    The meals at the res...

    The meals at the restaurant “Kado” were delicious, and we really enjoyed them. It was also very helpful that we could request both the morning and evening newspapers. They deliver them early, too—especially the morning paper, which is great since we like to read it carefully from early in the morning. These days, many Hotels no longer offer newspapers, so this service is truly valuable. We sometimes choose where to stay for that reason alone. Thank you as always for your kind hospitality.

    With a heritage rooted in the Imperial Hotel, its refined elegance feels wonderfully comfortable.

    While many places opt for a buffet breakfast to save labor and cut costs, this Hotel still takes orders properly and serves each guest individually—something that feels rare even in the city center today. I hope they continue with this style. The room layout is also impressive: except for single rooms, most are designed to offer views toward the Imperial Palace, which I find genuinely luxurious.

    I was able to have a very comfortable stay again. The Hotel itself is showing its age, but it has been gradually maintained in recent years—such as replacing the toilets and installing new curtains—so it remains comfortable. The basic facilities are solid, with no issues such as water supply and drainage, and the air conditioning works well. I also use the Japanese restaurant “Kado” for lunch, and the food is delicious. I can always stay here with peace of mind. Thank you very much.

    I stay here about twice a year, and the front desk staff always make me feel at ease with their friendly, welcoming service. This time my checkout was a little late, but the phone support was also excellent.

    Everything was satisfactory.

    We had both dinner and breakfast at the first-floor restaurant. Every dish was delicious, and we truly appreciate that you accommodated our small requests. The Room was clean and comfortable. The front desk staff were courteous, and we had a very pleasant stay overall. Thank you very much.

    We stay here every year as a family. There are hardly any noisy foreign guests, so we can always enjoy a comfortable stay. I understand it may be difficult, but the breakfast menu is always the same, so I felt it would be better to have a bit more variety.

    The front desk staff...

    The front desk staff and the Room attendants were very kind, but it seemed that the staff in charge of the patio hall forgot our breakfast order. My wife’s meal finally arrived around the time I had finished eating, and I felt an apology or brief explanation would have been appropriate.

    Conveniently located near the station, with a delicious breakfast—very satisfying.

    I searched for a Hotel in Tokyo for the weekend on short notice, just 2–3 days before my stay. This Hotel was the most affordable option, so I chose it. Even though the price was similar to other Business Hotels I’ve stayed at in Tokyo, the Room was spacious, and there were amenities as well as complimentary coffee and bottled water. It was quiet and relaxing, and the breakfast was delicious, so I was very satisfied. It was also close to the station. I would like to stay here again if I have another chance to visit Tokyo.

    The Hotel had a wonderful atmosphere, and the service was courteous, so I was satisfied. Although the cause was unclear—possibly an issue with the Room equipment—I heard intermittent mechanical noise at night and couldn’t sleep soundly, which was disappointing. Other than that, everything was great, and I would like to stay again.

    It was comfortable.

    The Room was more spacious than I expected, with large windows and a great view. Also, many Hotels tend to have rather dim lighting, but this Hotel’s lighting was pleasantly bright, making it very comfortable to stay in. The amenities were also helpful—there were toothbrushes and even a set of skincare items and lotion. I was also able to relax in the provided bathrobe. I wasn’t very familiar with the Hanzomon area, but on this trip I really enjoyed it—I walked all the way around the Imperial Palace and even rented a bike to ride to Ginza.

    A wonderfully refreshing and excellent Hotel.

    This Hotel near Hanzomon Gate of the Imperial Palace is surrounded by greenery, and the early-morning sunrise view from our twin room was wonderful. Breakfast was also delicious—especially the tempura at Hagoromo on the 2nd floor, which is excellent and reasonably priced. I stay at this Hotel every time and highly recommend it!

    My Room today did not face the Imperial Palace moat, so I wasn’t expecting much of a view, but when I opened the curtains in the morning, I had a clear view of Mt. Fuji and it felt wonderful.

    Solo stay in Tokyo

    When I stay in Tokyo (single room), I always book with breakfast included. This time, breakfast was a set meal rather than a buffet. I chose the Western-style set and was satisfied. Coffee refills were available, but it would have been nice to have fruit or yogurt.

    I had a very comfortable stay. Thank you. The Hotel is in a great location with convenient access, making it easy to get around by metro, taxi, or car. I think the security is among the best in Tokyo. It’s truly a Hotel where you can stay with complete peace of mind.

    The clean and well-maintained Room provided a comfortable stay. It was a single-use Room. Instead of an outlet, there was a USB charging port by the bedside. There was also a chair at the table next to the TV, as well as a round table and single-seater chair beside the bed. It might feel slightly cramped for opening a 30L-sized suitcase fully. Breakfast offered both Western and Japanese options in a selectable style. There were plenty of seats available, so there was no waiting time. I chose Japanese breakfast, which was delicious. The front desk staff provided smooth and efficient service. At checkout, they kindly accepted my request to temporarily store my luggage.

    It was excellent.

    Despite being in the city center, the price is reasonable, the Room is spacious and clean, amenities are well-equipped, and overall very satisfying. I also dined at the restaurant for dinner, and it was extremely delicious.

    Reliable service

    It was my first stay in a while, and this time I stayed in a room on the Hayabusa Quarters side. The low ceiling gave a sense of history, making me wonder if there are plans for renovation soon. My only complaint was that there was only a USB-A port by the bedside. Having a standard power outlet or USB-C port would have been more convenient. While there are no unnecessary services, I believe this hotel is truly unique and valuable in the city center.

    This is my regular accommodation in Tokyo recently. The location is excellent, allowing you to enjoy activities like the Imperial Palace Marathon, and it’s a reliable hotel.

    Good Hotel

    A good accommodation for business stays in every aspect. Located in front of the Imperial Palace, it is quiet with no excessive services, and both meals and prices are reasonable. After running around the Imperial Palace, you can refresh yourself and prepare for business. As part of the Imperial Hotel group, it has a clean and pleasant atmosphere. It might feel a bit lacking for families with children.

    I preferred a Japanese-style room.

    It was my first time staying here. I imagined a typical Business Hotel, but perhaps because of the Japanese-style room, it felt more like a Ryokan, while the view from the window was that of an urban Hotel. I would definitely like to stay again. The customer service rating is 4 stars because I only interacted with the reception staff.
