  The room felt a bit ...

  The room felt a bit old, but the layout was convenient to use. I did not have breakfast, but I made a Reservation for the strawberry afternoon tea the next day, which was very cute and delicious. The curry was also very tasty.

  Thank you for your patronage.

  We stayed with our two adult children. Since we had access to the club lounge, we used it multiple times, whether with others, alone, or after dinner. It was a great choice to stay at the Westin because we could have relaxed and in-depth conversations more than in the room or restaurants. We were very satisfied. The bed in the room was really comfortable. The amenities were a bit less than before, which was a little disappointing (due to SDGs), as we came to relieve our daily hard work, so it would be nice if we didn't have to make requests during our stay. (We received them when we requested.) It's a wonderful, highly recommended hotel!

  Due to a magnetic defect in the card key, I immediately informed the front desk, and a foreign staff member kindly responded by jogging to the elevator, which made me feel very good.

  Stylish and lovely.

  Although it is a bit far from the station, the night view from the high floors was very beautiful. The stylish Room was comfortable, and the front desk staff provided very courteous guidance, allowing for a pleasant stay. Thank you very much.
