    The spacious room and lounge are great.

    It’s a little away from Hankyu Umeda Station, but not far enough to be a concern. There are many restaurants nearby, making it a convenient location. The Hotel staff are polite and welcoming, and they see you off pleasantly as well. You can also enjoy the “Miracle Breakfast” at a relaxed pace. This is a Hotel I’d like to stay at again.

    Set-course breakfast

    While many places offer a buffet-style breakfast, I really appreciated being able to sit back and have it served at the table. What’s more, the menu featured carefully selected, health-conscious ingredients that you don’t often find elsewhere, which I think many women would especially enjoy. The terrace lounge in the early evening had a decent selection of drinks, but it was disappointing that there were far too few snack options. At the very least, I wished there had been some of the vegetables served at breakfast. The Room had a long, spacious balcony, but there wasn’t much practical use for it. The bath was nice because you can soak while looking out over Osaka city; however, the vinyl shower curtain felt old and had a damp smell, which was a negative point. I also would have liked hooks for hanging bath towels. The curtain separating the Room and bathroom may also be contributing to the musty smell in the Room—another negative point. It was disappointing that the fresh, stylish feel from when I stayed shortly after this Hotel opened has faded. I hope to see renovations and improvements so it can become a true small luxury Hotel.

    Girls’ Night Out

    Unfortunately, the birthday guest couldn’t make it on the day, so we quickly changed plans to a three-generation ladies’ trip. I was able to fully enjoy Umeda with my 82-year-old mother and my daughter in her 20s, visiting the Floating Garden Observatory and Umekita Plaza (we walked 16,000 steps!). We also enjoyed a relaxed breakfast, and since checkout is set later, we were all able to make the most of our stay. Thank you very much.

    The pricing feels ex...

    The pricing feels exceptionally low, perhaps because the property has aged over the years. If there were a circulator fan or electric fan in addition to the air-conditioning Facility, guests could open the windows and stay comfortable without relying solely on the AC. The bathtub temperature controls were hard to understand, so we asked a staff member to come and help us.

    Exceptional hospitality

    I was truly impressed by the thoughtfulness of the Hotel staff. Just seeing that I was carrying a cake, they immediately prepared a knife for me, and when I checked out, the message card also warmed my heart. Everyone served guests with a smile, and I thought it was wonderful. The outlet location at the sink is hard to find. Because there is no hand mirror, I can only do my makeup at the sink (standing upright). The sink cabinet cannot be left open due to its design, so in summer the air conditioner does not reach it well and it felt hot. The refrigerator is filled with paid drinks, leaving almost no space to chill items I brought with me; if they are paid items, I don’t think they need to be stocked. The hair dryer is old and makes my hair feel rough and stiff. It was also disappointing that even after adding bath salts, there was no change in color, so it was hard to tell whether I had added them or not. The staff are truly wonderful, so if the Hotel reviews its Facility a bit more, I think it could become an even better Hotel.

    Hospitality

    The service was high quality, and the pace and manner of conversation were excellent. I stay at various Hotels every month, and the lounge quality and atmosphere were also great. (The food selection was quite limited.) It felt like a place to enjoy the space. The Room cleaning was good, and the complimentary free drinks were excellent in both quality and quantity. However, the linens were a bit disappointing. Specifically, I would have been happier if the towels were higher quality and the sheets had a softer feel against the skin. This is a Hotel I would stay at again.

    I had a comfortable stay again. I accidentally left something behind in the Room, and had assumed it couldn’t be helped, but you kindly contacted me and offered to send it.     Stylish Hotel

    It was a beautifully designed Hotel. The guest lounge was excellent, and I also appreciated the services for Diamond members. Breakfast was served as a course, with carefully selected dishes throughout. However, I personally prefer a buffet style where you choose only the main dish rather than a full course. I was surprised that the Room door wasn’t auto-locking and there was only one key. In the morning, I realized I had slept without locking the door! Also, the table was extremely small, which made me wonder why. There were some minor inconveniences, but my friends who stayed with me were truly impressed and said it was great. I think it’s good value.

    Excellent value for money

    All the staff were young, always smiling, and their calm, pleasant service made us feel comfortable. The Room was spacious, and the amenities were well stocked. If I had to mention anything, it would be the air conditioner noise and how basic the terrace chairs were. The sunset view from the Room was beautiful, and the breeze on the terrace felt wonderful. The lounge drink service was perfect for relaxing before or after meals, making it ideal for unwinding on a business trip. I’d like to stay here again when I’m in Osaka on business.

    I stayed here during...

    I stayed here during my trip to Osaka. The on-site staff were excellent, and both the Room and breakfast were great. However, I think it would be better if guests were informed at the start that drinks, bread, etc. can be refilled during breakfast. That was the only disappointing point. The food was delicious.

    Second Visit

    We had a wonderful time. This was our second visit in two years, and we came to celebrate an anniversary. This time we were able to enjoy breakfast, which we couldn’t fit in two years ago. Our Room was also upgraded, and we were able to use the lounge. Everything was quiet and beautiful, and we were able to spend a high-quality, relaxing time. However, the overall design of the Hotel felt more international in style. While the bathroom layout is spacious for a unit bath, it isn’t completely separated from the toilet, and there is no separate washing area, which felt a little lacking. We also noticed that lounge hours are short (from 7:00 PM), and in-room dining is only available until 8:00 PM. That said, you could call it a refined design, and we chose to stay fully aware of the layout and lounge hours—so it may be unfair to call these complaints. I apologize. Other than that, we were very satisfied. Thank you very much.

    Thoughtful Staff and a Spectacular Night View

    Thank you for your thoughtful care for my wife from check-in onward. All the staff greeted us with smiles and provided courteous service. At the terrace lounge, you made a variety of cocktails for us, and every one was delicious. It was a wonderful Hotel that we would love to stay at again.

    The night view from the triangular corner Room is amazing!

    The complimentary offerings at the bar counter were high quality. Around the parking area, the wind was extremely strong. The bath felt old and was difficult to use. There was a mysteriously spacious Room, which made me laugh. I’d like to visit again! Thank you very much!

    A Satisfying Breakfast

    Drawn by Tadao Ando’s design and the “Miracle Breakfast,” I stayed with my sister. All the staff were courteous and left a great impression. Many hotels offer buffet breakfasts, but this time I truly enjoyed a relaxed meal made with carefully selected ingredients, and I was very satisfied. An extraordinary night view spread out right in front of us, and we had a wonderful one-night stay in a spacious room. I’d like to stay again even on my own to enjoy that special escape. However, I would be happier if the lounge offered a wider selection of food.

    We stayed again because we wanted to enjoy the breakfast here. Each visit brings a new discovery, and this time we especially enjoyed the bread. We also appreciated the alcohol service in the private lounge. As for the Room, we wished there had been hooks in the bathroom to hang clothes. We would love to visit again.

    Thoughtful Hospitality

    A few years ago, I stayed here with my mother and enjoyed a delicious breakfast. I wanted to come again, so this time I visited with my daughter. We relaxed and took our time, savoring each dish—even though we were running late—yet you still kindly let us have seconds. Thank you very much. You also carefully packed the items for shipping in a box, which was a big help. We will definitely visit again. I wish I had taken photos—the honey too! The chef’s special juice served first was full of fresh vegetable aroma and unbelievably delicious! Writing this makes me want to go back again soon.

    I was concerned about the inconsistency in the details.

    The complimentary parking benefit for IKYU Diamond members was forgotten until we pointed it out. (We did receive an apology at check-in regarding this.) Although the IKYU site stated that shower caps were provided, there were none. Also, the amenity photos on the site and on the in-room TV showed BVLGARI products, but we could not find them; when we called to ask, we were told they were out of stock, which was disappointing. The bathtub drained poorly, and it felt unpleasant to use the shower. On a positive note, we appreciated being recommended an original cocktail with our meal and in the lounge.

    This is my fourth stay.

    I stayed here for the first time in about seven years as a break from my busy daily routine. From arrival, the coordination between the staff on the first floor and at the front desk was excellent, and check-in was smooth. My previous stay records were kept on file and confirmed with me, and my food allergies were thoroughly shared among the staff, so I felt safe and comfortable. The lounge service, which wasn’t available last time, was wonderful, and I truly enjoyed a relaxing Hotel stay. There is some aging of the building compared to more than 10 years ago, but it was well cleaned and kept tidy. Both dinner and breakfast were very satisfying—I left completely full. This is a favorite Hotel that I would love to visit again.

    It was amazing!

    We stayed as a family to celebrate our daughter’s birthday, who lives in Osaka. From check-in, the staff were extremely courteous. They carefully asked about allergies and other details right away, and we were impressed by how thorough they were. Everyone was friendly and welcoming, and we were able to start our stay feeling relaxed and at home. During check-in, we casually mentioned in conversation that it was our daughter’s birthday, and the staff seemed to notice. The next morning at breakfast, the team celebrated her birthday for us—we were truly surprised, and our daughter was delighted. We hadn’t even booked an anniversary Plan, so we never expected such a wonderful surprise! At check-out, we received a handwritten congratulatory message card as well, which moved our whole family. My husband was so touched by the warm and attentive hospitality that he even said—despite the fact that she doesn’t even have a boyfriend yet—“Let’s have her wedding here!” (laughs) It was our first time having such a warm and memorable experience at a Hotel. We are sincerely grateful. We would love to stay again. Thank you very much.

    A one-of-a-kind Hotel by architect Tadao Ando—an irreplaceable masterpiece that can never be recreated.

    I stayed for one night on a business trip. I stay at Hotels and Ryokans about 70 nights a year for work and travel. The Facility is a bit dated since it has been some time since completion, but overall it offers quality well above the price. I have stayed here repeatedly. Room: The Accommodation is operated by a company that originated as a wedding operator. The interior features slightly decorative furniture. The bathroom is not modern—just a bathtub with no separate washing area. Unusually for a city Hotel, each Room has a large balcony where you can get fresh air and smoke. With long exterior-facing walls and plenty of windows, the Room is bright. Common areas: Ando-style architecture. Beautiful design. Service: As you would expect from a wedding operator, the hospitality is almost overly attentive. Overall satisfaction: The pricing feels almost too low for what you get. I’m very satisfied and will continue to stay here regularly.

    Best value for money

    It was probably the best experience ever. Thank you for upgrading us to the second-largest Room. The free drinks and peanuts in the lounge, as well as the complimentary craft beer and champagne in the Room, were truly impressive. Plus, the view from the large windows and the big bed were amazing. If I had to mention anything, it would be that there was no mini table for light meals and that it was a bit noisy being next to a highway.

    Stable.

    I had not visited for a while, but the female staff at check-in was friendly and provided excellent service. The room was clean, and my partner, who came later and stayed for the first time, was very pleased. She seems eager to visit again, so I am considering booking a suite next time. I have stayed alone before, but it would be nice to relax in a suite together with her. I look forward to staying again in the future; thank you in advance for your hospitality.

    Year-end 3-Night Multiple Night Stay

    Second Stay Enjoyed the stunning night view from both the bath and the bed, along with a well-prepared breakfast and relaxing moments in the lounge. The breakfast starting with sparkling wine was delightful, featuring three different egg dishes over three days and freshly baked bread each time. On New Year's Eve, I also enjoyed Nishin Soba while admiring the night view from the lounge. The toilet in the room had slightly weak water flow, and at 155cm tall, I found the sink a bit high. The lighting was too dim for reading at night; a reading light would have been appreciated. Loved having BVLGARI amenities!

    Last time, I stayed at a private railway group hotel in the same area, but I was reminded of the excellent service at our Hotel. It is indeed my preferred accommodation. Although it's a bit pricey, I look forward to staying again.

    Friendly service.

    This was my first stay at the accommodation. The staff were kind and provided attentive service. The room was on the 20th floor, spacious in a horizontal layout, and very quiet. The sink, bathroom, and toilet were aligned and designed for international standards, which should be fine for younger guests. I enjoyed a relaxing time in the lounge with drinks while admiring the night view. Breakfast was also delicious. Thank you for your hospitality!

    A Hotel for a Relaxing Stay

    My stay at HARMONIE EMBRASSEE OSAKA was so exceptional that it completely redefined my impression of accommodation experiences. The "Miracle Breakfast" exceeded all expectations, featuring freshly baked croissants, rare vegetables, and fresh vegetable juice that made for a delightful start to the day. While the main dishes like omelets and bacon felt slightly heavy in portion size, everything else was absolutely perfect. The room was impeccably clean down to every corner, with a spotless bathroom. I was provided with a room offering a great view, allowing me to relax and enjoy my stay comfortably. The staff were truly outstanding; they even communicated the destination to the taxi driver during arrangements and carefully loaded our luggage into the vehicle—an act that left me deeply impressed. Every staff member was warm and kind, making my entire stay incredibly pleasant. I would love to revisit this hotel on my next trip to Osaka!
