    We had a wonderful stay!

    Everything was amazing—the ocean-view Room, the complimentary drinks by the pool, the yakiniku we had at the restaurant, and the fireworks. We were especially moved to be able to watch the fireworks from our Room. We would definitely love to come again.

    It was excellent.

    Second stay We were lucky to have perfect weather this time. First, the view from the Room. The color of the sea changes depending on where the sun is. For breakfast, we ended up leaving a bit late, so it was crowded and there was a long wait. Still, breakfast did not disappoint. There were lots of Okinawan dishes—excellent. What was disappointing was that while my husband brought the car up to the entrance because we had luggage, I waited alone. Two staff members kept talking and didn’t even look at me or my husband—they just chatted the whole time. I had no other complaints, but it was frustrating to be let down at the very end. I would like proper service not only at check-in but also at check-out. One small thing can ruin everything, and isn’t the entrance the face of a Hotel? We have also stayed at another Hotel nearby where staff are well trained, and we have never felt this uncomfortable there. It’s a shame.

    Pure comfort

    We stayed for one night with five people: myself, my third-grade son, my wife, my wife’s older sister, and our preschool-age daughter. Our Room was on the 10th floor of the Annex building. Check-in is separate for the Hotel building, Condo building, and Annex building, and we mistakenly went to the Hotel building first—please be careful. However, they provide a Shuttle Service by cart, so even though the property is large, it wasn’t an issue at all. All of the buildings were clean and felt upscale. With kids, we really appreciated having a washing machine in the Room and a layout where you take off your shoes indoors—it’s very thoughtfully designed. We had dinner at a restaurant called Orange; it was stylish and absolutely delicious. For breakfast the next morning, we chose the top-floor restaurant in the Annex building. It said they served Agu pork, and I didn’t expect much—but after trying it, I was genuinely impressed. Not only was the meat itself outstanding, but I was surprised by how it was offered: essentially “help yourself,” with generous piles prepared. When it ran low they quickly replenished it again and again, so you could enjoy as much excellent Agu pork as you wanted. Even just considering this shabu-shabu breakfast alone, I can confidently say this Hotel is an incredible value. Also around 8:45 p.m., fireworks were launched from the seawall right in front of us. The view was great—nothing to complain about. A wonderful Hotel we will definitely return to.

    It was great to be a...

    It was great to be able to see the ocean and the fireworks (since it was held that day) from our Room. We stayed on a Plan with breakfast, but the kids didn’t wake up, so we were happy there was a takeout option at the café. We stayed in a condominium; there was a washing machine, but no dryer.

    Coming back again! Has the food quality dropped?

    This is my second stay as a repeat guest. It’s a wonderful Hotel with very kind, excellent Facilities and staff. While we were waiting to check in, they even read a picture book to my noisy child, and the front desk staff were truly professional. (I work in customer service, so I tend to notice these things, haha.) It’s easy to stay here with kids, yet it’s stylish and doesn’t feel cheap—and everything is kept very clean. Some Hotels have dead insects on the balcony in summer and it can be dirty, but this one was so clean I could step out barefoot. The pool and beach are convenient for families, the drink bar is much appreciated, and the shower rooms near the pool are also really helpful. As for the breakfast buffet only, perhaps due to rising prices, I felt they may have cut costs a little compared with three years ago—but being able to have Agu pork shabu-shabu in the morning is still amazing! I really hope they keep that forever. It’s one of my favorites, and I recommend it to friends who travel to Okinawa as well. It’s a lovely Hotel that I definitely want to visit again. Thank you very much!

    The Room was clean. The view was amazing. The staff were perfect. It was my first time visiting Okinawa, and it was wonderful. Having two toilets in the Room was also great.

    Stayed on June 13

    Stayed on June 13 The room was spacious and comfortable. There was also a drink bar in the annex building. The staff were kind and helpful. Breakfast was satisfying as well.

    It was amazing!

    We stayed for three nights to celebrate my wife’s birthday. Even though it was a last-minute request, they prepared a cake for us, which we truly appreciated. It also seemed like our Room was upgraded, and my wife was very happy with it. The breakfast was excellent, and this is a Hotel we would love to stay at again when we visit Okinawa. Thank you for the wonderful memories.

    Staying here for the second time was absolutely the right choice.

    On my last trip to Okinawa, I stayed for one night and loved the spacious Room where you can take off your shoes and let kids run around, as well as the sunset view from the balcony. The staff were also very kind, so I came back again this time. I stayed for three nights, and it was absolutely the right choice. For breakfast, you can choose between Japanese or Western restaurants depending on your mood that day, and access to central Naha and sightseeing spots is excellent. I would like to stay here again on my next trip.

    We had a relaxing stay!

    Stayed with four families. With small children, we really appreciated this shoes-off style Hotel, the deli on-site, and the in-room washing machine. The separate bedroom and living area made our stay very comfortable! The view from the balcony was amazing! This was our fourth stay, and we’re satisfied every time we visit.

    Thank you for your continued support this year.

    Our February trip to Okinawa to visit pro baseball spring training camps (mainly the Hanshin Tigers) is becoming an annual tradition. We stayed here again this year, following last year’s visit. Last year we happened to be there during a cold snap and couldn’t spend time on the balcony, but this year the weather was calm—almost a little hot—so we were able to enjoy it to the fullest. We really appreciated being able to buy a variety of Okinawan vegetables and fruits at supermarkets and roadside stations and cook in the kitchen. That said, we’ll probably stay here again next year, but we may try using a restaurant at least once.

    I was able to relax.

    It was my first stay in a while, and I was able to relax during my 3-night stay. Compared to when it first opened 15 years ago, things have changed, but since the Room is designed for longer stays, it was spacious with a wonderful view, and I could take my time and truly unwind. For breakfast, I tried both the shabu-shabu and the Italian options—both were delicious. For dinner, we had a BBQ on the 13th floor. Sipping coffee while reading on the balcony sofa... it was an amazing four days.

    Winter Paradise Okinawa Trip

    We stayed for two nights and three days. The accommodation was spacious and had a layout suitable for three generations. The Italian dinner at the hotel was very delicious. However, the breakfast venue on the 12th floor of the Annex building was crowded, and only tables requiring stair access were available. This might have been difficult for my mother, who has mobility issues. Although we requested a table without stairs, there were no such options available, so we hoped for more consideration in this regard. Additionally, the breakfast staff overall lacked smiles and did not provide a pleasant service experience. It was disappointing because the scenery, facilities, and front desk staff's smiles were excellent at this hotel. Having stayed in both the Annex and Condominium buildings before, I would love to stay in the renovated Hotel building next time!

    A wonderful Hotel, but

    Upon arrival, there was no doorman in front of the Hotel. After unloading my family and luggage at the entrance, I intended to park the car, but the parking lot was full. Eventually, I received assistance from the doorman of a neighboring hotel. If there is no doorman available, please avoid placing a counter at the entrance. It was disappointing to experience this right from the start despite it being such a nice Hotel.

    To a place of memories.

    A memorable place where I stayed with family and friends during my wedding! A must-visit for any trip to Okinawa. Spacious rooms at a reasonable price! The view from the room is amazing! Chose the Japanese breakfast buffet and thoroughly enjoyed it! However, due to construction, finding the way was confusing. When asking staff about how to get to a different building, everyone gave different answers—this could be improved for consistency. Although I was told it’s only accessible by shuttle service from the back, I found out it was actually walkable.

    It was the best Hotel.

    We stayed in the Corner Suite at ANNEX with 3 adults and two 0-year-old babies. The spacious and clean room, along with the emerald green ocean view from the window, made for a truly satisfying trip. The drum-type washing machine was very convenient. The shabu-shabu breakfast and deli takeout were incredibly delicious. A nearby izakaya (Umusan no Niwa), just a 3-minute walk away, was clean and served great food—highly recommended. The free rental baby crib, baby playpen, and diaper bucket were extremely useful. It was a trip that left our entire family completely satisfied!

    The steep hill is just too tough.

    I stayed with my elderly parents in the newest Annex Building, but as the title says, only the Annex front desk is located at the top of a very steep hill. If you drive up and don’t leave the Hotel, it may not be an issue, but many of the main facilities are in the main Hotel building. There is a Shuttle Service, but it takes time and effort and is simply inconvenient. There is no Shuttle Service to the beach facilities either, so you have to walk. I felt this setup isn’t ideal if you want a relaxing resort experience.

    In December

    Our family of six stayed in two Rooms (Annex building), and we were able to enjoy a very spacious, lovely Room at a reasonable price. For dinner, we had an Italian course meal at the Hotel restaurant, which was excellent, and the staff were very attentive, including careful support for our child’s allergies. The beach in front of the Hotel also had stunning views. We will definitely stay here again when we visit Okinawa.

    Hotel visited 3 times

    The Room is spacious with a great view. This was my first time visiting during the season when the pool is open, but whether you use it or not, the atmosphere of the Hotel is wonderful. Since there tend to be more families with small children, if you prefer a quieter stay, visiting outside of the pool season from November onwards is recommended. The breakfast also has a high level of satisfaction.

    It was a satisfying trip!

    We stayed for two days as a family of four. We used the Hotel building, and the Room's interior was clean, with well-stocked amenities, and the view from the balcony was fantastic! Breakfast offered both Western and Japanese options, and both were incredibly delicious! It was a trip that made us want to stay again as a family!!

    The room is spacious and very satisfying.

    This was my first time staying here. Even with two small children, we were able to relax comfortably. However, reaching the nearby beach requires crossing a busy road, and cars rarely stop at the crosswalk, making it feel challenging to visit the sea easily. Although there seemed to be a shortage of staff, everyone was working hard, which left us with good memories. Thank you very much!

    Great location and Room, yet...

    Traveling with a friend. As the title suggests, the balcony offers an amazing view, and the Room is beautifully cleaned. However, both the cushions and air conditioner have an unpleasant smell. It seems like the odor from the air conditioner has transferred to the cushions (?). When turning on the living room's air conditioner, a strange smell spreads. The bedroom's air conditioner has no issues, but it's such a shame because everything else is perfect! The smell even transfers to personal belongings and is unbearable. I believe this should be improved. Without this issue with the air conditioner odor, I would definitely want to stay at this Hotel again next time!

    It was a wonderful Hotel.

    As it was right after the holiday season, the place was quiet, allowing us to relax and unwind. Every facility in the hotel was clean and well-maintained, making for a very satisfying stay. We enjoyed relaxing by the pool and at the beach, and with free drinks available, our expenses were kept low. The meals were delicious, and we were very pleased with the service provided. The staff accommodated an unexpected shuttle service request promptly, making use of the shuttle bus convenient. I would love to stay here again. By the way, last year I stayed at Halekulani Okinawa, but this hotel has also become one of my favorites for its great value.

    Was it this kind of Hotel?

    【Facility】I have stayed here about five times since it first opened, but this was my first visit in five years, and signs of deterioration were noticeable. The outdoor corridors, in particular, were as shabby as a cheap apartment building, which was disappointing (some areas were even patched with duct tape...). 【Bath】The body towel was rough and didn’t lather at all. The shampoo and conditioner were also subpar. 【Room】It may depend on the room grade, but there was no chest of drawers for unpacking clothes. As a result, I had to take items in and out of my bag constantly, making long stays impractical. There wasn’t even basic "notepaper" usually found in hotel rooms; I had to go to the front desk to request a single sheet. 【Food】The reasonably priced takeout options are very convenient for those who prefer staying inside the hotel. The Western-style breakfast buffet tasted good but offered limited variety. The pork shabu-shabu breakfast at the annex was highly satisfying but might be too heavy for consecutive days. 【Front Desk】During every trip to Okinawa, I ship luggage from the hotel back home. This time, however, someone else’s shipping label was attached to my luggage by mistake, causing it to go temporarily missing (it was eventually found thanks to Yamato Transport's efforts). While I should have double-checked the receipt myself, this kind of error has never happened before in my life.

    The plan included br...

    The plan included breakfast only, but the venue, food selection, and taste were not very satisfying. The table was close to the buffet area, making it very hot and causing me to sweat a lot. Moving around the hotel required quite a bit of walking, including outdoor areas, which might be challenging especially in summer. On a positive note, the rooftop pool exceeded expectations with its sense of openness and was very enjoyable. Overall, considering the reasonable price, I am satisfied with my stay.

    Kafuu Resort Stay

    This time, we stayed in the hotel building. We were very satisfied with the hotel's atmosphere, meals, and the staff's hospitality. The food was delicious everywhere, especially the Japanese breakfast featuring Agu pork shabu-shabu and Okinawan local dishes, which was very satisfying. Additionally, the Italian dinner at Restaurant Orange was also incredibly delicious. If I had to point out something, it would be that Fuchaku Beach was not prepared for swimming (this wasn't clear from the website), and that minors are prohibited from using the night pool. Since high school students are charged adult accommodation rates, this seems a bit questionable. If these areas are improved, we would love to stay again!
