    Clean Guest Rooms

    The breakfast was average, but the guest room was clean. The staff were also friendly.

    Elegant

    This is my second stay. The lobby has a calm atmosphere despite not being large, and we appreciate the reception service, the paintings in the room, and the pottery displays in each floor's elevator hall. If I had to make a suggestion, it would be for a slightly larger bath, but as a conveniently located business hotel, the facilities are more than adequate. The buffet-style breakfast offered plenty of options and was delicious and satisfying.

    Unable to adjust the room temperature.

    - During this season, the temperature difference between morning and evening is significant. Even with the air conditioner on, it felt like the heating wasn't working properly, and cold air was blowing out. After bathing, my body felt chilled. (Is this adjusted throughout the entire hotel?) That said, I woke up early as I had to check out before 7 a.m., but since I had turned off the air conditioner, the room became hot and dry, leaving me feeling unwell. - At check-in, I arrived much later than my scheduled time without notifying in advance. Although I usually inform during reservation in such cases, I sincerely apologize for not doing so this time. The female staff member kindly checked me in without any complaints or comments.

    Second Stay

    Stayed in a corner twin room when visiting my daughter's house in Okayama. Considering the price, the room's size and comfort were excellent. The separate bath and toilet were a big plus, and I personally appreciated the buckwheat pillow. Taking cost performance and location into account, this is a highly recommended hotel in Okayama City.

    I stayed for one nig...

    I stayed for one night for my child's entrance exam. The front desk staff were all pleasant, and it seems my child was able to stay comfortably. The morning shuttle service was really helpful. Thank you very much.

    I used it once a week.

    - For personal training, I used the room for the first time on February 21st and this time a week later on February 28th. (I am also reserving for about a week later next time.) Since it was not a Multiple Night Stay, I clearly understood the differences in rooms that I thought were the same at the time of reservation. The linens in the room were terrible during my first stay. - During my first stay, there was no locker in the room and ventilation was terrible. It seemed like both bath towels and face towels had been used before and hung in the bathroom. - I rented a bicycle as usual and used the business room as well. Thank you very much. (I appreciate it every time!) - This time, since it was slightly cheaper, I made a reservation with an "Omakase Plan" for the first time, but it turned out to be similar to what I usually reserve. However, regarding my initial room stay, there wasn't any discount offered and I'm concerned about towel hygiene reliability. Should I bring my own towels from now on? (This time my purpose of use was different and there wasn't much time so I'll skip posting images.)

    Nishikawa Illumination Okayama Night Delight

    Near the Hotel Koraku, you won't have trouble finding meals. Delicious breakfast, lunch, and izakaya. Kushikatsu, Italian. The hotel's morning meal for 1650 is recommended. You can walk to Korakuen and enjoy an interesting stroll. I would like to stay at the Hotel Koraku again next time.

    Thank you for your hospitality. The hotel is conveniently located near Okayama Station, and there is a convenience store on the first floor. With a coin laundry and microwave available, you can minimize your luggage even for a long-term stay. The food is delicious and offers a variety of flavors, so you won't get tired of it even during a Multiple Night Stay. I am very satisfied. If possible, it would be nice to have a note indicating the use of Okayama's traditional dishes or locally sourced vegetables before the meals. There are various types of salt, and I would be happy if they were available for purchase. Since I had never seen enzyme salt before, I think it would be helpful to have information on its effects and benefits, as it might encourage people to "buy and take it home." It is a very convenient hotel, so I plan to use it whenever I visit Okayama.

    It was cold.

    Stayed with two people. The heating was off during breakfast and when we returned at night, so it was cold. Recently, there has been an increase in hotels that do not provide towels or cleaning services in the name of SDGs, but I think two face towels are necessary for women to wash their hair at night and their face in the morning. A hand towel for washing hands is also necessary. Regarding SDGs, I think plastic products like rubber bands and caps are unnecessary. Cleaning is necessary every day, even if it's simple, as people from overseas also come and bring in dirt from outside on their shoes. It was good to have an air purifier.

    A calm and friendly Hotel

    It is a small Hotel, but it has advantages such as a friendly front desk, the ability to appreciate fine Bizen ware, a delicious breakfast centered on local vegetables, and a location not too far from the station, making it enjoyable to walk along the park. Additionally, the lobby has a wide selection of books available exclusively for guests.

    The location is good...

    The location is good, being close to Okayama Station. You can also have dinner nearby. There is a rental bicycle service, which I used. In the morning, I borrowed a bicycle and cycled to Okayama Castle and Korakuen, which was very pleasant. The grapes at breakfast were very delicious. Additionally, the hotel staff were courteous, making my stay very pleasant. Thank you very much.

    Imai Miki Concert

    There was an Imai Miki concert in Okayama, and although a day trip was possible, I decided to include Okayama sightseeing in my schedule for the first time in a while, so I looked for accommodation near Okayama Station and chose Koraku Hotel. It was a great decision. The location, atmosphere, and breakfast exceeded my expectations, and this is definitely the place to stay in Okayama.

    We arrived a bit early and needed to change before the Room was ready, but a space was kindly provided for us. The Room was comfortable, and the meals were delicious.
