    Expo Access

    I couldn't relax much as I used it for the Expo, which was a bit of a shame. The Room and view were great, and the amenities were well-equipped. Moreover, I stayed at a very reasonable price, which was excellent. The front desk staff were very gentlemanly and pleasant.

    Cost-effective Hotel

    The highlight of our Hotel is undoubtedly the variety of breakfast options. While we do not offer made-to-order egg dishes, we believe our selection surpasses that of other Hotels. Additionally, every Room is equipped with a coffee machine, which was greatly appreciated. Enjoying a cup of coffee while admiring the night view from the upper floors was truly relaxing. What I loved most during my stay was using the shower equipped with "Mirable." The fine mist water flow felt incredibly pleasant and would likely be especially appealing to women. The staff members who assisted us were all friendly and welcoming in their interactions. Overall, I found this Hotel to offer excellent value for money.

    Directly connected to the station, offering delicious breakfast Hotel

    Convenient Hotel directly connected to the station, with a convenience store underground and a supermarket next door. The breakfast and venue were lovely, offering a wide variety of options. I was impressed by the six types of high-quality olive oil available for salads. The only disappointment was the pajamas. They had an unpleasant sweat odor that made me question if they were truly cleaned, so I decided not to wear them. Other than that, everything was fine.

    A wonderful Hotel.

    I made a Reservation to visit the 2025 Expo. This is my sixth time using this Hotel. Whenever I have plans in Osaka, I always choose this Hotel. I am very satisfied with it.

    I stayed here for an event at Kyocera Dome. This is my third time, and it’s very convenient being close to OCAT. The staff provides excellent service, and the Room is always clean and comfortable. I will definitely stay here again for future events in Osaka.

    Thank you for your hospitality once again. I stay at your accommodation every year during the Osaka tournament. Thank you for preparing a room on a high floor with a great view as I requested. Although I checked in earlier and entered the room around 10 PM, I was able to relax comfortably. Next time, I would like to stay for about two nights. While I only used the breakfast service this time, the staff's smiles were wonderful. Being able to use the parking lot for two days is very much appreciated—please continue this service. I look forward to visiting again soon!

    Ideal for sightseeing in Osaka

    Since it is Namba Station/Nanba Station from Namba Walk, it is ideal for sightseeing in Osaka. Dotonbori is also a 5-minute walk away. I plan to revisit.

    Everything except breakfast is excellent.

    I decided to stay because the view from the room seemed promising. As a result, I was impressed by a view that exceeded my expectations. At check-in, the staff who assisted me responded sincerely to my requests, for which I am grateful. Thanks to them, I was able to relax in the room. Furthermore, when more guests arrived, additional front desk staff naturally appeared; such subtle attentiveness was impressive. Also, the view from the high-floor room is wonderful. My impression of Osaka changed; the night view was very beautiful. On the other hand, I had some dissatisfaction with breakfast. Firstly, it wasn't held in a restaurant but rather in what seemed like a banquet hall used for weddings and such events. The posters and online images introducing breakfast showed Japanese-style breakfasts beautifully arranged in baskets. It appeared as if they were pre-set and served that way; however, when I asked at the restaurant staff said it was self-service and not pre-set as shown in pictures—there were no baskets either as depicted in promotional images which misleadingly suggested otherwise—this left me somewhat disappointed. Moreover,the service varied noticeably depending on customers: some were asked about coffee or tea upon seating with drinks brought directly while others received information about ordering omelets delivered directly too—but none of this information reached me until near meal's end when already full so couldn't order an omelet despite wanting one initially had been informed earlier like neighboring patrons paying same price yet receiving different treatment seems questionable especially since friend accompanying expressed similar dissatisfaction after leaving without mentioning anything during visit perhaps due initial inquiry regarding Japanese meal upsetting staff? Additionally few dishes felt homemade making experience less enjoyable minor inconvenience plates only available entrance requiring frequent trips across large venue uncommon system even among hotel buffets next time hope try omelet!

    This was my first st...

    This was my first stay. The hotel was much more impressive than I had expected. The room was clean and fairly convenient, and I thought the security was solid as you need a card to enter the guest room area from the elevator hall. The route from the Midosuji Line to the hotel is a bit confusing, so it might be a good idea to inquire by phone. The breakfast had a wide variety, and I enjoyed it even during a Multiple Night Stay. If there is a good Plan available when I plan to visit Osaka, I might stay here again.

    Good location

    It is close to Namba Station, so you can walk, drop off your luggage, and go shopping, making the location excellent. The Room was on the 26th floor with a nice view, allowing you to enjoy your stay without worrying about the surrounding buildings. The atmosphere of the Room is calm in a good way, but in a bad way, it might feel a bit gloomy due to the lighting. The cleaning was thorough, and the Hotel staff were kind and courteous, making the stay comfortable. One concern was whether the upgrade to the upper floors for Diamond members was done or not. If it was done, I would have liked to be informed. If it couldn't be upgraded due to full occupancy, a brief explanation would have been appreciated. I'm not sure which it was. Also, during checkout, when I stepped into the hallway, cleaning was being done all at once, making it difficult to walk, and I would prefer not to see trash, etc. Although it's understandable. Next time, I plan to visit by car.

    It was more comfortable than expected!

    I stayed with my family. In addition to the interior and facilities that matched the hotel's concept, the cleanliness and the calm response of the front desk staff were also excellent.     Use at the beginning of the year

    We stayed here with our family at the beginning of the year. It was our first time using this place, but the access from Namba Station was good, and we were able to reach it without getting lost. We also used the breakfast buffet, which included New Year's dishes and a wide variety of other dishes, and the children were very satisfied. The only concern was that the washbasin was only available in the unit bath and not separate, which made it inconvenient when we wanted to use the faucet.

    Relax and unwind during your birthday stay

    I used it for my mother's birthday trip, and the night view from the 31st floor was beautiful, reminding me of the charm of Minami. In the morning, I was energized by the dazzling sunrise from the bath. It was great for the elderly to relax comfortably.

    Repeat guests

    This is my second time using it, following last year. It is conveniently located in the south, perfect for sightseeing, and the breakfast is plentiful. The night view from the Room is also wonderful. I was touched that the restaurant staff remembered my daughter and me. With fewer opportunities to return to Osaka after my parents passed away, it seems like a place I can easily visit. I will definitely stay again next year.

    The cake was delicious.

    I used the facility for work on Christmas Eve. For breakfast, a large, properly decorated cake was prepared and cut into pieces for us to enjoy. I had planned to take some home to share with my family, but I ended up eating it there because it was so delicious. I had trouble with the shower in the bathtub as it couldn't be made hot.

    Old, dirty

    The rust and dirt in the bathroom were very noticeable and extremely unpleasant. The shower, which was supposed to be a selling point, had severe leaks from the joints, making it the worst. I didn't bother to request a room change or make any complaints, but I will never use it again. The only good thing is the location.

    We had a very comfortable stay during the Christmas week.

    The common areas such as the front floor, elevator, breakfast venue, and corridors were decorated for Christmas, making it feel very welcoming for hotel guests. The room was a standard twin, so it didn't have a deluxe feel, but there was no deterioration inside, so I was able to stay comfortably. I thought the hospitality of the staff was among the best of the hotels I have stayed at so far. I also enjoyed all the benefits of the IKYU Diamond Member privileges. Thank you very much.

    I had another pleasant stay this time. May I mention just one thing? The hairdryer cord was tangled, and there were old glass cleaning schedules left on the TV stand. I understand that training can be quite challenging, but some guests might be concerned about these details. Thank you for your attention.

    I used Kintetsu Namba Station, and it was in a very convenient location, which was great. I would like to use it again the next time I go to Namba.

    Overall, it was a go...

    Overall, it was a good hotel. The breakfast buffet was nice, and the view from the window was lovely. However, I was concerned about the inconsistency in service quality depending on the staff. Even though it was clearly indicated on the paper with guest information that I was an IKYU Diamond member, I did not receive the special service benefits, and some staff would just glance and walk away when asked questions at the breakfast venue. On the other hand, there were staff who greeted and spoke to us pleasantly, so I thought it would be better if the quality was consistent among all staff.

    It was a wonderful space.

    I learned that the Hotel, which I have known by name for a long time, is extremely convenient as it is close to Kintetsu, the subway, and JR. The interior of the Hotel is also very clean, and the staff provided pleasant service with smiles throughout, making for a comfortable stay. I would like to stay here again. Thank you very much.

    I stayed the night before because I wanted to ride the Kintetsu Limited Express Aoniyoshi. It was close to Namba Station, and the night view from the Room was beautiful. Despite being in the city center, the price was reasonable, which was helpful. Thank you for your hospitality.

    The night view is beautiful.

    It was my first trip to Osaka! I chose this Hotel because I could take a bus from Itami Airport to OCAT. I chose it for its location, but the high floors offered a great view, and the atmosphere was like an English manor house, making for a pleasant stay. There was also a LIFE downstairs, which was convenient for buying drinks and such. There were many weddings, and there were lovely guests as well. I would love to use it again.

    Semi-double on the 26th floor?

    The semi-double is far too narrow. It's just slightly larger than a single. This was the first time I experienced such conditions. I realize it's too late, but I think it's impossible for two people. I couldn't hold back and had to post this. I was disappointed.

    During the new comedy show,

    I chose this place because it is close to the station and offers a great breakfast. It is also near Namba Grand Kagetsu and the downtown area, making it suitable for sightseeing. I was worried about noise since it's along a main road, but being on a high floor, it didn't bother me at all. The breakfast I was looking forward to was enjoyable with a variety of options, from Osaka gourmet dishes to freshly made waffles and salmon roe bowls. There were many international guests, and everyone seemed satisfied. Personally, I felt the soup had an instant taste, so I wished for homemade options like corn soup or pot-au-feu.

    Multiple Night Stay for Couples

    I used it for the first time for a Multiple Night Stay. Although it was only for two days, I was able to spend my time comfortably as I could use it in between. The breakfast was almost without fail, and I ended up eating too much. It was unfortunate that there was only one coffee machine. I used Escale for lunch, and it exceeded my expectations. I would definitely like to use it again if I have the opportunity.

    A Relaxing Space in the Namba Area

    The access from Namba Station was good, and it was a quiet and comfortable Hotel. The front area had a sense of grandeur, the tearoom had a good view, and the response from the front desk staff was generally very good. On the other hand, the interior felt somewhat like a Business Hotel... It was surprising that there were no skincare amenities or shower caps. Also, the room wear was a separate type, which personally helped as it reduced the amount of luggage for changing clothes, but I was slightly concerned about the wear and tear.

    I stayed with my elderly mother. The room was very clean, and despite the fact that many foreigners were staying, it was quiet and we couldn't hear any surrounding noise, so we had a comfortable stay. At the breakfast restaurant, we were surprised to find that my mother and I were the only Japanese people, but the staff in the hall moved us to a place with a good view and talked to us, which made me feel the warm hospitality.
