    Excellent hospitality and attention to detail.

    The hospitality and attention to detail were excellent, and although it feels a bit dated, it was an amazing Hotel. I plan to stay here again for my next trip to Okinawa.

    Overall, a satisfying Hotel.

    The Room was spacious, making us want to stay for several nights. Breakfast on the terrace was pleasant, and the overseas waitstaff were friendly and excellent! The parasols at the beach house could not be used due to strong winds, but since the wind wasn't that severe, this could be improved. Additionally, there are too few parking spaces for the Hotel. Other than that, it was a very comfortable Hotel!

    Repeat from last year

    I stayed in the hotel building last year and loved it, so I decided to return this year. Since I wanted a room with a washing machine, I stayed in the Annex building. Perhaps my expectations were higher because of my great experience last year, but there were a few disappointing points: 1. The man guiding cars at the entrance was not very pleasant. While it wasn’t offensive, his tone and manner weren’t particularly welcoming. 2. There was no daybed on the balcony. Since there was one in the hotel building last year, I had been looking forward to it, so this was disappointing. 3. The humidity in the room was too high. During my stay, there were heavy rains like squalls, and perhaps because I hung laundry inside the room, the humidity reached 87%. I had to constantly use a dehumidifier (which was very helpful) and keep the air conditioning on cooling mode rather than dehumidifying mode to avoid discomfort. 4. Ice cream service had been discontinued—both at the free drink area by the poolside and soft serve ice cream at the restaurant on Hotel Building 1F were no longer available, which was unfortunate. Personally, I prefer staying in the hotel building; however, considering having a washing machine is important for me, perhaps Annex or Condo buildings are better options... The Condo building also seems to have plenty of parking spaces available. That said, I still had an enjoyable stay overall—thank you!

    Highly Satisfied

    Blessed with great weather, we enjoyed the view from our Room. We could even watch fireworks from the balcony. The Room amenities were excellent, especially the washing machine and drying rack, which were incredibly helpful. Drying swimsuits for the whole family had always been a challenge until now. The meals at all three dining locations were delicious. The takeaway system was very convenient for making efficient use of time when heading out for activities in the morning. Dinner was also delightful, with sunset views available from every restaurant, allowing us to have a truly fulfilling experience. The staff was kind and attentive, making us want to stay at this Hotel again in the future.

    The front desk is available 24/7 to assist you.

    Stayed from 8/8-12 with family and friends. The check-in process was underwhelming. Despite mentioning it was our first stay, there was little helpful explanation, and responses felt limited to answering questions. There was no mention of the free drink service, so we missed out on it on the first day. The Room was very spacious with a great view from the balcony, which we enjoyed. The beach in front had almost no swimmers and lacked a jellyfish net, so swimming wasn’t ideal. We used the pool instead, but it was quite small, which was a bit disappointing. Breakfast included a takeaway option that we found excellent. However, the Western buffet didn’t seem fresh—fruits looked unappealing and other items felt lackluster overall. For dinner at THE ORANGE, while pasta dishes were delicious, the overall content didn’t feel worth its price point. Transportation between buildings via cart service worked well; they arrived relatively quickly each time we called for one!

    Spacious Room!

    I stayed at this Resort Hotel for the first time with a Multiple Night Stay of 2 nights. Initially, I thought of staying for just one night due to the price, but I highly recommend a Multiple Night Stay! ● Highlights: - The Room is spacious, and the balcony is about 6 tatami mats in size. - It feels like staying in an apartment unit, giving it a villa-like atmosphere. - Plenty of hangers in the closet! (I could display my clothes like at home.) - The bathroom is large enough for families to comfortably bathe together with children. - Seasonal fireworks were visible from all balconies. - Access to both pool and beach, with bath towel rentals available. - Delicious meals! I enjoyed breakfast and dinner at both "Orange" (Western cuisine) and "Blue" (Japanese cuisine). Personally, I preferred Orange for its taste and excellent staff service—especially memorable was their tarako pasta during dinner; it was incredibly delicious! For Japanese breakfast at Blue, the Agu pork shabu-shabu was delightful. - While walking between buildings for meals, a tuk-tuk driver kindly offered me a ride—much appreciated! ○ Points that could be improved: - Parking guidance upon arrival was unclear on my first visit. (It’s better to park temporarily in front of the Hotel to unload luggage before being directed.) - Breakfast can get quite crowded during peak times. Overall, I had an extremely satisfying stay and would consider this place again when visiting Okinawa! Cleaning such spacious areas and managing so many guests must be challenging—I hope they continue their great work moving forward!

    Stayed in the Annex Building.

    The room is spacious enough to spread out luggage without feeling cramped. Equipped with a refrigerator, kitchen, and washer-dryer, it allows for a comfortable stay as if living there. When requesting a room with an ocean view from the bath during the Reservation, my request was fulfilled, making for an enjoyable bathing experience. Additionally, fireworks on the beach in front of the property during summer added to the enjoyment. However, there are only two restaurants available on-site, and neither is very large. I only tried breakfast at both locations; however, their layouts felt cramped with narrow pathways around the buffet area. The food itself was not particularly recommendable either. If you plan to dine in your Room or at nearby restaurants instead of relying on hotel dining options, this should not be an issue. The pool has more of an adult-oriented atmosphere rather than being suitable for small children. Transportation by cart is provided when heading to dining areas within the Hotel building. The staff maintains minimal interaction which feels appropriately distanced but may leave some guests wanting more attentive service. Since we spent most of our time outside exploring during our stay, this type of accommodation—somewhere between a rental apartment and condominium combined with Hotel services—worked well for us. Having laundry facilities in-room was highly convenient and appreciated; however, I wished for more enjoyable dining experiences regarding taste variety or layout improvements. For families traveling with small children who want to fully enjoy beachfront activities or pools offering diverse options tailored towards kids' entertainment needs might consider other Hotels as alternatives located directly along beaches featuring extensive pool facilities nearby!

    2025 Okinawa Trip

    The accommodation was chosen with high expectations due to its decent online reviews and relatively high price. - **Location** The location is not bad. The accommodation seems to have several separate buildings, and we stayed in the Annex building, which is a bit far from the main Hotel building. There is no direct connection between the buildings, so you need to go outside to move between them. Slightly disappointing. - **Service** Reception service was average. The standout staff were a French male staff member at the buffet restaurant on the first floor of the Hotel building, who was friendly and even helped take photos at perfect spots, which made us happy. Another highlight was a female manager-class staff member at the restaurant on the 12th floor of the Annex building during dinner; her service was excellent. However, reception could improve significantly—it wasn’t bad but not great either. As it represents the face of a hotel, they should offer more luxurious hospitality that makes guests feel truly welcomed with gratitude for their visit. Their voices were quiet and lacked smiles—improvement needed. - **Facilities** The room itself was flawless—spacious with amenities like a kitchen and washing machine that left nothing wanting. The kids were delighted with their own beds as well. However, one major disappointment was in the bathroom facilities—specifically adjusting shower temperature proved very frustrating as it fluctuated between too hot or too cold without settling properly at desired levels; even our home shower works better than this! Considering how great everything else about this room is overall upgrading such basic yet essential aspects would make sense genuinely worthwhile improvement suggestion here honestly speaking!     The staff are friendly.

    Due to an accident, I had to make a same-day reservation here for the remaining 2 nights of my planned 4-night stay at a nearby hotel. Initially, I hoped to stay at an on-the-beach hotel and did not book here as it is separated by one road. However, this hotel's view was stunning, with the sea appearing beautifully blue. I could enjoy a breathtaking sunset from my room. The fireworks were directly in front of the balcony, offering an impressive experience without needing to go outside. Unfortunately, I developed a fever before arriving at this hotel and ended up spending most of my time resting in bed. It was disappointing that I couldn't try the highly-rated shabu-shabu breakfast or visit Orange Café. However, the takeout dishes from Delicafé were delicious and generously portioned. Even though moving around was difficult for me, I could save half for lunch later. Above all else, the staff here were incredibly charming and provided excellent service. Their warm hospitality touched me deeply during my illness. The front desk staff showed concern about my condition and kindly brought both a thermometer and cooling gel sheets when I requested them over the room phone. Traveling alone while unwell made me feel uneasy but their care reassured me greatly. I felt that this hotel has well-trained staff who provide exceptional service. The individually locked reservation system for washing machines is also very efficient and helps prevent any issues—an excellent feature! Next time I stay here, I'd love to share comments about dining options or facilities like the pool. One downside: The footsteps from upstairs (adults stomping heavily or children running) were quite loud. Perhaps children enjoyed jumping off large beds or sofas? Additionally, although I requested a room near the elevator area which was granted (thank you!), door opening/closing sounds from there echoed significantly—this was unfortunate too. While staying only in the main building during summer heatwaves might be manageable without carts for transportation between buildings could be challenging otherwise!

    We appreciate the thoughtfulness of our staff.

    The rooms are spacious and truly wonderful. For long stays and those using rental cars, this is a very reasonable and excellent accommodation. While there may be concerns about foreign staff understanding subtle nuances of Japanese during busy periods, their presence is essential for inbound tourism. The staff generally seem to strive for polite service, and I hope they continue their efforts. One male staff member was exceptionally kind and attentive, accommodating our requests with great care. I am truly grateful for his assistance—it significantly enhanced the overall impression of the hotel. One minor drawback was that washing machines are essential for long-stay guests; however, some rooms have them while others do not, so attention is needed when booking. Additionally, as we visited primarily for snorkeling in shallow waters, walking to the beach was a bit challenging. Since Onna Village has many waterfront accommodations, walking from a hilltop location across the road might feel farther than expected. For sightseeing purposes though, this would be a very reasonable choice for an extended stay!

    Relax and enjoy your meal.

    Whenever I visit Okinawa, I always stay here for at least one night. The orange menu is delicious with just the right portion size. The blue breakfast in the morning, though it's shabu-shabu, feels more like a soy milk hot pot and is well-balanced. After swimming in the pool, there are various drinks available, which is a delightful touch of hospitality. Many of the staff members are from overseas, but they are all cheerful and pleasant to interact with.

    Okinawa Resort

    For my first trip to Okinawa, I chose this Resort Hotel. It was incredibly clean and spacious, and the fact that everything you need is within the Hotel made it perfect without needing to go anywhere else. I thoroughly enjoyed using the pool as well. In the evening, drinks by the poolside, including alcohol, were free! Both dinner and breakfast were excellent. The meals and the view from the Room were all ocean-view—what a fantastic Hotel!

    The front desk was disappointing.

    The number of front desk staff is overwhelmingly insufficient, making it difficult to get through when calling the front desk. If breakfast is included, you can choose between a Western or Japanese dining area; however, the Western dining area is too small for the number of guests and has a limited selection. On the other hand, the condo building's bath facilities were newly renovated and spotless. The Room size was spacious enough. While there was a washing machine available, there was no dryer, which made it inconvenient when needing to dry clothes.

    Excellent!

    Visited Okinawa for my daughter's wedding. The guest room was very spacious, clean, and comfortable. I was amazed by the size of the bathroom as well. The ocean view and the large terrace provided a relaxing space where we enjoyed beautiful sunsets and starry skies. We had takeout meals from the Facility, which were also delicious. The free drinks and alcohol were delightful as well. The extraordinary atmosphere was truly healing, and I would love to visit again!

    Staff training at the front desk is needed!

    It was a mid-range hotel, but the front desk staff lacked attentiveness. Dinner was in a separate building, and we had to walk uphill to get there. My wife has a heart condition and is elderly, so we walked slowly uphill. We were surprised to see some people using carts—wouldn't that be considered thoughtful service? We took the limousine bus from the airport to the hotel, and I heard that return bus reservations could be made at the front desk. However, when I asked at the front desk, they handed me a timetable with a barcode and told me to do it myself. As an elderly couple unfamiliar with such systems, we found this response very unkind for a hotel. Breakfast was disappointing as well—limited variety of dishes and no live kitchen. The experience at Kafuu Resort left us disappointed compared to other hotels we've stayed at. The entrance glass doors were covered in fingerprints—it’s part of the hotel's first impression! While waiting for our return bus at the front desk area, three groups boarded before us; however, there was no farewell or even a bow from staff after guests boarded—they simply returned inside immediately. At other hotels we've stayed in Okinawa (we visit two or three times annually), staff would wave goodbye as part of their hospitality. This was our first stay at Kafuu Resort; unfortunately, it left much room for improvement in terms of employee training and overall service quality.

    This is my second st...

    This is my second stay following last year. Last year, I stayed in the Hotel building, and this year I stayed in the Annex building. The Room was spacious and open, with truly amazing views from the Room, making me want to relax there all day. It's a Hotel I absolutely love. The staff were very kind, and I felt very refreshed again this time. I look forward to staying here again when visiting Okinawa!

    I stayed in the Annex building. The room was spacious and clean, but the only issue was that it took a while for hot water to come out of the shower. Other than that, the service was excellent, and the price was affordable, so I would like to stay again.

    A wonderful Hotel.

    I stayed in the Hotel building for 4 nights with breakfast included. I was satisfied with the Facility, service, and meals, and the morning, afternoon, and evening views were all wonderful and relaxing. I would love to stay in the Hotel building again next time.

    Surprised by the spaciousness of the Room and balcony!

    I booked the hotel based on its high ratings without much research, and it pleasantly exceeded my expectations. The room on the 3rd floor of the hotel building was spacious and stylish, with a great view of the ocean and pool from the balcony, making my stay very satisfying. There were bar times available, and the prices at the hotel's restaurant and café were reasonable compared to hotels in a similar class, allowing me to enjoy them with peace of mind. I believe it would be even better if the hotel staff had more smiles. It’s a hotel I’d love to revisit.

    We created wonderful memories.

    We stayed in two rooms with my parents, my spouse, and our children (9 years old, 6 years old, and 10 months old). We chose this accommodation because we wanted a room where we could take off our shoes since our youngest is crawling, and it turned out to be a great choice. Although the room was assigned under the "Leave it to us" plan, we were placed in a room in the Annex building. It was equipped with a washing machine, so we could do laundry every time we returned from the pool or beach. The ocean-view room had large windows that provided an open and relaxing atmosphere. The kids also enjoyed going back and forth between our building and their grandparents' building, even sleeping there sometimes to experience different rooms. We would love to come back again next year!

    The Room, meals, and...

    The Room, meals, and drink bar were all of high quality. The alcohol at the drink bar was also exclusively premium. Moreover, the service was available for an extended period. The morning shabu-shabu buffet featured sweet Agu pork, which was light and refreshing. We had a wonderful trip to Okinawa.

    The best.

    Following our stay at the Annex in January, this time we stayed in a suite in the Hotel building. Although the room was smaller than the Annex and renovations are planned (which made us slightly concerned about its age), there was absolutely no need to worry! The kitchen was user-friendly, and the bathroom featured a view bath with a washing area—absolutely fantastic. The TV was large and even allowed access to YouTube. Since the Hotel building is already very convenient for us, our family has decided to book accommodations there from now on. Will it be after renovations next time? That’s exciting too, but since we love this hotel so much, we might also try staying in the Condo building before then. The hotel staff were all kind and friendly during this visit, which made our trip even more enjoyable. Thank you so much! Breakfast was delicious as well; however, as others have mentioned, I did feel that the flow of movement could be improved slightly.

    It was excellent.

    Stayed in the hotel building suite. It was more spacious than it looked in the photos, and being on an upper floor, the view was excellent. Although it was a weekend just after the rainy season began, the weather was clear. The garden with well-maintained tropical plants gave an overseas atmosphere. You can even see the ocean from the bath. The two included meals were delicious as well. Being able to enjoy all this at this price felt like great value for money. I would love to visit again!

    This was my first trip to Okinawa, and I stayed here for 2 nights. Initially, I wondered if it would have been better to book a different hotel for one night after making the reservation, but in the end, staying here for both nights was the right choice. The staff were all friendly and kind. I chose a breakfast-included plan, with deli lunch on the first day and shabu-shabu on the second day—both were delicious. All rooms are ocean-view, which is fantastic. The view from the room is one of the most exciting aspects of any trip destination. Waking up early and spending time lying on the balcony sofa while gazing at the sea and sky felt like pure luxury! I used both pools at the Hotel building and Annex building but personally preferred the pool at the Hotel building as it had more of an Okinawan vibe. During transportation between buildings, a cart staff member kindly offered assistance even though I was in wet swimwear; they assured me it was fine after wiping down and gave me a ride to Annex building—such thoughtful service made me happy! Thank you so much. There are plenty of restaurants near this accommodation, so dining wasn’t an issue; however, a scuba instructor mentioned that about 10 minutes away by car there are many affordable local spots outside tourist pricing areas. On our second night, we drove there for dinner and returned using a designated driver service afterward since we wanted to enjoy drinks too—a highly recommended option if you rent a car! In Okinawa’s car-centric culture, designated drivers are readily available; just ask your restaurant to call one for you—they arrive quickly. We enjoyed bar-hopping while savoring inexpensive Okinawan cuisine at local eateries where we also got to chat with locals—it was such fun! Even our designated driver seemed familiar with guests from this accommodation as they knew exactly where our parking spot near our building was located. I also learned from them that "Kafuu" means "happiness" in Okinawan dialect—I didn’t know that before (laughs). Staying here allowed us to meet kind-hearted people who were always smiling warmly—it truly felt like three days filled with “Kafuu.” Thank you very much! I would love to stay here again when visiting Okinawa next time!

    In February, I stayed at a famous chain Hotel in Onna Village, which was underwhelming, so I decided to relax again and stayed at Kafuu Resort. As per the Reviews and YouTube recommendations, the Room size, restaurant meals, pool, and Facility were excellent. It was a very pleasant stay overall; however, one disappointing point was the lack of staff during check-in. I had made a Reservation for the condo building and drove my car to its entrance only to find rental cars left unattended. There were no bell staff present either. Even though it was past 3 PM (the check-in time), I wondered if there had been some mistake as I circled around the Hotel building but was directed back to the condo building. Once again at the condo parking lot, I unloaded my luggage while rental cars remained parked haphazardly near the entrance. At both front desks (Hotel and condo buildings), staff were busy assisting other guests with their check-ins while no additional personnel were available elsewhere. Traveling with a baby made this situation even more frustrating. Aside from this issue with reception staffing at check-in time in the condo building—whereas bell staff seemed available in abundance at other areas—the rest of my experience involved wonderful employees who provided excellent service throughout my stay. Given that this is such an attentive Hotel where even balcony railings are meticulously cleaned during Room service sessions—it’s unfortunate that guest reception fell short of expectations here!

    A Trip to Honor Your Parents

    The check-in process at the front desk was very quick and smooth, allowing us to enter our room without any hassle. We stayed in a corner suite room in the Annex building on the 10th floor, which offered a great view and a clean, relaxing space. We were very satisfied. Since we opted for no meals, we requested to rent tableware and cooking utensils but were unable to do so due to limited stock. Although there were some provided tableware items, the selection was limited, which made it challenging. It seems they are available on a first-come-first-served basis. The pool on the 12th floor and the one in the Hotel building looked amazing; however, it was too chilly to swim—what a shame! The takeout from Deli Café and dinner at Orange were both delicious. Traveling between the Annex building and Hotel building is convenient with an 8-seater cart that arrives within five minutes of waiting time. We would love to stay here again!

    The service does not...

    The service does not match the hotel's rank. We booked two condo-type rooms for our family. First, upon entering the room after check-in, the card key did not work. Although a staff member who guided us to the room tried to assist, it was ultimately unresolved, and we had to use a cylinder key instead. It seemed to be an issue with the door rather than a problem with the card key itself. Additionally, there was water leakage from the air conditioner in one of the rooms. The bed, floor, and night table were soaked. We noticed this just before going to bed late at night. The response from staff afterward was terrible. We called reception and explained what happened but were told to wait as they would handle it; however, over 10 minutes passed without any action or update. When we called again, they mentioned that we might need to switch rooms; however, since our children were already asleep and moving all our belongings seemed difficult at that time... In conclusion: no alternative room could be provided by hotel management—so instead brought spare (temporary) beds into living space where slept eventually—but even delivering those took additional waiting time! Operations are insufficiently managed & do NOT align capacity expectations here whatsoever! Even considering pre-Golden Week staffing shortages/recent renovations affecting operational readiness overall still felt lacking proper handling throughout entire experience altogether!! Upon later noticing paper received during check-in stating "Air conditioners prone leaking avoid excessive cooling" realized facility-side responsibility entirely given fact units already running prior arrival guests themselves never turned them ON initially anyway!!! Suggest clearer instructions directly attached either unit remote-control devices themselves future reference purposes perhaps? Personal opinion suggests replacing hoses servicing maintenance overdue rather outright replacement necessary though corporate effort improvement remains evident lacking currently observed repeatedly similar incidents documented past Reviews responses generic superficial nature likewise disappointing overall impression left behind unfortunately :( Lastly worth mentioning Condo-style accommodations feature household-like water heating systems requiring activation kitchen panel otherwise hot-water unavailable both booked spaces family members unaware confusion arose simple mention check-in would've been appreciated helpful gesture indeed

    Delicious breakfast

    Breakfast is a Japanese buffet. Each table is set with Agu pork shabu-shabu, allowing you to enjoy a hot pot in the morning. The variety of champuru dishes was delightful. The many foreign staff members were kind and welcoming.

    My Favorite Hotel in Okinawa

    I visit Okinawa about once a year. This was the first resort I stayed at in Okinawa, and although I’ve tried others since, this remains my favorite, and I always look forward to staying here. The Room is spacious, and the ocean view is breathtaking. The food is delicious no matter where you dine, making every meal enjoyable. This time, there was a stamp rally for children; they were delighted to collect stamps and receive sweets as a reward. I will definitely stay here again!

    Spacious Rooms and Delicious Breakfast

    We stayed in the corner suite of the annex building for 3 nights as a family of four. The Room was spacious with two separate bedrooms, a well-equipped kitchen, and a fantastic ocean-view terrace, making it very comfortable. Breakfast offered a wide variety of ingredients, and having three restaurants to choose from was excellent. However, the distance from the main building made moving around inconvenient during rainy weather. Additionally, the lack of a large public bath and frequent full occupancy in the parking lot were slightly inconvenient. Especially for a resort, not having a large public bath felt somewhat lacking. Overall though, it was an excellent Facility with high satisfaction levels.
