    It was a memorable trip.

    A truly wonderful accommodation that left us deeply impressed throughout our stay. We have stayed at various accommodations of this type, but the balance of privacy with neighboring rooms was just right, and the grounds were neither too large nor too small—everything was simple and well-organized. The room itself was spacious, and we appreciated the lack of unnecessary amenities. It was so quiet that we only realized there were other guests when we went to the restaurant for breakfast. Even with the windows open, it remained peaceful—a big plus for us. We had informed the staff in advance about my husband’s mobility issues, and they kindly provided handrails, chairs, and other thoughtful arrangements for which we are truly grateful. The onsen in our room was incredibly comfortable; it had perfectly placed handrails that allowed my husband—who usually sticks to showers—to enjoy soaking in an onsen for the first time in years. It was especially moving as this marked his first onsen experience since recovering from illness back home in Oita—a moment filled with happiness and gratitude. Lastly, two small requests: having disposable shower caps available for women who wish to bathe multiple times would be appreciated; also, stocking kabosu juice or similar drinks in the fridge would be a delightful touch (just a thought!). Our entire family felt completely relaxed during our stay and is already looking forward to returning next time. The staff’s discreet attentiveness provided a sense of security throughout our visit. We sincerely hope this serene atmosphere remains unchanged moving forward!

    The accommodation ex...

    The accommodation exceeded expectations. The overall atmosphere of the property, the design of the guest rooms, and the condition of the onsen were all excellent. Since it is an onsen accommodation, I would have appreciated having more water provided. As I do not drink alcohol, it would have been nice to have a choice of drinks (such as kabosu juice).

    This was my third st...

    This was my third stay. The service was perfectly balanced, neither too intrusive nor too distant. I used the breakfast-included plan and had dinner near Yufuin Station, but they kindly offered shuttle service, which was very touching. The facilities were always perfect as usual. Breakfast had improved in quality, which made me very happy. I will visit again! Thank you for your hospitality.

    As a returning guest...

    As a returning guest, I was thoroughly satisfied with everything—the welcome canelé, the staff's hospitality, Marks & Web skincare products, the modern loungewear, and the underfloor heating. This time, I stayed in a maisonette-type Room. The bathroom on the second floor didn’t have shampoo or other amenities but offered an open and relaxing atmosphere where I enjoyed soaking while listening to birds chirping. Meals for this Room are served in a private dining space, allowing me to enjoy creative dishes made with carefully selected rice and ingredients at my own pace without worrying about others around me. I look forward to staying here again when I visit Yufuin next time!

    It was incredibly relaxing.

    It was my first visit. The space was modern, simple, and stylish. I felt relaxed by the garden's greenery and flowers, enjoyed delicious meals, and everything was a luxurious experience. I will visit again in the near future. My first trip to Yufuin was amazing. Thank you very much!

    I decided to stay af...

    I decided to stay after seeing the photos of the accommodation, and it exceeded my expectations with its sense of openness and thoughtful layout! I am extremely satisfied! The meals were delicious, and I was able to fully enjoy the onsen at a leisurely pace! It was an accommodation that made me want to visit again, so I will definitely use it again when I go to Yufuin!

    Open-air Bath with a View of Snowy Scenery

    I stayed in the Maisonette Stylish Suite. The living room, bedroom, and even the second floor had underfloor heating, making it warm and comfortable despite the 0-degree temperature outside. The Onsen temperature was perfect, and I enjoyed it multiple times. The room wear, pajamas, and towels were of high quality. The meals were French-style course dishes with a moderate portion size and light seasoning that highlighted the natural flavors of the ingredients, creating an elegant dining experience. The staff provided excellent service, and I would love to stay again. The Shuttle Service to the station was extremely helpful. Thank you very much!

    This is my second visit.

    We stayed here during the New Year holidays both last time and this time. The Room, bath, and meals were all satisfying. This time, we stayed in a maisonette Room, and the view of the starry sky from the second-floor bath was truly wonderful. The amenities also had a lovely scent that was very soothing. My husband really loves it too, so if possible, we would love to come back every year!

    Room, garden view, and services are really good, I think.

    The meals were more than delicious enough, but there was little surprise or admiration, so 4 points (strict). The bath, its construction, and the spring quality were all very good, but actually, I also love large public baths, so 4 points (strict). However, the comfort of the truly wonderful Room and the quality of service were excellent. If there is another opportunity...

    A property like a forest

    I stayed for one night. The stylish Room and the semi-open-air bath were very nice. Of course, it is a hot spring. The meals were plentiful and delicious. There are many overseas visitors in Yufuin now. I would like to use it again if I have the opportunity.
