    A warm "Welcome back!"

    A visit after a few months. We are always grateful for the hospitality that understands us so well. The "Welcome back" from the Room hostess always makes us happy. The linens and other amenities are clean and comfortable, making for a pleasant stay. It was just a few days after my birthday, and the staff's warm "Happy Birthday" wishes made me feel incredibly happy. Thank you so much! As always, we enjoyed unique dishes like tuna tasting and fried simmered tuna collar, which are specialties of Tenyoya. On both days of our stay, we had an amazing view of Mt. Fuji from our window—truly the best time spent here. We look forward to visiting again!

    Thank you for taking care of us again this time. Every time we visit, we find that it has evolved little by little, making our stay increasingly comfortable. My husband and I always say that the property we stay at in the last month of the year has to be Stays. We can feel the attitude of all the staff to provide the best hospitality and attention tailored to each guest without being too intrusive. For us, it is no exaggeration to say that it is like a second home, where we can relax and refresh ourselves every time. Thanks to you, we feel ready to tackle the coming year with energy. Lastly, thank you for celebrating my 60th birthday. The unexpected surprise was truly delightful. We look forward to the day we can visit again.

    This is a property I would definitely like to visit again.

    We stayed as a family of four. The Room was very spacious and impeccably clean, which was reassuring as I have a house dust allergy and am always anxious when traveling, but I was able to spend my time comfortably. We enjoyed the luxury of doing nothing while gazing at the sea from the bed and listening to the CD that was provided. The food was all very delicious, and the miso soup at breakfast was particularly heartwarming. The staff were very pleasant, allowing us to relax during our stay. Thank you for promptly sending the item my child forgot!

    Divine Stays

    For my boyfriend's birthday trip, we used the Standard Room on the second floor of the main building, as we could have dinner served in the room. First, I emailed several times before our stay, and the response was divine. They helped with the surprise, and the service was excellent, raising our expectations. Upon arrival at the property, the staff immediately greeted us and checked us in! They discreetly wrote the surprise details on paper so my boyfriend wouldn't hear, which was really helpful! Then, we headed to the room. The view of the port and ships was stunning, and I was moved by the beautiful room. The in-room dining was all delicious! There was quite a lot, so we were happily full. The private open-air bath and the room's bath were so pleasant that we wanted to stay in them forever. My boyfriend was very pleased, and it turned out to be a great trip. Thank you so much for the wonderful Stays! We will definitely use it again!

    This was my first visit to Yaizu. I stayed at an onsen Stays where I could spend my time in a cozy atmosphere. The detailed response to shuttle service and meal requests was very much appreciated. The room had a calm atmosphere, and the combination of Jazz BGM and Japanese ambiance was nice. Both dinner and breakfast featured local ingredients, and everything was very delicious. We enjoyed specialties like deep-fried tuna collar, red miso soup, breakfast comparisons of dried bonito flakes, and dried fish. It was a plentiful and leisurely dining experience. The button on the chest of the provided samue made it very easy to wear. The only slight disappointment was that the open-air bath in the room was not a free-flowing bath like a private bath. Thanks to you, I was able to fully enjoy Yaizu Onsen. Thank you very much.

    I want to visit again.

    I had been interested in this place for a while, and this was my first time staying there. The room had high ceilings and was spacious. Since I mentioned at the time of booking that I don't drink alcohol, the fridge was stocked with tea, orange juice, and fruit desserts. I had also requested a private bath when booking, so after checking in, they promptly asked for my preferred time, and I was able to enjoy the private bath. The open-air bath in the room had a great sense of openness and was very nice. I thought it would have been nice if the lounge chair on the wooden deck was something where I could stretch my legs and cool off after the bath. Both dinner and breakfast were delicious, but the portions were too large for us. The deep-fried simmered tuna collar was a specialty and was very tasty. However, since we don't drink alcohol, I thought it would have been better to ask for the rice to be served first instead of at the end of the meal. There were many thoughtful touches, which were very much appreciated. My husband was also very satisfied and seemed to like it a lot, saying he would like to visit again.
