    Convenient! Clean! Spacious!

The room was very spacious, and the bath was relaxing enough to enjoy with bath salts. The room was also clean (with minor dust hardly noticeable). It was convenient to get to the hotel directly from the airport, with a convenience store nearby and meals available at the airport. The location is incredibly convenient due to its proximity to the airport. Despite being so close, it was surprisingly quiet and peaceful. Perhaps it was a special plan this time, but I was amazed that even though it's so close to the airport, it cost less than 10,000 yen for a no-meals-included stay. It was just one night, but I had a very satisfying stay at this accommodation.

    Highly Satisfied

Located within the airport premises, right in front of the Meitetsu ticket gate, the location is excellent. The lounge is spacious, allowing for a relaxing time until your next activity. I stayed here for a live event at the nearby Aichi Sky Expo, which was very convenient as the venue was just a short distance away. The Room offered a fantastic view of the venue and the sea. The bathroom comes with a separate washing area and toilet, making it convenient for two people to use. I would love to stay here again.

The air conditioner had severe mold.

I stayed on the 5th floor of the Central Side. While it might be said that you get what you pay for, the room smelled moldy as soon as I entered, and the air conditioner was in particularly bad condition. Shouldn't there be more thorough cleaning? Staying in that room could lead to health issues from mold. It would be too late once health problems arise. During my previous stay on the Pacific Side, I was satisfied, so this time was very disappointing.

    Aichi International Exhibition Center

I stayed here during the Shiny Colors live event "Enkan" held at Aichi Sky Expo on August 9th and 10th. The Room, amenities, and view were great, but the TV's internet connection barely worked and required frequent reconnections. Other than that, it was a very nice Hotel!

    Comfortable, Restful, Highly Satisfying

This was my first stay. I used it for a pre-stay and post-stay before my mountain trip. The Hotel front desk is about 100 meters within the premises of Centrair International Airport. Despite being inside the airport, it was quiet. The Room was clean, and I had a great sleep. I will definitely use this Hotel again whenever I use Nagoya Chubu Centrair International Airport in the future.

    First Time at Centrair

Arriving at Centrair Airport for the first time, I was amazed by the modernized airport as I headed to Centrair Hotel, checked in, and entered my Room. The curtains were closed, so my daughter and I excitedly opened them together—what unfolded was a breathtaking view of planes constantly taking off and landing. As airplane enthusiasts, my daughter and I couldn’t contain our excitement! The wide window made it easy to enjoy the view, and we were thrilled to spot a Beluga parked nearby. The Room was also very clean and provided a relaxing atmosphere. This Hotel is truly exceptional. We can’t wait to stay here again!

Very convenient. The front desk staff were kind and left a good impression. However, the smell of towels, pajamas, and sheets was concerning.

The male staff at check-in provided courteous and pleasant service. From the Room, you could watch planes take off and land, offering a great view. Additionally, the bathroom with a washing area was relaxing and helped relieve fatigue.

    Thank you.

This time, I did not use the meals or the Onsen, but once again, I was impressed by the excellent service of the staff. I am truly glad that I chose this Centrair Hotel again. The Room was clean, and I felt comfortable using it without needing to clean it myself. Next time, I plan to stay for two nights and enjoy a luxurious time in the Room while watching my favorite airplanes with a beer in hand. I will definitely stay here again with an airport view. Thank you so much once again!

I had an early flight the next morning, so I just took a shower and went to bed, but the Room was very clean and comfortable. Next time, I would like to have breakfast and relax.

    Unfortunately.

Arriving before check-in time, I waited on a nearby chair and overheard front desk staff speaking complaints loudly enough for me to hear, which I felt could have been discussed privately. I asked if early check-in was possible since some hotels allow it when the room is ready, but was met with a dismissive response of "Not yet" in a mocking tone, which made me feel even more uncomfortable. During check-in, I dealt with a different staff member whose service was neither particularly good nor bad—just average. The attitude of the staff can drastically change the impression of a hotel; it made positive reviews seem untrustworthy. The room wasn’t very clean either, and I don’t think I’ll stay here again. Thank you.

Used at the end of the trip.

After finishing our trip, we arrived on an evening flight and stayed for one night to catch another flight home the next morning. Having a separate bathtub and washing area is so comfortable, perhaps because I’m Japanese. I will definitely stay here again for early morning flights.

Used for an overnight stay before traveling to Okinawa.

The bathroom was convenient with a washing area, but the woman who handled our inquiry before check-in was unfriendly and her response felt very impersonal.

It's too good to stay just for the night.

Stayed at the Pacific Side accommodation. The location is excellent, just about a 1-2 minute walk to the boarding counters. The facility and rooms are clean and well-maintained. Despite being its 20th anniversary, there’s no sense of age. There’s also a relaxing lounge-like space near the entrance for guests, making it very comfortable. Breakfast was served in an open space with large windows and high ceilings, which lifted my spirits while dining. For someone like me who only flies a few times a year, the airport itself feels like an extraordinary space. Centrair offers many enjoyable spots such as large public baths, events (there was a local product fair during my stay), and attractions like Flight of Dreams within the airport premises. Additionally, Centrair Hotel provided such a wonderful atmosphere that staying there allowed me extra time to fully enjoy Centrair, making my trip even better!

    It was unpleasant.

The only city hotel at Centrair, offering the closest location, which is why I have used it multiple times. However, during this stay, I was repeatedly asked about my arrival time at check-in despite showing signs of frustration. While I understand that cleaning rooms based on early arrivals is common due to the labor shortage in the hotel industry, this time it felt overly persistent and unpleasant as it seemed entirely for the hotel's convenience. On a positive note, there were staff members who quickly offered assistance when they saw me with children and lots of luggage. However, I've noticed inconsistencies in service quality depending on the staff over several visits. As someone who stays at around 50 accommodations annually worldwide—from business hotels to luxury hotels—I believe I have a fair understanding of service standards. This experience made me understand why Meitetsu might be considered less adept in hospitality services by some.

Directly connected to the airport with an excellent location

I stayed here last year as well. Last year, I stayed in the new building, and the room and bathroom were all clean and reasonably priced. This time, I was upgraded to a spacious room in the old building, which I appreciated. However, part of the room had a wall that blocked airflow from the air conditioner, leaving half of the room extremely cold. The bathroom door was covered in mold to the point where it felt unhygienic and made me hesitant to use it. There were also water stains on the back of the washbasin bowl, making me reconsider staying here again in the future. The direct connection to the airport is an excellent feature with an outstanding location. It would be greatly appreciated if you could improve your cleaning standards.

    Convenient, yet...

I stayed at the accommodation for a live event held at Aichi Sky Expo. The location is excellent as it is very close to the station, but I felt that some aspects were lacking due to cost-cutting measures. That said, the convenience of the location was appealing. After the live event, I was able to return to my room and relax immediately, which was very helpful. I also appreciated being able to take a relaxing bath. However, there were no bottled water in the refrigerator; instead, guests are encouraged to fill glass pitchers with water from a dispenser for eco-friendly reasons, which can be inconvenient. The room had large windows and considering the orientation of the bed, waking up to a wide-open view directly in front of me was refreshing. During my stay, I enjoyed clear weather and beautiful scenery through those windows.

    Excellent location.

The stay was short, but the excellent location made it stress-free. The front desk, though small, had a professional male staff member in a sharp suit working efficiently, creating a high-grade atmosphere. Even with a late-night arrival, there were no concerns. It seemed that more Japanese guests stayed here compared to nearby Hotels. Each floor had water dispensers, and while the Room was compact, it was well-equipped with essentials for a comfortable stay. However, I noticed some dust and small debris on the carpet when I dropped something on the floor; regular vacuuming would be appreciated. Additionally, the slippers labeled "Feel free to take home" were too dusty to consider taking home.

A chair and a wash bucket are requested for the washing area. Foot throws and cushions are not needed.

I chose this Hotel because the washing area is separate from the bathtub. That aspect was comfortable, but as someone with back pain, I found it inconvenient that there were no chairs or buckets in the washing area, forcing me to sit directly on the floor. The cleaning seemed thorough, and I didn't notice any mold on the floor surface. If you think of it as "the same as your feet," it's acceptable. Additionally, I strongly request that you stop placing foot throws or cushions on beds in imitation of Western practices. I am particularly concerned about this because I once experienced a rash caused by insect bites at a bed in a foreign-owned hotel chain (unrelated to Meitetsu or Centrair Hotel). After checking out, I visited a dermatologist who diagnosed it as an insect bite rash. There is absolutely no need to imitate such unhygienic practices from Western countries.

We recommend other options outside of the summer season.

I stayed at the Hotel during the year-end, but the air conditioning was not working at all, and it was very cold. Even when I set the temperature to 30°C and maximized the airflow, only a small amount of lukewarm air came out. The first front desk staff who came simply said, "Let's wait for 30 minutes." As expected, there was no improvement after 30 minutes, so I requested for a Facility staff member to come. Eventually, a Facility staff member and a man who seemed to be in charge arrived. However, both insisted that "the Hotel uses centralized heating and there is no issue." Not satisfied with this response, I continued discussing for about 20 minutes until the man who seemed to be in charge proposed bringing a heater into my Room. The 1200W electric fan heater ran continuously during my stay but made it comfortable afterward. While I admit some responsibility for not noticing earlier myself, why did such an experienced professional delay suggesting additional heating equipment? This is just my speculation, but could it be that many guests complain about being cold and thus the Hotel avoids mentioning heaters upfront? I felt exhausted from day one of my long stay.

    Beyond expectations

First time at Centrair Airport Even if you don't know the situation inside the airport, staying at a hotel within the airport is reassuring... I thought to that extent, but it's one of the hotels worth coming to stay at. At check-in, the front desk staff's response was smooth, and their words of appreciation for the tired guests were wonderful. I was guided to the new building, and with separate bath and toilet, everything was thoroughly cleaned, allowing for relaxation. Even in a compact room, I was fully satisfied. There is drip coffee available in the room, but the freshly brewed free coffee in the lobby lounge is delicious. The pleasant aroma around the front desk lifted my spirits upon departure.

    Humidity control is necessary.

There was no partition between the bed and the unit bath, and the room felt humid, resulting in a musty smell upon entering. Many recent Business Hotels have air purifiers in the rooms, so I looked for one but couldn't find it. I strongly recommend installing air purifiers that handle both dehumidification and humidification. The breakfast includes specialties from Aichi Prefecture. There was a coffee machine, but the Facility description mentioned a massage chair in the Hotel, which I couldn't find despite searching. If it has been removed, the information in each Room should be updated. It might be a small matter, but a little more attention to detail would be appreciated.

    The hotel was very c...

The hotel was very convenient as it was directly connected to both the airport and the station, and it was new and clean. However, there were a few points of concern. 1. During the busy check-in time, the staff at the counter were polite, but the responses of the surrounding staff were inconsistent. 2. Perhaps because the adjoining rooms were separated by a door, the walls were thin, and I could clearly hear the conversation from the next room even if they weren't speaking loudly, which was unsettling. 3. The bathtub appeared to be cleaned nicely, but the edge was rough with grime. 4. The Tokoname-yaki cups were a nice touch, but all three had chipped rims.

If you're at Centrair, this is the place to stay.

It is not a luxury Hotel, so do not expect too much. However, it offers a necessary and sufficient Room and service. Anyway, the overwhelming advantage is its direct connection to the airport. It is so close that once you step out of the Hotel, you are already inside the airport. Once you know this proximity, there are no other options. The time spent staying before and after a flight is invaluable.

    Recommended for pre-stay and post-stay

I always use this service. From the elevator hall to the Room, the calm and spacious design allows for relaxation. Also, as I always think, the staff's response is very polite, making it a Hotel where you can feel at ease whether staying before or after your trip. However, this time my Room was on the same floor as the front desk, and there was no water dispenser, only an ice maker. Therefore, it was inconvenient to have to go to the lounge with free coffee.

    I will use it again.

This is my second time. Since I had an early morning flight, I highly recommend this Hotel as it is the closest to the boarding gate. The Room is clean, and I would like to use it again.

This is the only choice when using Centrair.

There are other hotels around the airport, but when using Chubu Centrair International Airport, this hotel is my only choice. There are no restaurants for dinner or additional facilities, but there is a lounge with a nice aroma where you can drink coffee and work comfortably. I've only stayed in the new building, but the rooms and bathrooms are spacious and relaxing. It would be nice if the checkout time was a bit longer, depending on the flight time. It's very convenient and comfortable, so I will continue to use it. It's not a luxury hotel, but for some reason, it's a very calming and favorite hotel.

Very convenient for early departures!! But the breakfast is disappointing!

Located within Chubu Centrair International Airport, I chose to stay here as my check-in was early at 7 AM the next morning. Although the accommodation was more expensive than the nearby Toyoko Inn, I decided to stay here as I wanted to try it at least once. The staff's response at check-in was excellent. There was no hairdryer among the amenities. Other than that, there were no issues. The breakfast buffet was originally 3,000 yen, but guests received a 10% discount, making it 2,700 yen, which I felt was expensive but decided to try. The variety of dishes was good, but there was a corner for making omelets and fried eggs, yet no staff was present, only a sign saying "Please call the staff." There were only two staff members who seemed busy cleaning up, making me hesitant to call them. There were a fair number of guests, so I wished there was a chef present at all times. I often stay at other domestic and international hotels, where chefs are always available to prepare and serve egg dishes and noodle dishes. If no one is available, it would be better to close the corner to avoid expectations. Given the price, I was very disappointed, and I rate the meal two stars.
