel is wonderful, but everyone who works here is wonderful too!” Just hearing that made the trip worthwhile. It was a great experience.

    Beautiful Hotel

    Staying at this Hotel I’d always wanted to visit was a dream come true. In our dome-side Room, we could look out the window at the famous round roof, reliefs, and even the inside of the station building, creating an extraordinary, time-slip-like experience. (However, depending on the time of day, we sometimes made eye contact with guests in other Rooms, so we kept the sheer curtains closed throughout and the Room felt a bit dark.) The interior is stylish and very relaxing. The Room isn’t large, but the high ceiling prevented it from feeling cramped, and we were able to stay comfortably. The staff’s hospitality was also outstanding! Now I understand—this is what Tokyo Station Hotel is. Experiencing it firsthand truly showed me how wonderful it is. Thank you very much.

    Not only was the breakfast excellent, but the entire atmosphere was outstanding.

    Staying here the night before my daughter’s wedding, we were completely satisfied with everything—the cleanliness of the Room, the comfort of the bed, the spacious bathroom, the atmospheric bar, and the wonderful breakfast that lived up to its reputation.

    A high-quality Hotel with unbeatable access

    I stayed one night with my elementary-school-aged son before an early-morning flight departing from Narita. From the Room to the Narita Express platform, we arrived in under 20 minutes even including the checkout process. Since we checked out at 7:00 a.m., it was a shame we didn’t have time to enjoy breakfast, but when I asked the staff member who helped carry our suitcase about the Hotel’s history, they explained it in great detail and I was truly impressed. The Room was very modern, with well-stocked amenities, and everything was easy to use. Although our Room was on the third floor, it was very quiet, and the faint sound of trains in the distance was surprisingly soothing. I think this is also an excellent Hotel for business trips.

    A Fun Stay After Several Years

    From the moment you step into the front desk area, a special atmosphere is created, and it feels very comfortable. The Room has a high ceiling and doesn’t feel cramped. I chose a stay with breakfast, and everything was delicious—I ended up eating too much. For dinner, I visited the Italian restaurant on-site, and that was also excellent. I felt like coming back again even just for the meals.

    Retro-modern

    The rooms have a retro atmosphere, but the Facilities have been updated and are easy to use. The breakfast buffet was satisfying in both variety and taste. Another highlight is the in-house tour, where you can trace the Hotel’s history.

    Thank you very much.

    From check-in onward, everything was impeccable—from the perfectly timed offer to store our luggage to being escorted to our Room. Even though people were constantly coming and going at the Marunouchi Station ticket gates below, I was amazed by how quiet the Room was. Dinner at En was also outstanding; the braised whole shark fin in particular was luxurious, and everything was gently seasoned and delicious. Breakfast impressed me just as much—I even found myself wondering how much each premium umeboshi costs. The healthy smoothie was refreshing and tasty as well. Exploring inside the Hotel was fun, and after checkout it was enjoyable to look back on where we had walked while viewing the exterior from Shin-Marunouchi Building. I would love to stay again. Thank you for a wonderful memory.

    We had a comfortable stay!

    I stayed in a Maisonette Twin Room. The stay in this special Room was very comfortable. The hospitality of all the staff was excellent, and I would like to stay again. I only had the breakfast buffet at the atrium, but both the quality and variety were satisfying, and everything was delicious. This Hotel is perfect for spending time with someone special.

    Completely satisfied.

    Despite being right next to Tokyo Station, the hotel was remarkably quiet and had a calm atmosphere throughout. The service was also very attentive. In addition, the breakfast buffet was outstanding in both variety and taste.

    I’ve stayed here many times.

    This is my personal opinion. At my first check-in, I was asked with a blank expression, “Can you go to your Room by yourself?” I thought, “Huh?”—but since it wasn’t my first time staying at this Hotel, I wouldn’t get lost and it didn’t really matter. Still, I think it’s all in how you say it. It would feel much nicer to be asked, “Would you like me to show you the way?” If staffing is tight and that’s difficult, I’d rather they just say so honestly. Also, the IKYU Diamond member benefit of an upgrade to a one-rank-higher Room has never been applied even once. I’m not particularly expecting it, but if upgrades are extremely rare, I think it should be removed as a benefit. Being told every time, “There is no upgrade this time,” doesn’t feel good even if I’m not expecting one. I’d prefer they only mention it when an upgrade is actually available. Other than that, everyone was polite and helpful and my stay was comfortable. Breakfast is delicious!

    Excellent

    I stayed here again this March, and the hospitality is still outstanding. The breakfast was delicious, and I went back for more several times. However, this time I made a Reservation for a dome-side Room. While you can look down on the Marunouchi ticket gates from the Room, there isn’t really much of a view, and it felt like people outside could see in—so I kept the curtains closed the whole time. In hindsight, a windowless Room like last time might have been fine. With its excellent location and hospitality, this Hotel is my only choice whenever I visit Tokyo.

    Always feel at ease

    I stay here with peace of mind every time I visit Tokyo, about twice a year. I always have breakfast. This time I stayed on the Dome side, which felt special. On the second day, I tried walking to the Imperial Palace for the first time. From next time, I’d like to make it part of my routine as an early-morning workout.

    A one-of-a-kind Hotel

    Many of the experiences—such as exploring the spaces inside the Hotel (dome tour) and visiting the breakfast venue—were only available to guests staying overnight. The breakfast was absolutely excellent! It was a wonderful experience.

    We were completely satisfied in every way. The service was especially outstanding—truly what you would expect from a classic Hotel. The property and the Room were both very clean, and we booked a Plan with breakfast and dinner. Breakfast offered more variety than we could finish, everything was delicious, and it was the best buffet breakfast we’ve ever had. Dinner was Japanese cuisine and it was excellent. For lunch we had sushi, and before dinner we used the café; it was very comfortable, and the cake was surprisingly delicious. This is a Hotel we would definitely like to stay at again. Thank you very much.

    Experience the Hotel’s history

    After the Van Gogh exhibition, we stayed at Station Hotel Tokyo, as my husband wished. It was my first time on the Marunouchi side after staying several times before. Looking back, every Room has been wonderful. I never felt it was small and enjoyed a calm, relaxing time while reflecting on the history of Tokyo Station. The breakfast menu and all services were flawless. Thank you very much.

    Excellent breakfast

    The Room is wonderful, but the breakfast is unbeatable. Toraya mini toast with sweet bean paste and butter, made-to-order omelets and Eggs Benedict, freshly fried tempura, a mini eel rice bowl, French toast, Ronnefeldt tea, and desserts like strawberry shortcake and jelly—everything was excellent. The only disappointment was that there was no face towel by the Room sink, and I found a black bent piece of wire on the carpet. There were only bath towels and hand towels, which was inconvenient. I even wondered if you had stopped providing face towels (laugh). Even so, thank you for your wonderful hospitality despite what must be staffing challenges.

    Roba (A Holiday with Grandma)

    As a fan of Hyakken Uchida, this was the Hotel I had always dreamed of staying at. This time, considering my 88-year-old mother’s mobility, we chose this Hotel for its outstanding access (the best in Tokyo—of course?), and it became an unforgettable memory. The Room overlooking the Imperial Palace right in front of us was wonderful. My mother was absolutely thrilled as well. Breakfast was excellent, too. I would definitely like to stay again!

    Your Favorite Hotel in Tokyo

    I enjoyed my previous stay so much that I decided to stay again. As always, all the staff were kind, and the Palace-side Room was comfortable. The bathtub in this Hotel is large, so it was wonderful to stretch out and relax in the bath! Breakfast was delicious as always.

    It was my first time...

    It was my first time back at Tokyo Station Hotel in a while, and my maisonette Reservation was upgraded to a Maisonette Suite. I had plans in the evening so I couldn’t fully enjoy it, but I was very satisfied—it was spacious and charming. At turndown service, we received Toraya yokan; together with the IKYU benefits, we had two kinds, which was a nice surprise. For breakfast, I finally got to try the an-butter toast made with Toraya sweet bean paste, and there were also eel rice bowls and seafood chirashi—so I ended up eating more than usual. Overall I was happy, but in the middle of the night after I’d fallen asleep, someone kept ringing the doorbell persistently. With news about a fire the day before, I panicked and opened the door—only to find a young woman standing there. She likely had the wrong Room number, but she ran off without apologizing. At an affordable Hotel you might shrug it off, but after paying a fair amount here, it felt unacceptable. The guest Room corridors did feel somewhat maze-like on the way there, but I still couldn’t just brush it aside—I’m left feeling unsettled. I’ve stayed at many places and this is my first time experiencing something like this. It may be difficult to prevent entirely, but I sincerely hope it won’t happen again in the future.
