    The view is amazing.

    I chose this Hotel for the large public bath. There were two types of saunas, plus a jacuzzi and a long bath you could even swim in—everything was well equipped, and the view felt open and amazing. It really soothed my tired body after being on the go at Universal Studios from early morning. The Room seemed inspired by a luxury cruise ship, with a calm atmosphere and just the right size, so I could relax and sleep soundly. The night view from the Room was also beautiful. The freshly squeezed orange juice at the breakfast buffet was incredibly delicious. I’d definitely like to stay again. Thank you very much.

    We stayed as a famil...

    We stayed as a family to make summer vacation memories. We thought the Hotel would just be a place to sleep since we planned to fully enjoy Universal Studios, but after staying here, we were pleasantly surprised. The large public bath had great views, the baths were spacious and spotless, and the night view from the relaxation area after bathing was amazing. The morning bath offered a different scenery from the night, which we also enjoyed. Breakfast had a wide variety of options, and the omelet cooked right in front of us made for a perfect start to the day—everything was delicious. Even though we said it would be “just for sleeping,” we ended up enjoying our time at the Hotel as well. Our child was very happy too and said, “I was too little last time to remember it, but this time I’ll remember! Let’s come again!” It became a wonderful summer vacation. Thank you very much.

    I’m satisfied.

    Check-in was scheduled for 3:00 PM, but while we were relaxing on the sofa, they kindly guided us through check-in about 30 minutes early. The amenities were excellent and comfortable, including a ReFa hair iron, hair dryer, and shower head. We even received ochazuke as part of the welcome drinks, which was perfect for unwinding after returning from Universal Studios Japan. This is a Hotel I would like to stay at again.

    I stayed for two nights.

    The Room and bath were spacious, clean, and relaxing. I used the Onsen on the 31st floor on the second night and the third morning. It was wonderful! It took a little time for the air conditioning to start working, and the bed seemed a bit narrow for an adult man. I was disappointed that I couldn’t use the drink service because it was crowded and the available hours were short. However, the view was great and it became a memorable part of my trip. Thank you very much.

    The perfect location for visiting Universal Studios Japan.

    Before heading to Universal Studios, we stored our luggage in the lockers inside the Hotel, enjoyed the park until close, and then returned to the Hotel. Check-in was fairly smooth, but we gave up on the sky bath because it was extremely crowded and used the bath in our Room instead. The building is old, but the Room was spacious and had a table and chairs for eating food we brought in. It was also great that Aquarius was provided instead of water. What surprised me most was that there was a ReFa hair dryer and curling iron, and all necessary amenities were available in the Room, making our stay very comfortable. We had breakfast on the 31st floor; the seafood rice bowl was good. The drink machine felt like something you’d find at a karaoke place, which was a bit disappointing. It was also very nice that housekeeping staff and restaurant staff greeted us cheerfully whenever we passed them.

    Good Hotel

    I’ve stayed at various Universal official Hotels, and this one is the best. It’s one of the few places where a family of six can stay in one Room. All the staff are very kind, and the cleanliness is outstanding. The top-floor buffet offers food and service that exceed the price. I’d love to stay here again.

    I often use your service.

    Very close to the park and convenient for shopping and dining. Both check-in and check-out are smooth. Great value and ideal for families with young children. The nighttime view toward Osaka from the upper floors is also beautiful.

    We stayed for a Mult...

    We stayed for a Multiple Night Stay of three nights from 7/17 to visit USJ. It was our first time staying here, and the Room was spacious with excellent amenities. We were especially surprised that both the hair dryer and hair iron were ReFa. The kids loved the bunk-bed Room, and as parents we also appreciated having our own personal space, so we could relax and rest well. When we requested a birthday cake for our son’s birthday, we received a message card with a cute hand-drawn illustration, which truly moved both us and our child. The bath on the upper floor costs extra, but it’s well worth paying for—the view is spectacular, and you can even enjoy Häagen-Dazs while you’re there. One small disappointment was that the air conditioning felt a bit weak overall, but considering environmental concerns, we felt it might be unavoidable. Overall, both the value for money and satisfaction were very high, so we would definitely like to stay here again next time as well. Thank you very much for taking such great care of us during our stay.

    Wonderful Hotel

    The Onsen was very relaxing. I used the breakfast on the 3rd floor, but next time I’d like to try dining on the 32nd floor.

    A Family-Friendly Hotel

    This Hotel is highly recommended for families. There were many thoughtful touches and services, such as extra amenities provided for children, including yukata robes and slippers. All of the Hotel staff were very kind. If you’re visiting USJ, this is without a doubt the top recommended Hotel to stay at.

    It was very good.

    If you had a luggage rack, it would be perfect!!! Spreading luggage out on the floor is tough for older guests (lol). The cookies from 2:00 PM were delicious. You can control the room temperature in each Room. A refrigerator with a freezer compartment. Separate bath and toilet. There were also basic skincare amenities. No complaints at all. Please take care of us again next time we visit Universal Studios Japan. If possible, please provide luggage racks for the number of guests... I didn’t use the Onsen. I’d be happy if it were a little cheaper. The bath in the Room was enough for me, though.

    A Hotel known for warm hospitality.

    During our stay in summer 2025, the welcome drink came with a cup ice cream. In the Room, there was an Aquarius pouch. During our stay in winter 2025, the welcome drink was piping-hot corn soup. In the Room, there were Hokaron disposable heat packs. During our stay in spring 2026, the welcome drink was self-serve pancakes. There was nothing in particular in the Room. During our winter 2025 stay, I posted a Review on another site saying: “From nighttime until 6:00 a.m., the lights in the elevator hall are turned off and it is completely dark. It feels scary when it’s so dark that you can hardly see other people’s faces. I would be happy if this could be improved.” You kindly replied, and by our next stay in spring 2026, the elevator hall was bright even at 2:30 a.m., so we could use it with peace of mind. Thank you very much for making this improvement. We would definitely like to stay with Hotel Keihan again next time as well. Thank you very much for your hospitality again.

    As a preference,

    I wish guests could use the large public bath free of charge. Other than that, I was completely satisfied, including the view from the window.

    Room

    I reserved a twin Room, but it was a double, so it felt smaller than the photos and was disappointing. It was the farthest Room from the elevator, which was inconvenient. The large public bath had a nice Onsen and good amenities, but I was surprised that there was an extra fee.

    Recommended upgrade

    Thank you very much for your help the other day. I’m truly grateful to the staff member who recommended upgrading our Room. The Room we originally reserved had a lovely ocean-themed design, but thanks to your suggestion of a top-floor Room, we were amazed by the stunning night view of Osaka—my daughter and I were thrilled! Thank you so much!

    Recommended Plan

    I often stay near Universal Studios, but it’s been a while since I stayed here. This was my first time staying on the 28th floor, and the night view was amazing. The park side is nice too, but from the Room I could see as far as Harukas and Umeda, which was great. I didn’t use the Onsen because it cost 2,000 yen, but I’d like to try it next time with an Onsen Plan.

    Overall, it felt nei...

    Overall, it felt neither particularly good nor bad. The Room we chose was under a Plan where the Hotel selects the Room, so we didn’t know until the day of arrival, and it was small. That was our choice, so that’s fine, but even though we entered the number of children in advance, there were not enough towels prepared, which was disappointing. Also, because the Room was small, the sound of the hair dryer echoed and woke our child up, so we couldn’t use it in the end and it was inconvenient. The location close to Universal Studios was great!

    I stayed for two nights in an assigned Room. I chose this Hotel for the spa, and in terms of overall value—hospitality, the spacious Room, and the distance to Universal Studios Japan—I think it’s the best-value official Hotel. It’s also great that you can use the welcome café for each night of your stay. If I had to mention one thing, it was a bit disappointing that the breakfast buffet didn’t feel very original. Even so, there’s no doubt this is a Hotel I’ll want to keep coming back to.

    Business Hotel

    Check-in is done via a self-service machine, so there is no customer service. For some reason, there was one support staff member assigned to each machine, which made me feel it would have been faster to check in with a person. Also, the website promotes the large public bath, but it costs an additional 2,000 yen, and when I tried to use it that day I was told the men’s sauna was unavailable. If you have breakfast, please try the miso soup—it tastes like salt water. It makes me wonder if anyone tasted it. Perhaps because they cater to USJ visitors, but overall the quality was far too low.

    You made our stay even more enjoyable.

    Thank you for accommodating our Multiple Night Stay and allowing us to bring in our equipment. We were also able to recharge fully. A few points were disappointing: there was an unpleasant odor in the bathroom/toilet, and the luggage delivery procedure was confusing. Other than that, everything was perfect. We were able to spend our time comfortably, which became the foundation of an enjoyable trip, and we are very satisfied. Thank you very much.

    A Home Base for Fun Memories

    Thank you very much for all your help. Thank you for responding to my inquiries in advance and during my stay. It was a very meaningful stay. The only issue was an unpleasant odor in the bathroom/toilet. Other than that, everything was great.

    I had been hesitant ...

    I had been hesitant because the building looks old, but it was clean, well equipped, and I was able to relax and enjoy a comfortable stay. The AirDog humidifier and air purifier provided in the Room were excellent. The breakfast buffet on the 32nd floor included local specialties, which was a great highlight. At night, I enjoyed the Onsen on the 31st floor, then had an ice cream afterward and felt completely refreshed. I’d like to stay here again when visiting USJ.

    Sauna Maintenance

    Both saunas in the men’s bath were under maintenance and unavailable, and we were only informed after arriving—so it was just two regular baths. Even so, the bathing fee was 2,150 yen. Is this acceptable?

    It’s great that the guest room also has ReFa amenities.

    It was great that ReFa products were available not only in the large public bath but also in the guest rooms. This was my first time staying at a Hotel that provided a straightening iron. If possible, having ReFa shampoo and other amenities as well would make the stay even more satisfying.

    Osaka Sightseeing

    We stayed here after visiting USJ. Our two elementary-school grandchildren were thrilled with the Superior Room with bunk beds. The bathroom had a washing area, and we could stretch out and relax, which helped us recover from our fatigue.
