    The breakfast is absolutely delicious!

    Clean and quiet rooms that help you relax after traveling, allowing for a leisurely stay. The local dishes and Italian menu exceeded expectations in taste! Would love to stay again!

    The unforgettable odor lingers in memory.

    I stayed here before and decided to return after hearing it had been renovated. I arrived at night in preparation for the next morning's plans. Upon entering the bathroom (toilet) in the Room, I was overwhelmed by an unbearable odor and had to rush out. The front desk staff acknowledged the smell, saying "It smells," but without even entering the bathroom. When I asked to wait at the front desk (as they were unsure if a Room change was possible), I was told not to leave the Room and had to wait there. This experience cast a shadow over our family’s first day of summer vacation. It’s something I don’t want to remember.

    Value beyond price

    We stayed for two nights during a trip with friends. First of all, considering the recent rise in accommodation costs, this hotel offered great value for money, which made us very happy. From the entrance to the room, everything was clean and stylish. It was spotless and comfortable with no inconveniences at all. While many hotels have hairdryers with insufficient power, both the room and public bath were equipped with excellent ones. We visited the newly opened public bath, and it was truly delightful to enjoy such a spacious bath. Being able to check its occupancy status from our room was also very convenient. The shampoo bar added an extra touch of excitement! The reception staff were kind, polite, and efficient in their service. Among hotels in this price range, I felt that their hospitality quality stood out significantly. They promptly assisted us with requests like taking photos or replacing tissues without hesitation—this was greatly appreciated! Everyone's warm smiles contributed to making our trip enjoyable. Thank you so much for everything during our stay! We would love to visit again in the future!

    Consistently comfortable.

    This was my 7th stay, and the renovations have made it feel more simple and stylish. The public bath was still under renovation and unavailable. The Italian restaurant seemed better in terms of taste, variety, and layout before the changes. Overall, it was a wonderful stay.

    Breakfast Ticket

    I stayed with a plan that included breakfast, but I was not given a breakfast ticket at check-in, which caused trouble at the breakfast venue. (I assumed it would be confirmed by providing the room number since there was no ticket.) Thanks to the quick thinking of the restaurant staff, I was able to have breakfast without issue. However, it was very disappointing that there was no apology from the hotel front desk afterward.

    The best Hotel in Sendai.

    Compared to The Westin, Metropolitan East, Roynet Hotel Premier, and Royal Park Hotel, this was the hotel I most wanted to stay at again, even without a large public bath this time, due to its large windows, the placement of the large TV, and the luxurious feel of the hallway.

    Using it for the first time in five years, looking forward to the next step with even greater expectations!

    I have stayed at the Mitsui Garden Hotel in Sendai several times in the past, but due to the impact of the recent infectious disease, it has been five years since my last visit in November 2019. I have always appreciated the room layout, atmosphere, functionality, cost-effectiveness, and the high quality of the food at the attached restaurant, and this time, after a long absence, I was very pleased to once again enjoy these benefits. In 2022, I also stayed at the Mitsui Garden Hotel in Fukuoka Nakasu, and both hotels offered the same level of service common to the group hotels. Although the restaurant operations are entrusted to different contractors, the service quality was high, so I think I will choose a group hotel without hesitation when traveling to other regions if there is one in the area. Please note that the Sendai branch will be closed for about three months from January for a full renovation, and I look forward to its reopening with great anticipation for further development.

    I had a pleasant time.

    We wanted to enjoy the light pageant and Christmas market with our family, and when it came to choosing a hotel, we decided on this Hotel without hesitation. The best part was the excellent access, as we could walk to both events from the Hotel. We also had a pleasant Christmas with the bathhouse on the rooftop floor and a breakfast featuring local menus that weren't too greasy. However, we were a bit concerned about not being able to park in the adjacent parking lot if checking in late, and the distance from the partner parking lot to the Hotel. It seems that renovations will begin after the New Year, and we look forward to using it after the refurbishment.
