    This Hotel pays attention to every detail.

    This is a first-class Hotel. The staff are all exceptionally attentive. In the Room, you can relax at your leisure while enjoying ocean views. We chose the Japanese meal option, and as expected, an elaborate spread that’s more than you can finish is served—so skip snacks and arrive hungry.

    An Accommodation You’ll Want to Visit Again

    I visited for the first time in about 10 years and had another highly satisfying stay, just like last time. It was also great that a terrace has been added on the ocean side. The meals were very delicious as well. Although it is in a somewhat hard-to-reach location, this is an Accommodation I would like to visit again specifically to stay.

    This is the best accommodation.

    This was my second stay. It was quite a while ago, but my previous stay left a very strong impression, so I came back again. Once again, everything was excellent. Not only the Room and location, but also the meals and the staff’s attentiveness were outstanding. The meals in particular were truly superb. It’s an Accommodation that makes you want to return.

    This is a wonderful accommodation.

    Thank you very much for the Shuttle Service from the airport. I’m not familiar with the area and can’t drive, so it was a huge help. The Room had a calm, relaxing atmosphere, and the large sofa made it easy to unwind while enjoying the view. The meals were beautifully presented on lovely tableware, and they were served in perfect timing to match our pace—thank you so much. As expected of Otsuka Pharmaceutical, the hospitality was truly outstanding. I personally love Oronamin C and Fibe-Mini, so I was delighted by the complimentary drinks in the refrigerator. The Otsuka Pharmaceutical toner and serum provided in the bath felt wonderful to use, and I’m considering purchasing them. This is a truly wonderful Accommodation that I would love to visit again.

    We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was excellent.

    We stayed for two nights this time, and once again it was an outstanding stay. The views were wonderful, and the Onsen was perfect for relaxing. Especially on the first day, since it was Monday, it felt almost private and we were able to enjoy a quiet time. Above all, the meals were exceptional and made us truly happy. We also enjoyed chatting with the staff at the dining venue. The dining building was spacious, and the garden and scenery were beautiful as well. We would love to visit again soon with my wife, just like this time. Thank you very much.

    I always have a trul...

    I always have a truly satisfying stay. It has been several years since visiting Tokushima has meant coming to Ridge, and this time I mentioned a small concern in passing to the staff who greeted us for meals, and it was shared immediately—I was very impressed. Seeing how well your team communicates reminded me again why I can always spend my time here comfortably, just as before. With delicious meals and the thoughtful care of all the staff, it is always a wonderful stay—this is my favorite Accommodation.

    It was a very satisfying stay.

    Make this Accommodation the purpose of your trip. A luxurious layout with only nine Rooms on a vast property. The Room is very spacious, spotless, and beautifully designed for comfort and ease of use. The indoor bath and spa are wonderful. From the large windows, you can see the Naruto Bridge even from your Room, and the sunrise is breathtaking. And most noteworthy is the dining: Dinner and breakfast—and the hospitality—are exceptional. The locally sourced cuisine is as visually stunning as a work of art, yet so delicious it will stay with you! It was an incredibly fulfilling stay.

    Naruto Luxury Resort Hotel

    We stayed in the Yoso Twin room. Blessed with clear weather amid fresh spring greenery, we enjoyed the terrace view while listening to birdsong. Early in the morning, the sunrise glow and sunrise through the window were truly wonderful, and we spent a luxurious time. For dinner at Mariso, we fully enjoyed a Japanese kaiseki featuring Tokushima’s flavors. The portions were a bit generous for our age, but we finished everything. We also appreciated the courteous Shuttle Service. On the drive back, we enjoyed hearing about Hotel Ridge’s history and information about the surrounding area, and were warmly seen off—making it a lovely memory.

    With a limited numbe...

    With a limited number of Rooms, the Onsen was never crowded, and the Facility was excellent in every way. We also enjoyed the special touch of traveling by Century Shuttle Service to the former traditional restaurant for dining, and we thoroughly enjoyed the meal. We didn’t use the spa this time, but it seems to have a great reputation. We’d love to try it on our next visit.

    I am satisfied with ...

    I am satisfied with both the food and the Facility. I had the Western-style dinner, and it featured inventive Spanish- and French-inspired dishes. The two restaurant staff members also provided knowledgeable explanations, and everything was extremely delicious. Most of the service felt sincere, and I was satisfied. Breakfast was also creative and filling, with generous portions. On the other hand, the young male staff member’s service felt indifferent, and there were several instances of behavior that did not align with guests’ expectations in various ways.

    Wine Road

    A peaceful setting. Spectacular views from the Room. Wonderful cuisine made with local ingredients. Enjoyable conversations with the staff (my wife is originally from Tokushima, so we really hit it off). And Ridge wine—excellent wine. The staff were also great at recommending wines, so we ended up having more than a few glasses and enjoyed a heavenly time for the first time in a while. The next day, it was a tough but enjoyable wine journey that I definitely felt in my body.

    We found a wonderful Accommodation!

    This was my first stay. I stayed in a Western-style room; the sofa was large and comfortable, and the view, bath, and staff were all wonderful. The meals were delicious—I was truly impressed. I’d love to visit again!

    Bringing my parents along.

    I visited with my elderly parents. Since my father cannot walk much, he was looking forward to staying at a Hotel with a great view and enjoying delicious meals. Although the weather was not very good, he was deeply impressed by the Naruto Bridge visible from our Room. Both dinner and breakfast were excellent, and he finished everything. The in-room bath had handrails and steps, so even with weak legs and hips he could soak slowly and comfortably. For me as well, it became a very happy trip where I could show my appreciation to my parents. I am truly grateful to all the Facility staff for their kindness.

    The kindness of our staff

    Despite an unexpected family situation that required us to cancel one Room, thank you for welcoming us as warmly as always. The staff at California Table also provided the same wonderful hospitality as usual, and we were truly impressed by the generous amount of food—enough to make us feel like we might burst. We thoroughly enjoyed another holiday that begins each time with “Welcome back.” Taking home the kindness of all your staff as a cherished memory, we plan to visit again in June.     Naruto Scenic Views

    It was my first stay in several years. The weather was warm and beautiful, and I thoroughly enjoyed the stunning views from the Room and the Room terrace. In the morning, I woke up to a refreshing start to the day with the sunrise rising over the Naruto Bridge. The complimentary drinks in the Room were well stocked with a great variety, and I enjoyed them to the fullest. We had Japanese cuisine for both dinner and breakfast, and we loved savoring seasonal ingredients from Naruto. We look forward to staying with you again over New Year’s as well.

    Hotel Ridge

    It was a wonderful Hotel. I was very satisfied with both the Onsen and the meals. The Room was spacious and spotless. The in-room amenities were Bvlgari Eau Parfumée. Whenever I went to the Onsen, I was the only one there—almost like having it privately reserved. The Onsen provided MIKIMOTO shampoo and other toiletries, as well as Otsuka Pharmaceutical skincare products. I would love to stay again.

    We stayed here for our wedding anniversary. The Room, Onsen, meals, and views were all wonderful, and we were able to relax and take our time. Dinner was slightly light, while breakfast was very filling. Every dish was delicious, made with excellent ingredients and plenty of local produce. The fillet cutlet sandwich was also so good that we wished we could have had a bit more. If we had to mention one thing, we would be happy if there were a wider selection of drinks in the Room. It was an elegant stay and a truly happy time.

    Having lived in the United States for over 30 years, it has been a long time since I experienced such refined Japanese hospitality and luxurious tranquility as I did at this accommodation. The guest room I stayed in was exceptionally spacious, with an impressive level of cleanliness and beautifully designed interiors. The breathtaking view of the Naruto Strait from the large windows was unforgettable, and simply watching the passing ships felt like a complete experience in itself. The cypress bath and semi-open-air jacuzzi provided in the room were truly exquisite. Soaking in the warm water while gazing out at the Naruto Strait offered a profound sense of relaxation and luxury, completely detached from everyday life. For meals, we were transported to the dining area via shuttle service using a Century car, adding to an extraordinary experience that felt meticulously curated. The dishes featured elegant flavors that maximized the quality of each ingredient; every plate was perfectly crafted, allowing us to enjoy everything despite generous portions. Among them, the dessert made with white sesame stood out as an exceptional creation unlike anything else I've encountered—a truly memorable taste. One night was not enough to fully savor this stay; I genuinely wished I had booked two nights instead. This is a special accommodation where Japanese aesthetics quietly merge with luxury for adults seeking something extraordinary. I am already looking forward to visiting again someday!

    It was a hotel my wife had been interested in for a while, so we stayed the night before work. The room, spa, and meals were all wonderful.     This stay marks over 20 nights with us. We deeply appreciate the warm care of the staff as always. At the California Table for dinner, conversations are so engaging that we lose track of time. The chef's thoughtful and exquisite dishes bring us great satisfaction. We are grateful to the front desk staff who always welcome us with a heartfelt "Welcome back."     In recent times, as the effects of global warming make it harder to distinctly feel the four seasons, this accommodation offers meals that beautifully reflect the seasonal calendar. This time, I thoroughly enjoyed aromatic mushrooms, savoring autumn through sight, scent, and taste. Located with a view of the Great Naruto Bridge but nestled in the mountains, I was delighted to spot a baby raccoon at dusk and was amazed by its swift movements—a memorable experience indeed. The staff here provide attentive yet unobtrusive service that creates a comfortable atmosphere, ensuring a very pleasant stay at this highly recommended hotel.

    A slightly different experience!

    The usual excellent service and serene rooms, delicious meals, and the grandeur of nature surrounded by greenery—Hotel Ridge has always been impeccable. However, this time was a bit different. A kettle that wouldn’t boil water, a coffee grinder but no coffee beans—these small oversights can be frustrating for guests. Having stayed here several times before without such issues, it caught my attention as it's unusual. It’s one of my favorite accommodations! Thank you to the staff!

    It was a wonderful Hotel.

    I had the pleasure of staying at a wonderful hotel after a long time. The location and room facilities were excellent. Each room has a small garden overlooking the Naruto Strait, and upon check-in, we were greeted by a family of raccoons. We went to the dining area using the shuttle service, and the hospitality of the staff there was outstanding. Despite being busy, every staff member had a natural smile and engaging conversation—they were all true professionals in customer service. It seems Otsuka Pharmaceutical has a guesthouse called Shiosai-so nearby, which might explain their exceptional training in hospitality. The next day, we visited Otsuka Museum of Art, which was truly impressive and made our trip highly satisfying overall.

    After six years of longing to return for the delicious cuisine, I finally had the chance to revisit. I was delighted to find that the memorable stone-grilled squid and sesame soup from six years ago were still being served.     This time, I decided to visit a wonderful accommodation for relaxation as I unexpectedly got some time off. However, being a popular accommodation, I could only stay for one night.     It was a very wonderful Room.

    Every year, we enjoy a Multiple Night Stay at your Accommodation. This time, we stayed in the suite room "Zensou" for the first time. It was very functional and comfortable in every aspect, for which we are truly grateful. The panoramic view allowed us to enjoy the Naruto Bridge from the best position. The two luxurious baths were also a delightful experience. With its high level of hospitality and satisfaction, this Accommodation is highly recommended to anyone. We look forward to staying with you again in the future.
