    A very lovely Hotel

    It was a very clean Hotel. The location is excellent. It’s close to Okayama Station, and there are plenty of restaurants, convenience stores, karaoke spots, and drugstores nearby. There’s a parking lot next to the Hotel; Reservations are required for larger vehicles. The Room was also clean. We had a corner Room—it felt fresh and spotless, with plenty of space, a large TV, and a sofa. Whenever I visit Okayama, I’ll definitely choose Koraku Hotel again. Thank you very much.

    A clean and comfortable Hotel.

    The cleanliness, spaciousness, staff hospitality, and location were all excellent. There is also a Matsumoto Kiyoshi drugstore downstairs, which is very convenient. I think it offers great value for money.

    It was a great place!

    This is a small, pleasant Hotel with all the essential Facilities you need.\nIt’s about a 5-minute walk from Okayama Station, conveniently located, and there is a Matsukiyo drugstore on the first floor, which is very handy.

    Conveniently located near the station.

    It was conveniently located near the train station and tram stop, and close to AEON Mall, Takashimaya, and a dining area. It would have been helpful to have bottled water and spoons in the Room. I couldn’t see other floors because I wasn’t able to access them, but it seemed that many artworks were displayed throughout the building. The property felt clean, which was reassuring.

    Spacious Room

    I stayed in a Corner Twin Room. The Room was spacious, newly renovated, and very comfortable. The staff were very friendly, and I had a pleasant stay.

    It was a wonderful Hotel.

    The price was affordable, but the Room was spacious, the amenities were more than satisfactory, and the staff were kind and attentive. The breakfast was incredibly delicious—especially the vegetables! I would like to stay again.

    Your First Trip to Okayama

    The bathroom was a unit bath, so I rated it 3 because it would have been even better if the washing area were separate from the tub/toilet. Other than that, everyone was truly courteous and attentive, and I’d like to stay here again when my daughter comes for her entrance exams. I look forward to staying with you then.

    Comfortable Stay in Okayama

    The location is very convenient for access to the station and Okayama Castle, and it is also close to the train station. There is a convenience store next to the lobby, which was very handy for shopping and quick meals. The front desk staff were kind, so I felt comfortable staying there. The Room was easy to use and I had a pleasant stay. However, it was a little disappointing that there was a single hair on one of the towels.

    It was a pleasant and comfortable stay in a clean environment.

    The front desk staff were efficient, and the Room was equipped with a trouser press. Unfortunately, the placement of the bed left almost no space to move around near the desk and chair. Otherwise, I had a very comfortable stay.

    It was a comfortable stay.

    After staying two nights in Kurashiki, I stayed here. Although it is in a lively area, it was quiet and comfortable. The lobby and elevators had a pleasant fragrance. The Hotel staff were wonderful as well. The Room was clean and spacious (they even upgraded me to a larger Room than my Reservation), and breakfast was delicious. Korakuen Garden was also within walking distance. I had a great stay. Thank you very much.

    You should highlight more that ReFa products are available!

    Double rooms and larger come with a ReFa hair dryer, and the Room is clearly more spacious and comfortable than a single, so I highly recommend it. Art is displayed on each floor, and seasonal touches—such as Christmas decorations in front of the Room—make this Hotel a joy to stay at. The other guests were also pleasant, so I felt safe and comfortable during my stay.

    One night with an infant

    I stayed for one night with my 18-month-old child. At breakfast, the staff not only asked whether we needed a high chair, but also thoughtfully arranged the seating and table setup for a mother and child dining together. They promptly cleared finished plates so my child wouldn’t reach out while playing and cause any danger, showing great care throughout. Thanks to them, even though it was just the two of us, we were able to eat at a relaxed pace. The morning buffet was also delicious with a wide variety of dishes. It’s a Hotel I’d gladly stay at again when visiting Okayama.

    Value beyond the price

    The hotel is within walking distance from the station, though it takes a bit of time. To avoid taking a longer route, use the underground passage and exit near Takashimaya; from there, it's just a straight 4-5 minute walk. The area is lively at night with many restaurants along the way. Upon entering the Hotel, I was greeted by a refreshing herbal scent that instantly eased my travel fatigue. The Room was spacious. Amenities like cosmetics were conveniently placed near the front desk for guests to choose as needed, which felt efficient and waste-free. In the Room itself, there were toothbrushes and hairbrushes provided. I personally loved that all bathroom products—shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and hand soap—were from POLA. Although it was a unit bath setup, water pressure was strong and hot water filled up quickly; for someone petite like me, it felt just right! Additionally, while an ordinary hairdryer was available in the bathroom sink area, I found a ReFa hairdryer on top of the large vanity table in the Room—a delightful surprise! There was also a touch-sensitive light next to it (though I didn’t realize it was touch-sensitive at first; perhaps some indication would help). I stayed in a twin Room where beds were large and comfortable for restful sleep. The charging tools provided seemed versatile enough to accommodate various devices; however, if you need faster charging speeds bringing your own charger might be better. I stayed at quite an affordable price despite some signs of aging in facilities—but everything was well-cleaned so overall it felt like great value for money. One small request: The anti-fog section on the bathroom mirror is positioned too high for someone my height (just over 150cm), making it hard to see my entire face clearly without tiptoeing. Adding about 5-10cm more anti-fog coverage lower down would be much appreciated!

    A well-organized and excellent Hotel

    Not directly connected, but conveniently located near the station and entertainment district. Relatively new with clean facilities. The front desk staff provided polite and pleasant service. A top choice for sightseeing in Okayama City. No meal service used.

    An old but charming Hotel worth revisiting.

    The Hotel features central air conditioning, common in older facilities, which cannot switch between heating and cooling. However, blankets were provided, ensuring a comfortable night's sleep without feeling cold. While the Facility is dated, it is well-maintained and clean (though I did notice some dust on the hairdryer). The corner twin room was spacious and reasonably priced, making it perfect for relaxing on the final night of a trip. The breakfast buffet included local specialties and was delicious. This Hotel offers excellent value for money, and I was very satisfied with my stay. I would love to stay here again when visiting Okayama.

    Just right and reassuring

    A comfortable and reliable Hotel. Not overly luxurious or excessive, but everything you need is provided with good quality. Additionally—or perhaps essentially—the tasteful ceramic artworks create a calming atmosphere. The breakfast is also well-prepared. After visiting several times, I wondered what makes this place so cozy, and I believe it’s the effortless sense of security it offers.

    Safe and Reliable Quality Hotel

    Although a bit far from Okayama Station (about a 7-minute walk, right next to the river), I always choose this Hotel. The reason is that the Hotel's structure is stable, and the staff's service quality is polite and well-trained, allowing for a relaxing stay. Recently, the price has increased to over 8,000 yen, which is tough, but I plan to continue choosing this Hotel for now.

    Rent a bicycle and explore Korakuen Garden.

    Conveniently located near the station and directly connected to a drugstore open until midnight. The Room was clean and comfortable. It was great to borrow the Hotel's bicycles for free to visit Okayama Castle and Korakuen at night. The front desk atmosphere and staff service were pleasant, making it an excellent base for Okayama sightseeing. Overall, very satisfied.

    I would like to stay here again.

    Close to the station with a drugstore on the first floor, and the breakfast buffet offered a nice mix of Japanese and Western dishes. Next time, I would like to take my time admiring the Bizen pottery displayed on each floor. However, when I left my room for breakfast, the hallway had a strong smell of cigarettes. After breakfast, I also encountered a foreign (Chinese) male guest in the elevator hall who smelled strongly of smoke, which made me feel slightly uncomfortable. I thought this hotel was non-smoking... A friend staying in another room also mentioned that the hallway smelled like smoke. It would be great if measures could be taken to ensure guests understand and follow smoking rules.

    The bathroom area felt a bit dated, but it was thoroughly cleaned. The room was spacious and comfortable. The bed-making had the sheets tucked in tightly at the bottom, so I ended up sleeping curled up as I couldn't pull them out during the night—next time I'll check before sleeping. Breakfast featured high-quality vegetables and other items; while not overly varied, it was delicious and satisfying. Considering it was a Saturday stay, the price wasn't too high and offered good value for money. The parking staff were friendly and reassuring, so if I visit Okayama again, I would like to stay here once more.

    In the morning, I took a walk along the riverside promenade in front of the Hotel. It was refreshing, with abundant water and a very pleasant atmosphere.

    Stayed for one night with a couple of friends.

    At the end of May, we stayed for one night with our friends. The front desk staff and parking guides were extremely kind and helpful. Our friends also had high praise for the experience. We would love to stay again if we have the chance. Thank you very much!

    I would like to stay here again.

    It took less than a 30-minute walk from the Hotel to Okayama Castle and Korakuen Garden. The next day, I woke up a bit early and enjoyed cycling through the greenway park next to the Hotel with a rental bicycle, which became a great memory. It was my first time in Okayama, but it turned out to be a wonderful experience. Thank you!
