    Again

    This is my second time using the property. I decided to stay again because the staff's service was excellent during my previous stay. This time as well, I was pleased with the front desk's response, and it was a pleasant stay. Thank you very much.

    It was my first time using it.

    We chose this property with a friend for sightseeing in Fukuoka. The room had a spacious washing area outside the bathtub, and the amenities were well-prepared, making it a very satisfying place to relieve travel fatigue. The breakfast was also rich with Fukuoka's unique menu, and the staff's explanations and actions were pleasant. We will use it again if we have the opportunity. Thank you very much.

    The Room was spaciou...

    The Room was spacious and the bedding was satisfactory. However, there were no charging outlets... There was a bit of mold around the entrance of the bathroom, and it was unfortunate that there was no bath stool or washbasin, and the toilet seat was a bit unstable. The breakfast was delicious, and the restaurant staff were efficient and courteous, which was satisfying.

    It was closer to Hak...

    It was closer to Hakata Station than I expected, the staff were very attentive, and the place was very clean and comfortable. There are many convenience stores and restaurants nearby, and the location is excellent. The breakfast staff were efficient, and I enjoyed a very delicious breakfast with a wide variety of options that were satisfying.

    Satisfaction!

    It was conveniently located about a 5-minute walk from Hakata Station. It was helpful that they held our luggage until our return. Since it was winter, the fact that the room's bath had a bathtub was a deciding point for choosing this hotel. It was great to be able to soak in the hot water, not just take a shower. (It would have been even better if there was a bath stool) It was disappointing that the room wear was a one-piece type rather than a top and bottom pajama set. (Better than a yukata) The room was clean and well-maintained, so I could stay with peace of mind. Being on the second floor, it was a downside that opening the curtains meant making eye contact with people passing by. I was able to fully enjoy Hakata and was satisfied with the hotel!

    Comfortable Room

    The room is not spacious but comfortable. The shower room was also easy to use. The only drawback was that the wall shelf for shampoo, conditioner, and body soap was small and couldn't hold everything. It would be nice if they considered using smaller bottles. However, it remains a hotel worth staying at again.

    With my mother

    I used it for the first time, but I was concerned about the smell of the air conditioner. (Perhaps it hasn't been properly maintained?) Other than that, it was disappointing that there was no lotion or emulsion. Everything else was perfect. It's a shame about the above points. Since checkout was at 11 a.m., I was able to relax, and the system that allows you to change breakfast to lunch if you can secure a seat was great. The food was very delicious. (I was satisfied)

    One very unfortunate thing was that the bath towels and other towels felt worn out like rags and seemed unhygienic.

    Be aware that you will be charged a cancellation fee even if there is a typhoon (suspension of transportation services).

    I canceled my stay two days in advance because a typhoon was directly hitting Fukuoka, and flight cancellations and Shinkansen suspensions were announced. I was hesitant since it was a business trip, but with warnings issued and planned suspensions announced, I decided it was not wise to stay in Fukuoka. It's understandable due to the typhoon, but as a top-class hotel, I hope they would consider the safety of guests and hotel staff and handle cancellations flexibly when warnings and news of transportation stoppages are announced. If they charge 40% (7,500 yen) for cancellations made two days in advance as per the policy, some guests might risk going to the hotel during the typhoon to avoid the cancellation fee.

    Close to Hakata Station

    The location is excellent. It is very close to Hakata Station, making it extremely convenient. The room is not spacious, but it was clean and comfortable. I also enjoyed the breakfast buffet. I'm not a fan of unit baths, so I really appreciated the bath with a washing area, even though it wasn't a private room.
