    Good Hotel

    A good accommodation for business stays in every aspect. Located in front of the Imperial Palace, it is quiet with no excessive services, and both meals and prices are reasonable. After running around the Imperial Palace, you can refresh yourself and prepare for business. As part of the Imperial Hotel group, it has a clean and pleasant atmosphere. It might feel a bit lacking for families with children.

    I preferred a Japanese-style room.

    It was my first time staying here. I imagined a typical Business Hotel, but perhaps because of the Japanese-style room, it felt more like a Ryokan, while the view from the window was that of an urban Hotel. I would definitely like to stay again. The customer service rating is 4 stars because I only interacted with the reception staff.

    Enjoy a moment in the best environment.

    It was my first time using this accommodation, and the location was easy to find and very convenient. Even while walking around the area, it felt great! I could just barely see Tokyo Tower from the room, which was nice. It was a quiet and peaceful stay.

    Accommodation for preparations at Tojo Hall

    I chose this accommodation because I was getting ready at Tojo Hall and wanted a nearby, familiar Japanese-style Room. I was initially concerned about the price being so affordable, but as soon as I entered the Room, the clean and refreshing scent unique to a well-maintained Japanese-style Room reassured me. Although I remained nervous since it was the day before the ceremony, I was able to relax significantly in the Room. There were no noises from neighboring Rooms, and the bathroom was spacious and easy to use, allowing us to stay comfortably throughout. It was especially convenient for my elderly parents. Thank you very much!

    I wish I had known sooner!

    Convenient access from the subway, and the staff at reception were very pleasant when they kindly stored our luggage before check-in. The hotel has a calm and quiet atmosphere. The Room was clean, well-maintained, and fully equipped with amenities. The open view from the Room was refreshing, and in the morning, you can enjoy a walk around the Imperial Palace's outer grounds. It remained quiet throughout our stay until check-out, allowing us to relax completely. We look forward to staying here again next time!

    The view is spectacular.

    Although it was a cold rainy day in April during our stay and we couldn't fully enjoy the cherry blossom viewing as planned, we were moved by the beautiful scenery of the National Theatre next door with its charming architecture and full-bloom cherry blossoms. The hotel was very quiet, calm, and conveniently located near the station.

    I made a same-day reservation on short notice.

    Therefore, although I originally requested a room with a good view, preferably one where I could see the cherry blossoms of the Imperial Palace, it was not possible. The building is not new, but it was reasonably comfortable. I was surprised to find three WOWOW channels available. The Japanese-style breakfast was served promptly and had a touch of care unique to the hotel restaurant. Unfortunately, since it was Sunday, only one restaurant was open, and although the website stated "À la carte last order at 9:00 PM," when I went just before 9:00 PM thinking it might be cutting it close, they were already closing. However, I had a relaxing stay for one night as an accommodation. Thank you very much!

    It was comfortable.

    Despite the busy cherry blossom season, the Room and floor were very quiet. Although the bathtub and shower did not have a single-lever faucet, making temperature adjustment inconvenient, daily cleaning was thorough, ensuring a comfortable stay. While most city Hotels have check-out times of 11:00 or 12:00, unfortunately, this Hotel's check-out time was at 10:00, which felt a bit rushed.

    I use this accommodation as my regular stay for business trips. It is very convenient, and the view from the room is great. The only downside is that sunlight enters the room in the morning, making it too bright and hot during summer, so I cannot open the curtains in the morning.

    Stays for meetings

    There are some old parts, but it is well thought out, and the location and night view were beautiful. The parking lot is also fully equipped and available. The price is reasonable, and I will stay again next time.

    Surprisingly convenient once you master the subway network.

    It may seem a bit inconvenient due to its slight distance from the city's commercial area, but it is surprisingly convenient as there are many areas that can be accessed directly by subway. The excellent location by the Imperial Palace (Kokyo) offers a luxurious feeling as you can have it all to yourself from the guest room. I love the impeccable service of this Hotel.

    I want to make it my regular stay.

    Most of the guests had a mature atmosphere, which was calming. The room's small size didn't bother me, and if I had to mention something, it would be that even with the curtains closed, the outside cold was felt at the head of the bed, so I used a bath towel to cope. (I didn't notice it much on the first night, but realized it when resting on the second night, so I didn't mention it.) I assume that if I had asked, the Hotel would have responded immediately, so I would like to choose it again when I visit Tokyo. Other than that, I had a generally comfortable stay.

    The service is Imperial Hotel quality, and the price is reasonable.

    I stayed multiple nights in a Deluxe Twin Room on the 17th floor. The room is spacious, and although it has been a quarter of a century since the hotel opened, there is a slight sense of age. When you enter the room and open the curtains, you can see the greenery of the Imperial Palace and the buildings beyond, with the National Diet Building also visible nearby. The bathroom is also spacious, and the amenities are impeccable, exuding a sense of cleanliness. The bed was comfortable, and I slept well. The plan included breakfast, and I enjoyed both Japanese and American breakfasts on different days, which were delicious. My wife, who accompanied me, expressed a slight dissatisfaction, saying, "It would have been better if the mirror was a little closer for morning makeup." I was satisfied, and I will repeat my stay when I visit Tokyo again.

    Imperial Hotel Management

    The view of the Imperial Palace was very nice, and the price was not too high for the location. I plan to stay here again next time and go jogging around the Imperial Palace. This time, I visited the Supreme Court. It seems to be operated by the Imperial Hotel, but the service at the front desk was vastly different.
