    No Meals Included

    5 stars for solo travelers 3 stars for groups Because the Room is small. However, the elevator and amenities such as shampoo are thoughtfully scented, giving a clean feel, and the staff service is excellent. It’s close to the downtown area, so you can eat dinner and breakfast out. Therefore, overall satisfaction is 4 stars.

    Excellent

    I stayed here several times on my way back to the countryside. The meals were delicious, and the Room was comfortable with large windows. The large public bath was stylishly designed and excellent. I will visit again.

    The warm hospitality...

    The warm hospitality of the staff left a strong impression. As for breakfast, it felt less impressive than last time. I would have liked to see more local specialties, such as kamaboko and zunda mochi, on the menu.

    I stayed here while ...

    I stayed here while sightseeing in Sendai. Since three of us shared one Room, it felt a bit small (as expected), but the price was a great value and my friends were surprised! The large public bath is small but very clean, and the amenities are well stocked, making for a very satisfying stay. I’d like to stay again!

    Your Regular Accommodation in Sendai

    My wife stayed here. This was her second visit, following last December. This time she chose the “Room type assigned on arrival” option, and we were given a twin Room at the end of the corridor; it was bright and comfortable, and even the bathroom with a window felt pleasant. However, both pairs of slippers in the Room were size LL, and the loungewear was very large. Even after tightening the pants drawstring as much as possible, they were still loose, so she went to the public bath wearing her own clothes. Smaller women may have trouble—being able to choose sizes would be better. We also appreciated being allowed to check in earlier than planned because our Room was ready. Breakfast was excellent: Western dishes centered on Italian cuisine, plus Japanese options featuring local specialties such as beef tongue, Shiroishi umen noodles, simmered Sendai fu (my favorite), sasa-kamaboko fish cake, and spicy curry. Everything was delicious—we even had zunda tiramisu—and left completely satisfied. The staff’s smiles at check-in/out and during breakfast were wonderful. In the morning while we were in our Room, we could hear a cheerful “Good morning” from housekeeping staff in the hallway. We truly felt heartfelt hospitality rather than something formal, and headed home thinking what a great Hotel this is—and that we’d like to stay again next time.

    The large public bath is excellent.

    I stayed for one night and it was my first time here. I checked in late at night, so I headed straight to the large public bath without hesitation. It was unique that you take only the shampoo with you in a small paper cup. I wondered why, since body soap is provided in the bath area, but I guess it’s because you can choose your favorite from several types. There are two tubs, and one of them has cool air blowing down from the ceiling, so even though it isn’t an open-air bath, it gives you that outdoor-bath feeling—absolutely wonderful. The changing area was also very clean, and the flooring felt great underfoot. One thing: two bottles of water were provided in the Room, but I couldn’t find any drinks like drip coffee either in the Room or at the amenities corner, which was disappointing. Maybe I just missed them?

    Business trip.

    Although it is a bit far from Sendai Station, the walk doesn’t feel long if you enjoy browsing the shops along the way. Both the Room and breakfast were excellent, as expected. I think it offers great value for money. I’d love to stay again!

    Excellent customer service

    I forgot something and later received it from the Hotel, along with a handwritten thank-you note. This is the first time I’ve experienced such thoughtful service from a Hotel. I was truly impressed.

    Renovated

    Stayed for the first time in 7 years, and the accommodation has been renovated. It was already a clean hotel, but now it’s even more beautiful. The staff are very polite and pleasant. With its great location, this is likely to become a frequently used hotel for me.

    Recommended Accommodations

    Stayed for 2 nights in a Standard Double Room starting from December 31. The location is excellent, within a 1-minute walk from the subway station and just one stop away from JR Sendai Station. There’s a convenience store and McDonald's right next door. The room was clean, adequately spacious, with sufficient amenities. Check-in and check-out were smooth. The staff were kind and attentive—there was truly nothing to complain about. If I had to point out any dissatisfaction, it would be that we skipped the breakfast buffet to save money! Also, there was a free coffee machine available during designated hours, which was really great. I will definitely stay here again when visiting Sendai—next time with breakfast included!

    Classic Hotel

    I stayed in a King room, and it was so comfortable that I wanted to enjoy a Multiple Night Stay for about three nights. The large TV positioned directly in front of the bed and access to BS4K channels were great features.

    I stayed for one nig...

    I stayed for one night during a business trip to Sendai. The breakfast was very delicious, and the public bath was clean and comfortable. However, in the main guest room, I noticed hair from a previous guest on the bed and a small envelope in the trash bin, which bothered me. Everything else was great, but this aspect was slightly disappointing, so I rated it 4 stars. I hope such issues won't occur during my next stay.

    Mid-range business hotel (Great staff service!)

    The room was small, but it was acceptable for a one-night stay. Room amenities included: multi-purpose foam soap for face and hand washing, a cup, a hairdryer, body shampoo, shampoo, conditioner, and a minimal number of towels. Essential amenities like toothbrushes were available to take freely from the area near the front desk. It would be nice if makeup remover sheets were also provided (a thought I have on every business trip). The slippers were not disposable, which made me hesitant to use them (though I assume they are sanitized). What was particularly disappointing was that the bathtub cleaning was insufficient. I intended to use the bathtub in the room but refrained because there were visible soap scum marks inside. I hope staff could check cleanliness by running their hands along the inside of bathtubs during cleaning inspections. The front desk staff's service was excellent; however, this made my disappointment with cleanliness even greater. Unfortunately, I do not think I will stay here again.

    Bringing Smiles to Your Family!

    It was excellent! Although it's a bit of a walk from Sendai Station, the energy spent is just right after enjoying delicious local cuisine. The hotel offers a quiet space with a large public bath, making for a very comfortable stay. I don't visit Sendai often, but if I go again, I would definitely stay here. Next time, I'll include the breakfast Plan with local specialties!

    This was my first trip to Sendai. I arrived by car, and the location was great, making it easy to find. The lobby had a pleasant fragrance that soothed my tired body. The room was clean and very satisfying. I didn't use the large public bath, so I gave it 4 stars. The breakfast was delicious, and I ended up eating too much. I would love to stay again!

    A Long-Awaited Stay

    I had been staying at other accommodations in Sendai for the past few years, but I returned here after a while. The renovated room was comfortable, and the large public bath on the top floor, available from 5 AM, suited my schedule perfectly. While similar-level accommodations in Sendai seem to have rising prices, this stay was reasonably priced as it was no meals included. Next time, I’d like to include breakfast during my stay.

    "Full of charm!"

    I stayed for one night during my second business trip to Sendai. When I arrived before noon to leave my suitcase before heading to a meeting, I was greeted by a wonderful fragrance and a cool atmosphere at the entrance, which instantly made me smile and think, "This is amazing!" That day, the temperature in Sendai exceeded 36 degrees Celsius. The heat on the way to the Hotel was exhausting, so stepping into this oasis-like space was truly refreshing. Although I initially planned to have lunch nearby, the intense heat led me to dine at the Hotel's restaurant instead—and it turned out to be an excellent choice. The beautifully presented dishes were absolutely delicious; if it weren’t for work, I would have loved to enjoy some wine with them. The next morning’s breakfast buffet at the restaurant was equally impressive. They offered local specialties like Sasakama (fish cake), Sendai Fu (wheat gluten), Hoya no Konowata (sea pineapple innards), and even beef tongue! Everything I tried was delightful. The Room was clean and quiet, allowing me to sleep soundly—something I greatly appreciated. From the fragrance and food to the beauty of both common areas and Rooms, I could feel the staff’s dedication and hospitality throughout my stay. I’ve already recommended this place highly to my colleagues at work. I'd love to visit again for a more leisurely stay!

    We stayed here for a...

    We stayed here for a family trip. One of the two Rooms we booked had a sewage smell upon entering. The smell subsided after closing the bathtub drain, but it was a bit disappointing. The beds were very comfortable, and we could barely hear any noise from neighboring Rooms or the hallway, allowing us to sleep very well. The location was excellent and very convenient for going out for dinner.

    I stayed here for my child's open campus visit. The hotel was very clean, conveniently located near a subway station and close to downtown. Both the Room and lobby were spotless and well-maintained. Breakfast was satisfying as well. The staff greeted us with smiles, making it a very comfortable Hotel to stay in. The Facility had everything necessary, perfectly suited as a Business Hotel. I would definitely choose to stay here again if I visit Sendai in the future.

    Land and Mountain Journeys

    Stayed right after the renewal opening. The entire accommodation is new and clean, and the breakfast selection is excellent with outstanding cost performance. The large public bath was clean and pleasant, though I couldn't fully appreciate the outdoor bath in midsummer. It would likely be even more satisfying during cooler seasons. If I visit Sendai again, I would definitely like to stay here.
