    Overall impressions

    The room was very user-friendly. Since we had a reservation for a Polynesian show at night, we would have appreciated consideration for meal times. We took the free bus from Yokohama, and it was a very good bus with a very kind driver. The free bus is a very good service. The buffet food was warm and very good.

    Comfortable even in winter.

    I was a bit anxious about using it in the cold January, but there was nothing inconvenient inside the facility, and I felt very relieved. All the staff are kind. The bath on the first floor of the hotel is also nice. There are plenty of sofas, so I am very grateful even after checking out. This is my personal mistake, but please be careful as I tend to forget to reserve the shuttle bus when making a hotel reservation on IKYU.

    I had some business ...

    I had some business in Iwaki City and made a sudden reservation, but I was very satisfied with the very affordable plan. After work, I drove non-stop from Tokyo for a little over 2 hours and managed to make it in time for dinner, but moved from the restaurant after about 40 minutes to watch the night show. All seats were paid, so the good seats were sold out, but I secured a seat as close to the front as possible! The hula dance and fire dance? The show was truly amazing! My wife was moved. It seems you can make a reservation online in advance, so if you want to see the show, it's better to book early to get a good seat. We didn't know, so we barely managed to see it. We also received a 2,000 yen voucher per person, so we enjoyed delicious ramen at a ramen shop in the passage where izakayas are lined up on the lower floor? The ramen and gyoza were delicious! It was a taste I wanted to have again. I wanted to try Yoichi's soba too, but gave up due to the long wait outside. I had stayed at Willport once a few years ago, but it was my first time at Monolith Tower, and both rooms felt similar? They were very clean and comfortable. The bath exclusive to guests in the basement of the hotel was spacious and felt like an open-air bath, which was nice. We hardly used Hawaiians itself and returned, so next time I want to visit with the purpose of enjoying Hawaiians! It seems you can stay until the last time the next day too. It's so vast and has so much to offer that you can't enjoy it all in just two days.

    I want to visit again.

    In December, we stayed at Monolith Tower with our preschool children. The pool had a variety of options, and we enjoyed the outdoor onsen pool even in the cold season. We made a reservation in advance to watch the lunchtime hula dance show, and the live music, live chorus, and the dancers' lively expressions and performances were impressive. The concept of the large public bath, Yoichi, was also interesting. However, there is no washing area, so we used the large public bath inside Monolith Tower for bathing before bed. The baths inside Monolith Tower switch between men and women in the morning and evening (the saunas also switch between dry and steam). The baths were nice, and the dry sauna was spacious and comfortable. The washing area was well-cleaned and had a sense of cleanliness. The breakfast and dinner buffets had a wide variety of desserts, which made the children very happy. The room is relatively warm even in winter, but wearing a rash guard after entering the pool makes the body very cold. It is advisable to prepare to remove the rash guard jacket during meals and show viewing. Also, it is recommended to settle the bill in advance from 7 a.m. at checkout.

    The walls are thin.

    The sound of children's footsteps from above and next door echoed continuously. There were also adult voices from next door. Even after calling the front desk, the noise persisted past 11 PM at night and started again before 6 AM in the morning. The Room itself was spacious and convenient to use. Both dinner and breakfast were satisfactory, but during breakfast, we were guided to a table that hadn't been cleared yet, and there was a double booking with other guests. We were treated as if we had sat there without permission, which was unpleasant. It seemed like there was a lack of coordination. The chefs at the open kitchen were very kind and attentive, and they were gentle with children, which was the only positive impression during this stay. Thank you. I used this place 2 years ago as well, but I don't think I will be repeating my visit.

    ハワイに行きたいような気もするような

    The dinner buffet is wonderful.

    I was very satisfied with 20,000 yen per person, all-inclusive. I came for the pool, but I think it's a place where you can enjoy just the Onsen and meals. I didn't know the dinner would be so luxurious, and I was overjoyed with the all-you-can-eat freshly grilled steak and sweet shrimp. I will come again next year. Please don't ever remove the sweet shrimp from the dinner menu.
