    Highly satisfied

    I stayed here for an early-morning flight and was able to start my trip with plenty of time to spare. With such a great location for making the most of the airport, I’d definitely like to stay again next time.

    Very convenient.

    When traveling abroad via Chubu Centrair International Airport, this Hotel is the only choice. The location is unbeatable. Stay the night before, have dinner at one of the airport restaurants, and enjoy a relaxed morning before departure.

    It was excellent value for the price.

    For a Business Hotel, having the bathroom and toilet separated was a nice touch, and above all, the direct connection made everything so convenient. Since I arrived late this time and only needed a place to sleep, it was truly ideal—and very clean.

    The Room with a runway view was fantastic.

    I upgraded to a Room with a runway view, and it was well worth it. Being able to enjoy the view even from the bath was fantastic. The staff were wonderful, always smiling and providing very pleasant service—I was extremely satisfied. They also stored my suitcase after checkout, which made it much easier to get around. There wasn’t any mineral water provided in the Room, so I used the vending machine, but it only accepted cash—so it may be a good idea to have some coins ready. However, since there is a convenience store at the Hotel entrance, you may not find it inconvenient. If I have another chance to visit Nagoya, I would definitely like to stay again.

    Only the meals are delicious.

    The breakfast buffet was very delicious. The Room had an overwhelmingly musty mold smell, and there was no air purifier, so I could hardly sleep because of the odor. I have stayed at many Hotels both overseas and in Japan, but this is the first time I have experienced such a strong mold smell. There was red mold on the bath bucket. You should improve the cleaning.

    Because my flight arrived late at night, I stayed here. They also handled my request made in advance with sincere care. With direct access to the airport, it was a relief to be able to check in and rest right away after a tiring trip. My friend traveling with me was very satisfied as well. Watching the airport through the large window added to the travel atmosphere, and I had a very enjoyable time. I also liked that the sink area and toilet were separate, making it more comfortable to use without concern. It’s a great Hotel.

    Very convenient for an overnight stay before your trip.

    I stayed the night before because I had an early flight. I chose it for convenience, but since airline crews also use it, you can really feel the high standard as a Hotel. The Room was functional and comfortable, and being able to see the airport from both the Room and the bathroom added to the excitement of traveling. It’s also convenient that there’s a convenience store right next to the Hotel entrance. Because it’s directly connected to the airport, you can get there without worrying about the outside temperature.

    A consistently reliable Hotel!

    I stayed here again for an overnight stay before my flight. It was a non-smoking double Room, with the toilet and bath in separate areas. The front desk agent was a trainee, but the check-in process was smooth and pleasant. There are a few cheaper Hotels around Centrair, but considering the convenience and the staff’s service, this is still my only choice. This is a Hotel I would like to stay at again next time.

    I had a pleasant stay.

    We stayed as a family for a Multiple Night Stay of 2 nights in 2 Rooms for sightseeing around Centrair. From the full-window view in the Room, we could watch planes taking off and landing, and it was relaxing to enjoy a different kind of scenery than usual. We also appreciated the kind service. However, because our 2 Rooms were in different buildings, we couldn’t even take the elevator to the other building, which made it inconvenient for our family to go back and forth. Since we checked in early, it would have helped if we had been advised at that time (for example, whether it was possible to change to the same building for an additional fee). It may have been an issue with how we made the Reservation—I did mention it—but at other hotels so far, the Hotel has usually taken this into consideration. That was the only disappointing part. Everyone in Nagoya was kind and friendly wherever we went, so we had a great impression and a fun trip. We’d love to visit again.

    Take your time.

    This was my first trip in two years with my mother, who lives alone. Because she has limited mobility and cannot get into a bathtub, I thought it would be difficult again this time. However, you called us in advance, listened to our situation, and changed our reservation to a universal-type Room. My mother can only walk with a senior walker, but she was able to use the toilet without any steps, and best of all, she was able to get into the bathtub by herself using the support aids. She was truly delighted to take a bath for the first time in two years. Thank you very much for the shower chair and non-slip mat. We were also happy about the celebrations for her 88th birthday and my 60th birthday. We would definitely like to stay again.

    I stayed here because I had an early morning flight the next day. It was very convenient with direct access to Centrair. The price was reasonable and I was very satisfied. I also appreciated having the bathroom and toilet separate. I’d like to stay here again for an early morning flight!

    I stayed the night before with my grandchild.

    I stayed here with my grandchild. We booked a triple Room, and it was clean and new. Best of all, it’s very convenient because it’s close to the airport. This is a Hotel I would like to stay at again.

    It was very convenient.

    Because my flight departed early, I stayed the night before. The reliable service and quiet atmosphere were very comfortable. This was my second stay, and they upgraded my Room, which was excellent. There are other Hotels nearby, but if you’re staying the night before a flight, this Hotel is the only choice. I’d like to stay again next time.

    Enjoy Centrair

    Just steps from Meitetsu Airport Station, with a convenience store right in front—an outstanding location. Thanks to the luggage storage service before and after check-in, we were able to enjoy sightseeing in Tokoname hands-free. The room was very comfortable, with a separate bath and toilet and a washing area. Since they offer triple rooms, it’s especially recommended for groups of three. We had dinner and used the bath facilities at Centrair, then headed out for sightseeing on the free shuttle bus. With excellent convenience, this Hotel was extremely easy to use as a base for exploring! One small issue: I couldn’t figure out how to use the coffee machine, and even after adding water it wouldn’t heat up, which was confusing. I looked it up on my phone and ended up boiling water to use it. The portion coffee was delicious.

    The Room is…

    As soon as I entered the Room, there was a strong smell of men’s hair product, so I stepped out into the hallway and called the front desk. The male staff member who answered seemed dismissive, as if to say, “That’s just how it is,” and didn’t seem willing to help. I asked to speak with another staff member and explained the situation, and an older male staff member quickly came up to the Room. When we entered together, he acknowledged that something was off with the smell and immediately arranged another Room and brought me the key. I really appreciated that. The first staff member who answered the phone seemed relatively young, but even at check-in he spoke without making eye contact, looking down while addressing guests, which left a poor impression. I felt he should have checked more carefully during the call instead of brushing off a guest’s concern. Other than that, I have no complaints about the Room or anything else.

    I stayed here the night before my trip to Kagoshima. I was happy with the spacious corner Room. It was also nice that the bathroom had a separate washing area and bathtub. It was also convenient to have a water dispenser and ice on each floor. However, there were no power outlets by the bedside, which was the only disappointment.

    The airport view from the Room is wonderful.

    I stayed here the night before my trip to Okinawa. I enjoyed being able to watch planes take off and land from the Room window. The Room was clean, and the bathroom had a separate washing area, so it was very convenient. Coffee was available in the guest-only lounge, and I enjoyed it. Breakfast was delicious, both Japanese and Western options. I would like to stay again.

    Conveniently connected directly to the airport.

    When making a Reservation, I accidentally selected “smoking.” I noticed it on the morning of arrival and asked to change it. The staff member who helped me by phone was very pleasant, which gave me a good impression of the Hotel, but when I actually visited, the front desk staff all seemed a bit low-energy, so there was a gap from what I expected. The Room was spacious enough and comfortable. However, the air conditioning couldn’t be adjusted and was set to a fixed temperature. It felt cold. My husband said he felt like he might catch a cold. You can have dinner at the airport, but most restaurants and the food court close by 9:00 p.m. There is a convenience store next door, which is handy. Above all, the direct connection to the airport is unbeatable for convenience.

    It was a nice Room.

    I stayed on a weekday evening for an overnight stay because my flight the next morning was early. Perhaps because it was quiet, I was upgraded and was able to relax comfortably. I wasn’t very enthusiastic about staying near the airport, but after staying here, I came to feel that an overnight stay before a flight can be a great option. I would like to stay again when taking an early-morning or late-night flight.

    This is my favorite Hotel.

    With the airport right next door, the location is very convenient. The Room was clean and comfortable. Whenever I use Centrair, I always stay at this Hotel. Thank you for upgrading me to a slightly larger Room this time. It was very comfortable, but I couldn’t sleep because of a strange noise from the refrigerator late at night. If you are sensitive to noise, please be aware.

    I stayed here because I had a morning flight the next day. It’s a Hotel where you can feel at ease. After dining at Centrair and enjoying the night deck, I was able to relax in the bath and recover from my fatigue. Breakfast also offered a wide variety, and it was hard to choose.     I made a reservation...

    I made a reservation quite early when the concert was decided. After check-in, I went to the room and found it on the top floor with plenty of space. It felt luxurious, almost too much for one person. The best part was that the bath and toilet were separate. I filled the bathtub and enjoyed a relaxing soak. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the amenities were well-stocked. If I had to point out one thing, it would be that there wasn’t a place to warm up bread during breakfast (or maybe I just didn’t notice?). Other than that, everything was perfect. I'm really glad I made an early reservation—it would have been quite expensive if booked closer to the date!

    Conveniently located within the airport, but...

    First time staying at this Hotel after a late-night arrival at Centrair. The Room has a calm atmosphere but the lighting is slightly dim. The checkout time is 10:00 AM, which feels early and similar to business hotels, lacking a relaxed vibe, which is disappointing.

    The hotel is conveniently located near the airport, making it ideal for pre- and post-stay accommodations.     I have used this Hotel multiple times for both business and private purposes. This is the only city Hotel near Centrair, so I stayed here the night before an early morning flight. Although I arrived slightly earlier than 3 PM, I was allowed to check in. There was one unpleasant experience in the past, but usually, my stays are completely comfortable without any issues. The Hotel is very close to Centrair with a convenience store at the entrance. Depending on your Room's direction, you can enjoy a view of the airport right in front of you—an excellent location indeed! Since only Meitetsu trains operate to Centrair, this proximity is naturally advantageous. If you make a Reservation in advance, there are affordable pricing Plans available. The bathroom and toilet are separate, and there’s even a washing area in the bathroom where you can relax in the bathtub at your leisure. This time I stayed at the old building (main building), but while the new building at the back offers modern and functional Rooms, even though some age shows in the old building, it’s not an issue at all. The staff members are generally attentive; they offer assistance or greet you if you're wandering around or carrying large luggage near the lobby. I would love to stay here again!

    Very convenient

    I stayed the night before my early flight. The Room was spacious enough, with a convenient layout featuring separate bath and toilet areas. The access from the airport was excellent. I truly appreciate how my requests and preferences were accommodated. It was exciting to see the airport view from the bath as well! Next time, I’d love to stay even when not using the airport.
