    It was relaxing.

    Despite the unfortunate weather, we thoroughly enjoyed the charming architecture, the stunning garden views from every angle, and the delicious meals. The soups, including hot pot broth and stewed dishes, were so flavorful that we finished every drop. It was so peaceful and quiet that we were surprised to see how many other guests there were at checkout. We look forward to visiting again in a different season. Thank you for your hospitality!

    If it's your first t...

    If it's your first time in Kinosaki, it might be a bit challenging. The distance from the station is greater than expected, so this property is recommended for those who have experienced Kinosaki multiple times and are familiar with the public baths and shops. A ryokan that has been renewed while retaining its old charm! Therefore, a very quiet and relaxing time flows here. Suitable for those who want to relax at the ryokan rather than going out or those who want to fully enjoy the ryokan. We were warmly welcomed in the midst of a cold wave, the room was cozy, and we could enjoy drinks and ice cream in the lounge after a bath. We could savor a very delicious dinner and breakfast with rich broth in the room without any hesitation, and it was a pleasure to relax on the tatami after a long time. Please note that there is no toilet in the dressing room of the bath. Be careful not to drink too much or get dizzy from the bath, as there is no place to relieve yourself if you suddenly feel unwell. If requests can be made, I would like additional heating equipment installed in the dressing room during winter and a switch between men and women for the baths in the morning and evening. I also wished for low-alcohol drinks like chu-hi or cocktails with an alcohol content of about 1-3% to be included with dinner. Thoughtfulness was seen everywhere, and it was a very comfortable ryokan. Next time, I would like to relax and enjoy until checkout.

    I was delighted with the free flow.

    I was delighted with the free flow of beer, local sake, and wine. Also, I was impressed by the service of having my luggage transported to the station for 50 yen per item. Thanks to this, I was able to relax at the Ryokan on the first day and leisurely explore the town of Kinosaki on the second day.

    Regarding the response of the Room staff - Excellent -

    This was my first time staying at Tokiwabekkan. The welcome, room arrangements, Onsen, and meals were all good. In particular, I enjoyed the Highland beer at the free drink corner. What was even better was the wonderful service provided by the female staff member who took care of us during dinner and breakfast. Her words and attitude showed a considerate heart for the guests. Thank you very much. If I have the opportunity, I would like to be taken care of by her again.

    I used the single Plan for a quick stay. From check-in to check-out, the hospitality was excellent, and I had a great time. The Onsen and meals were sufficient, and it was nice to enjoy the free flow in the lounge. Depending on the season, it offers satisfaction beyond its price. Worth repeating.

    Politeness of Service

    The hospitality from the welcome to the farewell was truly wonderful. It warmed my heart. It was helpful that you were always standing in the lobby even at midnight, making it easy to consult. The meals were also delicious. I really enjoyed the lounge where I could drink sake, wine, and beer. Also, the coffee was exceptional and perfect for the morning. Regarding the bath in the Room, I was a bit concerned about the sparse blinds that seemed like it could be seen from outside, but the temperature setting was very good and comfortable. The public bath was also very pleasant. Thank you very much. I would love to stay again.

    Onsen trip

    This time, I went on an Onsen trip for the first time and stayed at the Tokiwa Bekkan Ryokan. The Onsen exceeded my expectations, and both dinner and breakfast were incredibly delicious, making it a very satisfying Onsen trip. I would like to stay at Tokiwa Bekkan again. Thank you very much.
