Make your last night in Okinawa unforgettable here.

For our last night in Okinawa after returning from the Nago area, we stayed here again as we always do. Our Diamond benefit upgrade was to a View Bath Twin Room. To be honest, the view bath itself wasn’t a deciding factor for us, but the layout of this Room is excellent. With the sofa facing the TV, it feels almost like a junior suite in terms of comfort and usability, which we really appreciated. We were also fortunate to receive the late check-out benefit, so we could relax in our Room and at the bar lounge until it was time to leave for our flight. Dinner at Dining 19—our favorite since last year—was wonderful as well. We were told that the beef used for the roast beef has changed this year, and it suited our taste even better than last year’s, making it even more enjoyable. The service was very pleasant; despite having some very young staff members, everyone was professional and welcoming, and we had a great final night in Okinawa. This stay was especially comfortable thanks to making good use of both the Premier Floor benefits and IKYU Diamond benefits. We will definitely return again next year.

The Room was spacious, the Facilities were excellent, and everything was kept very clean, making for a wonderful stay. I made a Reservation without breakfast, but changed it and tried it—everything was delicious. Each ingredient left a great impression. Best of all was the staff service; everyone was extremely courteous and made my stay very comfortable. The next time I stay in Naha, I would love to return.

A chic, modern, and relaxing Hotel

With direct access to the station, we could get around with peace of mind even in unsettled weather. After check-in, I was happy to be able to choose Blue Seal ice cream as a welcome treat, and my husband was delighted with the beer. We also enjoyed the service in the lobby where you can choose your own drinks, snacks, and amenities. We could even make our own bath salts. The Room amenities were La Mer, which left my hair wonderfully silky smooth. We waited a little at check-in, but the follow-up afterward was excellent. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options as well, making for a very satisfying stay.

The cleaner’s attitude and behavior were extremely poor, and the service was bad.

As an IKYU Diamond member, I stayed for 2 nights and 3 days, but even after going up to the 14th floor there was no guidance to the check-in counter and no assistance with my luggage. The Diamond member upgrade benefit was not provided, and there was not even an explanation; I ended up staying on the 10th-floor level. At that point, the service already felt far from what I would expect of a luxury Hotel. On the first night, I left the card on the bed requesting linen replacement, but the sheets were not changed. The bedding was left wrinkled with pillows and a duvet placed on top; moreover, neither toothbrushes nor cups were replaced, and worst of all, the used towels were not exchanged for fresh ones. Later I received changed sheets and new towels, but the person who brought them did not apologize at all—rather than that, they seemed so rushed they appeared to forget to apologize. While I explained what happened with housekeeping, they kept looking down as if absent-mindedly listening; even after I finished speaking, they mumbled back what I had said under their breath. It was so unbelievable that it made me wonder whether I had checked into a different Hotel with a similar name—and honestly, it wasn’t them who couldn’t believe it; it was me.

Luxury Hotel in Downtown Okinawa City

Surprisingly, the hotel offers valet parking. When we were unloading our suitcases, we initially thought the staff were going to ask us not to stop there—but instead they asked if we were checking in, whether the car would be parked overnight, and whether we would need it later. They then kindly took our keys and parked our rental car for us. As soon as we arrived at the front desk, someone brought us an ice-cold drink, so we could enjoy it while completing check-in—excellent service. A staff member also placed all of our suitcases onto a luggage cart and escorted us to our floor while briefly explaining important information for our stay. At our room door, they helped unload the luggage into the room and neatly set it down before leaving very politely. If you finish the bottled water in the room, you can call the front desk and they will deliver more—very thoughtful! Breakfast is buffet-style with a wide variety of dishes. The lobby also offers free hot coffee and small snacks, and toiletries/amenities are available for guests to take freely. Although it’s not on lively Kokusai-dori Street, it’s very close to Asahibashi Monorail Station. From the second floor there is a skybridge that leads directly to the station, so you don’t have to drag large suitcases at street level or cross roads. There are 7-Eleven and FamilyMart nearby, and across the street inside the bus terminal there’s a Starbucks and Daiso—overall very convenient. A great hotel that I would recommend to friends.

    I travel to Okinawa ...

I travel to Okinawa three times a year. This was my first stay here with children on the last day of our Okinawa trip. The Room was clean and comfortable. I would like the amenities for Child Sharing Existing Bedding to be placed in the Room before check-in. Breakfast was delicious and included Okinawan dishes. However, I couldn’t find the egg station. Is it made-to-order? There wasn’t any particular announcement. The location is excellent, so I will stay here again.

    No complaints.

I’ve recently decided to stay at this Hotel whenever I’m in Naha, and I stayed here again this time. I was mostly satisfied, but at check-in there was only one staff member assisting guests. Someone did come out after I waited a little, though. Also, in the past my luggage was carried to my Room with me, but this time I had to bring my heavy carry-on and suitcase myself. I assumed the service had been simplified, but I saw other guests having their luggage carried. What caused the difference in service? Overall, I was satisfied again and would like to stay here again if I have the opportunity.

    Well-Stocked Amenities

The amenities were well stocked, and I had another comfortable stay. Thanks to the Diamond member benefit upgrade, I was able to see the Kerama Islands and airplanes from my Room. The breakfast omelet and croissants were just as delicious as always.

After the typhoon passed and the rainy season ended, we were soothed by Okinawa’s brilliant blue skies and sea!

For over 10 years, we have stayed here as if returning home, thanks to the consistently warm hospitality of the staff. We were concerned about the impact of Typhoon No. 7 this time, but we were relieved to be able to stay as planned. Although the breakfast price has changed, the buffet selection was more extensive and we enjoyed it. However, we were concerned that small children repeatedly ran through the aisles. As it is difficult for us to address this directly, we would appreciate it if staff could kindly speak to them. Thank you very much for all your help. We will visit again after some time.

    A Convenient and Luxurious Hotel

I stayed for one night, and this was my first time here. It was very convenient—close to Kokusai-dori, directly connected to Asahibashi Station, and with a Lawson on the first floor. The front desk service was also very pleasant. They offered valet service at no additional parking fee, and they brought my car around to the entrance when I left, which was great. I used the evening drink service in the lounge, but there were many water droplets on the windows, so I couldn’t clearly enjoy the view outside, which was disappointing. I would like to stay again if I have another opportunity.

We enjoyed a luxurious space and a relaxing time.

This was my third stay since 2025. I still remember how impressed I was the first time, and I was looking forward to this visit as well. The location, breakfast, and the staff’s hospitality were just as wonderful as ever, and I had a very comfortable stay.\nI would love to stay again.

    Repeat Guests

Once again, we chose to stay at Rihga Royal Gran thanks to its convenient access from the Yui Rail station. Since it was the rainy season, being able to get around without needing an umbrella was a big help. We arrived a little before check-in time and were about to leave after storing our luggage, when we were kindly told that our Room was already ready and we could go in—an excellent suggestion. As I felt on my previous stay, whenever we seemed unsure, staff quickly approached to assist us, and everyone across all departments greeted us with warm smiles and thoughtful care. Breakfast offered plenty of vegetables just the way I like it, and depending on the time, freshly baked croissants were also served—they were delicious. As for the guest room amenities, bottled water was not provided on the second day. If I had asked, I’m sure they would have brought some right away, but since I had purchased tea as well, I didn’t request it. Overall, it was a very satisfying stay, and I would definitely like to return again next time I’m in Naha.

I’m glad I chose this Hotel.

The direct connection to the Yui Rail station and excellent access was the deciding factor. Beyond that, all the staff were pleasant and showed a high level of hospitality. I also received a Room upgrade as a Diamond member, which made for a very comfortable stay. I would like to stay here again when visiting Naha.

A high-quality serviced apartment ideal as your home base.

With near-direct access from Asahibashi Station on the Yui Rail and located in the building opposite Naha Bus Terminal, this Hotel is in an excellent location and should be a top choice if you plan to rely on public transportation and walking. There is also a 24-hour Lawson convenience store on the 1st floor of the same building. (I didn’t use it this time, but there also seems to be a partner car rental shop nearby.) From the entrance, the Hotel feels chic and classic, with touches of a tropical resort as well—overall a great first impression. From check-in to check-out, even small interactions reflect reassuring RIHGA-level quality, which made for a highly satisfying stay. First, the “RIHGA MARCHE” service on the lobby floor (photo) is excellent. Even though the guest rooms are already well stocked with amenities, the extra selection feels thoughtfully curated—exactly what you might find yourself needing. Next to it is a coffee server that guests can use freely. The seating area is also nicely arranged, making it easy to relax while looking out through the large windows. For Premium Rooms, I was told that tea and coffee are available all day in the adjacent lobby lounge. I was also surprised to hear that one welcome drink (photo), including alcoholic options, is provided every day. As for the guest room (photo), based on official images I expected an awkward layout that might feel cramped. In practice, it felt slightly unusual at first but offered livability consistent with its stated size. That said, even setting aside weather conditions, I personally wasn’t fully convinced that the view justified choosing a view bath room (photo). I ended up using the restaurant at short notice, but everything from Reservation to service was handled very politely. Considering what was offered (some photos), I felt it was good value as well. The only drawback was that because of how quiet it is inside, staff radio chatter could sometimes be heard from where we were seated. If you already plan to dine there, I recall that booking an Accommodation package including meals may be an even better deal. As for calling it a “serviced apartment” in my title—that may not be entirely accurate. It’s very much a Hotel at its core; however, by making effective use of services according to your own schedule and needs, you can go beyond simply staying overnight and enjoy something closer to living there. I would especially recommend it for business trips or workations. If I had one wish: adding an excellent pool and gym would make it close to perfect.

So amazing that I’ll definitely be back.

Directly connected to Asahibashi Station, so you can check in without getting wet even in Okinawa’s sudden rain. Even if you arrive on the last flight, the concierge is available. The welcome drink was so delicious that it instantly refreshed me from the sticky humidity and post-flight fatigue after work. The concierge was exceptionally courteous; their heartfelt words really stayed with me, and their explanations were kind and easy to understand. There is also a 24-hour convenience store on the first floor. The room was spacious and impeccably clean, with plenty of space even after opening a suitcase—making it easy to get ready for the next day. Amenities were plentiful, and the desk was generously sized. At breakfast, they guided us to seating with comfortable spacing rather than packing guests tightly together. The interior throughout the Hotel felt calm and soothing. The elevators were fast and never crowded; with three of them, it felt like congestion would be avoided even during peak season. It’s a Hotel I definitely want to return to.

Although we stayed for two nights, we were able to spend our time in great comfort. The Marche amenities selection was convenient and well stocked, including sunscreen. We also appreciated that the closet was designed so it wasn’t fully visible from the room. It would be even better if room service were available, even just for drinks.

    It was a great Hotel!

The Hotel’s location was excellent (almost directly connected to the Yui Rail station), and I really liked it. The staff’s hospitality, including check-in and the valet parking service, was very good. The Room was spacious enough and clean. Some amenities were provided in a style where you take only what you need from the lobby. Breakfast was also very delicious. However, I felt it was a downside that the bidet toilet seat in the Room did not work properly (dead batteries?). I would appreciate it if you could inspect it if possible.

Great value for money and excellent access.

Everything—from the staff service to the lobby furnishings—feels refined and well thought out. With the Yui Rail station and bus terminal right in front, it’s very convenient for exploring Shuri, Kokusai-dori, and other areas on foot. Excellent value for money, so I’d like to stay here again when visiting Naha.

Thank you again, and I look forward to working with you.

Although we arrived on a flight landing at Naha Airport at 20:30 and checked in late, thank you for your courteous service. Everything was high quality, and we had a very comfortable stay. Breakfast had a line at 7:00, but there were Okinawan dishes I wanted to try, and they were delicious. We’re planning another trip to Okinawa next time, so I’d appreciate it if you could tell me two things: 1) It would be more convenient if the shower could be turned on/off from the shower head itself. The faucet was positioned quite high when washing while seated, so I had to stand up each time. (Or maybe I just didn’t understand how to use it? lol) 2) The pillow was too high for me to sleep well. Would it have been possible to exchange it for a lower pillow?

    Thank you for your support.

My husband, my mother who has difficulty walking, and I stayed for 4 nights. After informing you in advance, you kindly arranged a Room near the elevator for my mother and provided a higher bath chair in the bathroom, which was a great help. You also took our location into consideration at breakfast, which we really appreciated. Valet parking was another pleasant surprise—it was extremely convenient. One question: I’m not sure because I didn’t check beforehand, but do you have Rooms like a universal/accessible Room? My mother said she would feel more at ease if there were a few more grab bars in the Room. It would also be reassuring to have something to hold onto inside the elevator. That said, overall we found the Room comfortable and had a very pleasant stay. We are truly grateful for everyone’s kindness—thank you very much. On our last night’s dinner, we also enjoyed the wine included as an IKYU Diamond Member benefit. We look forward to staying with you again when we visit Okinawa.

    I stayed here becaus...

I stayed here because it seemed convenient for joining a bus tour departing from Naha. However, there was only one breakfast venue, and breakfast started at 7:00, so I was worried about making it in time for the meeting time and chose takeout instead. Even though I had booked with breakfast included, I was told it would be a waste—but I was truly shocked by how poor the takeout breakfast was. On the second morning I ate at the breakfast venue, but the line was extremely long. I had heard the breakfast is famous for being good, but it left me with a negative impression. At the very least, I would like them to improve the takeout option.

This is a very good Hotel.

Conveniently located just steps from Asahibashi Station on the Yui Rail. It’s a Hotel that’s perfect for sightseeing, with easy access to Kokusai-dori. Above all, every member of the Hotel staff was friendly and provided kind, attentive service. Breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options, and the croissants served around the tables were especially outstanding. This is a Hotel I would definitely like to stay at again when visiting Okinawa. Highly recommended.

This Hotel is very convenient and excellent.

We arrived by rental car, and the route to the main entrance felt a bit hard to find. However, from arrival through check-in, everything went very smoothly thanks to the staff’s kind service. The Room was comfortable, amenities were fully provided, and the attentive service gave a high-quality feel. The only disappointing point was not an issue with the Hotel itself—perhaps because it was a weekend—but loud groups of motorcycles on the road could be heard intermittently until late at night, and I couldn’t sleep without earplugs. After spending the previous days in quiet resorts and feeling relaxed, this was especially tough. If you are considering staying in this area, I think it’s worth keeping this in mind. That said, the breakfast buffet was very delicious, and you can also enjoy a morning walk nearby—such as visiting the athletic park or paying respects at Okino-gu Shrine. You can walk to Kokusai-dori as well, and since it is directly connected to Asahibashi Station, the convenience is excellent. If you plan to stay around Kokusai-dori, I think this is one of the best options. However, if you want quiet nights like I do, it may be safer to avoid Kokusai-dori as it is now—so I’m sharing this as helpful information.

    About check-in time.

Basically, I would like you to keep to the check-in time. I waited at the front desk for about 15 minutes, so I mistakenly thought you might have forgotten and asked the staff again. In the morning, the cleaning staff also seemed rushed, so I checked out early. As it was the last day of my trip, it was a bit disappointing.

    Highly satisfied

I’ve visited Okinawa many times, but this was my first time staying here the night before a late arrival. Since you can take the Yui Rail directly from the airport, there’s no need to wait for a rental car shuttle bus—completely stress-free. As an elderly couple, easy access is an important point for us, and the location directly connected to the station was extremely convenient. We could enter the Hotel without going down to street level via a covered walkway. The Hotel itself is beautifully designed, and both the service and meals were perfect. The bar lounge at night came with a discount service, so we were able to enjoy it at a great value. We loved relaxing in the spacious setting and sofa seating while taking in the wonderful night view. It’s within walking distance of Kokusai-dori, but set slightly away from the main street, so it was quiet and we could spend our time peacefully—another big plus. We would love to stay again. Thank you very much.

    Wonderful—my grandchild was thrilled.

From April 4, I stayed for two nights in three Premier Bayside Twin Rooms with my daughter’s family and my grandchildren on a trip to Okinawa. We also enjoyed dinner at the restaurant. The Room facilities have been renovated, and the bayside view is wonderful. Everything at the restaurant, including the roast beef, was delicious, and the view (sunset) was breathtakingly beautiful—we were truly moved. It was a very satisfying stay, and my grandchildren seemed absolutely delighted. Above all, the Hotel staff’s warm and attentive service was outstanding, and we felt the high level of hospitality. We toured mainly by monorail and taxi, so it was also extremely convenient that this Hotel is directly connected to Asahibashi Station. I have stayed at several Hotels in Naha before; of course value depends on price as well, but this is the best Hotel in Naha City. Thank you very much to all the Hotel staff.

It was the perfect Hotel as a base for sightseeing.

Directly connected to Yui Rail Asahibashi Station and linked to the Naha Bus Terminal, the location was extremely convenient for getting anywhere and was perfect as a base for sightseeing. It was also handy that there is a convenience store in the same building. Personally, I also loved that Jack’s Steak House—my must-visit spot whenever I’m in Naha—is just a few minutes’ walk away. In addition, the Hotel’s services and Facility were great. However, I was slightly bothered by a musty odor after using the bathroom (it didn’t bother me when the bathroom was dry). Also, personally, it would have been perfect if I could have had Rihga Royal Hotel pancakes—which I often enjoy ordering online—for breakfast, but overall I had a stress-free stay and would like to return again.

The lobby smells wonderful and feels relaxing. The location is convenient, and the Room is spacious and comfortable. This Hotel is my favorite in Okinawa. The lobby staff are kind and courteous.
