    This is the place to stay when visiting Okinawa.

    The lobby smells wonderful and feels relaxing. The location is convenient, and the Room is spacious and comfortable. This Hotel is my favorite in Okinawa. The lobby staff are kind and courteous. The food is delicious. The convenience store on the first floor is also handy. I look forward to staying here again in the future.

    Spacious dining area

    I have stayed here before, but this time I stayed in a renovated Room. The bed was very comfortable, and I slept soundly. The Room was spacious and relaxing, and it also had a desk for my husband, who loves studying, which made us both very happy. Since we booked a Plan with breakfast, we enjoyed our meal at a relaxed pace in the spacious dining area. The chairs and tables were large, and there was plenty of space between tables, so it was very comfortable. However, I wish there had been steamed vegetables such as green and yellow vegetables. It would also reduce salt intake and be healthier. We used a discount voucher for lunch and ate in the lounge. This was also a spacious area with very comfortable seating. We ordered pasta and sandwiches; the portions were generous and everything was delicious. The hotel is directly connected to the monorail station and bus stop, making it extremely convenient. I would definitely like to stay again.

    It was close to the Yui Rail station, and the Room and amenities were excellent. Although my stay was short, I was able to relax. I would like to stay here again.

    An exceptional stay with outstanding access and warm hospitality

    I stayed here for an overnight layover at Naha Airport. Because it is directly connected to Yui Rail “Asahibashi” Station, you can get there without getting wet even on rainy days, and check-in is smooth even with large suitcases. All the staff were full of hospitality and gave me a very warm welcome. The room was well stocked with relaxing amenities, and after just returning from overseas, it was truly comforting—so comfortable it genuinely impressed me. The welcome drink at the bar came in a great atmosphere, so I ended up ordering another one. They were also flexible with food requests, and I really felt the high quality of service. Breakfast featured many dishes made with Okinawan ingredients, and I was especially impressed by the thoughtful touch of delivering freshly baked croissants to my table—it was all delicious. The Diamond benefits were also excellent, which made the stay even more satisfying. This is a Hotel I would definitely want to stay at again when using Naha Airport.

    Great location.

    Directly connected to Asahibashi Station on the Yui Rail, making it very convenient. The staff recommended an Okinawan restaurant near the Hotel, and we enjoyed a delicious meal.

    This is the only place to stay in Naha.

    I love everything about this Hotel: the convenient location within walking distance from Asahibashi Station, the high level of the staff, and the delicious breakfast. I especially like the bathroom flooring that looks like wood (I’m not sure what material it actually is). It’s non-slip and has a warm feel. The premium hair dryer was also great to use—I ended up wanting one for home. Security measures are excellent as well, so I’d like to stay here again next time.

    I would love to stay here again!

    Thank you for the wonderful experience. We stayed in a Premium Bayside Room corner room for 2 nights and 3 days, and it was very comfortable and pleasant. The breakfast buffet was delicious, and the amenities were excellent. It was convenient to reach the Hotel from Yui Rail without getting wet; however, accessing the Hotel required going up to the 14th floor and switching elevators, which felt slightly inconvenient.

    I am satisfied again.

    I have stayed here several times during my shopping trips. The location is great, the Room is spacious and comfortable, and I am very satisfied. The breakfast was delicious as always! I enjoyed my favorites like Okinawa soba and sea grapes in the morning. The freshly baked croissants and omelets were consistently tasty as well. I would love to stay here again. I felt refreshed in warm Okinawa. Thank you very much!

    Conveniently located Hotel.

    The Hotel is directly connected to Asahibashi Station, making it convenient if you use the Yui Rail or buses. The elevator was slightly inconvenient.

    Wonderful Hotel

    At the front desk, we checked in while seated on a chair. We were served a delicious welcome drink and thick hand towels (even for the curious child who tagged along!). After check-in, the staff guided us to our Room, and the porter kindly brought our luggage. The Room was well-equipped with amenities, but there were also complimentary items like snacks, bath salts, face packs, and massage gel available in the lobby. We had so much fun creating our own original bath salts with the kids! The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of dishes, including Okinawan cuisine. Everything was delicious, and the view from the restaurant was stunning. Nowadays, many Hotels have guests pick up their key cards at reception and carry their own luggage unless staying in a suite room due to labor shortages. Having gotten used to that system, I was deeply impressed by RIHGA Royal Gran Okinawa's exceptionally attentive service. The hospitality at this price point is truly remarkable! I will definitely stay here again on my next trip to Okinawa. Thank you very much!

    Breakfast is always ...

    Breakfast is always excellent in terms of menu, variety, and quality. The lounge at night was also quiet and enjoyable (unlike two years ago when it was noisy with visitors from Country C?). I was also delighted with the room upgrade.

    A great Hotel where business travelers can also relax.

    This is one of the most relaxing accommodations in Japan, even for someone like me who frequently travels for business. Unlike many resorts in Okinawa that can feel bustling with tourists, this hotel offers a calm atmosphere and stylish interiors. The staff's hospitality is exceptional. As an IKYU Diamond Member, I was upgraded to a better room and welcomed with tea and sweets prepared in the room. The amenities provided in the room are excellent, and there’s an amenity bar at the front desk robot area, making the stay even more enjoyable. The hairdryer was a high-performance Refa model like we have at home—it dries hair quickly and efficiently. The buffet can be enjoyed not only for breakfast but also for lunch with an additional charge; it was absolutely delicious. There’s also a 500-yen discount voucher available for use at the restaurant or bar, which allowed me to enjoy drinks at the bar. They offered notable Okinawan gin and rum as well as Yamazaki and Hibiki whiskies at incredible prices you wouldn’t find in Tokyo. I will definitely stay here again!

    The room has a musty smell.

    The location of the Hotel near the station was very convenient and excellent, but the Room had a slightly musty smell. That was disappointing.

    Okinawa Air Conditioning

    After being shown to the Room, I was informed that there would be a power outage from 1 AM to 4 AM, and they came to explain how to flush the toilet. I thought the service was polite, perhaps because it was on the club floor. However, after this, something crucial wasn’t explained properly. That day in Naha City, the highest temperature was a warm 15°C. Just before getting into bed, I turned on the air conditioning but it didn’t get warm at all. I raised the temperature setting and increased airflow while repeatedly checking that it was set to heating mode instead of cooling mode—but no luck. The air blowing out felt cold; even with a thin summer duvet provided, I ended up sleeping in my sweater for warmth. The same thing happened again the next night—so I skipped using air conditioning altogether and just wore my sweater to bed again. For two nights straight at around 11 PM each time when realizing "the air conditioning isn’t working well," we didn’t bother contacting reception—we just chalked it up as bad luck. At checkout time when mentioning that "the air conditioning seems broken," they revealed: “We’re transitioning floor by floor from cooling mode over into heating.” Mumbled apologies followed... Wait—cooling settings? Does this mean you can’t switch between heating or cooling per Room? What really needed explaining here were details about how your Facility’s climate control works! Even though displayed as 'heating,' turning it on made things colder; leaving everything off turned out warmer instead! It seems like outdated equipment might be an issue here... While both Rooms & lobby give off luxurious vibes alongside commendable service efforts—the basics aren’t quite right yet!

    The Room was clean, convenient, and very satisfying. Dining 19, where we had breakfast and dinner, was also extremely delicious. Additionally, all the staff provided excellent service. Thank you very much. Since it was raining, the direct connection to the station was incredibly helpful. The location is amazing as it provides easy access to the airport, Kokusai Street, and DFS via Yui Rail!

    I had a relaxing time.

    I had a pleasant stay. I was initially concerned about the noise as some overseas guests were speaking loudly in the elevator, but my room was on the opposite side of the same floor, so it wasn’t an issue. I will stay again. Thank you for your hospitality.

    Convenient and clean Hotel

    The location is convenient, the Room is clean, and the amenities are well-equipped. The breakfast comes with a great view, making it a recommended Hotel. However, it would be even better if more nearby dinner options were suggested in advance. Sharing information such as price range and reviews among staff to provide advice would enhance the experience further.

    Would like to stay again.

    I stayed at this Hotel as it is the departure and arrival point for the bus to Okuma the next day. The location was excellent, and while the Room was compact, the Yachimun pottery in the Room was very charming. I extended my stay by an hour with an additional fee to match my bus schedule, making my time here very worthwhile. I also enjoyed a delightful course dinner in the evening. The food exceeded expectations, and the staff's attentive service made for a truly pleasant experience. The night view was stunningly beautiful.

    Highly satisfied.

    I stayed in March and this is my second visit. The access from the airport is convenient, and it’s very close to the station. The interior of the Hotel is elegant, the Room was clean, and the front desk staff were friendly, making my stay comfortable. The breakfast was excellent, and I was impressed by their thoughtful service of delivering freshly baked croissants to the table. I would definitely like to stay at this Hotel again next time.

    Conveniently located with excellent access.

    Conveniently located near the Yui Rail station and within walking distance to Kokusai Street. The meals were plentiful and delicious. However, as I have a lung condition, I needed an air purifier in the Room. Although I requested one at the front desk and it was provided, it would have been better if it was permanently available in the Room.

    A comfortable Hotel conveniently located for sightseeing

    This hotel is conveniently located near Naha Bus Terminal and Asahibashi Station on the Yui Monorail, making it ideal for transportation and sightseeing. The reception is on the 14th floor, accessible by elevator, and after check-in, another elevator takes you to the guest room floors. This setup ensures excellent security, and the staff were very friendly. The rooms are well-organized, functional yet calming in design, with large windows offering stunning views from higher floors. It was a relaxing stay with a comfortable atmosphere. Breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options to enjoy. During sightseeing, luggage storage was available, and on departure day it was convenient to pick up suitcases on the first floor before heading to Naha Airport. I would love to stay at this accommodation again when visiting Naha!

    It was excellent.

    I stayed at the RIHGA Royal Gran Okinawa for the first time and was very satisfied with its calm and sophisticated atmosphere, truly fitting for an adult-oriented Hotel. The staff on every floor were well-trained, providing excellent hospitality. My Room was upgraded, spacious, clean, and beautifully maintained. I definitely want to stay here again during my next visit to Naha. The Hotel is conveniently located near Yui Rail Asahibashi Station, making it easy to get around Naha city. It’s also close to Naha Airport, which is very convenient. Although I accidentally left something behind in the Room and caused some trouble with delivery arrangements, they promptly sent it back to me for which I am deeply grateful. Thank you very much!

    Great Accessibility

    Directly connected to the Yui Rail station, with a bus terminal right in front and located along a main road, making it very convenient for getting around Naha City. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety and is enjoyable. Amenities are also well-equipped. However, the hotel name is not listed on the map outside the station gates, nor are there any signs guiding guests to the Hotel, which was initially confusing. It would be appreciated if such signage could be installed.

    Service, Hospitality, Room: 100 points.

    The staff provided exceptional care and attention. When I called to use the microwave, they promptly came to my room, heated my food, and even delivered it in a hotel paper bag. The service was so thorough that it felt almost overwhelming. Having stayed at various accommodations across Okinawa, this hotel was by far the cleanest overall, including the room. The hand soap provided was a small new bar of soap in a package. While it was hygienic with fresh soap supplied daily, I personally would have preferred foam soap that can be dispensed with one push. Although amenities were already prepared in the room, there were additional options available in the lobby (+α items like face masks, hair care oil, high-moisture gel, etc.), which was a nice touch. The breakfast buffet had a gentle flavor overall. Personally, I would have preferred slightly stronger seasoning; however, the dragon fruit smoothie was absolutely delicious. I stayed here for the Naha Festival. The location was excellent! Although fireworks couldn't be seen from my room, they were easily viewable after just a short walk. It was an incredibly satisfying experience!

    Odor after cleaning

    The bathroom had a strong unpleasant odor, resembling a damp cloth but much stronger, which was very disappointing. Additionally, the explanation about depositing the car key varied depending on the staff member, leading to confusion and miscommunication, which was unfortunate. While other aspects were good, I checked out feeling slightly disappointed.

    The lowest price ever

    This was a Hotel that made me want to write a Review on IKYU for the first time. Unfortunately, it’s my first-ever worst rating. The smell is unbearable and extremely noticeable. As others have mentioned in their comments, there is a strong moldy odor. No matter how convenient the location may be, this was personally the worst Hotel I’ve ever stayed at. I hope this Review helps others and prevents anyone else from having the same experience. It was truly terrible, and I will never use it again.
