    The Room is comfortable.

    The exterior and lobby decorations felt a bit cluttered and not to my taste, but the room was spacious, and both the bed and bathroom were very comfortable. The valet service was convenient, especially on rainy days. I used to be a fan of Monterey hotels, but I couldn't stand the unique smell in their rooms anymore, so I'm currently searching for a regular accommodation in Okinawa. I had a great experience here, so I'd love to stay again. As mentioned in other reviews, it would be nice if amenities like lotion or face wash were provided since even budget hotels offer them nowadays.

    It was amazing!!

    We stayed as a group of 10 across three generations. This was our second stay, and we reserved a larger room than last time, which was absolutely wonderful. We also stayed at another hotel the night before, but the service here was truly exceptional. Additionally, your assistance with the surprise for my grandfather made it a great success. The quick car valet service was very helpful as well. However, the spa felt a bit small, which was slightly disappointing. That said, enjoying ice cream after bathing brought joy to our entire family. Overall, it was an excellent stay. If we have the chance to visit Okinawa again, we will definitely choose EXES Onna once more. Thank you so much!

    It was a wonderful Hotel as expected.

    It was a wonderful hotel that provided exceptional service from check-in to check-out. We stayed for two nights with the New Year Plan booked through the website, and it was just as amazing as we had hoped. We enjoyed using the lounge and trying various drinks. The breakfast was luxurious and delicious. Thanks to this lovely hotel, we were able to fully enjoy Okinawa, and we would love to stay here again!

    Family-friendly and satisfying

    A long-awaited family trip. We had a relaxing and leisurely stay. Despite needing to take the car in and out several times, the staff handled it smoothly, making it a pleasant experience. The breakfast was delicious, and my family was very happy with it.

    It was great.

    The Room was clean, and all the staff provided excellent service, making our stay very pleasant. Both breakfast and dinner were delicious. The public bath was a bit small, but it wasn't crowded, so we could relax comfortably. We enjoyed the indoor pool almost exclusively to ourselves. We were torn between staying at the adjacent Kariyushi Beach Resort Hotel or here, but choosing Exes turned out to be the perfect decision. We would love to stay again if we have another opportunity.

    I felt relaxed.

    Checked out from Exes Naha and visited Exes Onna for the first time in three years. At check-in, a staff member who had assisted me before recognized me, and we had a delightful conversation. It was heartwarming that they remembered me despite meeting so many guests daily. The staff who guided me to my room shared stories about Hawaii, which became another wonderful memory of this trip. The spa treatment, one of the main purposes of my stay, was an all-hand massage and truly excellent. The spa facilities available before and after the treatment were small but included a sauna and jacuzzi, providing a relaxing experience. For breakfast, I enjoyed local vegetable salads, brown sugar croissants, and soft bone pork ribs served over rice. I was looking forward to having watercress again as it was delicious during my previous visit; unfortunately, it wasn’t available this time—perhaps it’s seasonal? I hope to enjoy it next time! The Christmas tree displayed in the lobby added to the seasonal charm of this visit. With views of the ocean from my room and relaxation through spa treatments for both body and mind, this stay turned out to be incredibly enjoyable. I look forward to visiting again this summer!

    The furnishings are excellent!

    On the first day, we enjoyed a teppanyaki course on the 6th-7th floors, and on the second day, we stayed in an EXES Premier Twin Room with the Alamanda course. Since the rooms were different, we were repeatedly encouraged to upgrade to a different plan, which felt a bit persistent. We declined turndown service on the first night and assumed it wouldn't be done on the second night either (our mistake for not hanging up the "Do Not Disturb" sign). However, staff entered during dinner time. It was embarrassing as valuables were left out on the desk and undergarments had been prepared for bathing. The furnishings and room size are excellent. While some may find relaxation in tatami settings, there was a chair facing a wall that seemed purposeless. The closet near the entrance door is convenient; however, retrieving pajamas from there after forgetting them during bath time can be troublesome. The bathroom is accessed from beside the bed—despite its spaciousness overall—requiring entry through a narrow area. Near this entrance is flooring that has slightly sunk over time, causing disorientation or dizziness when walking over it. Additionally, my companion almost slipped off while sitting on a rounded black chair in the shower booth after soaping up. The TV felt disproportionately small for such a large room—it reminded us of one you'd find in a Business Hotel—and lacked hotel information channels despite our expectations. Navigating around dining tables, couches, and tatami areas required caution due to poor layout design overall. On our second day at Club Floor accommodations with views facing differently than those of our first-day 7th-floor room resulted in diminished scenery enjoyment compared to before; meanwhile outdated toilet remote controls appeared decades old! Lounge services seemed minimalistic given low usage rates among guests present alongside basic table arrangements devoid any luxurious ambiance expected otherwise making booking club-level access feel unnecessary altogether especially if swapping directions between Day One & Two rooms would've improved impressions significantly instead! Teppanyaki dishes tasted phenomenal though overly salty meat courses akin nearby hotels' regional tendencies detracted enjoyment somewhat unfortunately... Despite critical remarks shared above most staff interactions proved commendable throughout stay experience ultimately leaving gratitude behind towards everyone involved thank you very much!

    This was my second winter trip to Okinawa, and it was my first stay at this hotel. I'm glad I chose it. The room we were given was a corner room, which felt too spacious for just two people, allowing us to relax comfortably. The room, furniture, and plumbing were all clean and well-maintained despite the property seeming to have been around for a while. This time we stayed with an E-card included package, which allowed us to enjoy various activities; the glass boat experience was particularly enjoyable. Seeing the beautiful sea and many fish made it a fun experience even for adults. Shuttle service was provided individually. My husband really liked the valet service as he found handling a rental car in unfamiliar places tiring; he said it helped him greatly. The breakfast had great reviews in the reviews section and lived up to its reputation. It used plenty of Okinawan ingredients, making it visually appealing and delicious as expected. The only slight disappointment was that there weren't many fruits typical of Okinawa due to the season. However, there were plenty of dishes offered over two days with different menus each day, which we thoroughly enjoyed. One concern I had was during check-in: A foreign staff member assisted us; although their speech wasn't fluent (which didn't bother me), their explanations were vague at times making things unclear. Also at the end of our procedure when receiving gifts (a pair of chopsticks), there wasn't any explanation about why they were given so I couldn't understand until later when dessert at dinner had "Wedding Anniversary" written on it—then I realized! It’s my fault forgetting what I wrote during reservation but still wished they’d said “Happy Anniversary” or something similar. Another point is that basic skincare products weren’t provided despite having Bvlgari shampoo & body soap available—it seemed odd not having them since even business hotels nowadays provide such amenities! Luckily though since visiting public bath area where these items are available solved this issue for me personally but still thought about how common these are elsewhere now... Overall though our stay here left us very satisfied—a relaxing adult resort-like atmosphere indeed! Thank you very much for your hospitality—we appreciate everything done during our visit!

    Although it has become old.

    This time, it was my first stay in six years since staying at the hotel named "Okinawa Spa Resort EXES." It may have aged in appearance over that time, but with its rooms furnished with heavy stone and furniture rarely seen these days, delicious and varied meals, it's understandable why it remains a popular property. The Bvlgari shampoo and double-bowl sink are also nice touches. If I had to say something, it would be a bit disappointing that there were no beauty serums provided. The female staff member who assisted us at reception was very kind and friendly, leaving a very good impression.

    It's always outstanding whenever you visit.

    I have probably used it nearly 20 times. The most wonderful thing is the excellent maintenance of the Room. You can really tell it is well cared for. I think the northern part of the main island of Okinawa will become lively from this year, but I hope it remains a refreshing Hotel forever. The staff who helped with the car were refreshing.

    You can relax at your own pace!

    I am delighted that the Room amenities have been changed to Bulgari bottles! (Previously, they were mini bottles of L'Occitane.) Mini bottles were inconvenient to open and close, and I was concerned about plastic waste, so I hope other Hotels adopt similar initiatives. The teppanyaki dinner was also prepared by the same chef as last time, and it was delicious. This is definitely a Hotel I would love to visit again!

    Wonderful

    We were upgraded to a higher-ranked room, which made for a wonderful start to our trip. The room's facilities were well-maintained and clean, allowing us to relax comfortably. Additionally, the staff's hospitality was excellent, always responding with a smile. There were plenty of breakfast options, which were visually delightful and tasted delicious. We are very satisfied and would like to stay again next time.

    A Room Beyond Imagination

    We wanted to stay at a Resort Hotel for four people, and after researching, we were very satisfied to stay in a room that exceeded our imagination at a very reasonable price! We enjoyed the private beach of the group hotel and the night events. We are very grateful for the large public bath, but it was a bit concerning that it was narrow and difficult to use when there were other guests. We also appreciate the very polite customer service!! Thank you very much!

    The best hotel I have stayed at in Okinawa so far

    I have stayed at more than five Hotels in Okinawa (ANA, Kanucha Bay, Orion, Busena Terrace, Renaissance, etc.), and this was the best (the other Hotels were also good). First of all, as some have posted, the hospitality of the staff is wonderful. We requested changes to dinner times, and they gladly accommodated us. Also, the Room was the largest among the Hotels I have stayed at in Okinawa. We chose a meal plan, and had teppanyaki on the first and third days, and French cuisine on the second day, all of which were delicious. It was my first time experiencing valet parking, and it was convenient as I didn't have to go to the parking lot each time. If I had to say, the temperature of the sauna and cold bath was not ideal. It might be that we received good service because we stayed during the winter, which is not the busy season, and I am not sure if the same evaluation would apply in the summer. However, the cost performance was very good, and even if the price were higher, my positive evaluation would not change.

    Quiet space and stable luxury feel

    This was my second visit this year since February. In the Onna Village area, EXES is my favorite luxury hotel where you can spend time quietly. The Facility includes a gym and a pool, and if you go to the neighboring Kariyushi, there are plenty of restaurants and other amenities, so you can enjoy your stay indoors even in bad weather, which is a point superior to the neighboring Marriott (Oriental Hotel). The breakfast is also substantial, and you can choose egg dishes, so you won't get tired of the meals even during a Multiple Night Stay. Personally, I also like the use of gold throughout the Facility.

    Overall, a highly satisfactory Hotel

    Even just in Okinawa, having stayed at places like Kanucha, Ritz, and Monterey, I think the satisfaction level is high in every aspect. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, the staff service level is consistent, and the breakfast was varied and delicious. However, there are a few concerns. One is that for an EXES class hotel, the amenities seem lacking. I carry my skincare products, so it was fine for me, but from both a female and male perspective, it's a bit disappointing that there are no lotions, emulsions, or body creams. Also, there are no bath additives. The shampoo doesn't have to be Bulgari, but it would be nice to enhance other amenities, perhaps using something eco-friendly from Okinawa's nature. Additionally, regarding the adjacent hotel, Kariyushi Beach Resort Ocean Spa, I would like more detailed maps or guides. We knew about the illumination event, so we went, but I think there's room for improvement in terms of announcements. Overall, it has become one of the hotels I would like to stay at again.

    I don't want to go home!

    We stayed as a couple. From check-in to the guidance to the Room, the pleasant service made us think, "I'm glad we chose this Hotel." The Room was also clean, with ample amenities, allowing us to have a wonderful time. The breakfast had a wide variety of dishes, and we enjoyed everything. We have decided to stay here again on our next trip to Okinawa!

    In November, many places in Okinawa prohibit swimming in the sea or using outdoor pools, but the Royal Suite room here had a heated pool, allowing us to fully enjoy the outdoor pool. The exclusive lounge offered high-level light snacks during cocktail time, and the fresh chocolates and cakes were very delicious. Compared to when I stayed in July, there were amenities exclusive to the Royal Suite, which differentiated it from regular rooms, and it was very nice. If I have the chance to visit Okinawa again, I would like to stay here again.

    The entire Hotel is clean! The amenities are also excellent with BVLGARI, but it was disappointing that the paid large bath had four bathtubs, all with ordinary hot water.

    It was difficult to choose a Hotel in Okinawa after 8 years, but I truly believe choosing this Hotel was the right decision. The cleanliness of the Room, the attentiveness of the staff, the variety of breakfast options, and the deliciousness! I definitely want to stay here again next year!

    It was a good Hotel!

    We were able to use it at a very reasonable price with the IKYU sale, and also took advantage of the Diamond Member benefits, which was truly a great deal. We arrived early and were immediately shown to our Room. Thank you very much. The lounge was small, but we enjoyed cakes and snacks, and there were about four types of awamori, which we thoroughly enjoyed. The Hotel's pool was said to be 160cm deep, so we used the Kariyushi side via the connecting passage. It was spacious and relaxing. The Room had a separate drying stand, which was very helpful. That is extremely valuable. I wish all Resort Hotels in Okinawa had it (laughs). We were able to enjoy Blue Seal ice cream after the spa bath. Breakfast was served in the Room. The "Boro Boro Juicy" was very delicious. We were torn between the highly-rated restaurant buffet, but we were able to relax in the Room. Next time, I would definitely like to try the restaurant. Just one point, the chair in the Room was quite worn out, and it was difficult to have breakfast as my body sank. The chair at the adjacent dresser was fine, so I used that one. I think it's about time for a replacement. Overall, it is a very good Hotel. I have also used the one in Naha, and both are calm and relaxing, so I recommend it for an adult trip.     It was the best stay.

    In early October, I stayed for three nights with my wife in a high-floor premier twin room. The response from all the staff, including the front desk staff, room staff, restaurant staff, and spa staff, was heartfelt and wonderful. The room was also comfortable. We used the connecting passage from Exes to the Ocean Spa and utilized the facilities and shops, finding it to be a very convenient hotel. We will use it again.

    Overall, it felt like it took a long time to provide services. First, regarding check-in, I was kept waiting because the meal vouchers were not printed. Individual Impressions Dinner → The meal was delicious. However, I felt disappointed as there was no explanation of the dishes. Breakfast → There was no staff to guide us at the entrance, so we had to wait at the entrance for a while. I was dissatisfied because the used plates were not cleared unless we mentioned it. Regarding the meal content, I felt it would have been better if there were more unique Okinawan fruits and if the live kitchen was more fulfilling.

    A spacious room with an outstanding view and a relaxing atmosphere.

    Our Hotel, facing a hill, offers an outstanding view. Additionally, the spacious rooms are designed with a calm atmosphere featuring a raised floor area. Even during the rainy season, you can enjoy the indoor pool, the large bath next to the gym, and the shopping mall. However, the layout is not very intuitive, and you might get lost.

    It was wonderful.

    I stayed in the Premier Grand Suite, and was amazed by the spacious and luxurious room! The attentiveness and smiles of the staff made for a pleasant stay. I will definitely use it again next time.
