    It was such a wonderful stay that even a 5-star rating doesn’t do it justice.

    This was our first stay, and thank you very much for preparing such a wonderful Room! Our family had a great time. Since we have a small child, we really appreciated the valet service on hot days, and we were truly happy when your staff helped carry our plates to the table at the breakfast buffet while I was holding my child. Also, because we could switch our breakfast vouchers to the lunch buffet at your affiliated Hotel next door, it was a big help that they didn’t go to waste even on days when we had to head out early in the morning. The value for money is excellent and the in-house Facilities are well equipped—this is a Hotel I would recommend to friends and acquaintances. Thanks to you, it was a very satisfying trip. We would love to stay again.

    Highly satisfied

    Our family of five stayed for 4 nights and 5 days. Because there is a big age gap between our youngest (an elementary school student) and our oldest son (a university student), we were a little worried about whether everyone would enjoy it, but the Facilities were excellent and we were very satisfied. In particular, the breakfast menu changed every day, which we looked forward to each morning. The kids enjoyed the pool every day, and I was able to relax in the sauna, which I love. If I had one wish, since the bath was available from 3:00 PM, it would have been perfect if morning baths were also possible. Also, the washing machines were crowded, and it felt like issues could easily arise regarding how to line up or what to do with laundry left unattended, so I hope clear rules can be provided. We’d love to come again.

    Perfect for families, and ideal for a relaxing stay.

    Breakfast was great—each of the three days had a largely different menu. The pool was not crowded, and it was also nice to be able to use the neighboring affiliated Hotel’s facilities. The Room was spacious and luxurious; although a bit old, it has a kind of atmosphere that couldn’t be recreated today. Valet parking was especially appreciated on extremely hot days. I have stayed at many Hotels in Okinawa, and this one ranks very highly.

    We had an amazing trip!

    Thank you very much for taking care of us for four days! Thanks to you, we were able to spend an amazing four days. The Room was spacious, thoroughly cleaned, and very comfortable. The Hotel was also clean, calm, and relaxing—everything was wonderful. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options and everything was delicious, and the valet parking service was excellent as well. Above all, we could truly feel the thoughtful hospitality from all of the staff, which made our stay extremely pleasant. We will definitely stay again next year!

    I had another comfortable stay.

    I love the top-floor Room with a private pool and stay here every year. Luckily, we’ve been blessed with great weather each time, and I’ve enjoyed the beautiful blue sky and ocean views right from the pool. This year, I was also able to enjoy the starry sky. At check-in, I was greeted with “Welcome back,” and when I entered the Room, adorable towel art welcomed me. You can feel this kind of thoughtful attention to detail everywhere, and even though it’s a large Hotel, it still has a warm, home-like atmosphere. I will definitely stay again next year.

    Royal Pool Suite

    This was my second stay, the first in 10 years. I stayed in the same Pool Suite as last time. Compared to my previous visit, the club lounge felt slightly upgraded and easier to use. However, breakfast felt less satisfying overall than before, with fewer menu options. The staff service is excellent. It’s also convenient that you can access the neighboring Kariyushi Resort via a connecting walkway. The Hotel is quiet overall, so you can relax and unwind. Recommended for couples. I think the 8th or 9th floor is best. Great value for money.

    A Relaxing Hotel

    Many Resort Hotels line the area from Onna Village to Nago, but this Hotel stands out with spacious, clean Rooms and an excellent ocean view. The restaurant food is delicious, and the service staff are full of genuine hospitality.

    Training foreign and newly hired staff is a key challenge.

    On my first visit, I was deeply moved by the exceptional hospitality and service, as well as the elegance of the staff. It became an unforgettable memory, so I returned for the first time in eight years to celebrate my companion’s birthday. What was good Whenever the Japanese staff noticed us, they approached with a smile and asked, “Is there anything we can help you with?” They took great care of us. During Room cleaning, we appreciated the thoughtful touch of adjusting amenities, bed placement, and nightwear layout into a more convenient setup for a couple. Guest information was shared across departments—from the front desk to the spa and restaurants—and we received many considerate gestures throughout our stay. The surprise and gift at the spa especially amazed us. What concerned me All of the following involved foreign staff: - At check-in, explanations about breakfast and Hotel facilities were skipped. - We were asked whether we would carry our own luggage. - Guests were made to handle Room key use and elevator button operation themselves. - When returning to the Hotel by car, greeting/assistance was slow and we were left waiting outside. - Japanese staff bowed and saw guests off until they were out of sight, while foreign staff bowed briefly and quickly went back inside. The following points concerned me regarding Japanese staff: - At the restaurant, a new staff member’s small talk went on too long, making it difficult to enjoy conversation with my companion. - Regarding wine we paid for (at a high price), someone came to tell us they had obtained their supervisor’s permission “in back” before drinking it; this felt unpleasant given what we paid. - At the end of our spa visit, we were asked under what name we made our previous Reservation and who I came with. Some guests may not want to answer such questions; I wondered if private questions like this should be avoided. Overall, I felt there was a significant gap between highly capable staff and those who are not. In particular, differences in upbringing may affect foreign staff’s approach in ways that are hard to change—but Japan is known worldwide for its hospitality, so at a luxury Hotel I expect attentive consideration as a standard. Since that level of service is what I personally value most here, I was confused by how different it felt from before, which greatly lowered my overall evaluation. It will always be a memorable Hotel for me—but it no longer feels like “a wonderful Hotel that anticipates every need.”

    Recommended for seniors as well.

    Even though my Reservation was more than six months away, the staff were so kind that I found myself looking forward to my stay from the moment I booked. The team is well trained, and you can feel their pride in delivering the EXES brand experience. Even during a one-week stay in the rainy season, their warm hospitality was truly comforting. With sincere gratitude, I hope to return again.

    Relax and unwind in peace

    I stayed for three nights and relaxed in the large public bath and sauna. I also unwound in the massage chair in my Room. During the day, I worked out in the fitness room and indoor pool, and enjoyed the jacuzzi. Breakfast was delicious as well. Although it rained a lot due to the start of the rainy season, I was able to relax.

    My second stay was disappointing.

    As last time, I tried to park on the left side of the uphill road leading to the entrance, but it was lined with cones. With no choice, I started maneuvering to park within the white lines next to the entrance—backing up, getting out once to adjust my position—when a staff member came over. I also took a moment to organize my luggage. The staff asked whether I was staying overnight, asked for the Reserver’s name, and kindly offered to carry my bags. After entering, I was guided to the counter. While I was seated in the middle of check-in—signing documents and receiving explanations—another staff member called out from behind and said, “Your car is parked in a prohibited area. Move it!” This happened while I was still checking in. Confused and angry, I went out and moved my car. When I asked why that spot was not allowed, they said it was because emergency vehicles need to pass there. Then why couldn’t the first staff member tell me that? When I asked where I should park instead, they said they would “make one space” by moving cones on the uphill road that I had just passed—and told me to park there. So I did. When I returned to the check-in counter, a female staff member who had seen and heard everything did not apologize at all and simply continued her explanation as if nothing had happened. Unbelievable. Also, at some point while I was away (I assume), a welcome drink had been placed there without any comment…? The next morning, when I looked at the parking area again, many other cars were parked in that cone area where they had “made one space” for me. The emergency-vehicle area next to the entrance was also full of cars. “Why?” When I asked another staff member about the cones, they said they were there “to prevent guests from other hotels from parking.” So you were blocking your own Hotel guests arriving for check-in as well? As for whether parking by the emergency route is actually allowed or not, their answer made no sense. Is it allowed or not? What is going on at this Hotel? There were also disappointing issues regarding toothpaste, and at breakfast several families’ children were excessively loud and running around nonstop—which ruined what could have been a nice experience in an otherwise chic dining venue.

    Whenever I visit Okinawa, I stay here for at least one night. The food is delicious, and the relaxed atmosphere makes it one of my favorite Hotels. I look forward to your continued service.

    Accommodation of a higher standard than major hotel chains

    Stayed on the second night of our 3-night, 4-day trip to Okinawa. 【Early Bird Discount 60】A luxurious resort stay in the Club Floor "One Rank Above" with breakfast included. Upon arriving at the hotel by rental car, we were warmly greeted immediately. A senior staff member kindly unloaded our luggage, and we were guided into the hotel through valet service. Despite arriving an hour before check-in time, we were escorted to our room right away. ■■■ Exclusive Club Floor Hospitality ■■■ - Check-in and check-out at a dedicated desk - Light snacks and drinks at the Exes Lounge (drinks, cookies, dried snacks, fruits, etc.) - Access to Aqua Space Spa The room was spacious, clean, with a fantastic view—absolutely perfect! There was even a sunroom-like space with a sofa that added extra comfort. All hotel staff provided exceptional service with warm smiles throughout our stay—it made for an incredibly pleasant experience. Breakfast was also excellent; being able to order custom egg dishes delivered directly to your table was delightful! I even ordered seconds because it was so enjoyable. Although the beach is not nearby, shuttle service is available for easy access to marine activities without inconvenience. As part of the historic Kariyushi Resort group of hotels, this high level of service quality is truly impressive. I would definitely love to stay here again during my next visit to Okinawa!

    Relaxing Resort

    The Room is spacious with a great view. The bath and toilet are convenient to use. The bedding is comfortable. We used the restaurant for dinner and breakfast, and the service staff were kind, with excellent seasoning, of course. The staff at check-in and check-out were also kind and courteous.

    A traditional large Resort Hotel.

    This was my first stay at the accommodation. The hotel felt more aged than it appeared in the photos. The lobby had many heavy-looking ornaments, giving off a traditional resort hotel vibe. Upon arrival, the check-in process and room guidance were very smooth and satisfactory. However, I chose this accommodation based on its good reviews, but since it was high season, the price was quite steep... To be honest, for nearly 90,000 yen per night, I felt more disappointed than satisfied. While I believe the room cleaning was done properly, perhaps due to the aged furniture and tatami mats, there was a slight sense of dustiness throughout. The dark-colored furniture and slightly dim lighting in the room might have contributed to this impression as well. Additionally, I noticed some maintenance issues with the attached balcony and decided not to step outside. As for the food, while nothing particularly stood out as memorable, overall it tasted good.

    Had a comfortable stay.

    I visited after a year and a half, and this time the experience was much improved. Previously, I arrived at 2 PM but was told by the staff at the entrance that check-in was at 3 PM. Even after mentioning I was an IKYU Diamond Member, it felt unwelcoming. However, this time upon arrival, the staff immediately came out to greet me, asked for my name, and allowed me to enter right away. The explanation about the accommodation was thorough, and their customer service seemed significantly improved. Additionally, having Japanese breakfast served in the room was very convenient and appreciated. While there were no changes in facilities, I could sense their efforts on improving service quality overall. I left satisfied and would like to visit again!

    My favorite Hotel.

    I have been using this accommodation almost every year since I started visiting Okinawa Main Island. The comfort of the pool extending towards the sea and the beauty of the view from it never fail to impress. While the hotel building shows some signs of age, it is well-maintained and cleaned, ensuring a comfortable stay each time. During my stay, I was blessed with good weather and enjoyed breathtaking views of sunrise and sunset from the pool. The breakfast and room service menus are extensive, and the lounge offers appetizers and desserts that change depending on the time, making each visit enjoyable. The hotel's services show thoughtful improvements every year, with facilities like spa treatments and saunas being well-equipped, offering a fresh experience every time. It’s a hotel that makes me want to complete my next reservation as soon as I check out.

    Thank you for hosting us again this year for a Multiple Night Stay. Just like last year, the warm hospitality and delicious meals made our stay in Okinawa wonderful. I noticed that even when many guests, including myself, brought water from sea activities or the pool onto the hotel floors, everything was quickly restored to its original state thanks to the attentiveness of your staff. Considering rising costs, I imagine maintaining such excellent service must be quite challenging, but I will continue to support you. Thank you very much!

    60th Birthday Trip

    Thank you for taking care of us last year and this year as well. We requested a Club Floor room with access to the spa. It was a trip for three friends celebrating their 60th birthdays. I appreciate that you remembered our room request from last year and arranged a birthday cake for one of my friends. We made the reservation on the same date as last year, and I was touched by your email confirming that we could stay in the same room as before and acknowledging the birthday celebration. Your warm-hearted staff made all the difference. We also booked an esthetic treatment within the hotel, which allowed us to enjoy a blissful time. This trip added another wonderful memory to cherish. I hope we can visit again next year, and of course, I would love to stay with you again! Thank you very much!

    Relaxing 3-Night Stay on the Club Floor

    I chose the Club Floor at "Kariyushi Resort EXES Onna," a highly-rated Resort Hotel, to enjoy a relaxing stay in the central part of the main island. The ocean view from the Room and the mountain view from the lounge were both stunning, allowing for a peaceful and comfortable time. Frequent rain showers made valet parking service especially appreciated (thank you to the staff for your hard work). The in-room breakfast was luxurious, leaving both my stomach and heart satisfied. One suggestion for improvement: The lounge is closed until 8 AM, but it would be great if drinks could be offered earlier in the morning (around 6 AM). I wanted to enjoy coffee while watching the gradually brightening mountain scenery. (Instead, I enjoyed coffee every morning while looking at the ocean from my Room.)

    The elegant atmosphere allowed us to spend a truly special time. Despite the heavy rain and weather warnings on the day of our arrival, the staff greeted us with umbrellas in hand as we arrived at the Hotel. Additionally, thanks to valet parking, we were able to enter the Facility without getting wet. The bellboy carried our luggage, showcasing thoughtful attention to detail throughout our stay. Inside the Hotel, historical and refined furniture and decor created an ambiance reminiscent of an art museum. The sophisticated design provided a sense of tranquility and calmness, making it feel like we were in a special space during our stay. The Facility included a spa that, while modest in size, offered a serene atmosphere perfect for relaxation. Due to the large size of the Hotel, moving from rooms located along walls required some effort. There was also a large outdoor pool; however, it was unavailable due to lightning—a slight disappointment. Our Room was very spacious and functional. The bed was exceptionally comfortable for a restful sleep. The bellboy kindly explained how to use various features in the Room—another example of excellent service. On the balcony equipped with sofas, we enjoyed beautiful ocean views. Additionally, part of our Room featured Ryukyu tatami mats—a perfect blend of Japanese and Western styles. For dining, we chose a teppanyaki Plan where chefs prepared dishes right before us using local ingredients abundantly. Every dish was outstanding—especially the wagyu sirloin and tenderloin steaks were exquisite. We also enjoyed pairing wine sets while savoring meals alongside engaging conversations with chefs who exuded passion for their craft—making dining even more delightful. Overall staying at this Hotel became one unforgettable highlight during this trip! With exceptional service Facilities & cuisine alike—we look forward revisiting under better weather conditions next time!

    Had a great stay
