    I often stay here be...

    I often stay here because the location is very convenient. This time, I didn’t realize I had reserved a smoking Room, but the Hotel contacted me to confirm and changed it to a non-smoking Room. I also appreciated that a hair iron was prepared in the Room as before. I will stay again.

    Ginza Business Hotel

    My impression was that the location cost more than the Room itself. I didn’t have any specific business in Ginza, but I made a Reservation because it seemed like a nice Hotel. However, once I entered the Room, there wasn’t much space, and there were no drawers to store items like underwear or socks during my stay. The amenity set had to be picked up at the entrance in the amount needed (which may be unavoidable, but it did lower my impression). I was here for business, but there was no café with enough space or atmosphere suitable for holding meetings. This was a major drawback for this business trip. On the other hand, the bed was spacious, and all front desk staff were kind regardless of who was on duty. They gave clear and detailed guidance on meals and where to get necessary items, which made me feel very comfortable. Overall, since the price is comparable to a luxury Hotel, you may feel disappointed if you expect a luxury-hotel experience. However, if your goal is to “enjoy Ginza,” it is perfectly acceptable as a higher-priced Business Hotel. To repeat: the front desk staff service was excellent.

    This is a very comfo...

    This is a very comfortable Hotel, and I always stay here when visiting Tokyo. This time as well, although it was a Multiple Night Stay under separate Reservations, you kindly kept me in the same Room, which was very helpful. Thank you to all the staff for your courteous service. Just one thing: I was disappointed that the bathroom washing area was not very clean. A bath with a washing area is one of the reasons I choose this place... Given rising prices, I understand changes like switching from bottled water to a water dispenser, and not receiving bath salts on the second day of a Multiple Night Stay. However, if cleaning feels insufficient, it makes me hesitant to use the Room amenities. This may have been limited to the Room I stayed in this time, but I plan to stay again in the future and would be very happy if this could be improved.

    I’ve stayed here about 15 times so far, but…

    About once a month, I stay at Hotels in Ginza or central Tokyo in the 20,000–40,000 yen price range. Recently, it had been hard to get a Reservation at this Solaria Hotel and the rates were sometimes high, so I stayed again for the first time in about three years. The drain odor had become very strong, and there was also grime in every corner of the bathroom, which made me feel I couldn’t stay here again. I think many Hotels in this price range may have some plumbing issues or missed spots in cleaning, but the smell was too much for me.... If it doesn’t bother you, the location is great. Also, even though I was waiting in line at check-in, I was a bit surprised that a foreign guest who cut ahead—apparently without realizing I was waiting—was assisted first.

It’s about a 2-minute walk to Ginza Mitsukoshi and Matsuya Ginza, with Kabuki-za Theatre just nearby—ideal for sightseeing and enjoying performances. From Higashi-Ginza Station, you can travel directly to Haneda Airport without transfers, making access from afar exceptionally convenient. Comfortable Rooms with separate bath and toilet Many Rooms feature a bathroom with a separate bathtub and washing area, allowing you to soak deeply and relax. A spacious independent vanity is also provided, making it easy to use even when staying with multiple guests.     It was a very good Hotel.

    Very close to Higashi-Ginza Station—an extremely convenient location. The staff were friendly and helpful. The Room was clean and easy to use. Mineral water was provided via a shared water dispenser rather than bottled water, but it was easy to use.

    We are very sorry.

    Dinner at the restaurant of Solaria Nishitetsu Ginza. I ordered the lean Matsusaka beef steak I had been looking forward to, but honestly it didn’t feel worth the price (about ¥6,500). It was cooked medium, but I noticed some toughness and sinew, and the flavor felt rather mild. Also, even though the restaurant was relatively quiet, perhaps because I was dining alone I was shown to an old black table with peeling paint. It wasn’t a very comfortable setting to enjoy my meal, which was disappointing. Breakfast—both the staff who guided me and the food—was excellent. The location and atmosphere are great, so I hope to see improvements in the food and service.

    Year-End in Ginza

    I have stayed here for three consecutive years at the end of the year. A water server was placed in front of the elevator, and I saw guests pouring water into glass containers. I used a pot twice and a glass container once. The water in the glass container was kept for refrigeration. Also, the TV is now YouTube-compatible, so I didn’t have to watch boring TV programs. However, one disappointing point was that a "toothbrush" was left among the bath amenities. To housekeeping staff: please ensure thorough final checks!

    Overall satisfied, but just one thing.

    The location is excellent, and while the rooms are compact, the bathroom with a washing area is very convenient and highly satisfactory. I have stayed here three times in the past (each for two nights). Over time, there are slight water stains on the transparent part of the bathroom door, which can be overlooked. However, the accumulation of yellowish-brown grime at the base of the faucet behind the sink is quite unsanitary and unpleasant. It’s clearly visible in the mirror directly in front of you and could accidentally be touched when operating the drain lever. Please inspect each room thoroughly. Additionally, I don’t like how body shampoo for bathing feels after use, so I use hand/face wash from the sink instead. Despite pointing out these issues, I would like to stay here again as everything else leaves a very positive impression!

    I would love to stay here again.

    This is my second visit this year. The foreign staff at the front desk were all proficient in Japanese and provided excellent service. There were also Japanese staff members. The cleaning staff greeted us politely, which was very pleasant. I would like to stay again next year. The Room was clean.

    We stayed as a group of three, but adding an extra bed to the twin Room made it feel cramped. Still, it's a clean and quiet Hotel that I would recommend.

    I was satisfied.

    I have stayed at this accommodation several times. The location is excellent, within walking distance of Higashi-Ginza Station and with direct access to Haneda Airport. Kabukiza Theatre and Mitsukoshi are also nearby, which is exciting. The room felt a bit outdated. The door under the TV was detached, and when I tried to fix it, it came off completely. The amenity system required picking up items from the front desk to bring to the room, but I didn’t find it inconvenient. Breakfast was delicious, and I enjoyed a leisurely meal with satisfaction. Registering for the Nishitetsu Hotel Group app allowed me to enjoy a late check-out at 12 PM, which was very helpful. I would definitely like to stay here again!

    I had a pleasant stay.

    I used this accommodation during a Kabuki performance visit. Before checking out the next day, I was able to buy necessary souvenirs as the department store opened and pack them into my suitcase for shipping. The location is very convenient, being close to both, and the Room was beautifully renovated, clean, and reasonably priced. I was very satisfied and will definitely use it again.

    Comfortable

    Every stay impresses me with the thoughtfully arranged furniture and well-considered amenities. For example, a button by the bedside allows you to switch between the reading light and Room lighting with just a touch. The desk chair has a hole in the backrest for easy pulling. A deep bathtub for relaxing soaks. A smartphone charging cable is provided. Thanks to these features, I had an incredibly comfortable stay.

    I conduct business in Ginza and stayed here for a business trip this time. Although I have stayed in Ginza multiple times, this was my first time using this Hotel. The reason for choosing it was the positive impression I had when staying at Nishitetsu Hotel in Kagoshima last month. My impression of the Ginza location was that it felt neither too formal nor rigid, offering a comfortable and relaxed experience. I found it convenient not only for sightseeing but also for business purposes. While the advantageous location is undeniable, what I appreciated most was the sense of calmness during my stay. I would like to consider this as one of my options moving forward.

    Highly recommended.

    It was disappointing that the view from the room window was not visible. However, all the front desk staff had warm smiles, which was great. The access is convenient, and although I used to stay at different hotels in Ginza, I would like to actively use this Hotel from now on.

    I stayed here with my mother while visiting a Kabuki performance. The space is compact but well-equipped, allowing us to have a comfortable stay. (For example, the coffee was drip-style, and the Earl Grey tea was delicious.) The staff at the reception were very pleasant and responded to our questions kindly, which made us feel at ease. I would love to stay here again.

    It was a Single Room, so it couldn't be helped, but I would have preferred a room with a window. It was great that I could have as much coffee and tea as I wanted. The bathroom was clean, spacious, and comfortable.

    Stayed for a Multiple Night Stay

    As with last year, I stayed for a Multiple Night Stay during this season. My husband joined me, but due to circumstances, he stayed in a single Room next door. I like the place because the bathroom is clean with a bathtub, the Room is bright, and the location is convenient. The water pressure and temperature control are also excellent. That's why I plan to stay for 2 nights again around the same time next year. However, there was something disappointing this time. For Multiple Night Stays of 2 nights or more, cleaning is not done unless requested—this has become common practice recently and I have no complaints about skipping cleaning. New towels are hung on the door as usual from last year; however, out of three towels provided this time, there was no face towel included in my set while my husband had all three towels in his Room—it must have been forgotten. Since I still had yesterday's towel and I'm not overly particular about such things, I assumed it was just an oversight. Regarding tea bags (green tea/black tea/coffee) provided in each Room—they were only stocked for one day’s use instead of two days' worth as expected during a Multiple Night Stay stay period! Normally we don’t consume much anyway so initially overlooked—but later realized when sharing cake together on night two that coffee ran short since my husband already drank his share earlier! Although tempted briefly toward asking reception staff replacements felt inconvenient ultimately settled alternative drink options instead! Upon checkout suddenly remembered missing towel issue potentially causing misunderstanding suspicion theft accusations against us hence decided clarify situation directly explaining matter foreign young staff member shortage workforce apologized albeit somewhat unconvincingly monotone manner leaving regretful impression bothering mention altogether hindsight better avoided perhaps? Presumably inexperienced understaffed personnel handling tasks led mishaps recommend improving coordination efforts ensuring smoother experiences future guests especially those opting extended stays like ours returning next year prepared address promptly similar occurrences proactively approaching front desk assistance required early stages resolution process accordingly anticipated repeat visit upcoming seasons ahead!

    I had a relaxing stay.

    After finishing a cruise trip and disembarking early in the morning at Yokohama Daikoku Pier, I decided to book accommodation in Ginza, a familiar area. Upon entering the room, I immediately thought, "This is far more comfortable than I expected!" Though compact, it was perfectly equipped for a relaxing stay. Kabukiza Theatre was nearby, and when I visited the ticket office, I managed to get tickets for the afternoon performance despite not-so-great seats. After thoroughly enjoying the show, it took only about five minutes to walk back to the hotel. A quick shower later and with travel fatigue setting in, I fell asleep almost instantly. Breakfast was delightful in a lively and bright dining area. It was an enjoyable day spent in Ginza—thank you for your hospitality!

    The location is excellent. The shower and bathroom are new and clean, and the room layout is superior compared to other budget hotels with smaller rooms. Ideally, it would be better to have an option for payment at checkout through credit card authorization during check-in, rather than requiring full payment upfront. During a domestic trip, arriving on the same day as large expenses like previous hotel payments or car rentals can make it difficult if asked to pay the full accommodation fee immediately, especially when exceeding the daily limit of a credit card.

    I stayed here after watching a play. The bedding and bathroom were clean, allowing me to have a comfortable time. The staff's response was prompt and courteous, and the amenities were more than sufficient—truly nothing to complain about. I always enjoy the relaxing bath salts provided.
