    Everything was great.

    Everything was great—the service, the room, and the breakfast—but the breakfast selection was outstanding! Eel, pickled plums, acacia honey, cheese, vegetable juice, and more. There were so many carefully chosen items that I wanted to try but couldn’t fit in, so I’ll save them for next time (lol). During the busy breakfast hours, a staff member helped me out. They seemed a bit surprised but were happy about it. It’s also close to JR Namba Station and the West Exit of Osaka-Namba Station. You can get to the Hotel without getting wet, and there’s a Life supermarket open until midnight nearby—so there was nothing to worry about.

    A luxurious Hotel near the station

    I stayed here while traveling for a concert at Kyocera Dome. The Room was reasonably priced, but more spacious than I expected, and it was a comfortable Hotel that was more than sufficient for a trip like this. The staff were very courteous, and I had a pleasant stay. Thank you very much.

    Poor service and outdated facilities

    First, there are too few power outlets in the Room. I have never seen amenities placed on top of the toilet tank in a high-class Hotel. The toilet paper is hard to reach. The breakfast check-in process is poorly organized, and the staff speak too fast to understand. There are too few staff at the front desk, and service is slow. The elevators are hard to find, and there is limited seating in the lobby.

    I would like to stay here again.

    I stayed here alone to see the evening performance of Bunraku. After leaving my luggage in the Room and taking a short break, I could head out without rushing since it’s just one subway stop to the nearest station for the National Bunraku Theatre. It’s also close to JR and subway Namba Station and the airport limousine bus stop, so it was very helpful to get there without having to walk above ground in the heat. There is also a supermarket and convenience store in the same building, so I would like to stay here again in the future. The Room was easy to use, and I had a comfortable stay. Thank you very much.

    The Room was dirty, and the service at the breakfast restaurant was terrible.

    The Room was dirty. There were candy wrappers on the floor, and the mattress had brown stains and hair on it. They changed my Room, but it took a very long time. I was kept up until late at night, which was especially difficult for me as I was traveling with a child. In addition, the breakfast restaurant staff were extremely rude. I went to breakfast at 9:40, but no one explained in advance that there is a rule requiring guests to leave at 10:00 even if they are still eating. At 10:00, I had not finished my coffee and fruit when an overweight middle-aged male staff member stared at me and sternly told me to leave. When I said I hadn’t finished yet, he asked how much longer it would take. When I said 10 minutes, he insisted that even 5 minutes should be enough. I refused. It made me feel awful first thing in the morning. I have stayed at many Hotels, and breakfast usually runs until 10:00—but this is the first time I have ever experienced such terrible treatment, as if they were trying to force guests out exactly at 10:00. Also, the cherries at breakfast had white spots on them and were clearly not properly washed. In short, despite being expensive, the Room was dirty and the restaurant service was terrible. This was the worst Hotel I have ever stayed in. Never again!

    The Room was dirty, and the service at the breakfast restaurant was poor.

    I had a Multiple Night Stay and had an awful experience. The Room was dirty. There was a candy wrapper on the floor, and the mattress had brown stains and hair. It was the dirtiest Hotel I stayed at on this trip, yet it was also the most expensive, at nearly 40,000 yen per night. I checked in around 8:00 p.m., went out for dinner, and noticed these issues when getting ready for bed around 10:00 p.m. When I called the front desk, a male staff member came to check. He took photos of the candy wrapper and the mattress stains with his phone and said we could change to another Room. However, when we checked that Room, its mattress also had black stains and hair. Since it was cleaned by the same housekeeping staff, wouldn’t you expect the level of cleanliness to be similar? He then said there were no other available Rooms and suggested replacing the mattress, saying it would take about 15 minutes—but it took much longer than that. We were finally able to move to a new Room after midnight. It was very difficult because we were traveling with a child. We had to open our suitcases again, take out what we needed, shower, and in the end our child didn’t fall asleep until after 1:00 a.m. As a result, our plans for the next day were disrupted. Breakfast was included, but our child couldn’t wake up in time so we couldn’t use it. On top of that, even though we displayed the card requesting towel replacement only, Hotel staff called our Room while our child was still sleeping to ask how they should clean it. That was disappointing. In the end, only my husband and I used breakfast. At the breakfast restaurant there was an older male staff member who appeared to be Indian; he spoke to me in strange English and it made me uncomfortable. At around 10:00 a.m., a young female staff member kept hovering near me constantly, which made me extremely uncomfortable. It was obvious she wanted us to leave quickly. However, because changing Rooms took so long the previous night and we were up very late into the night as a result—so we woke up late—we simply arrived late for breakfast and hadn’t finished eating yet. This Hotel is expensive but has dirty Rooms and poor service at breakfast as well. It was by far one of worst Hotels I have ever stayed at—I will never stay here again!!!

    This is a very nice Hotel.

    We stayed for one night as a couple for a concert at Kyocera Dome. We’ve stayed at various Hotels every year, but from now on we’d like to stay here. The location is great, of course, but above all we were truly impressed by the staff’s hospitality. They noticed us waiting in the elevator hall and immediately came over; when the elevator arrived, they asked, “Are you heading to the front desk?” and pressed the button for us. At check-in and at the breakfast venue as well, staff spoke to us right away, so we felt comfortable throughout our stay. The mattress and pillows were very comfortable, and the separate pajama set felt wonderful too. We were also happy that the hair dryer was a ReFa model. The only thing was that the bathroom was a unit bath, but it was clean and more than sufficient for us as a couple. We were told that the spacious, easy-to-park lot can be used all day even after check-out. We also appreciated being guided just as kindly at check-out as we were at check-in. We liked it so much that we even recommended this Hotel to a friend who had been planning to stay at another Hotel in Osaka next month (laugh).

    The breakfast was good.

    I felt that the Room layout and the Hotel atmosphere may be a matter of personal preference. When I arrived around midday on the first day to leave my luggage, and again the moment I checked in and entered the Room, I personally felt that this might not be a Hotel that suits me. The Room felt smaller than expected. There is a table and chair in addition to the desk, but it felt a bit cramped when sitting there. On the other hand, for some reason the entryway area is quite spacious. Also, there was almost no storage space for clothes, and only four hangers could be used, which made it inconvenient for a Multiple Night Stay. The TV was very standard. What bothered me most was the air conditioning. For some reason, every day it would Clear (reset) to an angle where air from the ceiling vent blew directly onto the table, so during my stay I had to readjust it myself every day, which was annoying. Most guests seemed to be international travelers. The area around reception was crowded at all times except early morning, and there was no calm atmosphere at all. Seeing how lively it was was a bit disappointing. If you want to relax quietly, you may find it somewhat noisy.

    About Breakfast and Our Staff

    The breakfast selection is extremely extensive and very delicious—you’ll want to try everything. We enjoyed it thoroughly. The staff were especially attentive and efficient. The hospitality from the foreign staff member at reception was outstanding. Both on our previous stay and this time, they spoke to us and made soft-serve ice cream for us. We were completely satisfied. Thank you very much.

    Thank you for a wonderful time.

    We stayed here after a concert. The lobby was spacious and a wonderful space. The Room was clean, and we had a very comfortable stay. The breakfast buffet was calmer than others, and the salads were fresh. There was a wide variety of dishes, all with refined flavors. We were especially happy to find cheeses such as Gorgonzola available. The croissants were also flaky and delicious. The staff were courteous and left us with a great impression. Thank you for a lovely time.

    A truly wonderful Hotel

    The location was perfect—so close to the station. We were on a high floor, so the view was amazing. The breakfast selection was extensive, and the service was excellent. It was a truly wonderful Hotel. I had invited friends from the U.S., so I was a little nervous until we arrived, but they were delighted the moment we walked in, and they were especially excited at breakfast. I’m really glad we chose this Hotel. Thank you very much.

    Well-Located Accommodation in Namba

    We arrived by car, and the parking is on the 6th floor indoors, so you can enter the Hotel directly, which is very convenient. The subway is also accessible from underground without going outside, making it easy to get around Osaka in all directions. The interior is typical of a city Hotel, but the breakfast venue is a spacious hall with views over Osaka, and the staff were pleasant. The buffet offers a wide variety and comes highly recommended. Overall, this is a reasonably priced city Hotel that I would recommend.

    It was very convenient and quiet.

    The location is excellent, and the staff are very kind. The Room was a bit small, so it was hard to fully relax, but considering the value for money, it felt like a very high-quality space if you just need a place to sleep. It was extremely convenient, and the staff’s warm smiles were truly comforting. I would like to stay again.

    Namba Stroll

    We were able to use the parking lot before check-in, which allowed us to take our time exploring the Namba area. The Room was clean, and we were very satisfied with the great night view from the window. For dinner, we had okonomiyaki and other dishes in Namba Walk, then picked up some late-night snacks at Life supermarket. Breakfast also offered a wide variety of dishes, and everything was delicious. We would definitely like to stay again. Thank you for your hospitality.

    The breakfast was delicious.

    The breakfast selection was so extensive that it was hard to choose! Since checkout was late, we were able to take our time the next morning before leaving, which was great. The cookies we received were also very delicious. I’d love to stay here again the next time I visit Osaka!

    It was on the top floor!

    The plan included parking fees, so it was great to leave the car for two days and enjoy sightseeing for free. Since it was a weekday stay, I was lucky to be assigned the top floor within the upper-floor guaranteed plan. The room had a calm interior and was very pleasant. The reception staff were polite and provided excellent service. I would love to use this again if I can find another value-for-money plan!

    Breakfast is excellent.

    We were upgraded to a Room with a great night view. The stunning night scenery, the distant Ikoma mountain range in the morning, and the city view were all impressive. What I especially want to highlight is that the breakfast was exceptional. There was a wide variety of dishes, all incredibly delicious. The venue was excellent, with amazing views and outstanding service. The Room was also very comfortable for relaxing. I’m glad I chose this place again this time!

    It was great!

    Thank you for hosting me during my long-awaited trip to Osaka. Although I stayed alone, the staff's consistently courteous service made my stay comfortable and reassuring. While the accommodation has aged over time, it remains clean and well-maintained. The convenience of the location is excellent, making it easy to get around, and the supermarket in the basement was very helpful. I would love to visit again!

    Thank you for hosting us during the New Year holidays. The breakfast was incredibly delicious, and I ended up eating too much. I was especially delighted with the traditional New Year's dishes served on the morning of January 1st. The staff's attentiveness was excellent, and I would love to stay again. However, it was disappointing that I did not receive one of the Diamond Member benefits, the welcome gift. I thought it might be given at checkout, but nothing was provided—perhaps it was simply overlooked. This is why I rated the service as a 3.

    I chose this based on the high review score for meals. I used it for breakfast, and as expected from the high score, I was very satisfied. There was a wide variety of Japanese and Western dishes, as well as desserts, all of which were excellent in taste.

    The room feels eerie.

    The assigned Room was completely different from the photos on the website, very old, with dirty carpets, and had an unsettling atmosphere. My daughter even said she didn’t want to stay in this Room. Since we arrived at the Hotel past 9 PM, were exhausted, and it was only for one night, we endured without requesting a Room change but honestly do not wish to stay here again. The only positive point was that the Hotel staff in the lobby kindly gave us detailed directions to the limousine bus stop.

    I thought it was wonderful when I stayed before...

    This was my second stay. I chose this accommodation for my visit to Osaka because I remembered its classical interior and elegant design, which I liked. However, it seems the ongoing Expo caused some issues... Although my room was upgraded, it was small, compact, very dark (possibly due to discoloration from deteriorated light covers), and had a gloomy atmosphere. I had imagined a lovely room like before but ended up thinking, "Maybe I expected too much." Around 10-11 PM at night when heading down to the lobby, there were loud noises in the hallway. Feeling suspicious, I slightly opened the door to observe what was happening outside. To my shock, an unfamiliar foreigner casually walked into my room! I was so stunned that I couldn’t even speak. Thankfully, my companion immediately got them out of the room; otherwise... just thinking about it terrifies me. I called the front desk right away out of fear but received a response that lacked any sense of urgency or concern—it left me bewildered. The next morning during checkout, they did offer an apology; however, it felt insincere as if they didn’t consider this incident serious at all. What if it had been a robbery? Honestly speaking—I felt disappointed. Later on when discussing with friends living in Osaka—they mentioned that during events like Expos or with an influx of foreign tourists—some guests invite friends over for drinking parties in their rooms leading many accommodations nowadays facing security issues. The hotel should implement stricter measures against non-guests entering without permission and ensure no more than allowed occupants gather noisily in one room—even among registered guests—for better safety and comfort for everyone staying here!

    Satisfied.

    Overall, everything was satisfactory. If I had to point out something, the water pressure of the bidet near the entrance was weak, and possibly due to voltage issues, I couldn't charge multiple phones at the same time.

    Excellent hospitality.

    We stayed here for a family trip. The Hotel is new, clean, and has a sophisticated atmosphere. On the last day, my daughter suddenly developed a fever, and when I borrowed a thermometer and visited the front desk to cancel breakfast for the next morning just in case, they not only accepted it willingly but also prepared an ice pillow and other items in anticipation of our needs. Their thoughtful support was incredibly helpful during this difficult situation. Even during the room change the next day, they offered warm words of encouragement, for which we are truly grateful. Thank you so much for everything!

    It had a luxurious feel.

    This was my first time staying here for a business trip. I usually stay at Swissotel in Namba, but due to the impact of inbound tourism, it became financially challenging. The location is not bad. It is directly connected to a subway station... However, access from other "Namba Stations" is far, and honestly, walking in the peak of summer was tough. The room had a chic atmosphere and left a good impression, but the view from the 24th-floor window was disappointing enough that I kept the curtains closed. Considering the price, room ambiance, larger bathtub, good water pressure in the shower, and decent amenities—everything met expectations. It was sufficient for business use.

    Second Visit

    This was my second stay, including a visit at the beginning of the year. This time, I stayed for two nights. The luggage storage and check-in process were as smooth as before, and I greatly appreciated being promptly shown to my Room after returning to the Hotel tired from the heat. The night view of Namba from the Hotel was beautiful, and breakfast met my expectations. While the Room had a slightly Business Hotel-like feel and the bathroom could be improved, overall, I am satisfied. I will visit again!

    Staff service at checkout was disappointing.

    At check-out, the front desk staff was focused on operating the computer without acknowledging me. When I said, "I'd like to check out," they extended their right hand while still looking at the computer, so I handed over my key card. The process took longer than expected, making me wonder if there was an issue with the procedure. Just as I was about to ask, they finally said, "Your check-out is complete," without even a simple "Thank you for waiting," leaving me disappointed as I walked away. Upon arrival at the Hotel, when the elevator doors opened on the front desk floor, a group of international guests with suitcases blocked my way out. They neither entered nor moved aside for those exiting. I had no choice but to push through them to reach the front desk. Observing them afterward, it seemed they mistook this elevator for one leading to their rooms—something that could have been avoided with proper guidance. Given such experiences from the start, I did notice some noise in hallways and rooms but fortunately enjoyed a quiet night without any issues. Unlike many newer accommodations where rooms tend to be small these days, this Room was spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was compact yet clean and well-maintained. This time around, I stayed here due to errands in this area after quite some time. On my way here, it reminded me that I'd stayed at this Accommodation once over 10 years ago!
