    It was great.

    Although I have limited mobility, the Room was barrier-free and very comfortable. Next time, I plan to dine as well.

    I had high expectations for the Royal Park Hotel brand, but I was disappointed because the Room was dark and smelled musty.

    For your trip to Kyushu

    Conveniently located near Hakata Station. The Room was spacious, and it was comfortable even for three people. The breakfast buffet featured dishes made with Kyushu ingredients, and the steamer basket had dim sum. All of the main dishes looked delicious, so it was hard to choose. Thank you for the wonderful meal. The front desk staff were also friendly and welcoming with a smile. I would like to stay here again next time.

    It was very convenie...

    It was very convenient, as it is close to the station and they stored our luggage before check-in. The breakfast buffet was very delicious. It was disappointing that there were no amenities for women.

    A clean Business Hotel

    Room check-in felt like it was handled without any explanation, and the lobby is small—this is a Business Hotel rather than a city Hotel. The amenities were well stocked. The Room was clean, and while not spacious, the bathroom was easy to use. It’s fine if you just need a place to sleep.

    Construction is underway in one of the Rooms.

    Even though I specifically chose a top-floor Room, construction noise from a nearby Room disturbed my sleep, and I couldn’t rest at all. I think this should be noted in the handover notes.

    I stayed here because there was a concert at PayPay Dome. Everything I requested in advance, such as an iron rental, was prepared, which was very helpful. A few things I noticed: perhaps due to age, the toilet made a loud unusual noise when flushing. Also, there was only enough coffee creamer for one person—probably just a simple oversight. Since I stayed three nights, it would have been helpful to have a few more hangers. I’m sure they would have provided more if I had asked, but I didn’t want to trouble them. Please note that amenities do not include items like facial lotion. There is a convenience store right in front, which is very convenient. I wasn’t confident about waking up early, so they changed my breakfast to lunch for me. It seems very popular—it was so crowded that it felt full of non-staying guests as well. The authentic Chinese food was delicious and it’s easy to see why it’s well regarded. However, since I don’t usually eat Chinese food, personally I would have been happier if there were Japanese and Western options too. I couldn’t spend much time at the Hotel except for sleeping, but I slept soundly and had a comfortable stay without getting sick. I’m not sure when I’ll be in Fukuoka again, but I would like to stay here again.

    Simply wonderful.

    I stayed with my mother and brother, and we had a wonderful experience. The Room was very lovely, the staff were kind and attentive, and we had a very comfortable stay. Above all, the breakfast was truly delicious. The calm atmosphere and every dish exceeded our expectations. I feel fortunate to have stayed at such a great Hotel. I would love to stay here again when visiting Fukuoka.

    This was my first visit to Fukuoka. The location is excellent, close to Hakata Station and with a convenience store right across the street. Upon entering, there was a pleasant fragrance. The front desk staff were very polite and attentive. My Room was a Premium Twin on the 8th floor. It had just the right amount of space, and since the bathroom had separate shower and bathtub areas, I could relax by filling up the tub for a soak. For breakfast, in addition to the buffet, there were four select menu options available from which you could choose one dish. The select menu alone was satisfying enough in terms of quality and variety. The room's amenities, phone, plates, and other items all had coordinated colors that gave off a high-sense vibe and created a calming atmosphere. One thing I noticed was that when flushing the toilet, it made an unusual sound (not just water flowing), which could be heard in the room—this was slightly bothersome. However, aside from that minor issue, everything else was comfortable and excellent!

    It's just an expensive Business Hotel.

    The reception area is small, typical of a Business Hotel. While other hotels use counter service, guests are directed to an automated check-in machine. The Room is dimly lit, and the carpet on the floor appears dirty. The bathroom with a washing area is bright and has a spacious bathtub, but the sink area is narrow with no space for items, and the toilet is located right next to it. Breakfast seems catered towards Chinese groups as there are many staying here. By 9 AM, most Western-style options were gone; bread was dry and unappetizing. Japanese dishes were not tasty either—rice seemed like long-stored stock rice quality. You can choose one dish from a select menu, but most options are Chinese cuisine. The only egg option available was raw eggs; processed meats included only bacon from the select menu; there was no proper salad available either. It’s recommended to skip breakfast here and buy something at the convenience store next door or search for breakfast spots near Hakata Station instead.

    Convenient and comfortable Hotel near the station.

    I had a Multiple Night Stay. The most comfortable aspect was the bathroom area. The bath and sink were separate, with a washing area in the bathroom, and the bathtub was clean and spacious, allowing me to stretch out and relax. The mirror at the sink reflected beautifully like a vanity mirror. There were also gowns provided, and the pillows and bedding were very comfortable to sleep on. However, I think it would have been better if there had been a stool and washbasin in the bathroom. It felt disappointing to have to stand all the time despite having a washing area; we even considered buying some from a 100-yen shop ourselves. The room's interior design was chic and tasteful, creating an enjoyable atmosphere. Cleaning was thorough as well. Breakfast was reasonably delicious with proper replenishment of items when needed; however, I felt that the BGM did not suit morning time well. The Hotel bar was great too—reasonably priced with kind service. However, only at reception did we experience some dissatisfaction: despite no other guests being present at that moment, staff seemed preoccupied with computer work while we waited without acknowledgment from them or other staff nearby—it made us question their approach as part of hospitality services. In fact during mornings too—it often felt like greetings such as "Good Morning" came more initiated by us rather than naturally reciprocated back consistently across all team members (though perhaps circumstantial). Comparatively smaller Business Hotels sometimes offer much warmer front desk experiences which left this aspect feeling particularly disappointing here. Overall though—it remains somewhere I'd want stay again!

    Kyushu Journey: Hakata Edition

    Stayed in Hakata on the last day of our Kyushu trip. The Hotel Royal Park lived up to its name and was very comfortable.

    Is it truly the Royal Park?

    Honestly, I did not find it satisfactory as others have mentioned. Here are the reasons: 1. Staff members generally do not greet guests (not even once when passing by the front desk). 2. Responses were inconsistent, possibly due to inexperience. For example, when asked if electronic money could be used for laundry services, the initial response was "cash only," but after a moment of hesitation and checking, it changed to "yes, you can use it." 3. The service level on the Premium Floor is almost non-existent. The BAR offering welcome drinks was overly noisy and lacked a calm atmosphere. 4. Do not expect much from amenities; basically just two bottles of mineral water are provided as drinks. 5. The breakfast includes a basic set plus buffet-style options; however, the menu is fixed and may feel unnecessary depending on personal preferences—improving buffet variety would be appreciated instead. 6. While the Room itself is clean, the showerhead in the bathroom cannot adjust its angle, which is inconvenient.

    The age of the Facility is understandable. It was disappointing to find white debris or dust on the Room's sofa. Other aspects were about average.

    Convenient Hotel in Hakata

    I often use Royal Park Hotels and like them, but this was my first time staying in Hakata. I made the reservation prioritizing a 3-bedroom option. There seemed to be many guests from China, and I had to wait quite a while during check-in due to staff attending other guests. The process of checking the reservation details was not thorough (I had to point out about the breakfast tickets to receive them), and even though I handed over the claim ticket for my luggage that I had sent in advance, it was forgotten—there were quite a few oversights, which was disappointing... As for breakfast, it was fairly good and tasted decent as expected from the Royal Hotel Group.

    It was the worst experience recently.

    The room was not properly cleaned, with the trash bin left untouched. The bathroom cleaning was incomplete, with cans and plastic bottles scattered around. The staff at the lobby were extremely rude. The toilet bowl, despite barely being used, was inexplicably dirty after cleaning. At the breakfast buffet, the coffee machine was broken, forcing me to buy coffee from a convenience store instead. The service was so terrible it felt intentional. When I asked a question at the front desk and they promised to call back later, no follow-up or proper handover occurred. Overall, it was an awful experience... I will never stay here again...

    It felt as comfortable as being at home.

    The service was minimal but sufficient, and I felt comfortable coming and going freely in front of the reception. The guest room was compact yet didn’t feel cramped, allowing me to relax as if I were at home. The adjustable lighting, glasses holder (?), and outlets conveniently located by each bed were very useful. The bathroom had a washing area, which made it extremely user-friendly and was one of the reasons I chose this Hotel. Bath salts were also provided—truly impressive for Royal Park. If I may add a suggestion, having a chair in the washing area would be nice (though perhaps not the most stylish option). Overall, everything is well-equipped yet somehow simple—a mysterious blend of stylishness with warmth. Thank you for your hospitality!

    Near Hakata Station

    Conveniently located near Hakata Station. The staff were very kind, even offering a room upgrade at check-in. The breakfast buffet was delicious. The bathroom with a washing area was excellent. However... when heading to breakfast, there was a tall, slim man standing in the lobby with his arms crossed who did not greet us. It felt quite intimidating and was an unusual experience for me.

    The Room was clean, and both the bathroom and toilet were easy to use and comfortable. However, I wish there had been a bit more coffee provided. The front desk service was polite and attentive. Breakfast was a buffet with a very rich variety, and I enjoyed it to the fullest.

    Family Trip

    This was our first time staying as a family. The accommodation had a lovely exterior, and the front desk staff who helped us with our luggage were very considerate, making our stay extremely pleasant. Breakfast included an additional menu to choose from besides the buffet, and it was absolutely delicious. We would love to stay here again on another occasion.

    Room with excessive space

    There is unnecessary space around the door, leaving little room around the bed. The bathroom and toilet are separate, but there is only one door, and the sink area in between is very narrow. Only one towel per person is provided with no extras.

    Everything was completely satisfying!

    I was hesitant at first, but choosing this Hotel turned out to be the perfect decision. The staff, both over the phone and at the front desk, were incredibly kind and welcoming. The Hotel has a pleasant fragrance throughout, with stylish interior and exterior designs. The Room was spotless, the bed was very comfortable, and I appreciated that the bathtub and shower area were separate! However, since it was a twin Room with an extra bed added, it felt a bit cramped and passing by each other in the Room was challenging. Still, everything else was so wonderful that I am more than satisfied overall! I chose a Plan with breakfast included, which turned out to be absolutely delicious. I've had breakfast buffets at various Hotels before, but this one had unique Chinese-inspired dishes that were all tasty. The variety of options made me eat more than I intended! If I ever have another chance to stay in Fukuoka, I will definitely choose this Hotel again!

    Conveniently located near Hakata Station, with a convenience store right in front. The Room had a bathroom with a washing area, allowing for a relaxing soak in the tub. However, the sink and toilet were separated from the bathroom by glass doors and walls, making it inconvenient when someone was using the bath. The selectable breakfast menu was delicious. The buffet quality varied; unfortunately, the rice wasn't great, which made enjoying the mentaiko disappointing. Overall, I am mostly satisfied.

    I stayed for one night with my husband for a trip to Fukuoka. It's a bit of a walk from the station, but the location is not an issue. The room was comfortable with separate bath and toilet. We used it as No Meals Included, and since check-in and check-out were handled by machines, I can't comment on the customer service, but overall it was a comfortable and good hotel.

    I treated myself to ...

    I treated myself to a luxurious stay in a double Room. It had been a while since my last visit, but I was able to enjoy a quiet and very relaxing time in the Room. The breakfast was also very delicious, and I was able to enjoy my meal at a leisurely pace. I noticed that the menu changes regularly. I would love to have the French toast again. The convenience of being close to Hakata Station is also a great advantage. I was grateful for the late check-out time. Thank you very much. I will use your services again.

    The cleaning was tho...

    The cleaning was thorough, but I felt the age of the Room from the dim lighting and the smell when entering the Room. Perhaps because the Room doesn't get much sunlight, the bed felt a bit damp. I chose this place because I wanted to take a leisurely bath in the Room, and the bathtub was clean, large, and allowed for a relaxing soak. Overall, compared to other Hotels of the same level, it wasn't very comfortable. I think it would be better if the lighting were brighter.
