    Travel to Minami-Awaji with Your Beloved Dog

    The Hotel was clean, and we enjoyed delicious meals. However, it was exactly sunset time, and it was disappointing that the curtains were closed so we couldn’t see it. The Onsen had a wonderfully silky texture that left our skin smooth! We used it three times. One thing that concerned me: when we arrived, a staff member came to take our luggage. While we waited with our dog in a stroller, we were told to wait outside until check-in at the front desk was completed. Waiting outside in the summer heat didn’t feel appropriate. If possible, I would have liked to wait inside—even in a corner of the lobby—while only one representative went in to complete the check-in. I heard that around autumn there will be a new Accommodation where guests can stay with their dogs, and I’m looking forward to it! I would also be very happy if there were a dog run.

    I was able to spend a quiet and elegant time.

    I was amazed at how silky and smooth the bathwater was—it felt wonderful. I just wish there had been a sauna. Dinner was well balanced with both meat and fish, and I was very satisfied. Everything was delicious, including smoked Spanish mackerel, simmered octopus, conger eel shabu-shabu, grilled sea bass, Awaji beef steak, and to finish, sea bream rice with red miso soup. The Japanese set breakfast in the morning is also great—Japanese food really is the best.

    A Hotel with Exceptional Service

    Although the number of guest rooms is not large, the Hotel has many staff members. Everyone is kind, and it seems they have gathered a great team—I even find myself wondering whether the business is profitable. There is also a pool right in front, and it looks like there may be a sandy beach nearby as well. I am considering staying again during the summer holidays.

    Silky-smooth hot spring water for beautifully soft skin

    Unfortunately, the sky was cloudy and we couldn’t see the sunset, but a walk through the pine grove was refreshing. Both dinner and breakfast were carefully seasoned, and we fully enjoyed the local seafood. Above all, the silky-smooth hot spring bath felt like heaven.

    Good Hotel

    A truly wonderful Hotel for me. The bath water feels like toner! Delicious meals! The Room is kept very clean! And it’s quiet! But has the price gone up a little? I guess it can’t be helped.

    Staying with high expectations for 3-year tiger pufferfish

    This time, I made a Reservation for a luxurious dinner because I wanted my parents to enjoy three-year tiger pufferfish tecchiri. My father is a former chef and very particular about food, and it seems the three-year tiger pufferfish he once had and never forgot was completely different in both flavor and texture—so he was a little disappointed... Times have changed; maybe the quality of fugu itself has changed, or maybe my father’s palate has faded... My mother and I were very satisfied with every aspect of our stay. Thank you very much.

    Beautiful sunset views.

    It was a beautiful day, and we were very satisfied to see a stunning sunset. The sea was also clear and soothing. The bath water was crystal-clear with a silky texture, making it very pleasant. The hospitality and service were excellent, and the Room was clean, so we were satisfied. The dining experience was refined, and both the conger eel and Awaji beef were delicious, but we had high expectations for the sashimi and sea bream rice, so that part was slightly disappointing. It was our first time on Awaji Island, and it became a wonderful memory.

    A lovely accommodation

    We were able to relax very much. It was a wonderful Accommodation, just as the Reviews said. The service, meals, Onsen, and Room were all excellent. We enjoyed the welcome drink and the wine after 8:00 p.m. as well. All of the staff were smiling and very pleasant, and the restaurant staff in particular were extremely attentive. The food was delicious and satisfying for both dinner and breakfast. Everything was kept very clean, which made our stay comfortable. The garden was also beautifully maintained. The Onsen left my skin feeling wonderfully moisturized—it was perfect. There were four of us staying, and we had a great time at this fantastic Accommodation. We would definitely like to come again. Thank you very much for everything.

    The Room was spaciou...

    The Room was spacious, and we could enjoy free coffee and alcohol. The Onsen water left our skin feeling silky smooth and was very relaxing. We had a traditional Japanese kaiseki meal, and the dinner dishes were truly delicious. It also came with Bulgarian amenities, the drinks in the fridge were free, and we could even enjoy champagne in the morning—everything about the service was outstanding. For around 20,000 yen, it’s rare to find an Accommodation this good, so I highly recommend it. My parents had been unwell and could hardly eat at all, but they were happy to finish almost everything—I'm truly grateful.

    It was great.

    The building appears slightly old, but it has been renovated, and the room facilities were updated. Since the room had a private bath, I took a bath immediately after arrival. The water was silky smooth and left my skin feeling soft—an entirely new experience for me. I also stayed at a neighboring accommodation with the same onsen, but this one felt silkier. I had high expectations for the three-year-aged pufferfish meal, so my rating is slightly lower in that regard. While the sashimi was delicious, I felt that the fried dishes and hot pot lacked firmness and juiciness (this is just my personal opinion). The service was courteous and professional, which I appreciated. Overall, I was satisfied with my stay.

    A Wonderful Moment

    We stayed here for our wedding anniversary. The staff were not just professional but also very warm with natural smiles and kind words, which was wonderful. The bath left our skin feeling smooth, the meals were delicious, the bed was soft and comfortable, and the Room was quiet and truly cozy.

    A Time to Soothe Your Soul

    This was our third visit. Unfortunately, during our first stay, we couldn't see the sunset due to the weather, but during our last visit and this time, we enjoyed a truly beautiful sunset. Our first stay was in January of this year. Upon arrival, my wife immediately said she wanted to see the ocean, so we went out to the beach from the hotel's backyard and returned shortly after. When we came back, a staff member greeted us with towels and asked if we were okay with the rain. Apparently, there had been a brief shower while we were out; however, strangely enough, we hadn't even noticed it rained! We felt so grateful and touched by their thoughtfulness at that moment. My wife and I talked about coming back again then but had forgotten about it until planning this summer's trip when "Kehino Umi" suddenly came to mind for some reason. Upon returning for our second visit after more than six months since our first stay, several staff members remembered us as a couple—this left both of us deeply moved! This time around too (our third), they remembered even more details about us which made us feel incredibly happy. Regarding meals: ever since our first visit here—the flavors/seasoning presentation timing everything impressed thoroughly remained consistent across all three stays thanks undoubtedly due Chef’s exceptional sense attention detail much appreciated! We always reserve Room 201 because its private bath features sodium-rich onsen water leaving skin silky smooth perfect temperature leading multiple relaxing baths throughout each stay. Lastly note not only welcome drinks provided upon check-in evenings downstairs offers unlimited wine other beverages (though personally haven’t tried yet)—highly recommend taking advantage opportunity! To all hotel staff: thank you sincerely creating such healing moments unforgettable experiences every single time!

    The Onsen was excellent.

    Last year, I stayed at the neighboring Hotel, but for some reason, the Onsen here was more enjoyable with its smooth and silky texture. The amenities were the best selection I've ever seen. I was also satisfied with the amenities provided in the Room. The welcome drink was available for just one coin and enjoyable, plus everything in the refrigerator was free. The ice pops after bathing were likely a hit with families traveling with children. Both yukata and nightwear were provided, along with socks made of quality fabric. For dinner, the beef was delicious. I had "modori hamo," which was average this time; however, I plan to revisit during summer to try their seasonal hamo again. Breakfast featured tasty thick omelets and fish dishes, complemented by lightly seasoned small side dishes that left me satisfied. Unexpectedly, there was morning champagne available as well—what a pleasant surprise! I also enjoyed draft beer after bathing and spending time at the lounge at night. Thank you very much!

    Found a great place!

    Decided on this accommodation based on reviews! The trip was as satisfying as the reviews suggested. The highlight was definitely the onsen. The silky smooth water could even be enjoyed in the room, which was amazing. The room itself provided a relaxing atmosphere. The meals were beautifully presented and carefully prepared, making them delicious to enjoy. We were also delighted by the numerous services offered. This has become an accommodation we would love to revisit in a different season!

    Excellent baths and meals!

    I always stay at this accommodation on my way back from the countryside. The smooth feeling of the bath is amazing! The meals are simple, but everything on the plate is edible. Moreover, the presentation is beautiful. For me, it’s truly a perfect hotel.

    Breakfast

    When asked whether we preferred a Western or Japanese breakfast, four members of our group chose Western, and one chose Japanese. However, we were told the group must choose the same option. Reluctantly, we all went with Western breakfast, though other hotels have accommodated such requests in the past. Additionally, while children were playing in the pool at a neighboring hotel, we were not allowed to use ours due to a thunderstorm warning. As a result, we had no choice but to let the kids play at the beach instead—which seemed even more dangerous.

    Summer Vacation

    We stayed with two adults and two children. The pool and proximity to the beach made it very enjoyable for the kids. At the beach, we could even enjoy fireworks, and the Hotel kindly provided items like buckets and lighters, which was very helpful. The meals were delicious and satisfying. With small children, long meal times can sometimes lead to fussiness, but here the food was served promptly, which was excellent.

    I had a relaxing stay.

    This time, it was a sudden reservation for accommodation, but as it coincided with a special occasion, we stayed in the Premium Suite. The staff at the reception provided such attentive service that check-in was smooth and pleasant. The amenities were abundant, and there were services not found in other hotels, which left us impressed. The room was incredibly spacious and comfortable, with a private onsen that allowed us to fully enjoy our privacy. One thing that caught my attention was the seating arrangement at the dining venue. Since we were staying in a suite, I had expected some consideration for seat placement; however, the location of our seats did not offer much of a view, which was slightly disappointing. If the seating had been better positioned with a nice view, I believe we could have enjoyed our meal and drinks even more. Still, it was an excellent room to stay in overall, and I would love to use this accommodation again!

    A Hotel with Excellent Meals and a Quiet, Relaxing Atmosphere

    This accommodation has a limited number of rooms, so even on the weekend, the onsen and meals were not crowded, allowing for a relaxing and stress-free stay. We stayed in a Deluxe Suite with ample space as we were traveling with children. The room was clean, and the private bath with a washing area was especially convenient for staying with a baby. The staff thoughtfully accommodated dietary needs such as allergy-friendly meals that our family had communicated beforehand, making our stay truly comfortable and pleasant. This is an accommodation I would love to visit again when traveling to Awaji Island. While both the hotel and service are excellent, every meal was exceptionally delicious—especially the Awaji Beef Onion Fondue and sashimi, which are must-try dishes! Starting the morning with champagne made this hotel stay truly exceptional!

    Arrived at 3:00 PM and immediately went to the large public bath. As mentioned in the reviews, the water was silky smooth, and since I had it all to myself, I enjoyed a relaxing soak in both the indoor and outdoor baths. Afterwards, I leisurely enjoyed a welcome drink in the lounge and took a stroll around the hotel surroundings. The location was excellent, and during my visit, there were many couples or married guests, making it quiet, peaceful, and very soothing. The staff maintained a perfect balance of attentiveness without being intrusive and were all very pleasant. The meals were delicately prepared with great care and absolutely delicious. Everything about this accommodation—room, bath, food, cleanliness—was exceptional. I would love to visit again!

    Would love to stay again.

    We enjoyed a relaxing time in the Room, savoring coffee and ice cream while admiring the pine trees and the sea. All the dishes were incredibly delicious. The nearby pine forest was beautiful, and the Neagari Pine is a must-see. We look forward to visiting again. Thank you very much!

    Graduation Trip

    It was a trip with just my grandchild who had graduated from junior high school. We visited Hiroshima, Tokushima, and our final accommodation was Keino Umi in Awaji Island. Although our arrival time was a bit awkward, we were kindly guided to a nearby shop with delicious Baumkuchen where we enjoyed tea at leisure. The hotel had a calm and relaxing atmosphere from the moment we entered. Of course, the staff provided exceptionally polite service, allowing us to feel at ease throughout our stay. Unfortunately, due to cloudy skies, we couldn’t see the sunset, so I hope to visit again for another chance. Thank you very much!

    This was my second stay following last autumn, and I chose the three-year torafugu Plan, but the content needs to be reviewed. The first half was poor, and the ingredients were too biased towards the latter half! Moreover, the low level of service from female staff and the echoing sound of heels with every step! It was noisy and irritating to the ears. The breakfast content was the same as last autumn; I'm not asking for monthly changes, but at least it should change with each season. It's about time to replace push-type hot water and showers in the bath. Please add a catchphrase at the entrance of the bath to warn against slipping! I went looking forward to it, but it turned out to be a disappointing trip.

    Very satisfied.

    I stayed at this Property on my first visit to Awaji Island, as it had high Review ratings, and I was extremely satisfied with the experience. The welcome drink and amenities were plentiful, and the food was very delicious. However, the highlight was definitely the Onsen. Perhaps because it was a weekday, I had the Onsen all to myself both at night and in the morning without overlapping with other guests. The quality of the spring water and its temperature were perfect; I wanted to stay in there forever. There was a slight issue with the toilet in my Room, but it wasn't significant enough to be a problem. Despite that, they showed great consideration upon my departure, providing excellent hospitality until the end. If I have another chance to visit Awaji Island, I would love to come back again. Thank you very much!

    Originally, it was a corporate retreat that was renovated into a Hotel. Although there are signs of age throughout, it is clean and the service was good. The welcome drink and amenities were satisfactory, and they accommodated our dinner preferences. If I may be a bit greedy, it would have been nice if the bath was a bit more modern and if there was a Western breakfast option. Overall, I was very satisfied. Thank you.
