    It was a very comfortable Stays.

    The amenities may vary slightly depending on the Room, but the hospitality was so high that I wondered if it was okay to receive such service. In the morning, I went for a walk directly from the courtyard to the beach, which was very refreshing.

    A very relaxing Hotel

    A cozy hotel with spacious seating in the restaurant. Both dinner and breakfast are satisfying. Happy hour is also available, making it a very relaxing hotel. Although you cannot see the sunset directly from the room, stepping out onto the beach in front of the hotel offers a wide view of the sea and a beautiful sunset. The Onsen is excellent. The water is very soothing, leaving the skin smooth, and I enjoyed the Onsen until just before check-out. However, the hotel's sign is not visible from the street, so I thought it would be better if there were more visible signage.

    It cannot be said to be more than worth the price.

    The Hotel itself was clean, and the cleaning was thorough. The staff's response was polite. The meals were delicious, but there were several disappointing aspects, such as trying to take away small plates that were about to be used, the inconvenient arrangement of dishes, and the lack of garnish on one side of the sashimi. I also felt that the explanation of the services was insufficient. The shop was only in name, with only two types of onion soup and potato chips, a few amenities, and works using Awaji tiles, so there was no joy in choosing, which was very disappointing. Although there were few staff members, there was nothing unpleasant about their response, which made it feel like a waste and a shame. The price was not cheap, so that may have made me feel this way even more. I look forward to seeing it become a Hotel that represents Awaji Island, which has a lot of potential as a tourist destination.

    Dust...

    This was my first time visiting Awaji Island and staying at this property. The staff were kind, the food was delicious, and they were very accommodating with allergies. Thank you very much. However, despite being such a wonderful property, there was one very disappointing aspect... The dust around the toilet tank in the washroom, and on the beams above the bed, was quite significant. It was so dusty on top of the toilet tank that I could write with my finger, thinking it was a pattern. When one spot is like that, everything seems covered in dust, which was very disappointing. It wasn't just a case of skipping cleaning once. I would love to visit again, so please ensure thorough cleaning.

    The food, bath, and service were all excellent! Choosing this place was the right decision.

    We stayed at the property to celebrate a family member's 60th birthday. I'm glad we chose this hotel. I've stayed on Awaji Island several times, but this is a property I definitely want to visit again. The onsen was colorless, transparent, and had a smooth texture. I was surprised at how smooth my skin felt the moment I entered. There are bath towels and towels in the large public bath, so you can go empty-handed, and I went several times. The free ice cream after the bath was a big hit with my ice cream-loving family. Cuisine The dinner was excellent in taste, warmth, and presentation. The staff serving the food provided a pleasant service that made the meal even more enjoyable. They explained each dish, the timing of the next dish, and offered a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, allowing us to enjoy the best meal. I was delighted with the 60th birthday message on the dessert. The breakfast was also very satisfying with a variety of side dishes and delicious rice from Awaji Island. Service The room we reserved had Bulgari amenities set in small bottles, which made it feel special and was a pleasant surprise. Additional amenities were available next to the front desk, allowing guests to choose only what they needed, such as face masks and mouthwash, which was considerate for both women and the environment. The hotel had a calm atmosphere, allowing for a relaxing stay, and seemed to offer high-quality service by limiting the number of guests. I would love to visit again! Thank you to the front desk staff who helped us choose the room for the 60th birthday celebration. It was greatly appreciated. I was also happy with the reservation.

    The quality of the hot spring water is simply the best.

    I visited after seeing a review that said the onsen is like lotion, but it's different. It's already a beauty serum! It feels like being fully immersed in a beauty serum. Your skin becomes smooth. The amenities are at a level that makes you say, "Really!?" After struggling to open a wine cork, they kindly exchanged the wine and someone else opened it for us. It's just the best.

    Although it is named Sunset View Hotel, you cannot see the sunset...

    The hotel's name is Sunset View, but you can't see the sunset from the room because of the pine forest... The hotel building is old, but the interior has been modernized, which was nice. The service and room were good, but the food was neither good nor bad, so next time I stay, I might choose No Meals Included and eat at a nearby restaurant. The quality of the water in the room bath was the best ever, very slippery, and made my skin smooth. Some Onsen have a strong sulfur smell, but this one had almost no smell, and I could enjoy a long soak comfortably. The amenities were plentiful. For the 60th anniversary event, there were BVLGARI amenities prepared, and the refrigerator was stocked with local beer, which was nice. I will visit again.

    It was a very nice inn!

    I booked the trip for the Otsuka Museum of Art and whirlpool sightseeing, thinking I would just stay overnight without any information about Awaji Island. As a result, I had the most memorable time of the trip. I arrived without much expectation from the nearest IC, but as soon as I entered the lobby, I felt it was the right hotel for me. The simple garden visible through the large glass, with pine forests, the coast, and the sea beyond, was open and very calming. I enjoyed various welcome drinks (including alcohol) in the salon and went for a walk, mesmerized by the sunset from the coast and the flying fish jumping in the sea. The room with a great view was spacious and well-equipped. The thick water in the large public bath was pleasant, making me feel like I was truly in a hot spring. For dinner, I enjoyed seasonal and regional dishes like matsutake mushroom dobinmushi and sea bream rice. Breakfast was also delightful with small plate dishes, and I was happy to have hot miso soup. Including the accommodation fee, I was very satisfied. Since it was a weekday, both the hotel and the coast were quiet and relaxing, so I would like to choose the right time and visit again.
