  Thank you for your patronage.

  I stayed alone, but I was fortunate to be assisted by a very pleasant female staff member, making it a relaxing stay. Regarding the cuisine, I felt a bit disappointed as I wished for a more unique experience that reflects the location, including why this particular dish is served here and the pairing with alcohol. Nevertheless, it was a very comfortable onsen property, and I had a great time. Thank you very much.

Regarding your comments on the food and sake pairing, we strive to incorporate the essence of Mizukami while also allowing guests to experience a variety of offerings from the surrounding area. Therefore, our menu includes not only river fish but also seafood, and we offer sake not only from the local area but also from the neighboring prefecture of Niigata, which is famous for its rice production. We would be grateful if you could share your thoughts with us again should you have the opportunity. The area has now transformed into a world of silver.
